Police check on Tori Spelling again
Tori Spelling sparked a new round of concern for her wellbeing earlier this month after police were called to intervene in what was described as an apparent "breakdown" involving the seeming "mental illness" of a female in the house. It turned out Tori's husband Dean had made the March 1 call. This week, he still seemed to be worried about his wife, though, and called the cops again. That's according to TMZ, which reports three police officers were seen outside a doctor's office building that morning. Tori, who had reportedly left the house earlier with one of her kids, was inside while Dean was outside with the couple's baby. Police talked to Tori but found nothing dire was going on and left the scene. Meanwhile, back at home in Tori and Dean's neighborhood, neighbors are reportedly getting frustrated with the regular disturbances caused by the couple's fighting. "They argue several times a week," a source tells InTouch. "Their fights can be heard throughout the whole neighborhood. Tori's yelling and hysterical crying are unmistakable." The insider also claims police had come to Tori and Dean's the day before the "mental illness" incident, when Tori thought someone was breaking into her house. Instead, it turned out Dean was simply returning, having given his wife some space. "She freaked because Dean had not been home for a few days. He left to clear the air after one of their fights," the source says. "They really are the neighbors from hell."

Heather Locklear enters treatment program for substance abuse: Report
Heather Locklear has reportedly returned to rehab. The decision to enter a treatment program comes after the actress was arrested for felony domestic violence and misdemeanor battery on a police officer following an apparent fight with her boyfriend, Chris Heisser. Heather is said to be "getting the help she finally needs" with the substance abuse issues she's been dealing with "for years," according to Entertainment Tonight. "Ava begged her mom to go to rehab," says the outlet's source of Heather and Richie Sambora's daughter. "After Heather finally agreed, Ava went away with her father to get a break from it all. … [She] wants her mother to get clean and sober once and for all. Richie is done helping. He is happy to be with Ava and is focusing on taking time out to spend time with his daughter during a very difficult time. Her family feels like she needs to cut herself off from some 'not so healthy' friends and start a cleaner life. They are rallying around her in hopes this time will be different and she will complete her program." The insider also reveals Heather blames her brother for calling the police before her arrest and thinks Chris blew "everything out of proportion" with regard to their fight. Chris was arrested for driving under the influence shortly after Heather's arrest. He's due in court April 26. Heather is set to appear in court March 13.

What's it like to be a royal bridesmaid? India Hicks recalls her experience ahead of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's wedding
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's wedding is expected to break with royal tradition in a number of ways, but there are some things that likely won't change when it comes to how the royal family welcomes a new member by marriage. For one thing — the flurry of pre-wedding activity will likely be as crazy as it was for Harry's parents, Prince Charles and Princess Diana, when they said "I do" in 1981. It's also bound to be as exciting as it is overwhelming for members of the wedding party who have never participated in a royal wedding before. In a new interview with E! News, India Hicks, who served as Diana's bridesmaid when she was just 13, reveals some of what Meghan's bridesmaids can expect on the big day on May 19. India's godfather, Prince Charles, invited her to be a bridesmaid in April of 1981, she recalls. Leading up to the July wedding, she says she started to get a sense of what it was going to be like to be in the public eye during the actual event. "I was asked in April, the wedding happened in July. I got back to boarding school and would be taken out for these dress fittings and rehearsals. For the rehearsals, we arrived to the steps of St. Paul's Cathedral and the press was just barmy, trying to get photographs; the pushing, the shoving and all of that was slightly unnerving. That was so remote from the idea of my godfather getting married and then the media circus that goes along with it," she recalled. India's mother, Lady Pamela Hicks, had been a bridesmaid to Queen Elizabeth in 1947, but India said she didn't get much in the way of advice from her mom besides a strict reminder to wave. "You must wave," she recalls her mom saying. "And that to me was really awkward because, you're 13 years old and you're sitting in a carriage and you're doing that ridiculous wave and you don't know how to wave. Do I wave like this? Do you wave like that? But my mother was right, her point was people have come and they have slept out in the streets in order to witness a wonderful occasion, they want to be as acknowledged or as involved as they possibly can and to have someone waving at them means they've been seen." Other odd details she recalls include the blacked-out windows at the salon where the wedding dress designers were working. The darkened windows were set up to give the designers some privacy from all the press that camped out outside. From India's 13-year-old perspective, "it was really weird," she said. As for the day of the wedding? "I woke up pretty early and I remember going with [Princess Margaret's daughter] Sarah, which was really nice, she's lovely," India said. "We turned up at Clarence House and it was mayhem again with footmen and butlers and hairdressers, and all the swirling dervishness of a wedding, on top of it being a royal wedding in a royal household." As of last month, the top guesses for Meghan's bridesmaid picks centered around stylist Jessica Mulroney (the former actress's best friend), Serena Williams, "Made In Chelsea" star Millie Macintosh and Misha Nonoo.

Kylie Jenner explains the ring on her left ring finger
K's not the only letter with special meaning to Kylie Jenner. As the new mom reminded us this week on Snapchat, the initials "JW" are pretty important, too. Sharing a Snap of her hand on the wheel of a car on Wednesday, March 7, Kylie showed off the sparkler she now wears on her all-important finger — and it's not just an ode to her boyfriend, Travis Scott (born Jacques Webster). "Jacques Webster & Jordyn Woods. Real Ones, Ok..," she wrote on the post (via JustJared). Kylie, 20, and Travis, 25, welcomed their first child, Stormi, on Feb. 1. These days, Travis is reportedly helping out with Stormi and being the best dad he can, though the couple have not yet decided to move in together.
Alexander Skarsgard and Alexa Chung reunite in London
Are Alexander Skarsgard and Alexa Chung back on? Given their penchant for keeping details about their romance private prior to their split last July and Alexa's tendency to stay pals with her exes, it's hard to know whether the pair's Sunday visit to London together constituted a full-on reunion — although they did link arms and clutch one another's paws while heading to a catch Eurostar train. "The two seemed happy but a bit tired. They walked through the station holding hands," a source tells Us Weekly. "This was late in the morning and they arrived on a Eurotrain. They were quiet and just walked through the station alone." Another insider explained to the tab that Alexa is "always cool with everyone she dates and stays in contact and even will hang out with them after they break up." The source added that she and Alexander have stayed friends as well. They "still text each other all the time" and have often "met up when they were in the same city." Alexander is currently filming BBC One's "The Little Drummer Girl," while Alexa currently lives and works in London.
Kaia Gerber snuggles with her famous mom after Paris Fashion Week
Even the top models at Paris Fashion Week need family time every once in a while. Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber's 16-year-old daughter, Kaia Gerber, wrapped up her runway duties in the City of Lights and headed back to the U.S. this week, taking advantage of all the comforts of home — including her famous mom's love. In a photo captioned "❤️," the teen's dad shared a glimpse at his daughter's post-Paris couch hang with her brother, Presley, on Instagram on Wednesday, March 7. "So excited @KaiaGerber's coming home today! Banana Bread will be ready for you," Cindy promised in an Instagram post of her own that showed her taking a loaf of freshly-baked bread out of the oven. Kaia, who's been modeling since she was 10, has already logged 22 runway shows in 2018 alone, according to The Sun. Her Paris Fashion Week appearances included shows for Chanel and Miu Miu.
Ed Westwick denies he held stylist as a 'sex slave'
Another woman has accused Ed Westwick of sexual misconduct. Stylist Haley Camille Freedman is suing former business partners whom she says protected the "Gossip Girl" star by slandering her name and reputation when she attempted to go public with claims the actor kept her for two days against her will as "a sex slave" in 2014. According to TMZ, Haley's disturbing claims include being slapped, spit on, bruised and made to have sex during a visit to his house that began with a group of people hanging out but allegedly turned dark after she and Ed started making out after the other guests left. In her lawsuit, which does not name Ed as a defendant but says his partners have cost her business, she implies the business partners in question — seemingly, then-members of Ed's team — may have been behind text messages a media outlet received after she told the outlet her story about the actor. She alleges the messages called her "unstable, disturbed, jealous and promiscuous." Ed has reportedly denied the claims and believes Haley is "delusional." Ed has previously denied three other women's allegations of varying forms of assault and unwanted groping.
New details about Usher's split from wife Grace Miguel
Usher and wife Grace Miguel's unexpected split news this week sparked a slew of questions about what went wrong and when. Insiders tell TMZ that those close to the couple were surprised by the announcement that they've decided to call it quits after two years of marriage because they've been spotted together recently at restaurants and were even reportedly planning a trip abroad for a vacation. The New York Post, meanwhile, reports the two may have broken up "a couple of months" before they confirmed their split — a timeline that's in sync with Us Weekly's reports on the news. Meanwhile, Usher's "flirty" interactions with "Thor: Rangarok" actress Tessa Thompson at the Los Angeles premiere of "Black Panther" in January — he apparently stuck to her like glue during the event — appears to have been an early sign something had changed at home, according to the Post.
Anna Faris's friends 'love' her new beau
Anna Faris and her new boyfriend, cinematographer Michael Barrett, are still going strong — and her friends couldn't be happier. In the new issue of Us Weekly, an insider dishes on the "great match" that Anna and Michael's romance turned out to be. "All of her friends love him. He's so down-to-earth, stable and obsessed with Anna," says the source, adding that Jack, the 5-year-old son Anna shares with her ex, Chris Pratt, is also all for his mom's new guy. "Michael is great with him and that's all Anna cares about. They are doing so well," the source gushes. In December, Anna's friend and "Mom" co-star Allison Janney echoed a similar sentiment, saying Michael "seems lovely" and that if Anna "is happy, I'm happy."
Ellen Pompeo opens up about her negotiating prowess on 'Grey's Anatomy'
Since 2005, Ellen Pompeo's bread and butter has been her role as Dr. Meredith Grey on "Grey's Anatomy." As she explains in the new issue of InStyle, part of the reason she's stuck with the show for so long is that she's built up the confidence to ask for what she believes she's worth and is able to focus simply on doing her job every day, rather than worrying about whether she'll win an award or receive some other accolade. "In all negotiations they don't immediately give in, and this is also quite a big cast, so they have everybody to deal with, but eventually we got what we wanted," she says of her $575,000-per-episode paycheck (via JustJared). "I would say the only time you ever have a good negotiating position is if you're completely willing to walk away. That's the only real strength you have. And I never really was there until this last round. I asked for everything on 'Grey's' because I saw a piece of paper that told me it had generated $3 billion for Disney. That information changed the game for me: knowing my numbers and having information as to what my actual worth was. Over the years lots of characters have come and gone, lots of writers have come and gone. The one thing that's remained on the show is me, so that's how I arrived at my confidence." The 48 year old added, "I've been on 'Grey's Anatomy' forever, and I don't chase relevancy or trophies. A lot of girls would rather have the attention, and then they realize in their 40s that they have no money to feed their kids and they're f—–. … I made the choice to be OK with no awards and no attention and make it just about going to work and punching the clock. Which I think is healthier for the ego down the line."
