Hollywood is more than 2,000 miles from Georgia, but that doesn't mean that the entertainment world didn't open up its collective wallet to help fund the Senate runoff races in the Peach State. Federal Election Commission filings show that a slew of celebrities divvied out money to help candidates in the two races that will end up determining control of the U.S. Senate. As Hollywood is a liberal bunch, it's not surprising that nearly all of the Tinseltown-based money went to Democratic hopefuls Jon Ossoff and the Rev. Raphael Warnock. Rita Wilson was actually one of the stars who donated to both campaigns, dishing out $1,250 to each Democrat. Kate Capshaw-Spielberg gave $5,600 to Jon Ossoff.
Jane Fonda donated $2,666.67 to Rev. Raphael Warnock.
Susan Sarandon gave $1,000 to Rev. Raphael Warnock's campaign, and she gave $750 to Jon Ossoff's campaign.
Danny Devito backed Jon Ossoff to the tune of $2,800.
Josh Brolin donated $2,500 to Rev. Raphael Warnock.
Holly Peete coughed up $1,300 for Rev. Raphael Warnock.
Kathy Bates gave Rev. Raphael Warnock $1,000.
Busy Philipps liked Rev. Raphael Warnock's message, giving $1,000.
Christie Brinkley is a Jon Ossoff fan, having donated $800 to his campaign.
Rosario Dawson, who's dating New Jersey Sen. Cory Booker, donated $673.34 to Jon Ossoff.
Tracee Ellis Ross donated $666.67 to Rev. Raphael Warnock.
Billy Eichner gave $651.25 to Jon Ossoff.
Laura Linney donated $600 to Rev. Raphael Warnock's campaign.
Kumail Nanjiani divvied out $554.95 to Jon Ossoff.
Count funnyman Andrew Daly as a fan of Rev. Raphael Warnock, as he donated $500 to the campaign.
John Goodman donated $500 to Jon Ossoff's campaign.
Taran Killam gave $333.33 to Rev. Raphael Warnock.
"Lucifer" star Lesley Brandt gave Rev. Raphael Warnock $317.86.
John Michael Higgins wrote a check for $262.51 to help out Rev. Raphael Warnock.
Alyssa Milano, always politically active, gave $250 to Jon Ossoff's campaign.
"Charlie's Angel" star Jaclyn Smith bucked the Hollywood trend and donated $250 to Republican Sen. Kelly Loeffler.
Mandy Moore, a supporter of Rev. Raphael Warnock, gave $216.66.
