It wasn't cocaine. It wasn't sugar either. It was, well, marble. Kim Kardashian West was the subject of drug rumors this week because of what appeared to be a powdery substance on a table in one of her video clips. Kim was promoting her kids clothing line on Snapchat when fans noticed some white lines behind her. Immediately, commenters thought the worst. Kim quickly defended herself and claimed it was sugar, as she had just taken her kids to a candy store. However, the next day, Kim noticed the lines were still there, so she went over to the "sugar" and quickly realized it was simply the natural veining of the marble tabletop. She rubbed her fingers over it to prove that it was marble. Just call this the most innocent "drug scandal" of all time.
Vulgar assaults
Video of the aftermath of Shia LaBeouf's arrest was released throughout the week and it was ugly. The actor was arrested in Savannah, Georgia, on July 8 for public intoxication, disorderly conduct and obstruction. As seen in video released on July 10 and July 11, he hardly went quietly, verbally assaulting police officers and using homophobic and racist language. Bodycam video shows Shia yelling at an officer, using vulgarity and even getting racial. "I have rights! I'm an American. You got me in my hotel, arresting me in my hotel for doing what, sir?" he shouted. A video from inside the police car was also released this week. In it, Shia does more of the same, shouting at a white police officer for putting his "own kind" in jail. He also ranted about paying his taxes. Inside the police station (in yet another video), he told a black police officer that he was going "to hell" and said what he did was "savage" — because of the color of his skin. On July 12, Shia apologized and said he has hit "rock bottom."

Prison inmate
Abby Lee Miller reported to prison on July 12 to begin her 366-day sentence for fraud. The "Dance Moms" star checked into the Federal Correctional Complex's Satellite Prison Camp in Victorville, California, around noon. A Lifetime camera crew followed her as she went in. Just two days before entering, she joked that the best part of going behind bars was "free rent." She also said that it was "surreal" to think about going to prison. She could be released in 10 months. Before her stint behind bars, Abby hired a prison consultant.

The twins are here
A month after their birth, Beyonce showed off her twins for the first time on July 13 on Instagram. She also confirmed that she and JAY-Z named their kids Sir and Rumi. Beyonce posed with kids in front of a rose-filled trellis overlooking the Pacific Ocean (it's likely at the Malibu home that she and JAY have been living in for the summer). She captioned the image, "Sir Carter and Rumi 1 month today." One the same day, Billboard magazine declared that Beyonce was the biggest musical moneymaker of 2016, taking home $62.1 million.
On July 11, Jesse Williams seemingly blasted people who were critical of his split from wife Aryn Drake-Lee. And on the very same day, it was reported that he was dating Minka Kelly. While not mentioning his estranged wife by name, Jesse attacked rumors of infidelity on JAY-Z's video "Footnotes for 4:44," saying that he loved her "with all of my heart." He said people imply "that I threw a person and my family in the trash because a girl I work with is cute." The timing was interesting because a day prior, Jesse and Minka, who have been the subject of romance rumors — and she's likely "cute" girl he was referring to — were spotted leaving a movie theater together. The typically reputable People magazine also reported on July 11 that the duo are indeed dating. "They're having a good time together," a source told the mag.
Baby on the way!
James Corden and his wife, Julia Carey, are feeling those baby vibes again. The late-night host (and new Emmy nominee!) announced that they are expecting their third child together. Baby No. 3 is due in December and will join son Max, 6, and daughter Carey, 2.
Restraining order
Blac Chyna sought a restraining order against her ex, Rob Kardashian, on July 10, and a Los Angeles judge awarded her one. Rob and his legal team didn't fight it. Upon leaving court, Chyna's lawyer declared, "We had a complete and total victory. The judge gave us everything we asked for, which is a set of very strong and enforceable restraining orders against Rob Kardashian." The legal order came a week after Rob posted several graphic naked pictures of Chyna on Instagram and Twitter (they were later taken down by both social networking sites). "Revenge porn is a form of domestic abuse, it is also a crime in California and 38 other states, and it is a civil wrong," Lisa Bloom, Chyna's lawyer, said. Famed attorney Robert Shapiro said Rob regrets posting the photos.
Emoji freakout
Nicki Minaj set the Internet on fire on July 10 by posting one simple emoji: a baby. The rapper's fans went nuts believing that she posted it because she's pregnant. Nicki didn't clarify why she posted this emoji. Some of her fans think she's referring to "birthing" new songs. Some people thought it had to do with DJ Khaled, since she collaborated on a single with him and his infant son is cover art to Khaled's album.
Dating
She's caught in his web! "Spider-Man: Homecoming" stars Tom Holland and Zendaya found real life romance on the set of the film and are now dating. "They started seeing each other while they were filming 'Spider-Man,'" a source told People magazine. "They've been super careful to keep it private and out of the public eye but they've gone on vacations with each other and try and spend as much time as possible with one another. They're both really ambitious and they challenge each other — but, most importantly, they make each other crack up. They seem to have a really similar sense of humor and love joking around together. They have great banter back and forth."
Excited for Emmys!
On July 13, many within the TV world rejoiced — while others lamented being snubbed. The Emmy nominations were announced and "Saturday Night Live" and HBO's "Westworld" earned the most nods for individual shows with 22 each. The stars, per usual, took to social media to congratulate others and bask in their own Emmy glory. "Wow! So thrilled about the #Emmy Nominations for #BigLittleLies! The cast & crew worked so hard to make this happen! Thanks to all the fans!," Reese Witherspoon tweeted after learning she and "Big Little Lies" co-star Nicole Kidman were nominated. Millie Bobby Brown, who is up for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama for her work on "Stranger Things," said, "Only in my dreams could I have imagined this." Carrie Fisher, who passed away last December, received a posthumous Emmy nomination for her work on Amazon's hilarious "Catastrophe."
