The 2020 CMT Music Awards is here! To celebrate the show, which airs on Oct. 21, Wonderwall.com is time traveling back to the event in 2010. Let's check out the fashion on that big night a decade ago… starting with the one and only Taylor Swift! It was a burgundy John Galliano frock for Taylor, who arrived in this thin-strapped minidress featuring a sweetheart neckline and a subtle all-over floral pattern. Tim McGraw's style hasn't changed in a decade! We could see him wearing this exact same getup — a V-neck gray tee, a leather jacket, jeans, boots and a cowboy hat — at any awards show today.

It was a hot pink minidress for Carrie Underwood at the 2010 CMT Music Awards! The country superstar rocked this little Jenny Packham number, which included black accoutrements at the neck and waist, and completed her look with darling black sandals with bows at the ankle.

Luke Bryan certainly looked sharp in this gray checkered jacket with black lapels. He kept things true to his roots by adding jeans and boots and brought along wife Caroline Bryan, who sported a spaghetti-strapped black minidress that showed off her baby bump when she was pregnant with son Tatum.
Jason Aldean was on hand with then-wife Jessica for the big awards show in 2010. He wore his usual cowboy hat, a black short-sleeved button down, jeans and boots alongside his missus, who rocked a black minidress with a tiered and ruffled skirt and black strappy sandals.
This dress would definitely hold up today! Faith Hill wore this lovely pale pink and white tie-dye-print J. Mendel gown that featured short ruffled sleeves and a thigh-high slit up the center. When it came to shoes, she rocked silver sandals to complete the ensemble.
Trisha Yearwood rocked a black leather frock that cut off at the knee for the big night. She opted to contrast the stark color with light gold sandals on her feet.
We're not totally sure why Luke Wilson was on hand at the 2010 CMT Music Awards, but the actor arrived in a gray suit, a pale gray dress shirt and a purple tie for the occasion.
Hillary Scott of Lady A went with this slinky black sequined knee-length dress. The strapless frock featured plenty of sparkle, plus she added satin peep-toe pumps to the mix.
LeAnn Rimes looked ready for an '80s party in this Mara Hoffman mini. The sweetheart neckline, the black belt detail and that busy electric blue print combined for a funky pick that she complemented with strappy black sandals.
A black-and-gold Zuhair Murad minidress was Kellie Pickler's pick! The singer sported this strapless design with very busy heels adorned with big bows above the peep-toe detail.
Julianne Hough was on hand for the country music event in a yellow minidress. The Georges Hobeika design was strapless and super-short and featured sequined embellishments throughout. When it came time to add shoes, she opted for silver strappy sandals.
So many minidresses! Hayden Panettiere opted for a short emerald green Emilio Pucci dress with pops of black lace underneath the cut-outs. From the single-shoulder detail to the black peep-toe pumps, this look definitely transports us back in time.
Trace Adkins' denim shirt featured brown leather embellishments, jazzing up the casual fabric. The country crooner added dark jeans, brown cowboy boots and a black cowboy hat to complete his CMT Music Awards ensemble in 2010.
Miranda Lambert came dressed as a disco ball! The singer-songwriter wore a strapless silver sequined minidress and added even more sparkle with gemstone-emblazoned sky-high pumps. Next up? Her date!
Blake Shelton attended with then-girlfriend-almost-wife Miranda Lambert. He wore a gray dress shirt with a vest over top, black jeans and black boots.
Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi took a page out of Miranda Lambert's book and also got inspired by a disco ball. She wore this sparkly silver sleeveless design, adding a dark gray shrug and super-high black heels.
Sheryl Crow's white slip dress ended up looking timeless amongst trendier looks at the 2010 CMT Music Awards. She accessorized the V-neckline sleeveless frock with gold bracelets and chunky, strappy matching heels.
Uncle Cracker looked like he just rolled out of bed and onto the red carpet in 2010! The singer sported a short-sleeved plaid shirt over a blue polo, jeans, sneakers and a newsboy-style cap atop his head.
Well, those are some shoes! Martina McBride stunned with her funky, eccentric black sandal choice, which didn't quite match the lacey pattern on her sleeveless minidress.
The Band Perry arrived in coordinating black looks — the guys in suit jackets and white dress shirts and Kimberly in a lacy black minidress with sheer sleeves and black sandals.
Actress Laura Bell Bundy's CMT Music Awards ensemble a decade ago was comprised of a shiny gold halter top with a daringly low neckline and a cream miniskirt, which felt a little casual for the occasion. When it came time to choose shoes, she opted for strappy bronze sandals.
The late Joey Feek attended with husband Rory — her partner in the duo Joey + Rory. Both kept things very low key in denim — Joey rocked a tan shirt with jeans while Rory opted for overalls and a white shirt. The duo also wore cowboy boots in different shades of brown.
Food Network star Paula Deen arrived looking lovely in a sheer black tunic with silver and black embellishments. She rocked it atop silky pants and pointy-toe pumps.
Kid Rock kept things very casual in a flannel, baggy jeans and boots. The rocker topped off his look with a dark fedora and shades.
Another star, another minidress. This time it was Jessie James Decker, who opted for a cream and pale pink two-toned mini with a sweetheart neckline. She finished it off with a pair of quintessentially 2010 tan platform heels.
Former "American Idol" singer Danny Gokey sported a sleek white-and-black jacket with a black dress shirt underneath, black trousers and black boots. One part of the look we could have done without? Those sunglasses!
Easton Corbin decided to go for a look that was business on the top and party on the bottom when he rocked a jacket overtop a dress shirt paired with blue jeans and brown boots.
Songwriter and "American Idol" judge Kara DioGuardi wore one of the only floor-length dresses of the night — this lovely dark blue silk design that featured one long sleeve, a cut-out at the hip and beautiful ruching.
Erin Andrews donned a slinky minidress in a shimmery metallic blue-gray shade for the occasion. She strangely opted to add tan heels with thick straps to finish off her look.
