Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez are back on another no sugar, no carbs challenge
It's back to the extreme diet grind for Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez. Page Six reports that just a couple of weeks after they finished their last 10-day, no sugar, no carbs challenge, the athletic duo is working through another round of the eating plan. It would explain why Jennifer — who's currently prepping her pole dancing skills for an upcoming movie — and Alex turned down an offer of Mark Light Shakes during a weekend visit to the University of Miami's Alex Rodriguez Park, where they caught the school's baseball team play Rutgers on Saturday, Feb. 16. The first time she and Alex did the challenge, Jennifer said on "Ellen" that she had a headache and felt like she was "in an alternate reality or universe" as she realized the extent of her sugar and carb addiction. "It was really hard in the beginning, and it was the discipline. I was like, it's only 10 days, c'mon, you can do this. And then it gets a little hard in the middle, and then by the end you're like, OK," she said, according to People. "Then when you go back to the sugar you don't want it as much," she continued. "And I was like, you know what, I want to do it again. … What happens is, it takes down the inflammation a little bit," she added. "So all of a sudden you start feeling really small, and less swollen, and it feels good. You get addicted to that feeling too."
Channing Tatum makes a rare appearance on Jessie J's Instagram
Channing Tatum and Jessie J — those would be those blurry figures captured mid-car rock-out session in a post on Jessie's Instagram — seem to be going strong nearly one year after Channing's split from his wife of nine years, Jenna Dewan. And although Channing and Jessie have kept their relationship relatively quiet since romance buzz first started swirling around the "Magic Mike" star and singer, Jessie did include him in a funny little clip on IG this week that showed the pair's shared affection for music. In the clip, captioned "I've had one cider," Jessie busts about 100 moves a minute to the tunes the two are spinning while Channing drives. Channing gets into the groove, too, showing off a couple seated, mini body rolls without taking his eyes off the road. Channing and Jenna, meanwhile, have remained on good terms even as they continue to work out the terms of their divorce and custody agreement, according to LaineyGossip. News Jenna's dating Broadway star Steve Kazee surfaced around the same time Channing and Jessie's romance was revealed last fall.

Teresa Giudice denies cheating rumors after she was spotted holding a man's hand in Miami
Giudice split rumors: Take … oh, forget it, we've lost count. The latest marital strife chatter to hit Teresa Giudice and her incarcerated husband, Joe Giudice, comes courtesy of Us Weekly, which recently published photos showing Teresa holding hands with New Jersey realtor Blake Schreck in Florida after spending time laughing and talking with him. Shortly after the photos appeared, however, a lawyer for Teresa assured People Blake is a "friend" and that the two were merely leaving the same event together. "The photos show one of those friends helping Teresa out of the venue and to her car. She had some wine and she was wearing heels." He added: "That's the real story. There is no cheating, no divorce. End of story." Though Teresa has supported her husband while he serves a 41-month prison sentence for fraud, she reportedly told Andy Cohen recently that if Joe is unable to successfully appeal a deportation order sending him back to Italy, she does not plan to join him. Daniel Radcliffe opens up about how playing Harry Potter drove him to drink excessively
For Daniel Radcliffe, what began as fame-induced social anxiety quickly snowballed into a drinking problem in his teenage years when he was starring in the wildly successful harry Potter franchise. "There is an awareness that I really struggled with particularly in my late teens when I was going out to places for the first time where you would feel … again it could have largely been in my head but … you would feel watched when you went into a bar, when you went into a pub," he explains in a new interview on "Off Camera with Sam Jones" (via JustJared). "Then, in my case," he continued, "the quickest way of forgetting about the fact that you were being watched was to get very drunk and then as you get very drunk, you become aware that, oh people are watching more now because now I'm getting very drunk, so I should probably drink more to ignore that more." He also ties the problem to "the expectation that you should just be delighted all the time," given your success. "I think that's a pressure as well," he says. "You suddenly start to feel, 'Man, if I am just feeling some human emotion of sadness, does that mean I'm doing this wrong? Am I not good at being famous?'" Eventually, Daniel got some good advice from people he trusted that helped him. "Ultimately it was just my own decision," he noted. "I woke up one morning after a night, going, 'This is probably not good.' "
Ariana Grande says her 'personal life' is currently 'non-existent'
Her last two major hits were inspired by her experiences with love, but these days, Ariana Grande seems happy to admit she essentially has no personal life. Speaking to James Corden during an unannounced appearance on "The Late Late Show" on Tuesday, Feb. 19, she admitted her recent charts success — which includes landing spots 1 through 3 on Billboard's Hot 100 Chart — has been "weird and crazy," according to E! News. "I'll take a break after this. I'll go away for a little. I promise," she said. "Honestly, I was so excited you asked me to do this today because I usually don't have anything to do other than just make songs and rehearse and that's it," Ariana told James. "Personal life still nonexistent." Before she left, James gracefully acknowledged the tumultuous year the singer has had without explicitly mentioning her split from Pete Davidson, the death of her ex, Mac Miller, or the terrorist attack at her concert. "After everything you've been through this past 12 months," James said, "I think it is a wonderful thing and you should enjoy this moment and be incredibly proud."
Portia de Rossi and Ellen DeGeneres joke about Ellen's birthday gift
The birthday gift pressure is clearly on at Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi's house. With birthdays that fall just five days apart, Ellen, 61, and Portia, 46, have regularly posted on social media about one another's big milestones. But when Portia stopped by the Wednesday, Feb. 20, edition of her wife's show, it was clear there's plenty of teasing involved when it comes to delivering a good, old-fashioned birthday "wow." After telling the audience that for her last birthday, Portia created The Ellen DeGeneres Wildlife Fund and promised to build to build The Ellen DeGeneres Campus of the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund in Rwanda, Ellen teased, "So that was my 60th birthday and then in January… I turned 61 and, uh, what'd ya get me? Tell everybody what you got me." Portia smirked for a minute before replying, "gardening tools." As it turns out, of course, Portia also traveled to Africa recently to be at the groundbreaking of the center named after her wife. "It was an incredible experience," she said, according to ET. "I mean, I just couldn't believe the feeling of gratitude, which was really overwhelming for me. Not just from people that are gonna directly benefit, but just the entire area. There are 1,500 jobs that will be created, millions of dollars will go into the economy because of your campus. It was a really special, pretty overwhelming moment." Ellen smiled, then said she "was very jealous because, obviously, I'm working and couldn't go, so I had to send you and I appreciate it very much." She then tossed in a facetious, "you didn't miss a lot," before ending the anecdote with "except Jen Aniston's birthday party."

Nina Dobrev shuts down body shamers
When Nina Dobrev shared a photo of herself at the Hollywood Beauty Awards, chances are she thought it would be an innocent shout-out to the glam squad behind her look. Instead, it sparked a long and seriously negative slew of comments about her appearance. She managed to take responses giving her flack about her dress, weight, hair and makeup in stride, though. "I can't believe no one is noticing that shes anorexic," griped one user (via People) "This picture just reminds me of my anorexic self. … Nina needs help, you guys are just pushing her to eat air," the commenter added. Nina, 30, didn't ignore that one. "Thank you for your concern," she replied. "I'm sorry to hear you weren't doing well, I hope that you are taking care of yourself and doing better now. I'll also let you know that I eat burgers and fries and all kinds of yummy things all the time. You should do the same." She went on to write: "Eating everything and working out (which I do) is the healthy solution for people who have problems. Body shaming people on the other hand is NOT healthy and very rude. I don't do that, so you should also do the same. Have a wonderful day."
