Amber Heard and Elon Musk share a kiss four months after split
Post-split goals? After splitting in August, Amber Heard and Elon Musk were spotted spending time together again — and sharing a kiss — this week. Photos published by TMZ show the former couple smooching and hugging after their meal at HomeState in the Los Feliz section of Los Angeles, although a source close to Elon tells the website the PDA doesn't mean they're trying to patch things up. "Amber invited Elon to her favorite Texas-breakfast spot," Elon's friend tells People. "They shared a quick kiss goodbye. They're still just friends, not trying to get back together."

Mark Hamill challenged 'Star Wars' director about ending
Turns out Luke Skywalker isn't 100 percent about "The Last Jedi." During a recent junket for the new Rian Johnson-directed "Star Wars" film, Mark Hamill admitted he had some issues with the direction of the story. "I said to Rian, 'Jedi don't give up.' I mean, even if he had a problem, he would maybe take a year to try and regroup. But if he made a mistake, he would try and right that wrong," Mark said, according to the Daily Mail. "Right there we had a fundamental difference, but it's not my story anymore. … Rian needed me to be a certain way to make the ending effective…that's the crux of my problem. Luke would never say that. I'm sorry. Well, in this version, see, I'm talking about the George Lucas 'Star Wars.' This is the next generation of 'Star Wars,' so I almost had to think of Luke as another character, maybe he's Jake Skywalker. He's not my Luke Skywalker, but I had to do what Rian wanted me to do because it serves the story well." He added: "I still haven't accepted it completely. But it's only a movie," before saying he believed Rian was "the right man" to direct the flick.
Princess Michael apologizes for wearing offensive brooch to Meghan Markle's first Christmas lunch with the roayl family
Queen Elizabeth's cousin's wife, Princess Michael of Kent, is supposedly making a change to her accessory wardrobe after wearing a racist brooch to the royal family's Christmas lunch. The pin, a Blackamoor item showing a dark-skinned black male bust, was seen by many as being extra offensive given that the lunch was Meghan Markle's first such event with the royal family and the fact that she's biracial. "Princess Michael is very sorry and distressed that it has caused offense," a rep told the Telegraph. It's not the first time the princess has been accused of being racist; in 2004, she reportedly told a group of African-American diners at a restaurant to "go back to the colonies."
Megyn Kelly catches up with former Fox colleagues
Megyn Kelly spent some time rubbing elbows with her former Fox colleagues this week. The New York Post reports the "Today" show host was spotted catching up wih Kimberly Guilfoyle, Harris Faulkner, Ainsley Earhardt, Steve Doocy and Brian Kilmeade at Mediaite's Most Influential in Media 2017 party. Said Mediaite founder Dan Abrams: "It was the editorial team, not me, deciding the list. It is about who has been covered by Mediaite this year . . . This isn't a list of business influencers, this is about people who make comments over a year that impact the political news cycle. So the cable news talking heads have more influence than the main network anchors, and often even the network presidents."
Margot Robbie: There is a support network available now for women who share sexual harassment stories
One good thing that's come out of Hollywood's rush to expose alleged sexual predators has been a newfound "sense of community" among women in the film industry. That's according to Margot Robbie, who spoke with The Hollywood Reporter this week about the wave of allegations about sexual misconduct. "On one hand, you have a great opportunity. On the other hand, you have a great responsibility to handle it appropriately and bring something positive out of a horrible situation. I think it's a very individual thing," she said. "I think coming forward is far more complicated than anyone can imagine unless they're in that position, so I would bear no judgment on anyone who didn't want to come forward with their story. I would hope that anyone who did knows that they can and be supported 100 percent … I have to say, I've never spoken to so many actresses that I've never met than I have in the past couple months … there's such a sense of community, which is really wonderful. It's sad that that had to come out of a horrible situation, but there is a support network there and ready. Everyone wants to make themselves readily available to support anyone who wants to come forward."
Seth Meyers disses Donald Trump for claiming he repealed Obamacare
Seth Meyers has an idea. What if America were to simply tell Donald Trump he's already succeeded achieving in some of the goals he's claimed credit for? The lightbulb went off for the late-night host after the president announced he'd "essentially repealed Obamacare," when the GOP tax bill actually just ditched the Affordable Care Act's individual health care mandate. "Now, Trump hasn't repealed Obamacare. There is still the Medicaid expansion, the exchanges, the subsidies, the protections for pre-existing conditions. But I say we let him think he's repealed Obamacare so he stops trying," Seth suggested on Thursday, Dec. 21 (via the New York Times). "In fact, I think this could work with all of his promises," he continued. "All we have to do is get someone to show him a photo of the Great Wall of China, tell him it's the Mexican border, and he'll say: 'I did it! I did it!' And then they will just hand him a slip of paper that says, '1 million pesos' on it, and he'll say, 'We got Mexico to pay for it.' And while we're at it, we'll bake him a cake that says, 'Congrats on a great eight years.' Then he'll pack his [expletive] and get out of our lives forever. "
Aaron Carter is still smoking pot after rehab
Aaron Carter isn't giving up marijuana, rehab or not. Speaking to Us Weekly , the singer recently said he had a realization that smoking pot wasn't going to affect him negatively. "I was looking at a tree, and I was like, 'Oh man, you know what? I really feel like I'm not going to be triggered to do anything stupid, or anything bad,'" Aaron said. "I mean, even after the treatment center I smoke weed. I smoke weed, I'll tell you right now, doesn't matter to me. I told the people there, but beside that, there's other things that I have to do. I have to stay in a regimen of certain medications to keep me chill, because I'm a hyperactive guy." When he went into treatment, Aaron told Us he was detoxing from marijuana, Xanax and other drugs. "They were detoxing me, but there was also a psychiatrist, and a therapist that I worked with almost daily, and they're the ones who put me on the kind of medications that I need to be on," he said. "I'll say here right in front of all y'all, I'm not ashamed of it. I have issues. I have post traumatic stress disorder. I never wanted my parents to divorce. I never wanted my dad to die. I never wanted my sister to die at 27. It's really hard because after my parents divorced I was like, man … Everything just spiraled out of control, but all I kept doing was focusing on the music. That's all I did. That's all I had. Like even when they were going through their stuff, I was just focusing on music."
