Angelina Jolie's new lawyer wants a divorce decree for Angie and Brad

There may finally be some forward motion in Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's ongoing divorce case, thanks to a new attorney for Angelina who just filed documents requesting a final divorce decree before the end of 2018. According to TMZ, the new lawyer, who is likely set to replace Laura Wasser, claims Brad has failed to pay "meaningful child support" over the two years Angie and Brad have been separated. Instead, they've apparently had an "informal arrangement" about child support — and Angie's lawyer says Brad has not held up his end of the bargain. The lawyer is asking for a formal child support order that would be retroactive against what Angie says Brad owes. The pair's divorce has been drawn out primarily because the two can't seem to come to an agreement on terms of custody for their six children. This week, a source even told E! News the two were "not even close" to a final divorce. "They are so hung up on dealing with the custody issues that they haven't even exchanged any financial documents yet, which is routine in divorces and one of the first steps people take in the filing process," the insider said. "There will be no settlement or resolution anytime soon. They are kind of at an impasse at this point because the focus has been on custody; nothing else has been hashed out yet." Brad and Angelina had come to an agreement on a custody situation prior to this summer, but when Angie took on a new project that required her to be in Europe during the filming process, she asked to take all the children with her for the entire shoot. A judge handling the case decided it would be dangerous for the children's wellbeing for them to move so far away from their dad for an extended period of time, telling Angie he believes it is "critical that each of them have a healthy and strong relationship with their father and mother."

For Kendall Jenner, anxiety management is simply a part of life. In the new issue of Love magazine, the model opens up about how she handles those feelings — and admits that in 2017, she skipped the runways of Paris altogether during fall/winter fashion week, opting to take care of herself instead. "Last season I didn't do any shows. Just 'cause I was working in L.A. and I was like 'Oof, I can't right now — I'm gonna go crazy,'" Kendall recalls (via E! News). "I was on the verge of a mental breakdown." The 22-year-old has always spoken candidly about her struggles with anxiety, from admitting she even gets panic attacks in the middle of the night to discussing how she keeps herself on a short leash when it comes to social media so she doesn't add to the worry. "Anxiety is all mental, so you have to try and find your ways around it," Kendall said on "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" earlier this year. "I try and maintain it, but sometimes it's out of your control. But I think I'm very blessed to be in the situation I'm in, and every year that I do fashion months it gets a little bit easier."

In the latest development, the singer's lawyers have argued Kevin's demand that Britney sit for a deposition could end up harming the boys he and she share. New legal documents viewed by TMZ show lawyers for Britney's conservatorship making the case that the singer's touring schedule — and private information essential to the children's security — could be put at risk by a deposition or any public revelation of information such as the boys' travel and school schedules. Britney and her attorneys are now asking the court to "severely limit" what Kevin may access and to seal any information that does come into play in the proceedings, according to TMZ.

Carey Hart had to leave Pink's side shortly before she was hospitalized

Poor Pink! Just one day before a gastric virus forced her to cancel the first of multiple shows in Australia last week, Pink's husband, Carey Hart, had to leave his wife and kids to return to the U.S. for a work engagement. The Daily Mail reports Carey jetted off to South Dakota last Thursday for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. By Sunday, Pink had been hospitalized. "S—-y part about traveling is having to leave them," Carey wrote on social media as he made his way Stateside. According to the Gold Coast Bulletin, Carey's expected to return to Australia to be with Pink later this week.

Becca Kufrin's 'Bachelorette' finale gown was worth $18k

If Becca Kufrin looked ready to walk down the aisle in the white halter dress she wore when she accepted Garrett Yrigoyen's proposal on the "Bachelorette" finale, that's probably because most brides don't drop that much cash for their actual wedding gowns. One of the 15 couture pieces by Randi Rahm Becca wore over the course of the season, the sequin-coated gown was worth $18,000, according to Page Six. "From the day she saw it, Becca wanted this gown," said "Bachelorette" stylist Cary Fetman. "It was one of the first things we picked out [for the season]. What's so amazing about it is its lightness; when you lift it, it's only a pound or two. She was like, 'I feel like I'm wearing nothing!'" Despite its lightweight feel, the dress actually required 250 hours of work for the hand beading process, plus an extra week to complete the sewing. "When I found out where we were going for the finale [the Maldives] and knew how hot it was going to be, it was just perfect," the stylist added. "And when you see it in person, in the sunlight, it's got this amazing iridescent seashell effect. She looked like a mermaid in it."

"She has not spoken to her father in more than 10 weeks since her wedding and is still hurt by her father, who has both staged the photos and continues to give paid interviews," says a source. "The Palace is at a loss of what to do and is re-evaluating options, including a more aggressive strategy to stem the embarrassment caused by Meghan's dad, half-sister and half-brother." On a happier note, Meghan and Prince Charles have apparently become close. "Meghan has established a particularly warm relationship with her father-in-law and Prince Charles adores his new daughter-in-law," the source says. "He pulled out all the stops at Harry and Meghan's wedding and Meghan was grateful to him for showing such generosity and support when her father pulled out of the wedding last minute."

Now that the #MeToo movement is shining a light on inappropriate behavior in the film industry, actresses, in particular, are coming forward with stories of sexual misconduct, sexual harassment and on-set gender bias from the past few decades. A new interview with Kathleen Turner is a case in point. Now 64, the star recently told Vulture just how bad things were for her on the set of 1981's "Body Heat," where Burt Reynolds allegedly treated her terribly. The movie was her "first big role," she explained to Vulture, "… and after that I was a sexual target." She continued: "I understood later, from Michael Douglas, that there was a competition between him and Jack Nicholson and Warren Beatty about who would get me first. None of them did, by the by." Asked how the competition made her feel, she said, "I don't like being thought of as a trophy." However, she also understood that, as she put it, "There was an unspoken assumption that women were property to be claimed."

Rachael Ray sued over pet food contents

Rachael Ray is facing a multi-million dollars class action lawsuit pegged to her "natural"-branded dog food. The Blast reports Markeith Parks is helming the lawsuit, which claims using the word "natural" to describe pet food that contains the weedkiller known as Roundup is "false, deceptive, and misleading" advertising. According to Markeith, Roundup contains "the unnatural chemical glyphosate, a potent biocide and endocrine disruptor, with detrimental health effects that are still becoming known." Markeith also claims to be able to prove, via independent study, that there is glyphosate in the pet food products, and that "glyphosate may be a causal agent related to the rise of pet cancers." While the pet food manufacturer has said it is "in the process of reviewing the details of the claim but strongly stand behind the quality of our products, ingredients, and sourcing practices," a rep for Rachael says the celebrity chef stands behind the quality of the food, telling The Blast: "Rachael herself has always championed the great lengths Ainsworth Pet Nutrition and now The J.M. Smucker Company take to create and provide the highest quality and safest pet food products on the market. This is why she does, and will continue to, feed Nutrish to her own dog Isaboo and her extended pet family."

With his 41st birthday just around the corner this fall — along with what's being touted as his biggest role yet — "Venom" star Tom Hardy is starting to sound ready to move on from Hollywood. Asked how his last birthday milestone affected his perspective on his career, the actor explains in Esquire's September 2018 cover story that he feels as if he's at a metaphorical summit right now. "You've summited Everest," he declares. "It's a miracle that you've made it anywhere near the f—ing mountain, let alone climbed it. Do you want to go all the way back and do it again? Or do you want to get off the mountain and go f—ing find a beach? What is it that draws you to the craft?" he asks. "At this age, I don't know anymore. I've kind of had enough. If I'm brutally honest, I want to go on with my life." Tom's fans need not worry quite yet, though — he's slated to star in at least three new films after "Venom," including a "Mad Max" sequel.
