Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake remain 'united' amid reports Jessica encouraged Justin to apologize publicly
Both People and Us Weekly are reporting Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel are "still united" after Justin was photographed holding hands with his "Palmer" costar Alisha Wainwright on a balcony in New Orleans during an evening out with other members of the cast and crew last month. The sentiment echoes much of what's been said since Justin issued a public apology for his behavior, saying he drank too much and made a bad judgment call. While People's source acknowledged Justin was intoxicated, the insider reaffirmed, "Jessica believes he didn't cheat on her," saying, the actress would "never break up her family over something like this." The Us source, meanwhile, claims, "Jessica encouraged Justin to put out his statement on Instagram because she felt embarrassed by his actions and wanted him to take accountability." Both Justin and Alisha's rep have said nothing happened between the two beyond what was pictured, which also included a shot of Alisha resting a hand on her costar's knee. Jessica has remained quiet on the matter and continues to wear her wedding ring, according to Us.

Kendall Jenner reveals the best and worst parents among her siblings
Leave it to an ex to fan the competitive fires among the Kardashian-Jenner sibs. Kendall Jenner appeared on "The Late,Late Show" this week where one of her "Spill Your Guts or Fill Your Guts" demands was to rank her siblings' parenting skills for James Corden's guest host — and Kendall's former beau — Harry Styles. "I'd say that Rob is No. 1. He's so good to his daughter!" she gushed, according to People. "They actually all are amazing. They really are. Like, can't make it up! They are, I swear!" she assured the audience. Despite that claim, she opted not to drink 1,000-year-old egg nog and went ahead and ranked her sisters' mom capacities. Kim Kardashian files suit over 'Vampire Facial'
Kim Kardashian West has said she'll never again indulge in the so-called "Vampire Facial" she tested for a 2013 episode of "Kourtney & Kim Take Miami," which might give her an edge in a new lawsuit she's filed against Charles Runels, MD, and the Cellular Medicine Association. According to Refinery29 , the platelet-rich plasma (PRP) facial, which uses the patient's blood on the skin became popular after it appeared on Kim's show. Kim's lawyer points out in the filing that "was seven years ago … And [Kim and Kourtney] had certainly never licensed their name in connection with the procedure." The filing also includes screenshots and photos of pamphlets, the treatment website and a LinkedIn page that all reference Kim's name or feature her image. Kim, who is suing for copyright infringement, infringement of registered mark, false association, violation of the right of publicity and California common law trademark infringement, also says that when she asked the doctor to cease and desist using her name, he "demanded that she pay him."
Jennifer Aniston breaks down on 'Ellen' giveaways special
Ellen DeGeneres' "Greatest Night of Giveaways" special on Tuesday, Dec. 10, left her guest and helper, Jennifer Aniston, in tears after the pair was able to fulfill the wishes of a teenager whose dad was unemployed this holiday season after losing his wife to cancer. In a video made by the teen, Elyse Kimball, she explained she and her sister were young when their mom died. "He has given all he has got for our family of three. He doesn't deserve this. He's all I got," she explained (via CNN). "He is my life. He is what gets me through the good and the bad. For once, I want to give something to him. I want him to get something he deserves, and I can't do this without help." Ellen responded by inviting the family to be part of her studio audience for the show, telling them a film crew would be filming a piece on folks who "turn their lives around" amid great challenges. When Ellen invited them onstage, Jen asked the girls, "What would your mom say right now if she knew you guys were here?" Their father replied, "She would be so happy. Ellen, she was your biggest fan. So, she would be like, 'Move over, 'cause I am getting closer." That's when Ellen told them what the crew had actually done while they were out of the house: They'd decorated the whole place with holiday lights, set up a Christmas tree and left a barrage of gifts, including a set of new furniture. When Jen gave the three an Eiffel Tower ornament in honor of their mom's "bucket list" desire to visit Paris, Ellen outdid her by telling them she'd gotten them a real-life trip to France. Jen, in turn, noted she'd also gotten them a trip to Italy to tack onto the vacation — after which Ellen revealed there was a trip to London in the mix, too.
Lizzo defends her thong dress amid criticism
Social media users are still going back and forth about whether they love or hate Lizzo for twerking in a black T-shirt thing dress at a Lakers game over the weekend, but Lizzo is firmly set on feeling good as you-know-what about her decision to flaunt what she's got. "Who I am and the essence of me and the things that I choose to do as a grown-a– woman can inspire you to do the same," she said in an Instagram Live video on Monday, Dec. 11 (via ET). "You don't have to be like me. You need to be like you. And never ever let somebody stop you or shame you from being yourself." She added: "Like, this is who I've always been. Now everyone's looking at it and your criticism can just remain your criticism. Your criticism has no effect on me. Negative criticism has no stake in my life, no control over my life, over my emotions. I'm the happiest I've ever been, I'm surrounded by love." Before signing off, she joked, "I just wanna spread that love and also spread these cheeks — nd you know what, if you really don't like my a–, you can kiss it. 'Cause kissing it makes it go away, I promise."
Harvey Weinstein's bail increased to $5M as he faces back surgery
After prosecutors in Harvey Weinstein's sexual assault trial argued last week that he'd tampered with his ankle monitor, a judge in New York City ordered a hike in his bail from $1 million to $5 million on Wednesday, Dec. 11, according to CBS News. When the former producer appeared in the court using a walker, his legal team said he's slated to have back surgery this week and has been in a great deal of pain. The judge spared him the prosecution's request to put him back in jail until his trial begins early next month, but issued the caveat that, "If you have any further medical issues, the court will not be terribly understanding."

Quentin Tarantino says 'Kill Bill: Vol. 3' is 'in the cards'
Will a third installment of the "Kill Bill" movies starring Uma Thurman as The Bride be the tenth and possibly final movie from Quentin Tarantino? It sounded that way when he sat down with Andy Cohen recently for a conversation about what's next for the director after "Once Upon a Time… in Hollywood." "I just had dinner with Uma Thurman last night," Quentin said, according to Page Six. "We were at a really cool Japanese restaurant. I do have an idea of what I would do with ['Kill Bill Vol. 3']. That was the whole thing, conquering the concept. What has happened to The Bride since then? And what do I want to do?" He went on to boast that he has "an idea that could be interesting," but said there are other projects in line ahead of that one if it happens, which echoes his previous statements about looking towards theater and other production formats after he's made 10 films. "I still wouldn't do it for a little bit. It would be at least three years from now. It is definitely in the cards," he said. Quentin added that after writing "Once Upon a Time …," he wrote a play and a short TV series. "To some degree or another, I've kind of written what I'm going to do for the next three years," he said. "And then after that, I'll get around to what the next movie will be."
Savannah Guthrie absent from 'Today' due to eye surgery
The "Today" show team was down one anchor on Wednesday, Dec. 11, as Savannah Guthrie sought further medical attention for her eye, which was badly injured when her 2-year-old son accidentally hit her with a toy before Thanksgiving. The incident detached her right retina, according to the Daily News. Her vision had started to improve thanks to laser treatments but she recently likened the feeling to, "having one contact [lens] in and [one] out." She's reportedly undergoing surgery in the hopes that will fix it.
