It's been nearly five months since Courteney Cox saw her longtime partner Johnny McDaid — and she's literally counting the days.
The actress, 56, shared a screenshot from video with Johnny on Instagram on Saturday, after virtually celebrating his 44th birthday with him as they two navigate being apart because of the pandemic.
"It's been 133 days since we were last together. Covid sucks," she captioned the post. "Happy Birthday J. I loved our lunch/dinner (LA/London time) zoom date today. I miss you madly. ♥️♥️♥️ ," she added, calling him "#myone."

The sweet post garnered nearly 900,000 likes in one day, plus comments from friends including Isla Fisher, who wished "sweet Johnny" a very HBD, saying she and her husband Sacha Baron Cohen miss him too, Debra Messing, and Rachel Zoe.
On the plus side, Courteney and Johnny have plenty of experience making a long-distance relationship work. The former "Friends" star, who's based in Los Angeles with her daughter, regularly shares posts with the Ireland-born musician from his homebase in the U.K., while Johnny traveled to the U.S. regularly to be with Courteney.
That was prior to the coronavirus pandemic, though.
With positive cases on the rise across most of the United States including California, and the U.K. branded the site of "Europe's worst outbreak" over the weekend by the Associated Press, it's reasonable that Courteney and Johnny might opt to stay apart until a vaccine for the virus is available.
In the meantime, the two seem to be doing everything they can to be virtually together, despite the phsical distance between them.
Speaking to Ellen DeGeneres on her show back in May, Courteney explained that Johnny had returned to Europe for work just before the lockdowns started.

"He was supposed to go to Switzerland to write. He went to England first, then all of the sudden they called quarantine," she said at the time.
"I have not seen him in so long. You don't realize — I mean, we spend a lot of time on FaceTime — now it's like oh my god, I just miss his physical touch. It's been hard. This is the longest time."
Courteney and Johnny began dating in Jaunuary 2016. They were engaged by the end of that year, but called off the wedding (twice) and separated briefly before reuniting.
