Chris Evans
Chris Evans has been in demand since portraying the good-looking popular jock in the 2001 spoof "Not Another Teen Movie". He grew up near Boston doing school productions and community theater and eventually made his way to New York to work in a casting office and take acting classes the summer between his junior and senior years of high school. A contact made that summer helped him begin auditioning and he landed a supporting role in the short-lived TV series "Opposite Sex" and an appearance on "Boston Public". He followed up the aforementioned successful teen movie parody with "The Perfect Score", the 2004 thriller "Cellular" and the 2005 indie "Fierce People" opposite Diane Lane. He got his first taste of superhero-sized success in 2005 and 2007 playing the Human Torch in two "Fantastic Four" films. But even that paled in comparison to his current gig as Captain America, where his fresh face, comic timing and muscular build come in handy. He reprised the role in 2012 as part of "The Avengers" crime-fighting team and will do so again in a 2014 Captain-centric tale and in 2015's "Avengers "sequel. This past People's Hottest Bachelor listee seriously dated the future Mrs. Timberlake Jessica Biel for a little more than two years before breaking up in 2006 and has since been romantically linked to Christina Ricci, Gisele Bundchen, Emmy Rossum and Naomie Harris. A 2007 fling with Minka Kelly was reignited for a year, but the couple called it quits in late 2013
