Chrissy Teigen and John Legend heat things up after the GQ Men of the Year Awards
Chrissy Teigen is a woman of her word — which she proved in the back of a car with her husband, John Legend the night of the GQ Men of the Year Awards in London where he performed on Wednesday, Sept. 5. The couple was spotted sharing a passionate makeup session. Turns out their steamy smooch comes just as Chrissy's new Women's Health cover story surfaced. In the mag, she gets candid about how her sex life with John is a little more tame these days, implying their two young children, busy schedules and some of the issues with depression she's faced may be contributing factors. "It doesn't matter who you are -– even if you're a sexy R&B crooner or an ex-swimsuit model, you're just tired. We still have that passion for each other, but are we doing it randomly in a dressing room? No! We'll get back into it again," she says in the feature, before adding: "But it is funny: If he performs somewhere, and … I'm like, 'Oh he's sexy,' we'll probably have sex that night." Aha! Post-performance date night kiss explained.
Matt Damon remains 'a huge support' for Ben Affleck
As Ben Affleck continues working to beat his substance abuse issues with the help of a sober coach, therapists and a rehab program, his childhood friend, Matt Damon "continues to be a huge support," according to an Us Weekly source. "He'll always be there for Ben whenever he needs him," the insider adds. Ben recently returned to rehab after having previous in-patient treatment stints in 2001 and 2017. Speaking to ET last year about the importance of his friendship with Matt, Ben said: "I can't tell you how valuable it is to have somebody who's been through things with you, ups and downs, who knows what your life experience is like, who can identify with that. It's an incredibly valuable friendship and it's very precious and so is my friendship with my brother. I don't know what I would do without those guys."

Sarah Silverman jokes that she no longer sees her ex, Jimmy Kimmel, 'as a sexual being'
Jimmy Kimmel and his former girlfriend, Sarah Silverman, have proved once again that friendly exes do exist, even in Hollywood. Sarah stopped by "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" on Wednesday, Sept. 5, to talk about her new show, "I Love You, America," but it was hard not to focus on the adorable ribbing that went on between host and guest instead. "What's going on with me dating-wise?" she asked at one point, repeating his query (via E! News). "I'm waiting for this tryst with you to be over!" she joked. "I mean, OK, Molly is cute," she continued, referring to Jimmy's wife, who's also the show's head writer. "She's bright, she's funny, she's blonde — whatever! But come on! You've got the kids, you've got the marriage … all right. Work it through! You think she's going to wipe your a– when you're old?" Jimmy had the perfect response: "I don't do it now. So why would she?" Sarah then pointed out how much Jimmy seemed to have changed in recent years, quipping, "It's not fair! She gets, like, new woke Jimmy. I had 'Man Show' Jimmy." Sarah also opened up about her more recent ex, Michael Sheen. "As you know, he moved back to the U.K. His life is really there, and my life is really not there. But I love him to pieces. But if he's in town and we're both single, we will make love," she admitted. "But he dated someone for a beat during that time when we hung out, and we were just bros. I'm good at separating that, you know?" She left room for one more zinger: "I can't imagine you as a sexual being anymore," to which Jimmy replied, "Really?" adding, "You don't have to make the yuck face!" She went on to say she'd thought about it hard then offered, "But you're handsome! You look gorgeous! You look like a model. You're doing your beard on what, a two?" Cue Jimmy's last comeback: "We have the same [beard] setting. It's one of the things we have in common!"

Beyonce sends loving 'thank-you' to fans on her birthday
"Monumental." That's how Beyonce described her last year in a thank-you note to her fans posted on her website on her 37th birthday on Wednesday, Sept. 4. (In the post, Bey also reveals she and JAY-Z renewed their vows — which might explain the sweet PDA moment the couple shared this week in Sardinia.) "At 36, I became a mother of three," Bey writes. "I breastfed twins. I renewed vows with my husband of ten years. I came back home to the stage to do Coachella, after pregnancy. Then my husband and I released our album together, 'Everything is Love.' And we've been touring with our whole family around the world, and loving it." She continued: "This year has been monumental for me. I thank God for everyone in my life. Thank you for all the positivity and for the beautiful birthday wishes. I'm looking forward to continuing to learn from my past, living in the present and surrendering to the future." She signed off with, "I love you, Hive. B."

Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga's highly anticipated remake of "A Star is Born" hits theaters on Oct. 5 and with a month to go, Halsey couldn't help but reveal her surprise about the film. "I guess now is a good time to finally tell you guys that I have a little cameo in 'A Star Is Born!'" she tweeted this week. "Thank you so so much to Gaga and Bradley for including me. It was an honor to watch both of your talent and dedication on set," she added, calling the experience "an all time life highlight for me for sure." Asked if she plays herself or if she has a character role, Halsey replied, "I play myself for a very small moment! Which is insane because it means Gaga and Bradley saw me worthy of representing a piece of the current state of music in this film forever. They could have picked any artist. It was so humbling and unreal." It's not the only film in Halsey's future, either. According to Deadline, she recently signed onto do a biopic based on her life with Sony.
Which pop star did Lily Allen find having sex in her hotel room at the Chateau Marmont?
Lily Allen's dropping all kinds of little bombs as she promotes her new book, "My Thoughts Exactly." First, she revealed on Instagram that one of the things she did during her "dark days" on tour that she discusses in the memoir was sleeping with "female escorts" because she was "lost and lonely and looking for something." Turns out she's not the only one was who was looking for something — and finding it — when she was on the road. In a new interview with Yahoo Be (via Page Six), she says she once walked into her hotel room at the Chateau Marmont only to discover James Blunt getting, er … Biblical knowledge of someone whose identity she did not share. "Not that it's shameful to have sex with James Blunt," she clarified. "It was just that it happened to be happening in the foyer of my hotel room." Fair enough.
Miley Cyrus and Wiz Khalifa sued for copyright infringement
Miley Cyrus, and her "23 (J's On My Feet)" collaborator Wiz Khalifa, along with producer Mike Will Made-It, are facing a copyright infringement lawsuit from Ariella Asher, who claims their 2013 track was a rip-off stolen from a song she released in 2012. TMZ reports Ariella is citing a song of hers called "J's On My Feet (feat. Fleetwood)," which she describes in court documents as "a hit original musical composition," as the music she claims the trio stole. She believes a friend of hers passed along her track to the producer, Mike. A year later, Mike, Miley and Wiz released their "23," which she notes hit #11 on the charts and has since earned 794 million Internet views. She believes the group stole her lyric, "J's on my feet." She also wants the court to keep their "23" off the air.
LuAnn de Lesseps clarifies why she went back to rehab
Dorinda Medley's claim that Luann de Lesseps only returned to rehab because she was trying to stay out of jail is untrue — according to Luann. "I was not court ordered to go to rehab," Luann assured Andy Cohen on the latest edition of "Watch What Happens Live," (via Page Six). " I went on my own recognizance, so Dorinda doesn't know anything about me. I went because I felt that I needed to go and take care of myself." Dorinda had accused Luann of getting help for her substance abuse issues not "because she had some huge revelation" but "because she needed to stay out of jail, and was practically court ordered." Added Luann: "I take it very seriously, my sobriety, and it's 51 days [sober] today."
Cranberries singer Dolores O'Riordan died of accidental drowning
Dolores O'Riordan, of The Cranberries, died from what a coroner described this week as "a tragic accident." According to Page Six, an inquest revealed the singer drowned in a London hotel bathtub on Jan. 15 after having consumed more than four times the legal limit of alcohol for driving. "There's no evidence that this was anything other than an accident. There was no intention, this seems to be solely a tragic accident," the coroner said. A psychologist was also heard at the inquest telling the court Dolores had been "doing well" and "was not drinking" prior to her death. In 2013, the singer revealed she had been molested for years as a child.
Wendy Williams launches new anti drug-addiction campaign
With her Hunter Foundation's new campaign, Be Here, Wendy Williams hopes to "bring light" to the notion that addiction "doesn't have to be your demise." She spoke with Page Six this week about the campaign and her impetus to help others and traced it back to when and why she herself got help with her cocaine addiction. "I never got busted by the cops. Honestly, I was high careening around Manhattan and New Jersey high. I come from a two-parent household … I come from a good family and I had never shamed them, and plus I earned my career," she explained. "Look, I was very popular at the time I decided to stop. If I were to be busted that would've definitely been New York Post front cover. I just woke up one day and I said, 'Girl, you need to stop before it really goes down.'"
