Wonderwall.com is taking a look back at the stars who found love, suffered heartbreak or experienced some other major event in their love lives in early June 2019, starting with this couple… After about a year of dating — and less than five months after they announced their engagement — Chris Pratt married Katherine Schwarzenegger on June 8 at the San Ysidro Ranch in Montecito, California. (It's where her great-uncle, John F. Kennedy, honeymooned with wife Jackie.) Guests included the bride's parents, Maria Shriver and Arnold Schwarzenegger, siblings Patrick, Christopher and Christina, the groom's 6-year-old son, Jack, with first wife Anna Faris, and close friends including Chris's "Parks and Recreation" co-star Rob Lowe. The next day, the couple — who both wore Giorgio Armani for their nuptials — shared near-identical Instagram posts along with a wedding photo: "Yesterday was the best day of our lives! We became husband and wife in front of God, our families and those we love. It was intimate, moving and emotional. We feel so blessed to begin this new chapter of our lives…" they wrote, adding, "This morning we feel nothing but blessed." Days later, a source told People magazine that the newlyweds "can't wait to expand their family as soon as possible."

Dennis Quaid, 65, is dating someone new. And like his last girlfriend — model Santa Auzina, who's 32 years his junior (and was last photographed with Dennis in late 2018) — his new love interest is several decades younger than the actor. On June 7, People magazine confirmed via sources that Dennis has for the last few months been seeing 26-year-old University of Texas student Laura Savoie, who's working on her doctorate in accounting. A source told People that Laura, who earned her undergraduate degree at Pepperdine University in Malibu (where she was valedictorian), used to date actor Jeremy Piven before she headed to the University of Notre Dame to get her master's degree. Dennis and Laura were photographed together at Craig's restaurant in West Hollywood back on May 14, though she was not identified at the time.

Page Six reported on June 10 that singer-songwriter Teddy Geiger and "Schitt's Creek" star Emily Hampshire have called off their engagement and broken up. "They are over," a source said. "[They] will not get back together." The pair went public with their romance in September 2018, less than a year after Teddy announced that she was transitioning. That November, they announced their engagement.

Newly single TV stars Tinsley Mortimer and Billy Bush were spotted out together on June 1, it emerged days later — and according to an eyewitness who spoke to RadarOnline.com, it looked like they "were on a first date." According to a second eyewitness who saw the "The Real Housewives of New York City" star and the soon-to-be host of "Extra" at Brooklyn Bowl in New York City, "They were bowling in a group, but they looked particularly cozy and affectionate with each other. They were super-flirty. She looked really happy, which is so nice after all the drama she had with Scott on the show." Scott, of course, is CouponCabin CEO Scott Kluth, from whom Tinsley split in early 2019. Billy and his wife of 20 years, Sydney Davis, started divorce proceedings in 2018.
On June 5, The Shade Room posted photos of Rihanna vacationing with her boyfriend of about two years, Saudi businessman Hassan Jameel. They were pictured cuddling on Italy's Amalfi Coast, where they also enjoyed a scenic boat ride and grabbed lunch, with reports indicating that they were also hanging out with his family, including his sister. Five days later on June 10, Interview magazine published a chat that Rihanna had with her "Ocean's 8" co-star Sarah Paulson for its new issue, and in it, the wildly private music star admitted that "of course" she's in love with her boyfriend. When Sarah asked if RiRi was going to get married, the pop star and Fenty beauty and fashion mogul paused, then said, "Only God knows that, girl. We plan and God laughs, right?" Sarah next asked Rihanna if she wanted to be a mother. Her response? "More than anything in life."
"Melrose Place" actress Daphne Zuniga married longtime love David Mleczko, the co-founder of PR company Signature Green, on June 8 at Oleana Restaurant in Cambridge, Massachusetts, wearing a Nicole Miller wedding dress. According to People magazine (which has photos), the "One Tree Hill" alum met David 12 years ago on a blind date. They got engaged a decade later.
Sound familiar? In February, Khloe Kardashian ended her relationship with NBA star Tristan Thompson after learning he'd cheated on her (again) nearly a year after she first discovered he'd been unfaithful while she was pregnant with their daughter, True. On June 7, RadarOnline.com revealed a very similar tale after uncovering court documents filed in November 2018 by Jordan Craig — who Tristan dated for two years before Khloe — in which the model alleges that the athlete cheated on her during her pregnancy with their son, Prince. "Tristan insisted he would change for our family and tried to get back together on numerous occasions," Jordan said in court papers Us Weekly says were filed as part of a request for more child support. Jordan, who learned she was pregnant in April 2016, also said she had a difficult time when paparazzi photos emerged showing Tristan "with one of the women I previously confronted him about, and whom Tristan had denied even knowing." That would be Khloe, who was first publicly linked to Tristan in August 2016. All the media attention "brought an enormous amount of negative, unwanted attention and stress into my life, and more critically, into my pregnancy," Jordan claimed, adding that "my obstetrician ordered me to be on bed rest due to high levels of stress that eventually caused me to have serious pregnancy complications." Thankfully, her son was born healthy in December 2016. At the time of the filing, Jordan claimed Tristan had only seen Prince nine times. He's reportedly now paying $40,000 a month in child support. Khloe soon responded to claims that she was the other woman…
Khloe Kardashian took to her Instagram Stories on June 11 to deny that she knowingly had an affair with Tristan Thompson while he was still romantically involved with Jordan Craig, the mother of his son, Prince. "I'm disappointed that I even feel the need to post this but… I need to say my truth. Take it as you will," she began. "My truth is: I met Tristan because HE CHOSE to go on a blind date with me. A mutual friend set us up. After going on some dates, Tristan told me that he had an ex that was pregnant. Obviously, I was reluctant about us continuing to date or start a relationship." She continued, "He pleaded with me that the relationship was over long before we met. He had me talk with his most inner circle. He showed me physical p[r]oof (correspondence between the two) and had me on calls with his lawyers to prove his point. His best friends, business associates and even his mother told me, him and his ex were broken up before we met." On the last text slide, Khloe insisted, "This is my truth! The truth that I believed and trusted. If for any reason this is NOT in fact the truth, I am so completely and utterly sorry that TRISTAN and his inner circle would lie on something like this! I pray my truth is in fact that. Lord knows I pray but now, I really don't know what to believe." She concluded, "Truthfully, from the deepest parts of my soul, I am sorry! I'm sorry for any pain that has been created either way. No woman deserves to go through anything like this!"
Their meet-cute sounds like a modern-day fairy tale: After being set up by a mutual friend in July 2016, Prince Harry and actress Meghan Markle hit it off while having a drink in London then quickly fell madly in love. "We met once and then twice — back-to-back, two dates," he told the BBC after they got engaged. "And then it was I think about three, maybe four weeks later that I managed to persuade her to come and join me in Botswana. And we camped out with each other under the stars…" But a June 11 report from Britain's Daily Express alleges that it actually took Harry a minute to become a one-woman man. "During the very early stages of his relationship with Meghan, Harry was thought to have gone on dates with Burberry model Sarah Ann Macklin," Angela Levin, author of the book "Harry: Conversations with the Prince," told the outlet. "They met at a private party, he took her number and bombarded her with texts. But it turned out to be just a fling."
What went wrong? On June 6, multiple outlets confirmed that Bradley Cooper and model Irina Shayk had ended their four-year romance. And in the days that followed, reports of what went wrong began to emerge. A source told People magazine that things took a turn when the actor was starring in and directing his last big film. "Bradley was emotionally absent during the long time filming 'A Star Is Born,'" an entertainment source told People. "They tried to save the relationship but it had changed." What people really want to know, however, is whether or not the incessant reports speculating about a secret forbidden romance between Bradley and co-star Lady Gaga — whose engagement to agent Christian Carino ended at the height of award season — had anything to do with it. According to People, it did. "The rumors about Bradley and Gaga having a love affair didn't help especially with his constant travels [promoting the film]," said an insider. "He has a huge and overwhelming connection to Gaga but whether it becomes a real love story in their lives for all the world to see is premature, and it's difficult to speculate at this sensitive time."
There's speculation that "Star Wars" franchise star Daisy Ridley and her "Murder on the Orient Express" co-star Tom Bateman might be engaged. Fans started wondering when the very private actress was seen sporting a diamond ring on her left-hand ring finger — most recently when she and Tom, who got together in 2017, attended the All Points East music festival in London in early June, MailOnline reported. Around the same time a source told Britain's the Sun tabloid that "Tom introduced Daisy to staff at a Chicago hairdresser's as his fiancée."
Two months after filing to divorce her husband of 22 years, Kevin Hunter, amid his heartbreaking cheating scandal, talk show host Wendy Williams, 54, has been spending time with a 27-year-old man. But the age difference isn't what's really making headlines: The guy, Los Angeles-based fashion designer Marc Tomblin, is a convicted felon. DailyMail.com reported that Marc — who met Wendy in California where she was celebrating Pride Month the weekend of June 8 — served two and a half years behind bars following a 2013 conviction for robbery with a dangerous weapon and breaking and entering in North Carolina. TMZ spoke to Wendy who said she knew about his criminal past and can take care of herself. "I'm not stupid!" Wendy said, revealing that Marc came clean about his past. "I am a 54-year-old grown a– woman. I know what I'm doing." She added, "Look, my husband had a full baby with a woman he was involved with for 15 years… where I was cooped up only to be a show pony. Now, I'm living my life." She described what's going on with Marc, who joined her in New York City for some hang time days after they met, as "no-strings-attached fun." Said Wendy: "He is lovely, but let me make it clear… I don't have a boyfriend."
As their divorce battle ramps up, Robert De Niro's estranged wife, Grace Hightower, has made it clear she wants half of the actor's fortune, which totals more than half a billion dollars. Page Six reported that Grace's legal team was in Manhattan Supreme Court on June 6 to argue over the interpretation of their prenuptial agreement — a prenup that Bob's lawyers say limits her to $6.5 million in cash and property plus half the value of a second apartment and $1 million a year in alimony. Grace's side insists she's entitled to 50 percent of what the movie star — who's made much of his money from his stake in the Nobu sushi restaurant chain — has earned from his ownership in the Tribeca Grill, the Greenwich Hotel and Canal Productions. (They married in 1997, 10 years after they met, and split two years later, only to reconcile and renew their vows in 2004; Bob filed for divorce for the second time in December 2018.) "Mr. De Niro has made $300 million since 2004 via 35 businesses, and 38 movies," his attorney told the judge, according to Page Six, adding, "His total income is more than $500 million. He gets it all." The exes are also fighting over custody of their 7-year-old daughter, Helen. (Their son, Elliot, is now an adult.)
Model Ava Phillippe, the daughter of actors Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillippe, has gone public with a boyfriend for the first time. On June 9, Ava posted a slideshow of pics of herself with Owen Mahoney as they cuddled at Cinespia at Hollywood Forever in Los Angeles, where they caught an outdoor screening of "The Birdcage." The young couple was also photographed sharing some PDA during a beach day on June 3. According to Us Weekly, the pair both recently completed their freshman year at the University of California, Berkeley.
*NSYNC's Joey Fatone has confirmed that he and wife Kelly Baldwin, who started dating back in high school, are divorcing after nearly 15 years of marriage. "I was, at one point, married, and now I am separated, going through a divorce," Joey told Us Weekly, which published the news on June 6. Page Six reported that Joey, who shares two daughters with Kelly, filed for divorce in Florida on May 13. They've been broken up since 2014, the same year Joey started dating Izabel Araujo, his current girlfriend. On June 7, The Blast obtained court documents that lay out the financial side of the split: The former couple are following a 2004 prenuptial agreement that will see Joey — whose average monthly gross income is $37,910 with expenses totaling $21,076.02 — pay Kelly $4,500 a month in child support and $3,500 a month in spousal support. Joey revealed he has $20,000 in the bank, $1,327,600 in stocks and retirement and $90,000 in cash for his production company.
Gwyneth Paltrow and new husband Brad Falchuk, the writer-producer who's best known for his work on "Glee" and the "American Horror Story" franchise, have a very unusual living arrangement — and Gwyneth doesn't care if people think it's weird because it works for them. Brad, who's co-parenting two kids with his first wife, and Gwyneth, who's doing the same with her two kids with ex-husband Chris Martin, have houses in the same neighborhood. Brad sleeps at his place three nights a week and at Gwyneth's home four nights a week. "All my married friends say that the way we live sounds ideal and we shouldn't change a thing," the Goop founder told London's The Sunday Times in a story published on June 9. She also said the unorthodox arrangement has the blessing of her intimacy teacher because it increases "polarity" in a long-term relationship.
Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas legally tied the knot in Las Vegas last month to take care of the paperwork side of marriage, but they're still planning a big wedding ceremony in Europe this summer for family and friends. Us Weekly reported that Sophie celebrated with a bachelorette party at a hotel in Benidorm, Spain, with friends including her "Game of Thrones" co-star and bestie Maisie Williams, "Spanish Princess" actress Nadia Parkes and other pals including Blair Noel Croce, who posted several photos from the festivities on Instagram, including one from their private plane flight to Spain on June 9. "We can't have nice things. The entire plane spilled their McDonald's & drinks on take off. Bless that flight attendant's heart," she captioned the snap, later adding more pics including one of the group of a dozen woman wearing brightly colored wigs.
Now this would have been a weird coupling! On June 6, Sophie Turner revealed the much older actor she hoped to date 10 months before she fell for new husband Joe Jonas. Back in January 2016, Sophie tweeted, "Holy balls. Chanandler Bong himself is rehearsing his play right next to my home." She was talking about seeing Matthew Perry, who played Chandler Bing on "Friends." Sophie explained the story behind the tweet in a video for Twitter Movies, saying, "I would walk around the corner every day to go to my local Budgens, which is a great little supermarket, and I would walk around the corner every day and I would see Matthew Perry outside smoking a cigarette. And I bought a lighter from Budgens so that I could walk up to him and offer to light his cigarette. And it was already lit, so, that was just embarrassing." Sophie, who was 19 at the time — Matthew was 46 — had an ulterior motive: "I thought he might see this tweet and then, I don't know, reach out to me, and ask me on a date or something, but he didn't," she confessed.
"Duck Dynasty" star Sadie Robertson — whose parents are Willie and Korie Robertson — is engaged! After less than a year of dating, her boyfriend, Christian Huff, popped the question on what Us Weekly reported was his 19th birthday, June 9 (which is two days before Sadie's 22nd birthday). "I screamed YES," Sadie announced on Instagram alongside a video of Christian's proposal. "I'm the happiest human in the world… I GET TO MARRY THIS MAN. God is faithful and so so good." Her parents are supportive. "Sadie's getting married!!!!! To the most amazing man, and we are beaming!!!" Korie captioned a slideshow of photos with her husband, daughter and soon-to-be son-in-law.
Victoria's Secret model Shanina Shaik and DJ Ruckus (real name: Greg Andrews) have split after 13 months of marriage. "After careful thought and consideration, [they] have decided to separate," their rep told E! News on June 7. "They move forward with much mutual respect and love for each other, and ask to please respect their privacy during this time."
Miley Cyrus marked a decade of loving Liam Hemsworth — whom she fell for when they co-starred in "The Last Song" together — with a sweet tweet on June 11 that simultaneously slammed breakup rumors. "Happy 10 year anniversary my love Good to see everyone is as dumb as they were in 2009! Some things never change …. & I hope the way you feel about me is one of them . You're truly," she wrote.
Almost a year after reports claimed that former "Today" show anchor Matt Lauer and former model Annette Roque were nearing the end of divorce negotiations following his 2017 firing amid a sexual misconduct scandal, a new report from Page Six insists the exes are now finally in the home stretch of their split. According to Page Six, Matt and Annette have reached a settlement and now just need a judge to be assigned to their case so that they can legally end their 20-year union. The report claims they've agreed to share custody of their three kids and that Annette will get $20 million in assets as well as their horse training facility, Bright Side Farm, in Water Mill, New York. It's unclear if they'll sell Strongheart Manor, the Hamptons home they bought from actor Richard Gere in 2016 for $36.5 million. Matt and Annette, as well as their kids, are currently living there now (although reportedly in different buildings).
On the June 10 episode of her Facebook Watch series "Red Table Talk," Jada Pinkett Smith opened up about cheating. "I'm asked a lot about, is there infidelity with your relationship with [husband] Will [Smith] and I'm like, no," she said. "But there have been other betrayals of the heart that have been far bigger than I could even think in regards to an infidelity situation. When you talk about contempt, resentment, neglect, it can just tear your world apart." Jada admitted that she's been unfaithful before and has been hurt by infidelity before her marriage. "I had a really interesting experience when I was younger. I had two relationships before Will that were kind of serious to me, where I got cheated on, which really broke my heart," she said ."And then I cheated on somebody I really cared about and let me tell you, me cheating on someone was more devastating than being cheated on. It actually taught me to forgive when I got cheated on because I understood and what I understood most is that it didn't have anything to do with me. When I had to look at myself and why I did it, I realized it had nothing to do with my partner, at all."
It's been nearly four months since Orlando Bloom proposed to Katy Perry on Valentine's Day, but the pop star is in no rush to plan a wedding. "One step at a time," she responded when asked on "KISS Breakfast with Tom & Daisy" on June 5 if they'd started the process. "Definitely trying to, like, lay the good emotional foundation for the lifetime of commitment, which is, like, a big deal, you know?"
