Khoe Kardashian can't decide if she should see Lamar Odom in 'KUWTK' sneak peek
This spring, Khloe Kardashian's ex-husband, Lamar Odom, told Us Weekly that he dreamed of reestablishing a friendship with her. He's since said he hopes to connect with her whole family again since they played such an important role in his life. Now, 10 years after the two married, Khloe's sharing some of what she's wrestled with while deciding whether or not to meet with him again. In a preview clip for the next edition of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," she tells Kim Kardashian West he recently reached out to her. "I miss him all the time, but not in a place where I want to get back with him," Khloe says in the clip. "So, he called me and he was like, 'I just knew we were all gonna talk again at some point. I'm just so happy.' He was like, 'I would love to see you. I've been dying to see you in person. I just feel like we have so much to talk about.'" While Kim says she thinks it would be healthy for her sister to find some closure with the relationship, which continued on a platonic basis well beyond their 2013 split because of Lamar's overdose two years later, Khloe admits she's not sure. "I always felt after, I think, his overdose, that I did everything in my power to be there through sickness and health," Khloe says. "Once I saw that he, you know, wasn't in the headspace to really want to change his bad situation then I was fine letting him go. I've never thought twice about it and why we stopped talking or anything like that." She later says she still doesn't know what she should do: "I don't want to mislead him in any way, but I would like to meet with him." Khloe and Lamar's divorce was finalized in 2016. The episode airs on Sunday, Oct. 27.

Heidi Klum teases her 'very, very special' Halloween costume and party again …
Hollywood's Halloween Fan in Cheif just shared another clue about her annual costume party, which celebrates its 20th anniversary next week. "I'm gonna do something very, very special," she assured ET this week of the bash, where she unveils a new, usually involved costume each year. "I'm trying to do something very special on that day, because it's 20 years already. I can't believe it! 20 years ago, I thought, 'There is no real cool party in New York City and someone has to do this.' And so I did." She's already told fans her husband will be part of this year's look, but hasn't revealed much more. What she did tell ET was she has no interest in ever hanging up her costuming obsession. "Why not [do it another 20 years]? Why stop the fun when you get older? I think we should have more fun when we get older!" she said. The supermodel also allowed that each year's costume gets more insane than the last. "I'm pressuring myself. It's not the outside world, it's really me," she admitted. Evan Rachel Wood is tired of seeing the 'same 12' Oscar nominees year after year
Evan Rachel Wood has some thoughts about the next awards season: Specifically, she wonders if the nominee pool feels a little redundant for anyone but her. "Is anybody else excited to watch the same 12 people get nominated for Oscars this year?" she asked on Twitter this week. When someone suggested it would be exciting to see "Harriet" star Cynthia Erivo get nominated, the actress agreed, commenting, "Well this would be refreshing wouldn't it," in a seemingly implied dig at the Academy's #OscarsSoWhite problem. "I mean.. I am in the Academy now. Although after that last tweet they may kick me out. Haha," Evan added. "This is not to throw shade at the Academy or the films," she wrote in another tweet. "BUT if we got BIG MONEY out of campaigning, (just like elections) then maybe it would be fair? Just a thought. … Also lets just go ahead and assume I am never getting nominated now." SIn subsequent posts, she said again she's not "blaming it all on the Academy," explaining: "The industry will only cast Actors that get the movies 'Financed' and it becomes a very small pool very quickly." It's no secret that pool is mainly male. As the Daily Mail points out, only one female director, Kathryn Bigelow, has ever won Best Director. Said Evan: "They arent getting nominated because no one is financing their films."

Demi Moore shades an ex on 'Fill Your Guts or Spill Your Guts'
They're pals and co-parents, but that didn't stop Demi Moore from throwing her ex-husband under the bus when she stopped by to chat with James Corden on the "Late Late Show" this week. In a round of his "Spill Your Guts or Fill Your Guts" game, James asked — as a finale — which of Demi's former male costars "got paid more money than you that didn't deserve to." Having just spilled her figurative guts in her bestselling memoir, Demi didn't seem to mind dishing on her opinion. "Where do I start the list?" she joked, according to The Hollywood Reporter. "I don't know if I can say he didn't deserve. That's not necessarily up to me to say … I'd say Bruce Willis," she offered. The former couple appeared in multiple films together over the years. After unleashing her answer, she backpeddled a bit and noted she wouldn't "say that he didn't deserve" the bigger payday — then she took a teensy sip of the nasty stuff James had placed before her.

Angelina Jolie advocates for improved preventative women's health care and more in Time op-ed
In addition to her work with refugees and the United Nations and as an actress and director, Angelina Jolie has been quietly looking for ways to help others battle something her family is all too familiar with. In Time's new health issue, Angelina delves into her decision to go public in 2013 about having undergone preventative surgeries after testing positive for a gene that predisposes her to breast and ovarian cancer, explaining why she got tested and what she believes needs to be done next with regard to the disease, largely in terms of women and how they specifically suffer both physically and mentally from the disease — and whatever they may have had to deal with prior to their diagnosis. In her candid essay, "Medical Advances in Women's Health are Important, But They're Only Part of the Picture," she talks about how improved the lives of her kids might be had they really gotten to know Angelina's mom before she died. She says she wants to know her grandchildren and that's a large part of why she underwent so much surgery to extend her life. She also advocates for improvements to the financial burden of testing and other forms of preventative care, saying she recently visited the Institut Curie in France, where she spoke with doctors and scientists France's leading cancer hospital and research center, I met some of the doctors and scientists "who are working to develop new treatments that will mean more people survive cancer in the future and are able to live better lives during their illness." She continued: "… while we should continue to push for advancement, care is not just about medical treatments. It's also about the safety, dignity and support afforded to women, whether they're battling cancer or trying to manage other stressful situations. And far too often they're not given nearly enough."
