After nine months of dating, "Flip or Flop" star Tarek El Moussa and "Selling Sunset" host, Heather Rae Young, moved into their first new home together this week. Tarek had been living in the home he liked to call his "bachelor dad pad" in the Costa Mesa section of Los Angeles since he split from his ex-wife and show co-host, Christina Anstead. Heather moved in "several months ago," Tarek recently told People, but the two had started looking for a "forever home" to share prior to the pandemic. They had one false start with the move, they told the outlet, after learning of some issues with the house they initially made an offer on. By the time they bailed on that, Tarek had sold his house, so, in just a week, they found a rental by the water in Newport Beach, and moved in. "I can't believe I'm saying this but we moved!!! Sounds crazy right?" Tarek wrote on Instagram on Tuesday, April 28. Calling his old place "very special," he went on to share that the move made him emotional, "because it reminds me just how much life can change in a few years." He added: "It also reminds me how we, as people, can change for the better. We can change through hard work and discipline. I'm proud to say I'm a better father than I've ever been. I'm a better son than I've ever been. I'm a better brother than I've ever been. I'm a better partner than I've ever been." Looking ahead, Tarek wrote, "I'm excited for this new chapter of my life with @heatherraeyoung and the babies. I love and adore them more than anything!" Heather, who's been focused on setting up Tarek's kids' rooms so they feel at home, is also busy promoting the second season of "Selling Sunset," which hits Netflix on May 22 and features content about the early days of her romance with Tarek. "You get to hear how I met the kids," she told People, "and how the relationship began."

Looks like Taylor Swift is quarantining with her immediate family — which is to say, The singer appears to be chilling in place with her cats and her boyfriend of three-plus years, Joe Alwyn. While Taylor's isolation company probably comes as no surprise, we did do a double-take when Joe posted some rare glimpses inside the couple's (clearly cat-dominated) private life on his Instagram Story on Wednesday night. Specifically, he shared pics of Tay's furball Benjamin Button in various hiding spots around the house. One pic (via Elle) shows the designer kitty's blue eyes peeking out from under a rug. Another shows the same little dude looking nervously up out of an empty box — there was also a selfie from Joe, as seen through the actor's generous glass of white wine. No pics of a Taylor appeared in Joe's feed, although she's shared a few herself from their lockdown. Not surprisingly, those pics have also starred Taylor's cats, including her TV fandom namesakes Olivia Benson and Meredith Grey … whose monikers feel more a propose than ever as we all sit home boning up on our binge-watching skills.

This week, the actress shared a selfie showing off the bubble gum-colored locks she tried out for a little quarantine makeover. "Well because we're still in quarantine, I had to think of a new and creative way to embarrass my children …," she explained in a video on Instagram. In the caption, she hashtagged the post, "#quarancolor #roseallday (or until it fades out)." Sarah shares two kids, Charlotte and Rocky, with her husband of 18 years, Freddie Prinze Jr.

Alanis Morissette: #MeToo 'hasn't even begun' in the music industry

It's been almost 25 years since Alanis Morissette released "Jagged Little Pill." Now, the singer whose feisty breakthrough album arguably put the sound of female anger on the pop charts for the first time, is sharing her perspective on sexual harassment in the world of music. As she tells The Sunday Times in a new interview, the #MeToo movement "hasn't even begun in the music industry." The singer and actress, 45, continued: "Almost every woman in the music industry has been assaulted, harassed, raped. It's ubiquitous — more in music, even than film. What — sex, drugs and rock 'n' roll? By definition, it's crass, sweaty and aggressive. But it's only a matter of time before it has its own explosion of stories." Alanis also pointed out that while critics often attack women for having "waited" to accuse their attackers or harassers, the reality isn't so black and white. "First of all, they didn't wait," she said. "Second, they face the threat of losing their job, reputation, or not being believed. At best, it's swept under the rug; at worst, you are admonished or fired. As for that anger that famously helped inspire "Jagged Little Pill?" "Female rage gets such a bad rap, but it's part of being human," she said. "Not punching someone in the face, but anger channeled into activism or — heaven forbid — raising your voice, or saying no, or protecting your kids, or being a feminist."

Debi Mazar shares a health update after testing positive for COVID-19

Debi Mazar and her family are feeling better after contracting COVID-19, complete with "every symptom" in the book, she recently told ET via video chat. The "Younger" star tested positive for the illness last month and says she's symptom-free for long enough that she should be in the clear, though she's unable to find a way to be retested. "I live in New York and you can't get tested here anymore. Tests are not available even though they say they are, they're not," she said, adding that she's been leaning on "Chinese medicine" and "immune boosters like zinc and oregano oil" to stay well in the hopes of avoiding another case should a second wave take place this fall, as many experts suspect will be the case. With Season 7 of "Younger" on hold — "March 30th was the first day of production," she said, "…The sets were being built, my apartment was being put back together, and then it just all shut down" — the actress is crossing her fingers they'll be back to work in August or September. Like Kelly Ripa and a whole lot of other folks these days, Debi's also watching her gray hairs grow in. "I don't love it. I mean, I'm forced to embrace [the gray]," she admitted. "I don't know if you can see here, but it's really coming in. I'm letting it go because I think it's really good to give your hair a break." Kevin Costner offers up some musical hope with performance of 'The Sun Will Rise Again'

When he's not acting, Kevin Costner spends a good deal of time playing with the band he leads, Modern West. This week, he realized one of their older songs might bring some peace to those who are struggling as the coronavirus pandemic wages on, so he posted a video of himself playing it on solo guitar on YouTube. "I want to let you know I'm doing alright, and I pray and hope that the same thing is happening for you," Kevin, 65, says in the clip (via ET). "I know it's not easy, it's pretty confusing. I find myself washing off groceries on our front porch. I see my kids on the computer, waving me out of the room. But I have it good, and not everybody has it as well. So I'm aware, while I'm going through this, I'm aware of where I'm at in this life and I'm happy about that," he continues. "But as I'm thinking about where everyone else is, I started thinking of a song Modern West did a while back called 'The Sun Will Rise Again.'" Kevin goes on to explain the song is about feeling like things are broken, which they definitely are now. It turns out the tune is kind of perfect given what the world is experiencing and the kind of hope that's required for many people to make it through each day. "Seems like this rain might last forever /And the night might never end," the chorus begins. "But I know enough to remember/ The sun, it will rise again." Speaking to the camera, Kevin finishes his thoughts before launching into the song: "It's confusing and there's a lot of noise out there., he admits. "The only thing I could hope is that maybe this song maybe mirrors how you're feeling, but the idea of how it ends, that the sun is going to rise again — that's going to happen for all of us."

No wonder Kate Hudson and her brother, Oliver Hudson, share a podcast. Turns out the "Sibling Rivalry" hosts are so comfortable talking with one another that even the most personal of personal hygiene topics fails to make either of the uber-close sibs bat an eye. The 41-year-old actress and her 43-year-old brother proved that point when they video chatted in to the Tuesday edition of "Watch What Happens Live." One of the audience questions Andy Cohen presented to Oliver was a riff on something he's said in the past about waxing a certain part of his male anatomy. Asked if that's something he still does, he replied — as Kate laughed out loud — "No, I haven't done that in a long time, but I do shave and I put a razor on it." Kate soon jumped in to volunteer that she takes care of her own bikini waxing needs rather than going to a salon. "I wax myself," she said proudly, according to Us Weekly. I can wax myself. I mastered it." Andy asked if she "enjoys the process," to which Kate responded, "It's not about enjoying it. I just … I enjoy the aftermath of it." While Kate and Oliver were happy to speak openly about waxing and landscaping, one thing Oliver did not share with his sister was apparently his plan to have her ex, Alex Rodriguez on his "Daddy Issues" podcast. "You didn't even say, like, 'Hey, like, look, I'm thinking of interviewing your ex-boyfriend. Is that cool?'" Kate recalled on "WWHL," calling him out for the move. Turns out Oliver had an understandable excuse for not mentioning it: "I don't want to get a 'no,'" he said, according to People. He added that he "made a point not to bring [Kate and Alex's relationship up" on the show, and he stuck to it. Kate and A-Rod dated for a few months back in 2009.

Ashlee Simpson and her husband Evan Ross announced some happy stork news on Instagram on Thursday. "We are pregnant and we are so excited to share it with everyone. Baby #3 ♥ ," Ashlee posted. As a number of fans pointed out, much of the rest of her post was basically one big promo spot for Clear Blue pregnancy tests — "this feels like getting pregnant for a sponsorship," quipped one user — but in this shaky economy, we can hardly fault the young couple for taking help where they can get it. Ashlee also shouted out the March of Dimes' "Mom and Baby COVID19 Intervention and Support Fund," saying she and Evan are supporting the campaign as it helps "moms and babies get the care they need now and in the future." Ashlee, 35, and Evan, 31, are already parents to a 4-year-old daughter, Jagger. Ashlee also shares Bronx Wentz, 11, with her ex-husband. Pete Wentz.

Sam Heughan hit the big 4-0 on Thursday, April 30, and his "Outlander" wife Catriona Balfe wasn't about to let him dodge the requisite birthday old-man jokes. "Happy Birthday to this ridiculous human being," she captioned a slow-pan clip of Sam, in costume, turning his head towards her at dripping molasses speed and making a goofy face at the camera. "Hope you got the nose trimmer and Zimmer frame I sent you!!! Lots of love you're tele-wifie @SamHeughan #Big4Oooh," she joked. According to the Internetz, a "Zimmer frame" is basically a walker in U.K.-speak.

Sacha Baron Cohe, Isla Fisher pitch in on massive PPE donation for healthcare workers

National Health Service workers on the frontline of the U.K.'s coronavirus crisis are getting an influx of much-needed PPE supplies this week, thanks to Sacha Baron Cohen, his wife Isla Fisher, who teamed up with the Mail Force initiative and Project Hope to donate and transport the materials. "Isla and I are so happy to have such persistent and generous partners in getting this done," Sacha tweeted on Tuesday. He urged organizations in need to contact "#ProjectHope in US or #MailForce in UK" for help filling their PPE needs. According to Metro, the plane's worth of supplies included 100,000 masks, 50,000 coveralls. The outlet reported more items were expected to follow later in the week.
