Alex Rodriguez and Jennifer Lopez are selling multiple properties, looking to move somewhere 'bigger' in downtown NYC

It seems 4,000 square feet of Park Avenue luxury in New York City isn't quite enough to contain Jennifer Lopez, Alex Rodriguez and the four children they have between them. The New York Post reports the couple has put the Upper East Side digs they bought in March on the market for $17.5 million while they look for a little more space, possibly downtown (and possibly to allow Alex's growing collection of J.Lo-inspired art and memorabilia) "They love the building, but when their kids are all together, it's too small. They need something bigger for the family," said one insider, noting J.Lo and A-Rod love all the amenities that come with the half-floor-long apartment but it's just two small for six people. In addition to the joint sale, Jennifer has reportedly listed her luxury penthouse in Manhattan's Whitman building for $27 million. She reportedly snapped up the place in 2014 for $20.16 million. The real estate moves, by the way, don't necessarily mean there's any truth to the ongoing engagement rumors that keep trailing the pair — though Jennifer recently told Harper's Bazaar she was "optimistic and hopeful" about her personal life these days, the magazine also reported she is definitely not engaged.

Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas follow post-wedding ski vacay with tropical honeymoon

Speaking of multiple wedding events … Nick Jonas and Priyanka's nuptial celebrations aren't over just yet. After saying "I do" in India with two ceremonies and a handful of receptions followed by a ski trip in the Swiss Alps with the Jonas family, the couple apparently jetted off to warmer climes, where they've been sharing loved-up beachfront posts on their Instagram Stories while happily referring to one another as "Mr. and Mrs. Jonas." According to Elle, the pair arrived in the Caribbean and beelined for their honeymoon destination on Tuesday, Jan. 8.

Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin 'would love a small wedding'

Newlyweds Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin are still planning to say "I do" before family and friends in spite of the fact that they technically got married at a New York City courthouse last fall. That's according to Us Weekly, which reports the couple are simply focusing on getting settled with a home in Los Angeles before they nail down specifics on their big day. "They are still in the middle of deciding whether or not they want a big or small wedding," says a source close to the pair. "They would love a small wedding, but they have so many people that they want there and they know once they start planning, it could become bigger." In the meantime, Mr. and Mrs. Bieber have been spotted house-hunting, having eyeballed a $13 million pad in Encino earlier this week. TMZ later reported Hailey also checked out a second home in the area. According to the Us source, Brentwood, Bel Air and Beverly Hills are also on the table. "They're renting now but want to buy something big enough for a family. They want kids — soon," says the pal, who adds that they're also being cautious about Justin's mental health during his break from music.

Lady Gaga's R. Kelly track wasn't written for him

Amid investigations into R. Kelly's alleged history of abuse and sexual assault in Georgia and Illinois, Lady Gaga apologized for having recorded with him and announced this week she was removing "Do Want U Want," her collaboration with the singer, from streaming services. Now, a source tells the New York Post the song was actually conceived as project with DJ White Shadow. "The song existed before R. Kelly. She didn't write it with him in mind. She wrote it not having any idea about him working on it," said the insider. "The decision for him to come on was after it had already been written, but it was not an intentional reference to his [alleged] behavior. I don't think she knew about the legitimacy, or the extent, of his behavior at the time." In her statement about the project and why she was taking it offline, she told fans: "As a victim of sexual assault myself, I made both the song and the video at a dark time in my life. … My intention was to create something extremely defiant and provocative because I was angry and still hadn't processed the trauma that had occurred in my own life." She then apologized for having used "poor judgement" in her youth when she recorded the track "and for not speaking out sooner."

Tarek El Moussa breaks his silence on Christina Anstead's wedding

Tarek El Moussa is setting the record straight about his ex's recent wedding and how he feels about seeing Christina move on with Ant Anstead. "Christina got married. Yes. I'm actually happy for her. I think it's a great thing. I think they get along well and most importantly, it's good for my children," the "Flip or Flop" star said in one of multiple videos posted on his Instagram Story (via E! News) on Thursday, Jan. 10. He then assured fans anything they may have read or heard to the contrary is utterly untrue. "I'm just so tired of the media's bull—-. I'm happy. My life is amazing. I have amazing friends. I love my babies. My family is great. I just want everybody to know that I'm doing fantastic and Im super happy and I'm positive." Tarek also said he was "glad" his ex "found someone," before explaining that he never wanted to press on in an unhappy marriage. "I'm not the type who wants to fight with her for the rest of my life and make my kids miserable. The truth is everything we do is about the kids and at the end of the day my kids are going to have a stable household and she's going to have help and that's exactly what they need," he said of the former couple's 8-year-old daughter, Taylor and 3-year-old son, Brayden. He concluded the posts with this: "I want to let everyone know I'm not devastated, I'm not heartbroken, I'm not upset. I'm actually really happy for her, and I'm happy for Ant and most importantly I'm happy for my kids, because guess what? They're going to have a nice, stable household and really at the end of the day it's all about them." Christina and Ant got married on Dec. 22 before flying off to Bora Bora and Tahiti for their honeymoon. A content but self-described "exhausted" Tarek posted on Instagram about covering "daddy duty" while Christina and Ant enjoyed their vacation.

Bryan Cranston addresses 'Breaking Bad' movie rumors

Nobody likes a tease, but that didn't stop Bryan Cranston from teasing it up when Jimmy Fallon asked him about those "Breaking Bad" feature film rumors that have been circulating for months on Thursday's edition of "The Tonight Show." "Let's put it to rest," Bryan said, according to JustJared. "I can say and announce tonight in front of your audience," he continued before interrupting himself to assert this was an "exclusive announcement … that I can confirm there is a 'Breaking Bad' movie …," wait for it … "… rumor that is making its way." Sigh. Last fall, Bryan confirmed that the project was in the works during an appearance on "The Dan Patrick Show," but he said he had not been given, nor had he read, the script. "So there's the question of whether or not we'll even see Walter White in this movie," he said at the time. "Think about that one." Double sigh plus eye roll …

Travis Scott settles festival lawsuit

Travis Scott has settled a lawsuit brought against him by Empire Music Ventures, the folks behind California's Rhythm, Wine & Brews Experience, who claimed they had to cancel their whole festival after Travis bailed on a headlining slot there. According to The Blast, someone at The Odd Group booked Travis for the 75-minute long gig — and accepted the terms of a $400,000 contract with a $217,000 deposit — before Travis bailed on it. Travis' legal team claimed someone random Travis is not affiliated booked him for the deal. "Travis does not know anyone from Empire Music Ventures, and he certainly did not enter into any kind of discussion or contract with them," the rapper's lawyer told the New York Post in a statement. "He has no relationship with the management company The Odd Group, which purportedly entered into the alleged contract. Any lawsuit that may have been filed against Travis and his company has absolutely no basis." Travis has reportedly returned the deposit as part of the settlement.

Emmy Rossum opens up about why it was the right time to leave 'Shameless'

Onward! In the new issue of Shape, Emmy Rossum opens up about her decision to leave her long-running hit series, "Shameless," telling the magazine she's excited to explore new projects and opportunities — and dishing on why now was the right time to say "goodbye." "I want to leave the show while I still love it, and I know the door is open to come back if that feels right," she says in the February cover story. "I'm also extremely proud of what I was able to accomplish off-screen, with my negotiation for equal pay and the effect that had on other women in the industry and in general." In 2016, Emmy successfully campaigned for pay equal to what her co-star, William H. Macy, was making, shedding light on a pay gap situation that was a little ironic given the show's premise, in which Emmy's character, Fiona, does all the work to hold her entire family and house together while her alcoholic father, Frank, disappears for long periods of time and has a habit of ruining everything for the family when he returns. "The way I look at it is that the end of one thing is the beginning of something else. I couldn't be more thrilled to spend time writing, directing, and seeing what other characters I want to play," says Emmy, who directed a number of episodes since the U.S. version of the show premiered in 2011. "It's both scary and wonderful," she adds. Looking ahead, Emmy's set to appear in a TV miniseries about '80s icon Angelyne. Her husband, Sam Esmail, wrote the TV adaptation.

Chris Pratt embarks on a religious fast

Chris Pratt has long been open about his "pro Jesus" outlook on life. Turns out his diet plan skews toward the religious, too. In a post on his Instagram Story this week, Chris revealed he was in "Day three of the Daniel Fast," which he described as "21 days of prayer and fasting," (via People magazine). He also warned fans it might not be great for his red carpet demeanor when it comes time to promote his next project. "It's gonna coincide also coincidentally with the 'Lego Movie 2' junkets," he said, "so by the time you see me, I'll probably be hallucinating." People reports that the Daniel Fast "is based on the fasting experiences of the Old Testament Prophet" designed to help those who do it "draw nearer to God." The plan allows only "food grown from seed" and water.
