If only there were an Oscar category for post-split goals … On Wednesday, May 15, Ben Affleck and his ex of four years, Jennifer Garner, were spotted dropping their kids off at school together in Los Angeles. Photos from their morning hang showed the former couple chatting and smiling like the old pals they have become, along with another woman, presumably, a also a parent at the school. According to the Daily Mail, Jen did glance down at her phone a few times — then headed off to meet her new boyfriend, John Miller, for breakfast at Brentwood Country Mart. The super amicable situation, by the way, extends to Jen's ongoing friendship with Ben's mom. The two have been seen enjoying walks together on multiple occasions since Ben and Jen split. And Ben clearly has serious love for both, as he showed over the weekend with a sweet post in honor of Jen and his mom. "Happy Mother's Day to the two incredible mothers who have shown me the meaning of love," he wrote. He added that he was making donations in their name to criminal justice charities.

Kylie Jenner's already proven she can make a not-so-small fortune in the makeup world. Now, she seems to be prepping for an entry into the world of baby products. On Monday, May 13, the 21-year-old mom of 1-year-old Stormi Webster filed to trademark "Kylie Baby" for use on bottles, strollers, cribs, probiotic supplements, wipes and lotions, among other related items, according to Page Six, which viewed the paperwork she submitted to the United States Patent and Trademark Office. The tab points out Kylie's already expanding her makeup brand into skincare, with an affordable Kylie Skin launch set for sometime next wee. And with Kourtney Kardashian's new Poosh lifestyle website ready to sell products — and Khloe Kardashian's Good American jeans company already churning out maternity wear — there's plenty of room for some sibling collaboration.

Tristan Thompson spends time with True as Khloe says she's 'hurting and healing'

Tristan Thompson may not have shared any social media messages aimed at the mothers of his children on Mother's Day, but he does seem to still be spending time with the kids. On Tuesday, May 14, the Cleveland Cavaliers star posted a pair of cute pics of True, whom he shares with Khloe Kardashian, and his son, Prince, whose mom is Jordan Craig. The True pic, which popped up on Tristan's Instagram Story, showed the 1-year-old looking at a baby book. "My little scholar," he wrote on the photo (via People). Khloe, meanwhile, continues to keep the faith in the wake of Tristan's cheating scandal with Jordyn Woods, which ultimately ended her relationship with the NBA player. "I'm happy, hurting and healing at the same time. Don't ask me how I'm doing it because I don't know, but I'm doing it, and I'm so proud of myself," she posted in a quote on Instagram last week. "Give yourself credit for the days you made it," she wrote in another post, "when you thought you couldn't."

In comparison, you men [pointing to Jim and Bill] look quite dreary," then asked Tilda, "Do you think it's time the dress code was shaken up for men?" Her reply: "I'm not aware of any dress code on the red carpet. And I think men all look spectacular all the time. Especially wearing [Swinton's frequent collaborator and designer] Haider Ackermann." A second male reporter wondered how the actors and director responded to the fact that four women were premiering films they'd directed at Cannes this year. Again, Tilda's reply: "Women have been making films for 11 decades now. There are countless films out there. Why don't we necessarily know about them? We have women filmmakers. Some are working bars, some are still in school, some can't get into school. But that's where we need to start. We need to look at the canon, appreciate it, stream it. Then it will exist amongst us. It's not some 'other' thing that we have to somehow find. It all exists — we just have to pay attention to it and bring it up." Finally, Vulture noticed that as Tilda left the room a third male reporter asked how she "never seems to age." Tilda laughed and told him, "You know I'm a vampire," then continued on her way.

Jenelle Evans is 'sick of the drama' amid rumors about her children and husband

Jenelle Evans has had it with the rumor mill. After Child Protective Services removed the former "Teen Mom 2" star's young sons from her home following an incident in which her husband, David Eason, reportedly shot and killed the family dog, Jenelle lashed out about rumors CPS also took her daughter, Ensley, 2, out of her custody. "How would anyone ever believe any of my siblings and then report some BS?!" she posted this week. "We all know damn well I don't talk to my sister, have her blocked, and she's the one to be looking at … not me." The reference was to Jenelle's sister, Ashleigh Evans Wilson, who shared a Facebook post that's believed to have started the rumors, according to ET. "So sick of the drama," Jenelle added. "Everyone wants a piece of my life… like why tho?" Speaking to ET through a rep, Jenelle said: "During this difficult time, I'm focused on getting Kaiser back and cooperating with my legal team on the next steps to getting my children back."

Ariana Grande sued for copyright infringement

On Aug. 17, 2018, when Ariana Grande released "Sweetener," she allegedly posted a pair of photos on her Instagram account that had been taken by photographer Robert Barbera. The images showed the singer exiting a building in New York City carrying a bag with the word "Sweetener" printed on it. That's according to Barbera, who is now suing Grande in Manhattan federal court on grounds her use of the photos constituted a copyright violation, according to Page Six. The pics reportedly garnered more than 3,390,000 likes, suggesting they had an impact, which likely explains Barbera's demand for $25,000 from Grande for each photo she posted or all the profits she gained from using them to promote her album. Page Six notes the same photographer also filed three other copyright infringement suits this month, taking aim at Versace and Jordache and CBS Interactive.

It seems that the birth of Duchess Meghan and Prince Harry's son, Archie, solidified the bond between the duchesses. Meghan and Harry, who welcomed their first child on May 6, reportedly got a visit from Kate and Prince William this week. "Kate and William met Baby Sussex early this afternoon," an insider told Us on Tuesday, May 14. "Kate and William went over to Meghan and Harry's to meet their new nephew in a private affair."

Jameela Jamil weighs in on controversial new abortion laws

Celebs are coming out of the woodwork again this week voicing their dissent on new bills that severely restrict or completely deny women the right to abortions in their states. Jameela Jamil, whom Glamour astutely notes is more than happy to voice her opinions on social and political issues on Twitter, was one of the Hollywood's latest opponents to the bills in Alabama and Georgia. "I had an abortion when I was young, and it was the best decision I have ever made," she tweeted. "Both for me, and for the baby I didn't want, and wasn't ready for, emotionally, psychologically and financially. So many children will end up in foster homes. So many lives ruined. So very cruel." In the same thread the called the Georgia law "upsetting, inhumane, and blatantly demonstrative of a hatred of women, a disregard for our rights, bodies, mental health, and essentially a punishment for rape victims, forcing to carry the baby of their rapist," before cautioning that she didn't mean her statements as "a diss at ALL to foster homes … but if Georgia becomes inundated with children who are unwanted or unable to be cared for, it will be hard to find great fostering for them all."

Blac Chyna slams former lawyer in response to lien for allegedly unpaid work

Oh, boy. The dramz between Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian may have slowed to a simmer but there are plenty of other folks involved in Chyna's war on Rob's family — including the former lawyer handling Chyna's lawsuit against the Kardashians and Jenners. The Blast reports Chyna has accused Lisa Bloom of trying to weasel her way into some of the money she might get out of Rob from their court battles. That's in response to the lien for allegedly unpaid work Lisa filed against Chyna. Chyna says the tow didn't have a written agreement . "The Bloom Firm's conduct constitutes professional misconduct under California law because Lisa Bloom and The Bloom Firm engaged in conduct involving 'intentional misrepresentation' to this Court, the Parties, successor counsel, and Ms. White," Chyna adds in the filing. The former reality star also claims Lisa dropped her as a client without reason on May 7, thereby losing her right to legal fees.

Bethenny Frankel defends an old Instagram post as custody battle constinues

Bethenny Frankel was back in court in New York City on Tuesday, May 14, fighting for custody of Bryn, the daughter she shares with her ex, Jason Hoppy. And once again, things got ugly. According to Page Six, Hoppy's lawyer made enough comments implying the "Real Housewives of New York City" star cares more about her Instagram than her little girl that the judge jumped in to stop him. Raising the subject of a video Frankel posted on her Instagram Story in 2017 in which she asked followers how to talk to Bryn about the fact the family dog, Cookie, was dying, Hoppy's lawyer, Robert Wallack, asked, "Isn't it true that it was more important for you to be broadcasting to your 2 million followers than to be present in the moment? Why do you need to have 2 million strangers know what goes on in your private life?" Frankel didn't miss a beat. "They purchase my jeans, they support Mr. Hoppy," she said. "They pay for [his] rent and his parenting money. They are the people that are paying your legal bills." In one video clip, Bryn is heard reading a card to the pup. "When something notable or serious happens in your life, you immediately post to social media," Wallack said. "To do this in front of Bryn and then to involve her? Did you think this was appropriate parenting behavior?" Frankel replied, "This was my personal behavior," before the judge weighed in. "You are trying to egg her on, and she's playing into it. Instead of making factual arguments, why don't you ask your questions," the judge said. Frankel and Hoppy split in 2012. Hoppy has taken issue with Frankel's inclusion of Bryn in her social media since before they split, according to testimony given by a therapist who tried but gave up working with them because of their "intense level of conflict."
