Two years into her romance with Blake Shelton, Gwen Stefani is still marveling over how great of a match he is for her, especially given his ranch, which she takes her sons to regularly. "It's very tribal," she says in the new issue of Marie Claire. "Blake has a sister, she comes with her kids. We cook and get muddy and dirty. There are ATVs. Being a mother of three boys, it's kind of the perfect place. Everything is real now, whereas before, things didn't seem so real." As for her relationship with her ex, Gavin Rossdale, the singer says the breakup "was supposed to happen," explaining how what she went through translated into her art. "It was my purpose to write about and share my story. I met at least 50 to 100 people before each show on my tour and got to hear that my truth and my story translated, and I feel very lucky and honored knowing that," she said. Gwen, who also opens up about her interest writing something like a musical now she has more self-confidence, says part of what helped her get through the split was was what she calls "spiritual exercise." "Some people like to meditate, do yoga, or just take quiet time, but for me — instead of how you talk to yourself, you pray," she explained. "You surrender and ask for guidance. It's not all about you."

When Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner say "I do," where will Joe's brother Nick Jonas be? Nick's not sure. Speaking to ET at the American Music Awards on Sunday, Nov. 19, he said his only goal for the pair's wedding is to have to a good time and hit the dance floor. "I think my brother Kevin, when he got married, he had all of us be the best men. That's kind of the diplomatic approach, but I don't know. It's up to him," Nick said after ET asked if he would be in his brother's wedding . "If he wants me to sing, I'll sing," Nick added, "but I kind of just want to be able to enjoy the night and dance my a– off." Sophie and Joe, along with Nick and other famous friends and family, celebrated their engagement in New York City earlier this month.

Kate Upton and Justin Verlander were days late to their own wedding

Houston Astros star Justin Verlander proposed to Kate Upton before the season started and the two planned to marry in Tuscany in the fall. As Justin recalled to Jimmy Fallon on "The Tonight Show" recently, their approach to the timing was, "There's only one thing that could throw a huge wrench in our plans. It's not the World Series — it's going to game seven of the World Series." Kate, who also appeared on the show, joked, "guess where we went?" Where they didn't go was Italy — at least not when they were supposed to. "Everybody's in Italy, everyone's at the venue," Kate said (via People). "We had an event that night and everyone's texting us like, 'Your wedding's so pretty, wish you were here.'" Since Justin was still busy trying to win the series, the two stayed in the U.S. "We got taken around our wedding via Facetime,"Justin joked. Eventually, the Astros won and the couple was able to celebrate two milestones at once — after they eventually managed to get to their own ceremony.

In case you missed it, Sunday, Nov. 19, was a historic day, at least according to Paris Hilton. "11 years ago today, Me & Britney invented the selfie!" Paris tweeted over the weekend, sharing a photo of the two from 2006. As E! News points out, Paris' assertion didn't sway all of her followers, some of whom shared examples of older selfies like the photo Madonna takes of herself in "Desperately Seeking Susan," which came out in 1985, and the photo Geena Davis and Susan Sarandon's characters take of themselves in "Thelma and Louise" circa 1991. Given Paris' heiress status, at least it doesn't matter that she never copyrighted the idea.

If the American Music Awards were handing out gongs for the cutest couple at the 2017 American Music Awards, there's a good chance Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman would have won. In fact, when Kathryn Hahn, who awarded Keith with the Favorite Male Artist honor mentioned his Favorite Country Song and Favorite Country Album wins, Justin Hartley, her co-presenter, brought two of the gongs to Nicole in the audience so she could help hold them. "Absolutely you should be sharing these, my love!" Keith told his wife (via the Daily Mail). "To my fans you are the best in the world," he added before turning his attention back to Nicole. "Baby girl," he said, "I share these with you tonight and our baby girls at home."

Is Drake over his feud with Meek Mill?

When it comes to his feud with Meek Mill, Drake is letting bygones be bygones. In a video posted on TMZ from Drake's performance in Melbourne on Sunday, Nov. 19, Drake can be seen noticing someone wearing a T-shirt that read, "free Meek Mill," in reference to the high-profile push to have his years-long jail sentence for probation violation reduced out of concern it was levied unfairly. Drake, whose relationship was soured with Meek when the latter claimed Drizzy hadn't written some of his own material a few years ago, responded by giving the fan a shout-out. Liam Neeson to have shoulder surgery

Manning his own stunts has taken a toll on Liam Neeson. the New York Post reports the "Taken" star is planning to spend the Thanksgiving holiday recuperating from shoulder surgery, which he needs because of years spent going hard on his body while shooting action films. The shoulder surgery might be the last medical treatment he has a result of his action work — earlier this fall, Liam announced he was done playing those roles. "They're still throwing serious money at me …I'm like, 'Guys, I'm sixty-f—ing-five,'" he said. "Audiences are eventually going to go, 'Come on.'"

Michael Rapaport faces backlash over supporting Jeffrey Tambor

"How you gonna have a show called Transparent without the Transparent. I'm with #Tambor." That tweet, posted by actor Michael Rapaport on Sunday, Nov. 19, in reference to Jeffrey Tambor's departure from "Transparent" amid allegations he sexually harassed a former assistant and another star on the show, sparked a wave of anger among his followers. "It's not about the show. Do you support harassment? Let me know now so I can unfollow," wrote one commenter (via Us Weekly). "Nope I don't & I don't support unproven claims of harassment either," Michael replied. As similar messages poured onto his feed, the actor added an explanation about why he wasn't ready to crucify Jeffrey, who has maintained he is innocent. "I 500% percent don't support sexual harassment & I 500% don't support unproven sexual harassment," Michael tweeted. "People taking sides sight unseen. Scarlet lettering Mother——-. Taking sides about accusations by people they will never make eye contact with or look up & fact check GTFOH." Jeffrey, meanwhile, announced he was quitting "Transparent" because of the "climate" of the set in the wake of the allegations. "I've already made clear my deep regret if any action of mine was ever misinterpreted by anyone as being aggressive, but the idea that I would deliberately harass anyone is simply and utterly untrue," he said.

Harrison Ford helps motorist after car accident

Indiana Jones to the rescue! While driving in Santa Paula, California, over the weekend, Harrison Ford noticed a car had veered off Route 126 and crashed into an embankment. Rather than simply continue past the driver, the actor jumped out of his car to help her. According to TMZ, Harrison, along with others who happened to have notice the situation, were able to pull her to safety. She was reportedly checked out by paramedics and helped away from the scene "with minor injuries."

Unlike Michael Rapaport, Lena Dunham is backing down on her defense of an accused predator. Lena and her "Girls" partner Jenni Konner issued a statement last week in which they said they believed their writer, Murray Miller, did not rape actress Aurora Perrineau when she was 17 despite her allegation. "We believe, having worked closely with him for more than half a decade, that this is the case with Murray Miller," the statement read (via Us Weekly). "While our first instinct is to listen to every woman's story, our insider knowledge of Murray's situation makes us confident that sadly this accusation is one of the 3 percent of assault cases that are misreported every year." The declaration of support was quickly met with anger by social media users. On Friday, Nov. 18, Lena issued an apology. "As feminists, we live and die by our politics, and believing women is the first choice we make every single day when we wake up. Therefore I never thought I would issue a statement publically supporting someone accused of sexual assault but I naively believed it was important to share my perspective on my friend's situation as it has transpired behind the scenes over the last few months," she wrote on Twitter. "I now understand that it was absolutely the wrong time to come forward with such a statement and I am so sorry," the Lenny newsletter founder continued. "We have been given the gift of powerful voices and by speaking out we were putting our thumb on the scale and it was wrong. We regret this decision with every fiber to our being. … Every woman who comes forward deserves to be heard, fully and completely, and our relationship to the accused should not be part of the calculation anyone makes when examining her case. Every person and every feminist should be required to hear her. Under patriarchy, 'I believe you' is essential. Until we are all believed, none of us will be believed. We apologize to any woman who have been disappointed," she added. Lena's statement wasn't exactly welcomed online. Instead, users pointed to other apologies she's issued for misstatements in the past, calling them "tonedeaf."
