Ever since she married Karl Cook in 2018, Kaley Cuoco has proudly discussed the couple's unconventional marriage, telling outlets like Harper's Bazaar how important it is to each of them that they've been able to retain their independence even after saying "I do." Welp, some of that has had to change because of the coronavirus crisis. The "Big Bang Theory" alum checked in with Jimmy Kimmel via video chat on his show on Monday, April 6, and revealed she and Karl realized the self-quarantine guidelines basically meant they'd have to give up their separate living situations or commit to keeping at least 6 feet between them, indefinitely. "We've been married for a year and a half, been together for almost four years. This quarantine has forced us to actually move in together," Kaley told Jimmy, according to ET. Luckily, she said they were happy to discover the step was actually an improvement. "It's been great for our relationship. And we like each other, we realized, which is even better!" she quipped. Kaley and Karl had been building their "dream house" while enjoying what she once described on Brad Goreski's podcast as "separate lives" that "come together," but with more freedom and flexibility than is often the case in a more traditional marriage. Last month, though, the virus altered the couple's plans. "I was shooting in New York and got sent back here, obviously, because of everything that was going on and we got to move into the house together. So we moved in and I can't find anything. But the house is great," she told Jimmy. Wearing a nightshirt and an unmade-up face, Kaley joked, "I think Karl would love it if I found my makeup at some point." Or maybe he wouldn't care. As Kaley said on Brad's podcast in 2018, part of what makes her relationship so "great" is that her husband "lets me be me, and I let him be him."

Prince Harry, Duchess Meghan confirm the name of their new nonprofit, Archewell

It's been one week since Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan officially relinquished their positions in the royal family, having fulfilled their final royal duties in March. Now, they've confirmed they're one step closer to launching their new nonprofit venture. The Telegraph reported this week that Meghan and Harry's project will be an umbrella organization that sustains "emotional support groups, a multi-media educational empire, and … a wellbeing website," according to GMA.com. They've chosen the name Archewell for the organization. In a statement to ABC News following the Telegraph's report, the couple explained: "Before SussexRoyal, came the idea of 'Arche' — the Greek word meaning 'source of action. We connected to this concept for the charitable organization we hoped to build one day, and it became the inspiration for our son's name." (Previous reports claimed the name of the pair's son, Archie Mountbatten-Windsor, was unrelated.) The statement continued: "To do something of meaning, to do something that matters. Archewell is a name that combines an ancient word for strength and action, and another that evokes the deep resources we each must draw upon." In closing, they said their focus remains on "supporting efforts to tackle the global Covid-19 pandemic" and said they plan to launch Archwell "when the time is right." Harry and Meghan recently moved from Vancouver Island to Los Angeles, where they're expected to stay through the summer if not longer.

I believe they will always remain friends because they're two very special people that can get through anything." She added, "I just hope that their friendship lasts." So far, so good on that front. Both Brad and Jen have repeatedly said they're still pals; Brad even attended Jen's 50th birthday party. The two have also said repeatedly that that's where their relationship ends now.

Matthew McConaughey hosts bingo at a Texas seniors center

Last September, a group of staff and residents at a senior living facility in Texas reached out to Matthew McConaughey on social media to ask if he'd join them for a game of Bingo sometime. With half the world's population under orders to stay home, the actor took them up on a virtual version of their offer. According to a local CBS affiliate, Matthew, along with his mother Kay and his wife Camila Alves, hosted a virtual bingo night over the weekend for the folks at The Enclave at Round Rock, not far from Matthew's home in Austin. Since the staff has fewer options for interacting with the residents during the coronavirus pandemic, the facility's sales director Molly Davis Nedley said having Matthew show up virtually was "a wish come true." She added that having the actor talk with residents about "what he's doing to get through this crisis … gave them hope and was the boost that they needed to get through this lonely, challenging time." Matthew also served as a fun prize option for the game — each time someone got "BINGO," they got to ask the Oscar winner whatever they wanted to know.

She recently shot an episode for Harper's Bazaar's Food Diaries YouTube series in which she opened up about how central the act of eating is to her life, sharing her consequences-be-damned perspective on the matter and admitting that she's put on weight since her 2019 Sports Illustrated cover. "I have a very interesting relationship with food. I have to say that it is one of the most important things in my life. A lot of my personal life, and the things that I like to do and my hobby is food: finding new restaurants, doing a challenge where I can't go to the same restaurant again for six months, finding food festivals. "Right now, you can't tell because I have on a men's blazer, [but] I am 25 pounds heavier than I was on the cover of a very famous swimsuit magazine that came out last year," she continued, referenced her third SI cover, which made her the oldest woman to appear on the iconic magazine's cover — more than two decades after she was the first black woman to cover SI, solo, back in 1996. As for the weight gain? Tyra says she's been busy. "When you're tired and you're working hard, you just go to this fast food, this fast food and this fast food and you compare the burgers," she joked. "So I'm 30 pounds heavier and [the weight] will come off one day, but not today!"

Selena Gomez to release three new tracks with deluxe edition of 'Rare'

Selena Gomez has announced she's working on a deluxe edition of "Rare," her new album. Billboard reports the new release features three previously unreleased songs, "Boyfriend," "She" and "Souvenir," and notes that $1 from each album sale via her official store will be donated to the Plus1 COVID Relief Fund, which works with nonprofits across the country to provide immediate assistance to musicians and music industry personnel who have lost work, become sick or otherwise been impacted by the pandemic, as well as to others whose physical and mental health are most at risk. "Many of you know how excited I have been to release a song called 'Boyfriend,'" Selena told fans on social media. "It's a lighthearted song about falling down and getting back up time and time again in love, but also knowing that you don't need anyone other than yourself to be happy. We wrote it long before our current crisis, but in the context of today, I want to be clear that a boyfriend is nowhere near the top of my list of priorities. Just like the rest of the world, I'm praying for safety, unity and recovery during this pandemic." The deluxe version of rare is due out April 9.

Today; Cindy Crawford 's name is almost synonymous with her famous mole. There was a time, though, when it was routinely edited out. That was after she was told at the very start of her career that she'd have to have it removed if her wanted to have a future in the industry. Cindy reflected on that period in a recent conversation with Naomi Campbell for her "No Filter With Naomi" series. "I did a British Vogue cover, I think with David Bailey, before I did an American Vogue cover and on the British Vogue cover they retouched it out. So there is a cover of me out there with no mole," she told Naomi at one point, according to the Daily Mail. "When I went to my first modelling agency … it was in Chicago. It was a tiny little agency, I don't even remember the name of it. They said I should remove it and my mother was like, "Ok, you can do that but you don't know what the scar will look like. You know what your beauty mark looks like,'" she recalled. Cindy went on to recount how when she did start modeling, "some people tried to cover it up," which didn't work because as she pointed out, it just "looks like a giant pimple" with makeup on it. In Japan, she said "sometimes they would retouch it off." Even at home, she got flack for it. "As a kid I hated having a beauty mark," she said. "My sister's called it an ugly mark." Finally, she landed in the indisputable big leagues — where the mole was left intact by some of the best fahsiojn photographers in history. "When I did my first American Vogue cover with Richard Avedon and Polly Melon, I didn't know if they would leave it on or not," Cindy said. "And then they did and I think once it was on the cover of American Vogue then it wasn't an issue anymore." Funny how that works!

Lady Gaga gets Apple CEO Tim Cook to commit 10M donation to WHO coronavirus relief fund

It might be time to update the old "get it in writing" adage — to "get it on FaceTime and put it on TV." During a video chat appearance on "The Tonight Show" on Monday, April 6, Lady Gaga told Jimmy Fallon and his viewers about "One World: Together At Home," a televised fundraising event she's putting together with Global Citizen to support coronavirus relief efforts. She then used her "Tonight Show" platform — and a little technology — to get Apple CEO Tim Cook to commit to a $10 million donation to the World Health Organization's COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund. "I don't know if he knows he's going to be on TV just yet but we're going to FaceTime him and find out," she said with a smile as she dialed, according to USA Today. Tim answered and Gaga jumped right into her pitch, which turned out to be a follow-up from a previous conversation. "We spoke last night about a certain number for the donation and it was quite sizable and I just wanted to make sure we were OK on that this morning, " she said. "Can I confirm you for that donation? Tim promised Gaga, "You can confirm me. We're so proud to be a part of this," earning cheers from the singer and from Jimmy. According to the website for the World Health Organization's fund, donations "support WHO's work to track and understand the spread of the virus; to ensure patients get the care they need and frontline workers get essential supplies and information; and to accelerate efforts to develop vaccines, tests, and treatments."

Michelle Money's comatose teenage daughter is 'making progress' as doctors begin reducing Propofol

Brielle Money, the 15-year-old daughter of former "Bachelor" contestant Michelle Money, is finally showing signs of improvement as she fights to recover from severe brain injuries she incurred during a skateboarding accident. On Monday, April 6, Michelle shared an update on Instagram saying that while Brielle remains on life support, her brain pressure had gone down, though she was still experiencing "random spikes" of higher pressure numbers. She said doctors need her numbers to be in the single digits for one full day before she can be taken out of the medically induced coma she's currently in. "We all miss her and wish we were goofing off together, but she needs to do what works for her and her body right now. I believe Brielle is healing not only her physical body, but her spirit as well," Michelle wrote. "She has been through so much and experienced a lot of pain that I think she is sorting out right now." By Tuesday, Brielle's numbers had stayed in the single digits long enough to begin reducing the propofol she was being given, which seemed to cause secondary issues but Michelle said her daughter was "making progress" and that the priority was "getting her off this drug."

R. Kelly's request for release from prison denied

R. Kelly recently filed requests in both Chicago and New York City for permission to be released from prison in Chicago because of the potential dangers related to COVID-19 given his recent surgery for a hernia. On Tuesday, April 7, the judge handling his case in Brooklyn ruled against the request, according to Page Six. Although the judge in Chicago had not yet ruled as of Tuesday, Kelly's release would have been contingent on both judges agreeing he should be sent home. He's currently facing charges of racketeering, sex trafficking and child pornography, although the trials are likely to be postponed because of the pandemic.
