Tyrese Gibson checks himself into the hospital following tense day in court
After spending the day facing off against his ex-wife Norma in court over abuse allegations, Tyrese Gibson checked himself into a hospital for chest pains, according to TMZ. The website reports Tyrese — who denies he ever beat the 10-year-old daughter he shares with Norma — was given fluids to treat dehydration. Tyrese was released from the hospital later that night. The "Fast and Furious" star's ex wants a permanent restraining order to be enacted to protect her and her daughter from his alleged abuse and habit of following Norma. Norma has said she worries he may come after her.
Rose McGowan makes first public speech since Harvey Weinstein allegations
In recent weeks, Rose McGowan has been one of the strongest voices speaking out about Harvey Weinstein's alleged sexual assaults and incidents of harassment, despite the non-disclosure agreement she signed as part of a $100,000 settlement for a lawsuit over her allegation he attacked her at the Sundance Film Festival. On Friday, Oct. 27, she'll take some of her thoughts about sexual misconduct offline and into the spotlight at The Women's Convention in Detroit, where she's been tapped to deliver the opening remarks. The "Charmed" star is also expected to sit on a panel about sexual abuse in schools, according to the New York Post. Harvey, meanwhile, launched a lawsuit of his own this week. On Thursday, Oct. 26, he reportedly sued the Weinstein Company, from which he was fired a few weeks back. He's reportedly demanding to see emails and personal records that might show help clear his name. Through a rep, he has denied all non-consensual sex allegations, although that's not stopping police from investigating incidents that were reported in New York, Los Angeles and London. Ronan Farrow, who wrote the initial New Yorker expose about Harvey, is reportedly working on a follow-up story.

But on Oct. 26, Jennifer Garner decided to get in the spirit by hitting the Underwood Family Farms pumpkin patch. And she picked up some serious loot! She showed off her haul on Instagram, writing the caption: "Some see jack-o-lanterns, I see muffins. These very exact specific muffins. 🎃 #nationalpumpkinday." She linked a recipe to pumpkin muffins from the New York Times Food section in the bio of her Instagram. Seems like that Super Woman shirt is a definite match for this super mama of three!
Kylie Jenner buys the lot next to her home for $5 million cash
Coincidence? Amid news Kylie Jenner's expanding her family by becoming a mom, it seems she's also expanding the physical boundaries of her homebase in the Hidden Hills section of Los Angeles. TMZ reports Kylie recently forked over $5 million in cash for the 1.5 acre corner lot right next to her $12 million home. Insiders tell the website she wants to develop the space into a garden and may also have a barn built there so she can take advantage of the nearby horse trails. Combined with the property her house sits on, she reportedly now has three acres to herself. The 20-year-old has yet to confirm or deny reports she's expecting her first child with Travis Scott, but a little extra green space can't be a bad thing if a baby really is on the way.
Kelsey Grammer to give Camille Grammer half of his 401k plan
It took nearly two years after their divorce for Kelsey Grammer and Camille Grammer to agree on a settlement — five years later, a judge is still finding new assets to shift from Kelsey to his ex. Earlier this month, court documents were filed in which Camille was granted half of Kelsey's 401k plan, according to The Blast. On the bright side for the "Cheers" alum, the distribution only requires him to give Camille 50 percent of whatever the balance was on June 29, 2010. Camille has reportedly already taken home $30,000,000 in the former couple's divorce.
Eminem will donate 'Lose Yourself' proceeds to hurricane relief
On Oct. 26, Eminem's rep said that any proceeds Eminem gets from a New Zealand court will go towards hurricane relief. The company — 8 Mile Style — who controls some of Eminem's early catalog sued the New Zealand National party for using a song similar to "Lose Yourself" in 2014. "Eminem was not a party to this lawsuit nor was he consulted regarding the case," the rapper's rep said. "Any monetary settlement he receives from it will be donated to hurricane relief. He encourages the plaintiffs, 8 Mile Style, to do the same."
Kourtney Kardashian and Younes Bendjima are getting serious
All summer long we saw Kourtney Kardashian and Younes Bendjima stepping out together across Europe. Then on Oct. 25, Younes joined Kourtney at the launch of her new PrettyLittleThings line as word has it that the couple is getting more serious. At the launch party, the couple were spotted chatting away with each other and some of Kourt's friends throughout the night. "They are very serious," a source told E! News. "He has been staying at her house a lot, but only if the kids are not there. They will be spending holidays together and Younes is invited to the Kardashians' holiday party."
Kelsea Ballerini dishes on her upcoming destination wedding
Kelsea Ballerini has been coy about her wedding plans. But in an interview on Oct. 25, she opened up a bit about what she's been planning. "We're getting married somewhere where people have to travel, so that is the gift gift, is people being there," Kelsea told Us Weekly at the Colgate Optic White Q&A in Nashville. Another tidbit she gave away is that the couple isn't participating in a form registry like many couples. Kelsea recently celebrated her bridal shower which she said her friends all did something crafty for the event. "Everyone did something different and made it look like a Pinterest party. Kristin Davis still sounds hopeful there's a future for 'SATC'
At least one member of the "Sex and the City" is still feelin' it! While Kim Cattrall has repeatedly said she has no interest in pursing a reboot for the show's movie spinoff franchise — and Sarah Jessica Parker has said she's disappointed the project is defunct — Kristin Davis is staying true to her chipper "SATC" character and keeping some hope alive that she could play Charlotte onscreen again some day. "Maybe we'll figure out something to do, I don't know, it would be great," Kristin told E! News (via People) this week. "I just feel like it's a positive thing all the way around. I'm sad that we're not doing the movie but at the same time, I love the support so much and I'm so grateful for it," she added. On Instagram earlier this year, Kristin confirmed plans for a third film were being tossed. "It is true that we are not going to be able to make a 3rd film," she posted at the time. "I wish that we could have made the final chapter, on our own terms, to complete the stories of our characters. It is deeply frustrating not to able to share that chapter (beautifully written by MPK) with all of you. So we will just have our memories, but please know that all of the love and support for us through the years is felt by us and we are so grateful for all of you!"
