Blake Lively's spent most of the year laying low ahead of the birth of her third child with her husband, Ryan Reynolds. Amazingly, her off-the-grid mentality has largely applied even to Instagram, aka the Land of Hubby Trolling. Happily, all of that quietude went out the window on Wednesday, Sept. 18, when Ryan shared new promo pics for his Aviation Gin company that showed him looking extra handsome in a dark suit as he smiled while seated beside an Aviation-stocked bar. "LOVE this @AviationGin shoot with the legendary @guyaroch. Hair by @serafinosays and styling by @joseph.episcopo," he captioned the shot. After the art and style he credits, he added a shout-out to his and Ryan's daughters, James and Inez: "Bags under my eyes by two thankless a——- who refused to go to bed the night before, despite the fact I read them Winnie the Pooh and nearly half of Stephen King's The Shining." After The Rock joked in the comments that he wanted REyan to read the (more terrifying) second half of "The Shining" to the girls, Blake did her wifely duty and reacted in the comments. Joked the soon-to-be mother of three: "Feeling very happy about my life choices right about now …"

Beyonce finally has a decent wax figure

Well that's less terrible! Two years after the New York City Madame Tussauds removed its unrecognizable Beyonce wax figure — and a varied amount of time since other wax museums continued pretending their utterly non-Beyonce looking figures looked something like Beyonce (check the AV Club's history on this sad fact) — the London outpost of Madame Tussauds has unveiled a wax statue that actually resembles the queen. Whereas previous replicas garnered comparisons to an amalgam of blonde, white pop stars, the new one features Bey in her 2018 Coachella ensemble and kinda does her justice — to the extent that a pile of wax can approximate that kind of royalty. "It's time to bow down to THE QUEEN " social media accounts for Madame Tussauds declared on Thursday, Sept. 19. It is, in fact, way past time, but that's OK. Slay on, wax Bey, slay on.

Chelsea Handler says she needed therapy before interviewing conservatives about white privilege

In one of multiple examples of uncomfortable irony brought forth by Chelsea Handler's new Netflix documentary, "Hello, Privilege. It's Me, Chelsea," the comic and talk show host revealed that in order to talk to conservatives about white privilege, she needed therapy — something that could be considered a luxury for many Americans wrestling with more severe problems than political disagreements with people they're getting paid to talk to. Anyhoo, that tidbit surfaced during Chelsea's appearance on "The View" this week, where Sunny Hostin brought up a moment in the film in which Chelsea asks four women to share what white privilege means to them. One of them white women complains that black people are privileged, too, citing Affirmative Action as an example of how African-Americans allegedly get a boost in life that she's not afforded because of her skin color, according to the Daily Mail. Another white interviewee, meanwhile, said America should move on from what she described as a "miniscule" issue. Asked how she reacted to those responses, Chelsea said, "I had to do a lot of therapy to even have these conversations with people because I have a temper and I'm reactive." She added: "But my exercise in this film was to be more quiet and stop inserting myself." The doc has gotten bad reviews from multiple outlets, including Vice, whose critic argued that after making the film, "Chelsea Handler still doesn't understand white privilege."

Sarah Hyland jokes that she's turning into a certain 'Friends' character ahead of her wedding

No time like the present! Sarah Hyland and Wells Adams haven't announced a wedding date but she's already practicing her Bridezilla skills. (To be fair, she got a jump on that when she told Wells specifically which engagement ring to buy her.) In a recent chat with People, Sarah admitted that while the couple was traveling recently she nearly lost it when she realized there wasn't enough of an internet connection for her to obsess over their upcoming ceremony. "Where we were staying [in Fiji] didn't have a lot of Wi-Fi, so later that night I started having a panic attack like, 'I need Pinterest to look at wedding stuff!'" she told the magazine. "Wells was like, 'I thought you wanted a long engagement!' I was like, 'I do, I just need to look at wedding stuff. I don't know who I've turned into!'" But she kinda does know. Sarah said she's already bought wedding magazines and has been hard at work chopping out visual representations of what she likes so she can make vision boards. "I'm trying to curate my binder, trying to figure out what we want, DJ, band, both, who knows? I'm like Monica from 'Friends'!" she joked.

Chris Soules explains why he left the scene of fatal crash

In August, former "Bachelor" Chris Soules was sentenced to two years of probation after being found guilty of leaving the scene of an accident — the accident being a 2017 car crash that killed the driver of a tractor that had been on the side of the road. He addressed why he left the scene for the first time with media this week on "Good Morning America." I was on my way to pick up one of our hired men," recalled Chris, who worked as a farmer with his father at the time of the accident (via JustJared). "I was driving down a rural road, a country road in the dark and the next thing I know I'm basically coming to inside of one of our pickups. All I remember is waking up and — and radioing to my father and all my hired men, just saying, 'I need help," he said, adding that the arrival of the paramedics prompted him to decided everything was in good hands and he could leave. "I don't know that I was thinking clearly. I notified the authorities of what had happened, the paramedics were there, but now I know I was scared and wanted to be in a safer place and be outta there. I had nothing to hide, honestly," he told the "GMA" audience. Police previously reported the car contained alcoholic beverages but Chris has maintained he was sober. "I was not drinking that night," he said on the morning show. "The fact is the truck is not mine. It's not even in my name. We employ over 15 people that — at any time use that truck for work-related things … and those cans could have been anybody's. There were four witnesses that swore under oath that they saw no evidence of me appearing to be intoxicated or under the influence of any sort of drug or alcohol."

Chris Pratt shares poem about the need for unity in divisive times

Being married to the daughter of journalist Maria Shriver and actor turned politician Arnold Schwarzenegger may be having an effect on Chris Pratt. On Wednesday, Sept. 18, the "Jurassic Park" star, who got hitched to Katherine Schwarzenegger over the summer, announced on Instagram that he was "dropping a hot poem I found" called "Ding-Dongs." "Dings to the left, Dongs to the right. The reverberations swell," the politically minded piece began. "Ding dong! Ding dong! They clang the outrage bell," the poem continued. The multi-verse piece went on like that, featuring stanzas like, "Ding dongs on the far right fringes / Squeaking mad like rusty hinges / Ding dongs from the far left squad/ Fixed on answers outside God /The media plays them like a fiddle. Drowning out the healthy middle. Pick your tribe. State your name. DISREGARD: WE'RE ALL THE SAME," before slamming the 24-hour news cycle and the "pundits [who] tell you who to hate." As the poem comes to an end, it suggests, "There's a rhythm to this madness if you take a sec to look /One option is unplug / Put down your phone pick up a book./ But the other option is probably more helpful and realistic. Find the humor, / check the facts and try to remain/ optimistic." It goes on to encourage readers to "ask who profits from my rage" and closes with, "We're his children despite race, creed, preference or age. / Under God we're indivisible. To stay united is our duty." He didn't elaborate on why he was posting it, though the poem's message was clearly meant for both sides of the aisle. Among the thousands of comments that followed was one from Josh Brolin, who wrote, "This is amazing."

Spencer Pratt shades Miley Cyrus and Kaitlynn Carter

Spencer Pratt isn't done slamming Miley Cyrus over her relationship with his "Hills" costar, Kaitlynn Carter. Hi latest dig surfaced on Twitter this week when he shared a Daily Mail story about Thomas Middleditch whose headline read, "Swinging saved our marriage." Adding his own sarcastic jab, Spencer wrote, "until Miley comes along and swoops your girl. #the Hills." Ouch. Kaitlynn split from Brody Jenner around the same time Miley and Liam Hemsworth called time on their marriage. Kaitlynn and Miley have reportedly been an item since the summer.

Duchess Kate visits young mothers as part of her work with the Early Years Initiative

Duchess Kate made an unannounced appearance at Sunshine House Children and Young People's Health and Development Center on Thursday, Sept. 19, according to ET. While there, she reportedly met with the Southwark Family Nurse Partnership team and spoke with others involved in the organization. In a press release, Kensington Palace said the charity matches up parents with "a specially trained family nurse who visits them regularly, from early pregnancy until their child is 2" as a means of supporting young mothers through healthy pregnancies so they and their children can continue on healthily as they develop further, all while pursuing "their goals and aspirations." Kate's involvement with the program is tied to her work with the early years initiative, according to Hello. One of the young moms at the center later told reporters Kate had marveled at "how fast children grow up," saying she couldn't believe her son George is already 6.

Shia LaBeouf clarifies that Tom Hardy fight story

Shia LaBeouf is explaining a long circulated rumor that he knocked out Tom Hardy while filming "Lawless." Speaking to Sean Evans on "First We Feast," he denied the claims. He said the two used to wrestle a lot and Tom is simply bigger than he is. "He runs into the room, the girl I was with at the time was terrified and she's like, 'Ahhhh!'" he recalled, according to ET. "And she covered up and ran into the kitchen and I had nothing on, so now I'm naked on his shoulder, I'm in the hallway, we're wrestling around and naked … and I got upset about it because he got the best of me, but I'm in this weird naked twisty position…" He implied the two had various parts of their anatomies touching. "We wound up inching towards where the stairs were and he fell down the stairs and ended up hurting his back, so for the rest of the shoot, he told everybody I knocked him out but that wasn't the case," he said. "We were having some weird, like, cutie wrestling match."

Brad Pitt reacts to fans' posts about his 'Internet-breaking' GQ spread

After GQ released its new cover spread of a particularly smoldering Brad Pitt, fans could not contain their giddiness on social media and posted hundreds of oggling, appreciative reactions to the 55-year-old's apparently endless good looks. Asked how he felt about "breaking the internet" this week, Brad looked confused and told an ET reporter, "I don't know what that means." The reporter showed Brad some of the posts, including one that "55 looks good on him. Lordt." He laughed. "What is lordt?!" he asked. Told it means, "Oh, lord. He's looking fly!" the "Ad Astra" star took it in stride but refused to boast. "I am so un-savvy with the ol' internet," he quipped. "But great, good, good fun!"
