No. 18: Rob Lowe as Drew Peterson in "Drew Peterson: Untouchable"

While we might find Rob Lowe endlessly handsome in "Drew Peterson: Untouchable," his relationship with Kaley Cuoco's character, Stacey, simply couldn't last because Drew murdered her. With that being said, Drew obviously takes last place in this lineup.

No. 17: Carlo Marks as Michael in "To Be Fat Like Me"

Of all Kaley's on-screen romances, Carlo Marks as Michael in "To Be Fat Like Me" is definitely one of the hottest. However, we know it takes more than a cute face to make a love story work. All-star high school athlete Michael isn't faithful — especially when Kaley's character, Alyson, goes undercover in a fat suit. For his lack of trustworthiness, Michael comes in second to last.

No. 16: Paul Wesley as Damian on "8 Simple Rules"

There might have been some tender moments between Bridget (Kaley Cuoco) and her bad-boy boyfriend Damian (Paul Wesley) on "8 Simple Rules," but when it came to sticking around, this hunky high school crush didn't make the cut. We especially dislike that Bridget's fixation with Damian prevented her from finding true love with her tutor, Jeremy (who's also on this list).

No. 15: Daniel Ross Owens as Matt on "Prison Break"

In 2007, Kaley Cuoco appeared on two episodes of "Prison Break" as Sasha. In one of the episodes ("The Message," Season 2), Daniel Ross Owens appeared as Sasha's boyfriend, Matt. While we don't know a whole lot about their young romance, we do know the pair solicited beer while underage, which makes us think they're not on the road to long-lasting love. That's not saying Matt wasn't a cutie though.

No. 14: Billy Aaron Brown as Kyle on "8 Simple Rules"

No one's denying Billy Aaron Brown was totes cute on "8 Simple Rules," but he had this annoying habit of inter-family dating. That's right, he was Bridget's (played by Kaley Cuoco) guy one minute and her little sister Kerry's the next. If only he could have picked one sister and stuck with her (obviously we're talking about Bridget).

No. 13: Brian Patrick Wade as Kurt on "The Big Bang Theory"

As far as ex-boyfriends are concerned, Kurt (Brian Patrick Wade) was a glorious work of physical perfection. However, his past-tense status, arrogance, former criminal record and total jerk-face attitude toward Leonard (Johnny Galecki) meant he wasn't worth bringing into the present. Besides, the two were already hitched once and later had their marriage annulled, proving they're just not meant to spend their lives together.

No. 12: Adam Brody as Barry Williams on "Growing Up Brady"

Although we know what a handsome stud Adam Brody grew up to be, when he starred as Barry Williams on "Growing Up Brady," he was all kinds of adorable. The TV movie was a meta-look behind the scenes of "The Brady Bunch" and included an adorable young romance between Maureen McCormick (played by Kaley Cuoco, who was only 14 during filming) and Greg. Because they played stepbrother and stepsister on TV and Greg had a bigger crush on their TV mom, Carol, he gets our No. 11 spot.

No. 11: Jesse James as Silas in "The Last Ride"

While their chemistry only lasted a short while on-screen, there was true romantic potential between Silas (Jesse James) and Wanda (Kaley Cuoco) in "The Last Ride," a biopic about country music star Hank Williams' life. It's a real shame they never made it to first base. Besides, we're not sure if we loved them dancing together on New Year's Eve as much as we loved the fact that tough-talking Wanda ran her own gas station and worked as a mechanic. Wanda was a true lady boss and we support that.

No. 10: Brian Thomas Smith as Zack Johnson on "The Big Bang Theory"

On "The Big Bang Theory," a show that features some of the brainiest characters on TV, it was hard to reconcile air-head Zack (played by Brian Thomas Smith) being in a romantic relationship with Penny (Kaley Cuoco). While he was sweet, handsome and occasionally funny, there wasn't a whole lot that kept us hoping they'd end up happily ever after (except when they dressed up like Superman and Wonder Woman, because that was seriously AWESOME).

No. 9: Kevin Sussman as Stuart on "The Big Bang Theory"

Is it wrong that for a minute, we actually wanted Stuart (Kevin Sussman) and Penny (Kaley Cuoco) to be an item on Season 2 of "The Big Bang Theory"? Adorable, nerdy comic book store owner Stuart might seem meek, but when he saw beautiful Penny, he found his courage and asked her out on a date. When we learned that they made out in his car, but Penny called him "Leonard" (Johnny Galecki's character), our hearts broke just a tiny bit. But because Stuart's a true gentleman, he stepped aside to let Penny and Leonard figure out what the heck they were doing apart.

No. 8: Scott Little as George in "To Be Fat Like Me"

Alright, maybe George (Scott Little) and Alyson (Kaley Cuoco) didn't have an actual on-screen romance, but there was definitely some major chemistry between them and it was clear from the get-go that George was feeling Alyson (even though she was wearing a fat suit and pretending to be someone else). Obviously, his character was meant to show us that love is blind to size, but really, we just wanted to see them make out.

No. 7: Pat Kelly as Jack Lawton in "Crimes of Fashion"

Sure, Jack Lawton (Pat Kelly) might actually be an undercover FBI agent trying to bust newly minted fashion student-turned-mob boss Brooke (Kaley Cuoco) on "Crimes of Fashion," but that doesn't mean they couldn't make it work. In fact, the romantic connection these two shared made this otherwise ridiculous TV movie kinda worth watching.

No. 6: Kunal Nayyar as Raj on "The Big Bang Theory"

This is not a drill. Penny (Kaley Cuoco) and Raj (Kunal Nayyar) kind of hooked up one drunken, glorious night on the Season 4 finale of "The Big Bang Theory." We learned in Season 5 that Raj got a little too excited and uh, popped his balloon before he got to the party. It doesn't matter though, because we'll always secretly think Raj could have been the one to show Penny true, lasting love.

No. 5: Landon Liboiron as Dylan in "Burning Bodhi"

We liked handsome, slightly disturbed Dylan (Landon Liboiron) in "Burning Bodhi" if only for the fact that he's trying to be an adult and work through his issues. The same can't be said for his ex-girlfriend Katy (Kaley Cuoco), who's popping pain pills like it's nobody's business and not doing much to win back custody of her child. The chemistry sizzles between Dylan and Katy, even if it's clear they both need to move on.

No 4: Chris Klein as Henry Obert in "Authors Anonymous"

When is Chris Klein not the guy of our dreams? (Correct answer: never.) In the 2014 docu-style comedy "Authors Anonymous," Chris plays Henry Obert, a would-be novelist who's secretly in deep for the newest member of his writers' club, Hannah. The only reason Henry doesn't get our No. 1 spot is because he's also kinda jealous of Hannah's success — which makes him a bad long-term love prospect.

No. 3: Josh Gad as Doug Harris in "The Wedding Ringer"

If we're talking a lifetime of love and happiness, then Doug Harris (Josh Gad) will get us there. Not only is Doug sweet, funny and truly invested in making his life (and by extension, his bride-to-be Gretchen's life) fun and meaningful, but deep down, he's just a really good guy. The reason Doug isn't our first choice, however, is because he has to pay people to pretend to be his friends, which means he's still got some honesty issues to work through.

No. 2: Johnny Galecki as Leonard on "The Big Bang Theory"

We hope "The Big Bang Theory" fans don't get too mad at us when they see we've placed Leonard (Johnny Galecki) in our No. 2 spot. While we love Leonard and Penny (Kaley Cuoco) together just as much as everyone else, we think Leonard sometimes misses the mark on how he conveys that love. Whether he's hiding his true feelings and making too many compromises or misjudging the moment (and making things weird), we think Leonard still hasn't completely opened himself to his lady love. His saving grace is that he truly wants to be with Penny, no matter how many obstacles they've had to overcome.

No. 1: Jonathan Taylor Thomas as Jeremy on "8 Simple Rules"

In 2003, for a mere three episodes, Jonathan Taylor Thomas appeared as Jeremy, the quiet, intelligent and totally sweet tutor helping Bridget (Kaley Cuoco) on "8 Simple Rules." Jeremy was the coulda, woulda, shoulda guy Bridget didn't know she needed until it was too late. From the beginning, it was clear Jeremy was the perfect guy for her — a total gentleman who could lavish her with attention while also stimulating her mind. And let's be honest, he was super-hot behind those nerdy glasses. Sadly, Bridget thought she cared more for her jerky ex (Damian — see No. 16) and Jeremy excused himself from the possible equation of him + Bridget = love, leaving her to realize (only too late) he was the one for her all along.
