"Jay has been great, yes. From the outside, things are so perfect and things are so great, but actually, they're not. And that sucks," she told some friends. It just is what it is." Added the reality star during a confessional, "There's no such thing as a perfect relationship. Jay and I have problems — I've always been very vocal about that. We have to work at our relationship. So hearing [my friend] say that we're perfect, it's just kinda silly to me. We definitely have issues." Another clip from the episode showed the former NFL player storming off during the middle of a dinner party after arguing with Kristin over who spends the most money.

But it's not. … I'd rather not be having people hiding outside my house. It's a little old fashioned to have a woman's personal life [looked at like that]. It's a little bit tired."

That when I'm with a man, I give up myself," she said. "For the bulk of my life, I would say up until my 70s, I spent my life like a double image, like a double exposure," she explained. "As an adolescent, in order to fit in, I made sure no one — especially boys or men — could see who I really was; that I could get really angry, that I could not be pretty, that I could be tough. I went through life not whole. And when I left Ted, I could feel myself moving back into myself. That is the main thing about the third act as I'm living it. I am no longer a double image."
