The Megan Fox – Machine Gun Kelly lovefest now has a soundtrack.
On Friday, MGK released "Tickets To My Downfall," his fifth studio album, featuring the singer on vocals and guitar alongside Blink-182's Travis Barker on drums. The pop-punk excursion also features a number of guests, including Halsey, MGK's buddy Pete Davidson and — you guessed it — MGK's first and apparently only love, Megan.
Both Pete and Megan contribute voice work to "Kevin and Barracuda Interlude." But it's "Banyan Tree" track where the singer and his "twin flame" share a more personal peek into their hearts.
At one point, the interlude features Megan asking her love if he "remembers the stuff you do with me?" (via ET).
MGK then assures her, "Yes, of course I do. I cherish you."
She responds by saying, "It was just four months ago that we were right here and I met you. That's not possible."
Later, she tells him: "You just got my initials tattooed on you. I just got your nickname tattooed on me."
It's a good bet they really did get matching tats to commemorate their romance.
Megan, 34, and MGK, 30 met on the set of the film, "Midnight in the Switchgrass," and started dating after Megan and her husband Brian Austin Green called it quits (again).
Since then, they've been anything but subtle about their feelings for one another on social media and even in interviews.
Last week, during a chat with Howard Stern on his SiriusXM show, MGK revealed he'd fallen in love "for the first time" after having completed "a big chunk of the album."
He said he realized he "didn't know what [love] was" until he and Megan "made eye contact."
Things got serious fast after that.
"That was my first experience with being open to love and stuff like that. I definitely wasn't set up to believe that that's something that could ever exist," he said on the show.
Megan, who appears in MGK's "Bloody Valentine" video, has been similarly open about discussing the couple's relationship. Speaking to Lala Kent on her podcast in July, Megan recounted falling for MGK this way:
"I knew right away that he was what I call a twin flame. Instead of a soul mate, a twin flame is actually where a soul has like ascended into a high enough level that it can be split into two different bodies at the same time. So we're actually two halves of the same soul, I think."
"Tickets To My Downfall" also features appearances by Blackbear, Trippie Redd and Iann Dior.
