Wonderwall.com is taking a look back at the stars who found love, suffered heartbreak or experienced some other major event in their love lives in late April 2019, starting with one of our favorite singers… Adele and husband Simon Konecki are calling it quits after more than seven years of coupledom and a son together, her reps told The Associated Press in an April 19 statement. "Adele and her partner have separated," they wrote. "They are committed to raising their son together lovingly. As always they ask for privacy. There will be no further comment." The singer confirmed that she and the Life Water co-founder secretly wed when she thanked her "husband" while accepting an award during the 2017 Grammys. According to the Sun, the super-private pair did not sign a prenup — meaning Simon could walk away from the marriage with half of the superstar's massive fortune. It does not appear that the duo, who reportedly called it quits sometime last year, are gearing up for a fight though: According to the British tabloid, in January — a month before she sold their marital home in the U.K. — Adele transferred ownership of a home in the Los Angeles area to her ex as his "sole and separate property." A source told the Sun, which characterized the singer's recent headline-making hangout with pal Jennifer Lawrence as a "divorce party," that Adele "started telling close friends and family about the split a couple of months ago." Work commitments in different corners of the globe reportedly took a toll on the marriage: "They tried everything in their power to stay together but in the end the time they were spending apart became too extreme," said another insider. "Simon has no interest in red carpets, showbiz parties or being on the scene, whereas Adele has been back in the recording studio of late, and is ready to get out and mingle again. … Simon has been traveling to oversee projects. His passion for his cause and his success just took him away from his wife. They drifted in different directions." Now keep reading for more of the week's biggest celeb love life updates…

Multiple media outlets reported on April 24 that Kate Beckinsale's romance of a few months with Pete Davidson has cooled. "They're still friendly but are not on romantic terms," said an "Entertainment Tonight" source. A People magazine source described things a little differently, though: "Pete and Kate got super-serious very fast but they've decided to slow things down a bit. … They're still dating as of now," said the insider. And finally, In Touch magazine — which should be taken with a grain of salt — reported that the age-mismatched duo are totally done: "They rushed into the relationship and fell head over heels without thinking about the logistics," said a source. "It's one of those whirlwind romances that moved too quickly. … Distance also played a part in the breakup. … Kate lives in L.A. and Pete lives with his mom in New York." The actress is also allegedly "starting to question whether she should date someone more age appropriate," said the insider.
More than two months after they were first linked, Johnny Depp's new girlfriend has finally been identified as Russian dancer-choreographer Polina Glen, who's reportedly in her mid-20s. According to DailyMail.com, the duo met at a party in Los Angeles in early 2018 — she allegedly didn't recognize him when he came up to her to introduce himself — and are now living together in the A-list actor's Hollywood mansion. A source described the pair as "a puppy love couple." According to the insider, who vehemently denied that the dancer is after her beau's money but also said that her career has benefited from their relationship, "Polina said that they are going to get married and that he wants to go to Russia to meet her parents. … It has been very easy for him to fall in love with her. She's not looking for anything from him. She's real. She's young. When you're 55 and you meet a 20-something, there's no drama. It's fresh. You're completely head over heels. She's got a beautiful body. She's not a gold-digger. She's very down-to-earth and I think that's why he loves her so much because she's not the L.A. crowd, she's not looking for money."

Said Snooki, "He's very handsome, by the way. Jenni has been going through some [stuff], but I've never seen this girl more happier and more herself than this moment right now." The 33-year-old mother of two, who's still technically married, filed to divorce Roger Mathews in September 2018. She first indicated that there's a new man in her life in mid-April. As for Roger, he told Page Six that he's "very happy" for his ex and revealed that she and her new man, who's a "good friend of her little brother," have been dating for "a few months." Added Roger, who said he and JWoww have "a very friendly relationship" now, "He seems like a terrific guy and they seem to really be happy. … [I] wish her nothing but positive things." On April 25, In Touch revealed that JWoww is dating professional wrestler Zack Clayton Carpinello.

Finally! Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger made their red carpet debut at the premiere of "Avengers: Endgame" in Los Angeles on April 22, more than three months after they announced their engagement. The actor told "Entertainment Tonight" that he's deeply involved in planning their wedding: "I'm up to about my neck, you know? That's pretty deep. That's about 5-foot-something to here," he said. "I'm in it, baby. I'm in it. But it's good. It feels good. It's a good time! We're all very blessed. I feel good, man. She's also asking him to pay her legal fees and alleging that her career and reputation were damaged by allegations he made about her.
Danny Amendola took aim at his ex-girlfriend, Olivia Culpo, on Instagram on April 19. He shared a since-deleted video of the model smiling while making pancakes, writing in the extremely lengthy caption that the "fundamental difference" between him and his ex is that he believes "there should be a boundary [between] private life and social media," while Olivia "believes in a fishbowl lifestyle." Wrote the football star, "Olivia chooses and wants to be noticed on the internet and in Hollywood to make money. Which was hard for me to understand but quickly had to learn." He then acknowledged that he and the beauty queen "had some amazing times together" but noted that they sometimes fought. "A lot of the time it was my fault [because] let's be honest I can be an idiot. But! Yup! She's [messed] up too!" he continued, adding that "the universe brought her and I together to enjoy life, love, and learn." After saying that the physical component of their relationship was "crazy," Danny wrote that Olivia used to get "so mad" at him for not posting photos or videos of her on his social media channels, even though he thinks social media PDA "is sometimes fake, sometimes toxic but sometimes beautiful." Continued NFL player, "Reading all these wild stories about her and I, and seeing Olivia with other men, I just wanted to personally clear the air out here. We've been on and off for a long time and not together as of late! Not sure what's in the future but the only thing I care about is her HAPPINESS. And if that's dancing with [scrawny] little [guys], so be it." (That last bit seems to be a dig at Zedd, with whom Olivia was seen dancing during Coachella.) Danny signed off by calling the model beautiful and tagging her in the post. He returned to Instagram the following day to try to explain himself, implying that the stories about Olivia and Zedd are what set him off: "It's not fun seeing your name attached to a click-bait headline story that is completely fabricated … so when I saw this love triangle gossip I tried to clear the air," he wrote in another since-deleted post.
Khloe Kardashian took to her Instagram Story on April 23 to share a cryptic quote about failed relationships that seems to mirror her infidelity-riddled experience with former love Tristan Thompson. "The saddest thing about our story is that we could have made it work," she wrote. "If you cared about me like I cared about you, you would have fought for me. But you didn't. So it's clear, I was right every time that I told you that I loved you more. You always denied it and said you loved me more, but I guess now we know." She attributed the quote to "7.18pm." A few days earlier, Us Weekly reported that, according to a source, the basketball star "has been hooking up with other girls" in the wake of his breakup from the reality star. "Tristan has been continuing to go out and has been partying with friends," said the source. "Whenever he's out, he's had Instagram models … around him. … That's just the lifestyle that he lives."

According to TMZ, Bella Thorne's split from Mod Sun turned nasty on April 16, the day after she revealed that they'd called it quits, when the singer-actress showed up announced at the rapper's home in the Los Angeles area to collect some of her things. Mod Sun was away at the time, but his friends were around and asked Bella to leave — she refused and things got heated, so Mod Sun's pals called the cops. Though she kept rummaging around the house until the police arrived, they didn't arrest her, and ultimately, she left on her own … without collecting all of her belongings. On April 22, Mod Sun chatted with Page Six about the breakup: "This was all really unexpected," he said. "Each day is starting to get a little easier. … I have so much love for that girl inside me that getting over her will never be an easy process, but it's what's best for us both. It hurts like hell, but I'm going to be OK." "We're dating, but then everywhere it says, like, 'Nikki Bella and boyfriend Artem,' and I'm like, 'Boyfriend?' Like, why are there labels? Why are they doing that? And I feel like for women in my situation who date and have fun when we want to get our Carrie and Samantha [from 'Sex and the City'] on and showcase it on our platforms, people automatically assume that we're official," she said. "By the way, you guys, he's an amazing cook, he's an amazing lover. … He does work around the house, so it's really nice." The reality star went on to say that she's "not ready" for Artem to be characterized as her boyfriend — even though they're always together, as her twin sister, Brie Bella, pointed out. "That doesn't mean anything," Nikki countered. The duo were first linked in January after spending time together over the holidays.

I learn a lot about what I need, what I'll stand for, what I want and if all that isn't working, no one's fault, but I just would rather put my energy into other stuff." Continued the former E! host, "I'm building right now so much. I got my kids, so if it's not really additive, then I'm like, 'I'm OK.'"

For starters, the duo listed different dates of separation in their paperwork: The former actress listed the date as Feb. 15, 2019, the day the Grammy-winning musician filed for divorce — implying she felt blindsided by the move. Beck, meanwhile, claims they split in June 2017. And finally, she's asking for spousal support — though the chart-topper claims they signed a prenup.

According to The Blast, the actor, who previously requested $60K a month in child and spousal support, claims that he's struggling financially while his ex, who filed for divorce in mid-2017, is thriving while working on new music — for which he believes she's received advance payments. But the Dixie Chicks singer claims that she's not currently making money and that her former love simply wants her to fund his lavish lifestyle and pay off his debts — not provide for their two sons. Ultimately, the court ordered Natalie to pay some child support for March and April, as well as $200K in attorney fees to Adrian's team. The duo will return to court on June 24 to continue hashing out a deal.

During an interview with "Extra" that hit the Internet on April 22, Colton Underwood dished on his relationship with Cassie Randolph, elaborating upon why they've decided against living together so soon, though they both live in the Los Angeles area, "We're trying to do everything as normal as possible," he said. "I don't think you realize how many important steps you miss in 'The Bachelor' process, which is nothing against them — it's just we want to make sure we do this the right way. Statistically speaking, for Bachelors, it's not very good odds, so I think by us going against what other 'Bachelor' and 'Bachelorette' couples have done, is probably gonna work out in our favor. … We would never just do something [like move in together] just to save money or go with the flow. Right now we want to do what's best for our relationship, and we both feel like having our own things and living our separate lives but still coming together at the end of the day is what's most important for us and what's the right step for where we're at in our relationship." As for what comes next in their relationship, "Right now, we're enjoying dating. We're enjoying getting to know each other more. We're really getting to find out more about each other, and I think that's just really important in our relationship," Colton said.

Lauren Bushnell took to Instagram on April 24 to share a sweet shot of herself and her boyfriend, Chris Lane. "my whole heart," she wrote in the caption, prompting one follower to ask, "Haven't your last 3 boyfriends been your whole heart?" Replied the reality star, who got engaged to Ben Higgins on the finale of Season 20 of "The Bachelor" in 2016, "honestly no … I mean that's the truth. Lol looking back now that I know what it's supposed to feel like — they did not I just wanted them to." Two days earlier, Lauren told Us Weekly that she's "so happy" for Ben and his new girlfriend. "Honestly, I would never wish anything but happiness for him, so I hope he's happy, I hope he's doing well," she said. "Obviously we don't communicate all the time — I feel like that would be kind of weird — but I'm very happy him." She added, "[His girlfriend] seems like a great girl from what I've heard and seen. … [I'm] definitely happy that he found a person that it seems like he is serious about."
On the April 23 episode of E!'s "Busy Tonight," Lizzo dished on a few of her celebrity crushes (President Barack Obama and Trevor Noah), revealing that she once slid into Drake's DMs while she was drunk. (She unsent the message before he could read it, and it wasn't until much later that he followed her back, she said.) She also tried to match with John Mayer on Raya, an uber-exclusive dating app for the rich and famous. "It didn't work," she said, later describing Raya as "boring." Explained the "Juice" chart-topper, "My dancer wanted to have a [promiscuous] phase, so I decided to join her, and I went on one of the lower echelon dating apps. No shame! But you don't have to get confirmed, and there's not, like, a 'Lord of the Rings' table reviewing your [application] — a council of Hobbits and elves. So I hopped on it, and I had a [promiscuous] phase for a week. It was really fun!" When host Busy Philipps offered to set Lizzo up with someone, the singer made it clear that there's one thing she doesn't want: someone who works behind the scenes.
During an interview with People magazine that hit the Internet on April 18, Ricki Lake revealed that she never thought she'd find love again after her ex-husband, Christian Evans, died in 2017, two years after they split. "I really felt like meeting Christian was like lightning striking," she said. "I didn't think it would strike twice, and I was OK with it. … For a long time, I didn't think I'd ever be happy again." Continued the actress, "I was OK by myself. … I wasn't lonely, I wasn't desperate. And I think you've got to love yourself and be OK on your own before you're open [to a relationship]." Eventually, she fell in love with her current beau, Jeffrey Scult. "We really took it slow," she said. "Jeffrey knew my heart was in a very precious state, and he had reverence for that. … My relationship with Jeffrey is the healthiest one I've ever had." Continued Ricki, "I believe in love. And I believe in second chances. … We all have our own journey. … But magic has come from even the hardest days. I feel Christian guiding me, and I believe he's brought Jeffrey into my life."
During a late-April appearance on The Hollywood Reporter's "Awards Chatter" podcast, Vanessa Hudgens opened up about her ex-boyfriend, Zac Efron, whom she fell for while shooting the Disney Channel's "High School Musical" trilogy. "It started off really organically, and I could not have been more grateful to have that relationship at the time," she said. "['HSM'] was this massive phenomenon all of a sudden and all eyes were on me. And it's just a really weird foreign thing to go through, and by being in a relationship, it kind of kept me stabilized and grounded, and I had someone to lean on who was going through it as well." But it wasn't always easy between herself and her co-star beau: "I remember one time we did have a fight and it was while we were at rehearsals, and I remember [director] Kenny Ortega coming around the corner with the most concerned look on his face like, 'Oh no, is our movie going to fall apart right now?' … I pride myself on being a professional, so I was like, 'That aside, we are going to move forward and do what we need to do,' and we sorted it all out. I think because I was so young, I think that relationship stabilized me."
