2016 will go down in history for a lot of reasons — including the sheer number and intensity of celebrity feuds that made headlines all year long. Wonderwall.com is revisiting dozens of the spats, starting with this one: Dwayne Johnson and Vin Diesel are easily two of the biggest movie stars on the planet, but The Rock didn't let that stop him from uncharacteristically speaking out negatively about his co-star. The drama went down on the set of their upcoming action film "Fast 8" in August when Dwayne took to Instagram and wrote, "My female co-stars are always amazing and I love 'em. My male co-stars however are a different story. Some conduct themselves as stand up men and true professionals, while others don't. The ones that don't are too chicken s— to do anything about it anyway. Candy a–es. When you watch this movie next April and it seems like I'm not acting in some of these scenes and my blood is legit boiling – you're right." Keep reading for what happened next…

Dwayne Johnson vs. Vin Diesel
Amid speculation about the identity of the "candy —es," multiple outlets reported that The Rock was talking about Vin Diesel. Vin also fanned the flames by posting a few Instagram videos of his own in which he cryptically promised to tell fans "everything." After a couple days of cooling off, TMZ reported that "Vin went to Rock's trailer and demanded to know why he was talking trash. The two spoke privately inside but we're told they did not squash their beef." And it wasn't over yet… In November, as Dwayne Johnson was promoting his animated feature "Moana," he was asked about the drama and doubled down on his original comments. "I was very clear with what I said. I've been in the game a long time," he told the Los Angeles Times. "Would Universal [Pictures] have preferred that didn't happen? Sure, we talked about it. The irony is after that and as they do their tracking and all their analysis, the interest [in 'Fast 8'] shot through the roof to a whole other level."
Kelly Ripa vs. Michael Strahan
SO MUCH DRAMA! One of the biggest feuds of the year was sparked by some bad decisions and big egos over at "Live! With Kelly & Michael." In April, reports surfaced that Michael Strahan and ABC execs had blindsided Kelly Ripa with the news that he would be leaving the morning talk show for a lucrative new gig on "Good Morning America," telling her just minutes before the press was informed. Apparently, tension had been building for a while. The pair "did not get along. It was all for the show," a Kelly source told Page Six. "They could not stand each other, and whenever they communicated off-camera, it was always through their reps."

Kelly Ripa vs. Michael Strahan
Things turned uglier when Kelly Ripa stopped showing up for "Live!" tapings for several days, which sent a clear message that she was NOT happy with her treatment during this debacle. While ABC execs took a big hit for failing to inform Kelly of the major change of plans sooner, Michael Strahan also took some heat for his role in the feud. A media honcho alleged to Page Six that the former football star's jovial demeanor is all a front and that "when he doesn't need to be on, he shuts down and can be selfish." In fact, the situation still is not resolved as Kelly is still hunting for a replacement for Michael's spot. Makes you miss Regis Philbin, right?!
The "Hamilton" cast vs. Donald Trump
The musical phenom "Hamilton" is known for making news, but in November, the cast made headlines for causing drama. On Nov. 18, Vice President-elect Mike Pence and his family entered the Broadway show to a lot of boos from other theatergoers. During the curtain call, star Brandon Victor Dixon delivered a message to the conservative VP-elect on behalf of the whole cast, saying, "We, sir, we are the diverse America who are alarmed and anxious that your new administration will not protect us, our planet, our children, our parents or defend us and uphold our inalienable rights, sir. But we truly hope this show has inspired you to uphold our American values and work on behalf of all of us. All of us." President-elect Donald Trump soon took to Twitter to voice his displeasure…
The "Hamilton" cast vs. Donald Trump
President-elect Donald Trump didn't take too kindly to "Hamilton" cast members talking to Vice President-elect Mike Pence about their concerns and took to Twitter to voice his anger. "Our wonderful future V.P. Mike Pence was harassed last night at the theater by the cast of Hamilton, cameras blazing. This should not happen!" the future commander-in-chief tweeted on Nov. 19. "The Theater must always be a safe and special place. The cast of Hamilton was very rude last night to a very good man, Mike Pence. Apologize!" For the record, the future VP had a different take. Fox News Sunday reported that he told them, "I really enjoyed watching 'Hamilton.' It was a real joy to be there. I heard a few boos. I wasn't offended by what was said."
Nicki Minaj vs. Farrah Abraham
In January, Nicki Minaj — who's famous for her many feuds — started beefing hard with Farrah Abraham. It all started when Nicki, who was watching "Teen Mom OG" at the time, took to Twitter to criticize Farrah. "Farrah is a c— to her mother," the rapper wrote, later joking that when Farrah's daughter, Sophia, slapped Farrah, she was telling her "go do some porn & leave gramma alone." Farrah — no stranger to controversial social media moments herself — was livid.
Nicki Minaj vs. Farrah Abraham
It didn't take long for Farrah Abraham to swipe back at Nicki Minaj on Twitter. "Cause your parent right? Your videos look like porn. Horrible good luck being negative #Godbless busy making TV," Farrah tweeted. Things continued to get ugly as Farrah brought up Nicki's brother, who was charged with raping a 12-year-old girl in 2015. Even little Sophia chimed in on the feud to call Nicki a "loser." Apparently, Farrah's mom took Nicki's side.
Julie Klausner vs. Zendaya
Body-shaming is never cool, as writer Julie Klausner found out! During the 2016 Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards, Zendaya won the prize for Favorite Female TV Star for her work on "K.C. Undercover." As Zendaya accepted her award, Julie tweeted, "thinspo model for your impressionable tweens" and "You don't have to have an eating disorder to attend the Kids' Choice Awards….but it helps!" which led to a back-and-forth between the two.

Julie Klausner vs. Zendaya
Zendaya fired back at Julie Klausner, tweeting, "Do you find this funny? I will write another paragraph to educate you as well #youreallywannabenext?" After some back-and-forth, Zendaya wrapped up her Twitter lesson by sending a message to young women all over. "Everyone go look in the mirror at their beautiful body, and love that s— #thickgirlswinning #skinnygirlswinning #weallwinning." We declare Z the winner here!
Stephanie Seymour vs. Kendall Jenner & Gigi Hadid
Are Gigi Hadid and Kendall Jenner actually supermodels? Legendary supermodel Stephanie Seymour seemed to think otherwise when she spoke out about the young catwalkers in June. In an interview with Vanity Fair, Stephanie — who, along with Naomi Campbell, Cindy Crawford, Claudia Schiffer, Linda Evangelista and Christy Turlington was one of the original supermodels of the '90s — called them "b—— of the moment," explaining, "They are completely different than we were. Supermodels are sort of the thing of the past. They deserve their own title. [Kendall and Gigi] are beautiful girls, and I support all of them, but they need their own title." Rebecca Romijn also shaded the young women, then backtracked.
Stephanie Seymour vs. Kendall Jenner & Gigi Hadid
Kendall Jenner clapped back at Stephanie Seymour, saying on her app, "If people want to call Gigi and I supermodels now, it doesn't take anything away from supermodels of the past. Obviously, I have so much respect for those women, but right now, we're the models of this time. Significant? Maybe. Hardworking? For sure."
Julianne Hough vs. Amber Rose
Finally, a feud that has a happy ending! This one started during an episode of "Dancing With The Stars" when Amber Rose, known the world over for her curves, danced to Jennifer Lopez's song "Booty." Judge Julianne Hough commented that she felt "uncomfortable" watching Amber's salsa. Amber, along with a lot of people, perceived that as body-shaming. "I felt you weren't talking about my dance [but my body], but If I misunderstood, I apologize," Amber explained. "I'm a very positive person. I don't like to argue or bicker or make things weird, so moving forward, I just want complete positive energy."
Julianne Hough vs. Amber Rose
Julianne Hough followed up the next night by telling Amber Rose, in front of the whole audience, "I would like to say one thing also. The thing that I love so much about dance is that dance is a universal platform for people to express themselves. Any person, whether that is age or height, body shape, ethnicity, sexual orientation, it is something that people can express themselves to do." Amber took this as an apology and ALL was right in the world. Amber even tweeted following Julianne's comment, "Rosebuds! @juliannehough did apologize to me for the way her comment came off. The crowd was clapping loud at the time #GirlPower."
Holly Madison vs. Kendra Wilkinson
Drama in the Playboy mansion! Holly Madison kicked off this feud by writing in her book, "Down The Rabbit Hole," that former Playmate and "Girls Next Door" co-star Kendra Wilkinson was "the fakest person" she had ever met. Holly, who'd been Hugh Hefner's No. 1 girlfriend while he was also dating Kendra years ago, went on to say that though she wishes Kendra the best, they have "no real friendship."
Holly Madison vs. Kendra Wilkinson
Kendra Wilkinson, never one to shy away from controversy, fired back at Holly Madison's book revelations by claiming that Holly just wanted "revenge" because she was never able to have Hugh Hefner's children or secure an engagement ring. Kendra also went on to call Madison a "b—-" on her reality show, "Kendra on Top."
Nathan Fillion vs. Stana Katic
For eight seasons, Nathan Fillion starred on the hit ABC procedural drama "Castle." But the real drama was behind the scenes. It all came to light last spring when announcements went out explaining that the co-lead, actress Stana Katic, wouldn't be coming back if the show was renewed for a ninth season. Die-hard fans were understandably upset since Stana was a fan favorite and integral to the premise of the show. After a few days of wild speculation, stories began to leak out about the allegedly difficult relationship that Nathan and Stana had cultivated over years of working together.
Nathan Fillion vs. Stana Katic
As Season 8 drew to a close, Nathan Fillion and Stana Katic, who played a married couple on "Castle," reportedly began requesting that their scenes together be cut down — obviously a problem when the two are supposed to be in love. An insider told Dish Nation, "It wasn't one thing in particular that caused the rift, it was just that over time, Stana's star rose and Nathan felt he was being upstaged because he considered himself the star of the show." It appeared that fans were right about Stana's character, Detective Kate Beckett, being integral to the show because ABC's head of programming decided to cancel the series before Season 9 began filming.
Kim Kardashian West vs. Taylor Swift
Kim Kardashian West was like a dog with a bone when it came to Taylor Swift this year. A quick recap: It kicked off back in February when Kim's husband Kanye West released the song "Famous" in which he raps, "I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex / Why? I made that b—- famous" and went on to claim the pop star not only approved the lyrics but that they were her idea. Taylor vehemently denied this at the time, insisted she'd warned the rapper about the song's misogynistic message and then took a thinly veiled shot at him in her Grammys Album of the Year acceptance speech. Kim was not pleased…
Kim Kardashian West vs. Taylor Swift
Not one to let things go, Kim Kardashian West went after Taylor Swift over the Kanye West lyric drama in a June interview with GQ. Taylor just wanted to "play the victim," Kim said. "She totally knew that ['Famous'] was coming out. She wanted to all of a sudden act like she didn't," Kim added, also revealing that there was "video proof" of Kanye's phone call informing the pop star about the song. The next month, Kim released that proof, blowing up Snapchat with the "receipts" — multiple videos of a speakerphone conversation between Kanye and Taylor from January in which he told Taylor about some of the lyrics, which she clearly did approve. Taylor took to Instagram to blast the couple. "That moment when Kanye West secretly records your phone call, then Kim posts it on the Internet," she captioned a photo of a lengthy note in which she described Kim's move as "character assassination" and pointed out that there was no video proof of her being told she would be called "that b—-" because "it never happened."
Noah Galvin vs. Colton Haynes
Didn't they tell you that he was a savage? Noah Galvin, star of ABC's "The Real O'Neals," landed in hot water in June when he went on an expletive-laden rant against "Arrow" star Colton Haynes during an interview with Vulture. Colton had previously given an interview to Entertainment Weekly in which he discussed coming out in the abstract, but never directly addressed whether he was, in fact, gay (he is). Galvin, an openly gay actor who's appeared on Broadway, was NOT having it. "That's not coming out," Galvin said. "That's like, 'Enough people assume that I sleep with men, so I'm just going to slightly confirm the fact that I've [hooked up with guys before]. That's not doing anything for the little gays…"
Noah Galvin vs. Colton Haynes
Colton Haynes responded to Noah Galvin's comments with a long post. "Since when is a three page article in Entertainment Weekly not an appropriate way to come out? And since when did he become the judge of what's appropriate. Shouldn't we all be supporting each other? Enjoy all of your success. You're young kid … hopefully you'll eventually learn a thing or two. Good luck. I'm sure I'll seeya around."
Heather McDonald vs. Chelsea Handler
Heather McDonald is a comedian who often appeared on Chelsea Handler's now-defunct E! talk show, "Chelsea Lately." Their feud kicked off once the show was off the air after Heather gave an interview to Theo Von and Matthew Cole Weiss' "Allegedly" podcast. In a promo for the podcast, Heather said that while working on "Chelsea Lately," "I lived in fear, 100 percent lived in fear. I enjoyed my time there, I was happy, but something could happen and my heart would be beating and I'd be like 'is this it?' Somehow, I managed to keep surviving." Chelsea wasn't impressed.
Heather McDonald vs. Chelsea Handler
The always-outspoken Chelsea Handler did not react too kindly to Heather McDonald's claims that she lived in fear and responded on "Entertainment Tonight," saying, "It's not an internment camp, she can quit, so that's silly. Because if you're that fearful — she was taking clothes out of my closet every other day. She wasn't that fearful." Chelsea then went on the attack herself, explaining, "When I found out at work that she was trading stories to Us Weekly about my personal life in exchange for having her pictures run in the magazine, I could have fired her. She had a job for four more years. I never hung out with her personally again." Heather denied Chelsea's accusations and claimed her podcast promo quotes had been taken out of context. "Chelsea herself said she didn't even listen to the whole interview," she said. "And I feel badly if she or anyone else misunderstood me, as I am grateful for the opportunity to have worked for her."
Farrah Abraham vs. Amber Portwood
Think of the children! During a taping of a "Teen Mom OG" reunion, long-simmering tempers flared into a physical fight between Farrah Abraham and Amber Portwood. It seems the ugliness began when Dr. Drew Pinsky asked about some Snapchat posts in which Farrah's boyfriend, Simon Saran, called Amber's much-older fiance, Matt Baier, a pedophile.
Farrah Abraham vs. Amber Portwood
Reality TV website Real Mr. Housewife reported that Simon Saran appeared to be on the verge of an apology when Farrah Abraham jumped in and said, "Well, [Matt Baier] does kind of look like a pedophile." That inspired Amber Portwood to rush on stage and go after Farrah. Amber's father helpfully joined in the mess as backup for his daughter. "Recap of reunion," Simon later tweeted. "@amberportwood trotting around like a hippo. Matt and another senior citizen in a small scuffle. #teenmomog." Ladies and gentlemen, the kids are watching!
Chloe Grace Moretz vs. Kim & Khloe Kardashian
For Chloe Grace Moretz and Kim Kardashian West as well as Khloe Kardashian, it all started after Kim posted a naked selfie in March. The image showed a censored Kim standing in front of the mirror joking that she had nothing to wear. She thought it was funny. Chloe, though, found little humor in it. She tweeted, "@KimKardashian I truly hope you realize how important setting goals are for young women, teaching them we have so much more to offer than just our bodies." Kim got snarky in her response: "Let's all welcome @ChloeGMoretz to twitter, since no one knows who she is…your nylon cover is cute boo." Cue up Round 2…
Chloe Grace Moretz vs. Kim & Khloe Kardashian
Chloe Grace Moretz and Khloe Kardashian won't be sending each other Christmas cards any time soon. Just a few months after Chloe's social media spat with Kim Kardashian West, the teen got into a Twitter war with Khloe in July after Kim posted a secretly recorded video of Taylor Swift talking to Kanye West about his song "Famous." "Everyone in this industry needs to get their heads out of a hole and look around to realize what's ACTUALLY happening in the REAL world … Stop wasting your voice on something so petulant and unimportant," Chloe tweeted. Khloe shot back, "Is this the a hole you're referring to @ChloeGMoretz ???" along with a pic of Chloe wearing a red bikini and of another red-bikini-clad girl whose bathing suit had been pulled over to expose an intimate part of her backside. (It wasn't Chloe though — yikes!) Many people accused Khloe of posting revenge porn, so we have to give the win here to the young actress.
Kim Kardashian West vs. Bette Midler
Chloe Grace Moretz wasn't the only one to suffer some Kardashian wrath after being critical of Kim Kardashian West's nude Instagram selfie in March. Entertainment legend Bette Midler quipped on Twitter, "If Kim wants us to see a part of her we've never seen, she's gonna have to swallow the camera." Kim hit back, "Hey @BetteMidler I know it's past your bedtime but if you're still up and reading this send nudes #justkidding." But it wasn't over yet…
Kim Kardashian West vs. Bette Midler
Kim Kardashian West then tried to call out Bette Midler, tweeting, "I really didn't want to bring up how you sent me a gift awhile back trying to be a fake friend then come at me #dejavu." But Bette wasn't having it. "I never tried to fake friend you," she responded. "Looks like anyone can take a selfie but not everyone can take a joke…"
Calvin Harris vs. Taylor Swift
We found love in a hopeless place… or did we? Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris called it quits in May after a 15-month run — and the fallout sent shockwaves through the pop culture stratosphere! The two, who had originally linked up in March 2015, reportedly split because Calvin was feeling intimidated by Taylor's fame. But a statement on Calvin's Twitter feed portrayed a different story. "The only truth here is that a relationship came to an end & what remains is a huge amount of love and respect," he wrote.
Calvin Harris vs. Taylor Swift
Things soon took a nasty turn when, barely two weeks after their split made headlines, Taylor Swift was photographed kissing Tom Hiddleston in a seemingly staged paparazzi photoshoot on a beach in front of her Rhode Island mansion. This new romance followed the release of Calvin Harris's hit single "This Is What You Came For," which the world soon learned had actually secretly been co-written by Taylor! As the details of the song's origins came out, Calvin accused his ex and her team of trying to make him look foolish! He went on the defensive, tweeting (then later partially deleting) an epic rant that included the message, "I figure if you're happy in your new relationship, you should focus on that instead of trying to tear your ex bf down for something to do. Please focus on the positive aspects of YOUR life because you've earned a great one." While things seem to be fine between the two now — they reportedly made peace over the summer — it seems safe to say that they are never ever getting back together.
Thomas Gibson vs. Virgil Williams
Actor Thomas Gibson was let go from the CBS drama "Criminal Minds" after an alleged physical altercation with a writer/co-executive producer went down on the set. The 54-year-old actor told TMZ, "There were creative differences on the set and a disagreement. I regret that it occurred. We all want to work together as a team to make the best show possible. We always have and always will." While this seems like a drastic overreaction, we know there are two sides to every story.
Justin Bieber vs. Selena Gomez
Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez are a modern day Romeo and Juliet, except, ya know, not. These two have been going at one another since they broke up, but things took an unexpected turn in the summer of 2016 when Selena threw some shade at her ex on Instagram. Here's what happened: Justin had posted several photos of himself with new love Sofia Richie (it's now over) and then threatened to quit Instagram after some cruel fans directed hate toward the young model. Selena reportedly commented, "If you can't handle the hate then stop posting pictures of your girlfriend lol. it should be special between you two only. Don't be mad at your fans. They love you." The Biebs then reportedly hit back with, "It's funny to see people that used me for attention and still try to point the finger this way. Sad. All love… I'm not one for anyone receiving hate. Hope u all can be kind to my friends and each other. And yes I love my beliebers." But it wasn't over yet…
Justin Bieber vs. Selena Gomez
Taking a note from the shade Justin Bieber directed at her, Selena Gomez responded by writing, "Funny how the ones that cheated multiple times, are pointing the finger at the ones that were forgiving and supportive, no wonder fans are mad. Sad. All love." However, it seems like Selena realized the pettiness of her ways because she quickly followed by posting, "What I said was selfish and pointless." But The Biebs didn't stop, adding, "I cheated. . .Oh I forgot about you and Zayn?" (as in former One Direction member Zayn Malik!), which caused teenage minds to MELT DOWN. Justin deleted his Instagram and split with Sofia Richie while Selena canceled her tour and in September sought treatment for stress and anxiety amid her battle with lupus.
Kid Cudi vs. Drake
For rappers Kid Cudi and Drake, it all started when Cudi tweeted, "Everyone thinks they're soooo great. Talkin top 5 and be having 30 people write songs for them," which many saw as a thinly veiled swipe at the Canadian rapper.
Kid Cudi vs. Drake
Drake, a cashmere sweater full of feelings, said during his "Summer Sixteen" world tour: "Boy, you getting way too high, you need to Cud-it." In an act that angered many suffering from depression, Drake followed up by saying Kid Cudi was "xanned and perked up" following Cudi's revelation that he'd checked into rehab for mental health issues.
Rob Kardashian vs. Kylie Jenner
The realest drama is FAMILY drama! Over the last few years, Rob Kardashian has made headlines for feuding with his sisters and mom (and even fiancée Blac Chyna in recent months) but many assumed the arrival of baby Dream would change things. Nope! This one all started when the Kardashian sisters decided to throw a baby shower for their brother (Chyna's friends and family were throwing one for her). There was some kind of mix-up going on behind the scenes and Rob, without having all the facts, called it a personal attack on his baby mama and tweeted in September, "Didn't invite the Mother of my child to a baby shower you all were trying to throw for me? You all must have lost your damn minds." But wait, there's more…
Rob Kardashian vs. Kylie Jenner
The drama didn't end there! Rob Kardashian continued his tirade against his sisters, specifically Kylie Jenner, by tweeting out her real phone number to his 6.65 million Twitter followers along with 16 laughing-crying face emojis. Kylie, however, decided to take the high road. She refused to comment and quietly changed her number. King Kylie rules this one!
Janet Hubert vs. Will Smith
The OG Aunt Vivian from "The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" isn't a fan of Will Smith! Janet Hubert played Aunt Viv for the first three seasons of the beloved show and left going into the fourth season over a contract dispute. Janet went so far as to say, "I've been in the business for 10 years and this snotty-nosed punk comes along and gets a show." In 2011, Will posted a photo of the original cast sans Janet — who in 2011 called him "an egomaniac" — and she admitted that she refused to be part of a reunion until Will personally apologized.
Janet Hubert vs. Will Smith
Many people believed the feud to be over since so much time had passed, but when the drama surrounding the 2016 Oscar boycott unfolded and Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith announced their plans to skip the ceremony, drama ensued. Jada posted a video on YouTube explaining why she and her husband were boycotting the Academy Awards and Janet Hubert attacked, proclaiming, "First of all, Miss Thing, does your man not have a mouth of his own with which to speak?" Guess not everyone wants to live with their auntie in Bel Air!
Russell Crowe vs. Azealia Banks
In one of the most unusual feuds of the year, actor Russell Crowe inadvertently ignited the fury of rapper Azealia Banks. According to reports, Russell invited a group of people over for dinner to his suite at the Beverly Hills Hotel in October. Things went south when the rapper arrived as a guest of Russell's pal RZA and allegedly started insulting people. Azealia accused the Oscar winner of forcefully grabbing her, spitting on her and shouting profanities at her while he kicked her out of the room! She tweeted, "To recap my night, I went to a party at Russell crowe's suite, at which he called me a n—–, choked me, threw me out and spat at me."
Russell Crowe vs. Azealia Banks
After news of the hotel suite drama broke, Azealia Banks deleted her tweets and filed a police report against Russell Crowe. Russell's camp, however, claimed that Azealia's entire version of events was fiction. A source close to the actor told Us Weekly, "No one called her the N-word. She was yelling the N-word at everyone else. Russell behaved like a hero. He acted in defense of his guests and removed her from his suite by putting her in a bear hug and picking her up." The source added, "Her erratic behavior and abusive language scared everyone there. Her bizarre antics culminated in her practically lunging across the table with a glass in her hand while threatening to slice the throats of at least two people." The rapper insisted she wasn't acting erratically but told Us Weekly, "Even if I were being erratic, you should have enough sense to have me escorted out properly and keep your hands and your spit to yourself." The raptress also tweeted, "I have receipts. Stay tuned." We certainly will!
Josh Murray vs. Nick Viall
This messy feud that originated on Andi Dorfman's season of "The Bachelorette" gained new life during Season 3 of "Bachelor in Paradise" this summer. Josh Murray and Nick Viall were both vying for the affections of Amanda Stanton. Josh and Nick exchanged words on the show and on Twitter. Once the season wrapped, things took a turn for the worse! Sources close to the production told TMZ that Josh "felt blindsided by the bad blood but wanted to make things cool with Nick, so he reached out to him before the show aired… but Nick never responded." Paradise seems gloomy!
Josh Murray vs. Nick Viall
Those in Josh Murray's camp felt that Nick Viall actively played the role of "the victim" in order to garner sympathy from viewers and that Josh did nothing wrong. Apparently there is footage showing Josh attempting to rectify the situation, but producers reportedly felt like it didn't fit the narrative of the show. To be fair, selective editing is what Bachelor Nation is built on, Josh is still with Amanda Stanton, and Nick is now the next star of "The Bachelor," so we think he may have gotten the last laugh! Who wants a rose?
Monica vs. Brandy
Gather 'round, children, and we'll tell you a story of two singers and their decades-long feud. Nobody is clear on why Monica and Brandy became enemies way back when, but Monica has since opened the door for a reconciliation. So far, Brandy's not having it. During a September appearance on "The Real," Monica was asked how she felt about Brandy's refusal to make amends. "I'll tell you on the real, I'm not bothered at all," she said, according to Jezebel. "Honestly, the old me and the new me are two different things. This journey of self-progression and self-love and empowerment that I'm on, I can't go backward. I think that was just a test from God for me." She continued, "I would work with her again. It's never been an easy situation, but the reason I would do it is because we are from a special, elite group. It was her, Aaliyah and myself. It was a very special time where each of us were individuals. We did our own thing, and we all made our mark. And the truth and reality of it is, the only Grammy either of us has is together. So yeah, I absolutely would."
Monica vs. Brandy
Brandy, who's been in and out of the public consciousness since the '90s, promptly responded to Monica's comments with what we can only assume is the hashtag equivalent of "nope," sharing an Instagram post hashtagged, "#IKnowTHEREALStoryThatEverybodyDoesntKnow" and "#PositivityIsTheOneThingYouShouldNotFake." And the battle rages on!
Donald Trump vs. Eminem
The beef between Donald Trump and rapper Eminem could be considered one-sided, depending on how you're feeling about this tumultuous presidential election. But the Donald's brash, no-holds-barred style of campaigning left many high-profile entertainers feeling the compulsion to take a stand. One star in particular who'd had it with the man's politics was Detroit rapper Slim Shady.
Donald Trump vs. Eminem
Eminem aired his beef with Donald Trump by dropping some FIRE bars attacking the reality star-turned-President-elect in October. The diss track opened with the pointed lyrics, "Consider me a dangerous man / But you should be afraid of this dang candidate / You say Trump don't kiss a– like a puppet? / 'Cause he runs his campaign with his own cash for the funding? / And that's what you wanted? / A f—in' loose cannon who's blunt with his hand on the button? / Who doesn't have to answer to no one? Great idea!" We guess the real Slim Shady did stand up!
