Celebrities come in all shapes and sizes, and in some cases, the bigger the star, the shorter the person. Some of the more diminutive celebrities have actually won the industry's biggest prizes like Oscars, Grammys and Emmys. Take Bruno Mars, for example. Bruno, who turns 32 on Oct. 8, 2017, is a 5-foot-5 powerhouse. The five-time Grammy winner seems to have fun with comments about his size. He was once asked on Twitter about his height and he replied, "I'm tired of answering this question. For the last time, I'm 6'2″. #nextquestion." Kevin Hart
Kevin Hart pokes fun at his 5-foot-3 frame in his standup comedy routines and in movies. He once told Oprah Winfrey that he's always been happy with his height. "I'm beyond confident. I'm not cocky, I'm confident," he said. "I think I'm sexy."

Nicki Minaj's voice is booming, that much we know. Her height is a little bit up for debate though since she's contradicted herself before. In her song "Whip It," she raps, "I'm like 5'2″." On Twitter, she once said she was 5 foot 3. Regardless, her wallet is large.

Some say Dustin Hoffman is 5 foot 4, some say 5 foot 5… Either way, his two Oscars still look up to him. So, basically, very few actors can measure up.

Some media outlets say Ashley is taller by an inch, while some say Mary-Kate is the taller twin. The question, though, is do these media outlets really know? Can they really tell them apart?

Danny DeVito has long been one of Hollywood's shortest leading men. The actor is said to be 4 foot 11. He reportedly once claimed, "On a really good day, I'm 5 feet short. It's pretty difficult for me to play anything but the little guy. I don't play a good victim so I'm always the nasty little guy."
Kourtney Kardashian
The eldest of the Kardashian-Jenner brood is Kourtney Kardashian, and she's also the shortest. Kourtney is just 5 feet tall, but she'd rather you think otherwise. In 2016, she tweeted, "So…@khloekardashian measured me and I'm actually 5'1″ guys, I grew an inch. Update Wikipedia."
Nicole Richie
Nicole Richie has stood tall in the reality TV world for years, but in real life, she's merely 5 foot 1. In 2016, she told People magazine that she stopped wearing miniskirts because of her frame. "I'm 5'1″ so I can't just go and wear some miniskirt. That would look a lot better on someone 5'9″."
Seth Green
It doesn't take glasses to see that Seth Green isn't the tallest man in Hollywood. At 5 foot 4, the actor once joked to E! News that his shorter height has its benefits. "I'm probably small enough to fit into places that other people couldn't," he said. His wife, by the way, is Clare Grant. She's 5 foot 7 and gorgeous.
Ariana Grande
How does that big voice come out of that tiny body? Ariana Grande is just a shade over 5 feet tall. In the past, she's said she was 5 foot 3 and 5 foot 2, but more recently, she tweeted she's "5 feet or a little more, I'm miniature. haha." In 2009, she joked, "I love being #funsized."
Jada Pinkett Smith
While her husband stands at more than 6 feet tall (he's 6 foot 2, actually), Jada Pinkett Smith is not that vertically inclined, standing at just 5 feet. In fact, she has said that she's actually a half-inch shorter than that. "When you start adding half-inches to your official height, you know you're short," she once joked.
Snooki
The Jersey Shore knows all about this little fireball… and we do mean little! Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi doesn't break 5 feet, even with her hair. "I'm actually 4'9″, but maybe 4'11" with the poof!" she told "Inside Edition."
Michael J. Fox
Michael J. Fox is short at 5 foot 4, and he's proud of it. Over the years, he's often spoken about being a smaller leading man. He's quoted as saying, "Girls think you're so cute when you're short. They always want to put me in their pocket. Great, as long as it's their breast pocket."
Shakira
Her hips don't lie and they're not very far off the ground either. Shakira works every bit of that 5-foot-1 frame of hers. Her partner, soccer stud Gerard Pique, is 6 foot 4, by the way, so he towers over her. "My classmates also used to call me Enana, which means dwarf, because I was always the tiniest one in my class," Shakira once told Maxim.
Anna Kendrick
Anna Kendrick is big on talent but short on height. The actress stands at 5 foot 2. In 2012, she told ELLE U.K., "I'm 5'2″ and being around massive football players makes you wonder if you're the same species!"
Amy Poehler
Amy Poehler was one of the bigger stars of "Saturday Night Live." The Emmy winner was also one of the smaller stars, as far as height goes. She's only 5 foot 2, but still a force in Hollywood. She told Entertainment Weekly, "When you're 5'2″, you're blonde, and you're a woman, you get underestimated a lot."
Salma Hayek
Salma Hayek can't fake her height at 5 foot 2, but she can and does act like a giant. "I act tall!" she once said. "But look how short I am… I can't even act to be tall. I'm 5'2″. I can't even create the illusion that I am tall!"
Kylie Minogue
Kylie Minogue is a liar… this is according to her sister. The singer stands at 5 feet tall, but she will have you believe otherwise, sister Dannii Minogue has said. In an interview with Smash Hits, Dannii said of Kylie, "She lies about her height! Kylie always says she's 5'1″. But she is so not. She is actually 5 feet."
Kristen Bell
Kristen Bell is short, yes, standing at a mere 5 foot 1. What's interesting is that her husband, Dax Shepard, is no shorty at all: He's 6 foot 2. You know what they say… opposites attract.
Hayden Panettiere
Want to talk crazy height differences between a couple? Hayden Panettiere stands at 5 foot 2 (some people say she's even shorter). Her fiance, Ukranian boxer Wladimir Klitschko, is 6 foot 6. "I mean, I know that I'm small, but he's large. That's how we met," Hayden once told Ellen DeGeneres. "I said, 'You're huge.' He said, 'You're tiny.' And that was it."
Vanessa Hudgens
Fibbing about your height seems to a be a common thing, and Vanessa Hudgens seems to be no different. Most reports say she's barely over 5 feet tall, which, by the looks of her, seems accurate. But she once told TeenRag that she's taller than everyone thinks. "I like surfer guys and guys who are taller than me, which is not hard because I'm only 5'3″," she claimed.
Frankie Muniz
Frankie Muniz stands at 5 foot 5 and loves it. In 2013, a fan asked him on Twitter if it bothered him that he was short. He replied, "Never. Love being short." That's how you do it, Frankie!
Kristin Chenoweth
Kristin Chenoweth is easily one of the shortest stars in Hollywood at 4 foot 11, and that's perfectly fine with her. She has admitted that when she was younger, she wanted to be taller, but not anymore. In 2011, she told ABC News, "Let's see, I could wear heels, I could tease my hair, and maybe on a good day, I could be 5'1″. But the bottom line is, I'm 4'11" and that's the way I was put together."
Lil' Kim
Lil' Kim is just that: Lil'. The rapper claims to be 5 feet tall, but most estimates put her at 4 foot 11. Something to remember: She was incredibly close with Notorious B.I.G. He stood at 6 foot 3. Seeing them together was always crazy.
Christina Aguilera
Christina Aguilera doesn't like to admit that she's pint-sized. In 2015, she said, "I like to think that I am 5 foot 8, but really I am only 5 foot 2." With the way she belts out songs though, you'd think she was in the WNBA.
Lucy Hale
Lucy Hale, who stands at 5 foot 2, tries to find ways to make her height fun. In 2015 on St. Patrick's Day, she tweeted, "Contemplated dressing up as a leprechaun at airport since my height is very fitting but nah.happy st paddys!"
Reese Witherspoon
So, just how tall (or short) is Reese Witherspoon? The Oscar winner has listed her height differently in the past. The actress once told Canoe, "I'm really tough in my mind. I'm only 5 foot 2 but I think I'm big. And tough." In 2009, she told WalesOnline, "I'm only 5 foot 1 inch and sounding like I could take on an evil alien was actually the hardest part of the movie for me." So, we'll say she's 5 foot 1-and-a-half. Meet in the middle.
Ellen Page
Ellen Page is just 5 foot 1, so most of her co-stars tower over her. She works it though, and has talent in every inch of her body — as evidenced by her Oscar and Emmy nominations.
Paula Abdul
Paula Abdul told LA Magazine in 2011, "I'm 5 feet 2 on a good day." That means she's just under that (and most online reports have her measuring an even 5 feet). She seems to get a kick out of her diminutive size. In 2007 on her short-lived reality show "Hey Paula," she said, "I think my height intimidates people… When I tower under people, it's horrible."
