Three handwritten wills discovered in Aretha Franklin's home
At the time of her death in August 2018, it was widely believed that Aretha Franklin did not leave a will behind. However, this week, three documents — handwritten wills discovered in her home, two from 2010 and one from 2014 — were submitted to Michigan's Oakland County probate court. The missives, which appear to have been penned by Aretha, offer insight into the music legend's financial goals and also disavow two earlier wills created decades earlier, including one with a letter for a former love, Temptations singer Dennis Edwards. The handwriting has not yet been confirmed as Aretha's, but another hearing has been scheduled in June to discuss the validity of the documents.

George Clinton says goodbye to touring
Five decades of funk music later and George Clinton is saying goodbye to life on the road. He wraps up his final concert trek, the "One Nation Under a Groove Tour," later this summer, but that won't be the last we see of him. "I'll still be making music," the 77-year-old artist told Rolling Stone earlier this year. "But I'll be finding different ways of getting it out there, through social media and whatever these new equipments they've got going on. Once you reach a certain age with radio stations, you've got to be an oldie but a goodie."

A Whitney Houston hologram tour and new album are on the way
It's been seven years since Whitney Houston's untimely death, but we haven't heard the last of her if her estate has anything to say about it. Executor Pat Houston, who's Whitney's sister-in-law, claims that a new tour featuring a hologram version of Whitney as well as a Broadway musical plus new unreleased tracks are all on the horizon. "Before she passed, there was so much negativity around the name; it wasn't about the music anymore," Pat told The New York Times. "People had forgotten how great she was. They let all the personal things about her life outweigh why they fell in love with her in the first place."
