Teresa Giudice to stay in the U.S. if Joe is deported: Report
As Joe Giudice waits to learn whether he can avoid being deported to Italy after he completes his prison sentence for fraud, his wife, Terese Giudice, is reportedly finalizing a plan for her future. Multiple sources tell People that plan won't include Joe if he's forced to move back to Europe. According to the magazine, Teresa told castmates and Andy Cohen at the taping of the "Real Housewives of New Jersey" reunion that if Joe were to leave the country permanently, "we'd go our separate ways." Said one insider of the taping: "Teresa told Andy that if Joe gets deported, she's not going. She said that she and Joe had talked about it over the phone, and that he understood." If that's true, it would be a shift from Teresa's earlier position, which was that she'd consider relocating. "I mean, Italy's a beautiful place to live," she said on a previous reunion. "I wouldn't mind, you know, I'm just saying. Listen, whatever God has planned for me, that's what's going to happen. I will embrace it the best I can." According to People, Teresa's now told Andy she'd even talked with the four daughters she shares with Joe about the chance he could be sent to Italy. She reportedly told them that in that case, they would all remain in the U.S. Bravo has not yet responded to a request for comment; the family's attorney, who appealed the deportation order last year, declined to comment.
'Serenity' stars reveal hilarious would-be love triangle
Turns out there was chemistry galore between the stars of the new noir thriller, "Serenity." While promoting the film, Matthew McConaughey has already gushed multiple times about his long-held crush on co-star, Diane Lane, who apparently stole his heart when he was in his preteens and she appeared in 1989's "Lonesome Dove." ("So then I get to work with her — she looks about the same as she did back then, and she's one of our great actresses," he told ET this week.) Seems that wasn't the only crush that got realized as a result of the movie. Speaking to Seth Meyers on "Late Night" on Wednesday, Jan. 23, Anne Hathaway said her 2-year-old son, Jonathan joined her in Mauritius while she was filming there. Matthew's wife, Camila Alves, was apparently there, too. Explaining how her son was super into "Moana" during the shoot, Anne recalled (via JustJared): "I don't know if you ever seen a picture of Matthew's wife but she's like the most drop dead gorgeous Brazilian woman and she kind of looks like Moana. So my son was like, 'What is happening?.' My son would get this look on his face and I realized he was completely in love with her." Meanwhile, back in Matthew's crush territory … Diane, 54, admitted this week to ET that she was aware her costar had a thing for her for decades — because he told her. "I think I blocked it out. I don't think he lied — I think he did say that to me, day one — and I just had whiteout," said Diane. "I couldn't cope," she continued to ET. "I said, 'I'm gonna see a character. Thank you for the compliment. I'm dying, and … love you, too babe.'" "Serenity" hits theaters Friday, Jan. 25.

Vinny Guadagnino urges Kim Kardashian to help The Situation get out of prison early
Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino seemed to be in relatively good spirits when he turned himself in to begin an eight month prison sentence for tax evasion. That's not stopping his "Jersey Shore" fam from advocating to get him released early, though. Apparently, Vinny Guadagnino has seen the headlines about Kim Kardashian West's work to get sentences like Alice Marie Johnson's commuted. Now, he's hoping Kim can help spring The Situation. He made a plea to Kim this week via TMZ, telling her, via their paparazzo, "Kim, Mike is an amazing person, to me he's completely reformed he's like a great member of society." Vinny added: :"He preaches to kids that have addictions, he's a big advocate and evangelist for recovery, he'd be better off out here, helping people … Kim, get on that. If she doesn't, er, "get on that," at least The Situation is "doing great in there," according to Vinny. "I knew he was gonna do good and he was never really nervous about it so I was praying like, 'Oh God I hope once he's in there I hope he's OK,'" he said (via the New York Post). "He's so strong mentally from his [substance] recovery process that it's working out for him now in jail."

The larceny case against former "To Catch a Predator" host Chris Hansen has been dropped. TMZ reports prosecutors in Connecticut have dropped check bouncing charges against the financially troubled TV crime reporter after he paid his $13,000 debt to the local store in Stamford from which he'd purchased merch items with two bad checks. Chris reportedly appeared in court to resolve the matter on Wednesday, Jan. 23. No word on whether he's been able to take care of the remaining $1 million-plus debt he owes to credit card companies, a mortgage lender and the IRS.
Scott Disick and Sofia Richie reveal their Valentine's Day plans
Should you have a hankering to spend Valentine's Day celebrating the joys of age-mismatched celebrity love, Scott Disick and Sofia Richie have got your back. The steadfast couple are set to host a party on Thursday, Feb. 14, at the Theatre Box in San Diego. The combined theater, restaurant and entertainment venue is offering a Scott and Sofia-centric sweetheart party at the complex's Sugar Factory American Brasserie, a champagne and strawberries option in the center's Chocolate Lounge or a dinner and move hang in the cinema, according to JustJared. Last month, People reported Sofia, 20, was committed to her romance with Kourtney Kardashian's 35-year-old ex in spite of any residual awkwardness with the Kardashian-Jenner family. "Sofia is hoping her relationship with Scott lasts," said a source. "She loves Scott and wants to be with him."
Rose McGowan calls Harvey Weinstein hiring her drug offense lawyers a 'major conflict of interest'
Harvey Weinstein is replacing his regular, New York City-based lawyer, Ben Brafman, with Jose Baez — the man who got Casey Anthony acquitted — as lead defense in his sexual assault trial. He's also added Harvard-based lawyer, Ronald Sullivan. Rose McGowan has some thoughts about the change and they have little to do with Casey Anthony. Speaking to the Daily Beast shortly after news of the switch surfaced on Wednesday, Jan. 24, McGowan pointed out it seems more than coincidental that Baez and Sullivan also represented her when she was essentially forced to plead no contest after a cleaning crew member found cocaine in her bag after she left a flight. When the drugs were found, she immediately blamed someone in Weinstein's camp, given her ongoing allegation he raped her in 1997 — and his ongoing attempts to defend his reputation amid dozens of accusations about his alleged sexual misconduct over the years. "This is a major conflict of interest but I knew there was shadiness going on behind the scenes," the actress told the Daily Beast. "This is why my case didn't go to trial — my instinct was my lawyers had been bought off. … I thought Harvey would get to them behind the scenes and I wouldn't have fair representation." She added: "[I] asked Jose Baez directly if he would ever work with Harvey and I told him it was my fear that he would be bought off while representing me. He responded by saying, 'I don't like to lose.'" McGowan accused Weinstein of being behind what she maintains was a drug plant before she hired Baez and Sullivan. Later, McGowan shared a partially redacted email from another one of Weinstein's lawyers, Blair Berk, from October 2017, in which she forwarded to the producer a post from THR about McGowan's drug-related arrest warrant. "Obviously trying to silence her," read Weinstein's reply, to which Berk wrote, "I took care of getting that arrest warrant issued against her back on February 1 just so there would be no fingerprints," adding, " damn." "Here is some breaking news, just connect the dots," McGowan captioned the post. "I have been messed with every step of the way in this fight against a super predator. So much evil, so much complicity."
Bob Barker rushed to the hospital again after another fall
Paramedics returned to Bob Barker's home in the Hollywood Hills section of Los Angeles earlier this month after the veteran game show host slipped and fell again, according to TMZ. Barker, 95, was already being treated at home for injuries sustained in another recent fall, though it was unclear from TMZ's report which accident over the past few years caused the last injuries. He did not require emergency room care this time. Last fall, Barker landed in the hospital twice as a result of back pain flares. While he recovers, he'll reportedly focus on his animal foundation and "enjoying retirement," according to TMZ.
Tori Spelling and her daughter accused of scamming slime customers
Tori Spelling may want to jump in and help with her daughter's slime business. Almost a year after announcing Stella, now 10, was launching Stylish Slimes By Stella, would-be customers are complaining en masse that they haven't received their product. To be fair most of the pushback on Stella's Instagram feed is coming from the same few Instagram handles, although between December and late January, the number of unhappy clients appears to have grown. According to the Daily Mail, Tori's Instagram was hit by trolls as well. Over the weekend, Stella's appearance at SlimeCon2 (where else would a 10-year-old DIY slime entrepreneur go on when SlimCon2 is basically right in her backyard?) roiled commenters up even more as many suggested the family pull back on advertising until they can start filling orders. Not everyone was missing their slime, by the way. A handful of happy customers also weighed in on IG to let the trolls know their packages had been delivered as promised.
Patricia Clarkson, Mario Lopez and more stars set to helm Mardi Gras parades in New Orleans
As Carnival season starts kicking into high gear, parade krewes in New Orleans have begun to announce their celebrity riders, kings and queens. While Saints fan Harry Connick, Jr., is set to return to his usual post as co-founder and krewe royalty in the Orpheus parade, he'll be joined by celeb monarchs Mario Lopez and Trace Adkins when Orpheus hits the streets the night before Mardi Gras Day, which this year falls on Tuesday, March 5. Another New Orleans native, Patricia Clarkson, will be this year's Honorary Muse when the all-female superkrewe rolls down St. Charles Avenue on Feb. 28, according to Page Six. "Supernatural" star Jensen Ackles has been named this year's king of Bacchus, set to roll March 3.
Jenelle Evans says David Eason wants to eventually adopt her son, Jace
In spite of their ups and (significant) downs, Jenelle Evans and David Eason seem determined to stick it out as a couple — and as a family. Jenelle spoke with fans in an Instagram Q&A session this week, where she said her husband hopes to "one day" adopt her 9-year-old son, Jace, who remains under the shared custody of Jenelle and her mother, Barbara Evans, according to Us Weekly. On the latest edition of the show, it was revealed Jace's father, Andrew Lewis, tried to get in touch with Jace by contacting producers at MTV. Jenelle told fans David was leery of the move. At the same time, it sounds like he's being cautious when it comes to Jace, who's already found himself at the center of a custody battle between his mother and grandmother, who previously had full custody of him. "David doesn't think he should just suddenly step in now that Andrew had his chance a long time ago," Jenelle told fans. She and David share one daughter, Ensley. She's also mom to Kaiser, 4, from her previous relationship with Nathan Griffith.
