Wonderwall.com is taking a look back at the celebrities who found love, suffered heartbreak or experienced some other major event in their love lives in late July 2018, starting with the hot new romance that was cut way too short: Josh Duhamel and Eiza Gonzalez have split after a few months of dating, People magazine reported on July 24. "Their work schedules were tough on the relationship," said a source. Added an "Entertainment Tonight" source, "Josh truly enjoyed Eiza's company but is ready to move on. Eiza was very busy with work and so was Josh. She was willing to do whatever it took to make it last, but Josh just isn't in that place at the moment. … While they did end things partially because of their work schedules, they also called it quits because they truly are on different pages and the timing just wasn't right. … She was looking for a serious relationship and wanted a life partner. He wasn't at that point." Continued the insider, "Josh is highly independent and he values his space and free time. It was hard for Eiza to deal with being apart so much." The "ET" source also said the "Transformers" star is still hung up on his breakup from Fergie: "Josh and Fergie's breakup is still very raw and painful for him," said the source. "He worked hard to move on from his eight-year marriage and Eiza was a wonderful companion for him during a very difficult time. … After Josh and Fergie split, he wasn't expecting to get involved with anyone so soon and, in the end, Josh didn't have the same goals as Eiza. … Josh and Fergie have been talking often. He has done everything to keep their parenting relationship intact, but he also misses her." Added the insider, "Some of their friends are relieved that the relationship with Eiza is over and hope one day Fergie and Josh will work it out." Karlie Kloss took to Instagram on July 24 to announce that she and Joshua Kushner (Jared Kushner's younger brother) got engaged. "I love you more than I have words to express. Josh, you're my best friend and my soulmate. I can't wait for forever together. Yes a million times over," she captioned a photo of herself kissing her love of five and a half years on the cheek, adding the engagement-ring emoji for good measure.

During a July 23 interview with Us Weekly, Kelly Dodd confirmed that her "The Real Housewives of Orange County" co-star Shannon Beador is dating real estate developer Scot Matteson. "Shannon has a boyfriend," said Kelly. "Scot's really nice. He's a nice guy. I like him." Continued Kelly, who's actually friends with Scot's ex-wife, "The ex-wife is, like, done with him. She wants him to move on, have a good life. She doesn't harbor any ill feelings towards him." According to Kelly, Scot's ex even said that he and Shannon "would be a great, great match." Said Kelly, "They both have things in common. They're both the same age. They like to travel." Scot has been a constant fixture on Shannon's Instagram account since making his debut in a July 17 photo with the reality star and another male friend. He even appeared in Shannon's photos from her daughter Sophie's birthday celebration on July 22.

It's getting serious for Sarah Hyland and Wells Adams: The duo are gearing up to move in together. "I'm straight up moving to L.A.," the Nashville-based bartender and "The Bachelorette" alum revealed on the July 20 episode of his "Your Favorite Thing" podcast with Brandi Cyrus. "My first thought [was], 'Let's go to California. Let's move in with the lady.' … If we're gonna take the next step, this is the first step we've got to take, to decide if we can handle living with one another," said Wells. "I'm not concerned about us living together or us getting along or whatever. I'm most concerned about my dogs and her dogs," added the "Bachelor in Paradise" star. "Truly a blended family. Carl sleeps on my bed, right? And her dog Boo sleeps on her bed. What's gonna happen? … [Our bed is] not big enough!" An insider told Us Weekly of the "Modern Family" star and her beau: "They are extremely serious, and friends expect they'll be engaged by the end of next year." Said a second insider, "[Sarah's] never been this serious about anybody, and all of her friends completely support them and think Wells is great for her."
In other celeb co-habitation news: TMZ reported on July 25 that Nikki Bella is house hunting for a place of her own in the La Jolla area of San Diego — signaling that she and John Cena are no closer to tying the knot. According to the webloid, she's been living at the wrestler-actor's place in the area — where her sister, Brie Bella, also lives — while he's been traveling in China, but now she's looking to step out on her own to "figure herself out." Nikki and John split in April, just weeks before they were set to wed, and though there were reports in June that they'd reconciled, they haven't exactly presented a united front in recent weeks.
Lauren Alaina took to Instagram on July 21 to announce that she and longtime love Alex Hopkins got engaged. "Being yours forever has a nice 'RING' to it. #HoppilyEverHopkins @_alex_hopkins WE ARE ENGAGED. EEEK. 💍❤️," she captioned a photo of herself kissing her beau while showing off her engagement bling. The model-actor shared the same shot on his own Instagram, along with the caption, "Ladies and gentleman, may I present to you for the first time, the future Mrs. Lauren Hopkins." The duo have been an item since 2012.
Miranda Lambert and Evan Felker were caught on camera holding hands in New York City on July 18 — their first public outing since the news that they're dating broke in April. "They looked very happy together. They looked closer as the night went on," a source told Us Weekly, which published exclusive video of the duo's night out on the town. "At one point Evan leaned in for a kiss. When the two let themselves be open, they appeared very comfortable together," added the Us Weekly source.
James Franco and girlfriend Isabel Pakzad made their red carpet debut during the opening night of the Broadway production of "Straight White Men" in New York City on July 23. The Oscar nominee and the USC grad student reportedly started dating in November 2017.
There were reports in mid-July that Nicole Scherzinger and Grigor Dimitrov called it quits after two years as a couple. But on July 21, they couldn't have appeared more together while vacationing in Saint-Tropez. The singer and the Bulgarian professional tennis player were photographed packing on the PDA during a swimsuit-clad boat ride.
Radar Online reported on July 25 that Donald Trump Jr. and former Fox News host Kimberly Guilfoyle are secretly engaged after just months of dating — and just months after his first wife, Vanessa Trump, filed for divorce. "She is completely smitten with Don and can't stop telling people how happy he makes her. And he has already told her he loves her and wants to be with her for the rest of his life," a source told the webloid (which should be taken with a grain of salt). "They know people say it's too soon and have been passing comment about their relationship, but they don't care. They want to get engaged right way and are only waiting for his divorce from Vanessa to come through" before they'll make an official announcement.
During a July 19 chat with TMZ, Halsey weighed in on the rumors that her ex, G-Eazy, and Demi Lovato are an item: "Nah, they're just friends," she said. "They're cool. Demi's cool. They're just friends." The newly single singer also said that she would never look for love on a dating app: "Hell, no. That's not my style," she told TMZ. "You gotta go to a bar."

"They are still friends and there are no hard feelings," added the insider. The duo first connected while shooting 2013's "The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones." They reportedly dated for a year, split and then briefly reconciled in 2015 before reconnecting in early 2018.
Dylan Sprouse and Barbara Palvin prompted romance rumors in mid-July when they started sharing photos of themselves together on their Instagram Stories. They seemingly confirmed they're an item by attending a special screening of "Puzzle" together in New York City on July 24.
Chloe Bennet and Logan Paul made their red carpet debut during Entertainment Weekly's Comic-Con bash in San Diego on July 21. The "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." actress confirmed she was dating the controversial YouTube star with a July 12 tweet: "[He's] kind, creative, funny, vibrantly curious about life, weird as f— in all the best ways, a big dork, and he's one of my best friends," she said of her beau. "It doesn't make sense to a lot of people, but it doesn't have to. He's changed my life for the better and I've done the same for him."
Wiz Kahlifa raised questions about the nature of his relationship with Winnie Harlow — whom he described as just his "home girl" earlier this month — when he took to Instagram on July 21 to share a photo of the "America's Next Top Model" alum sitting on his lap. "ME: 'YOU CARE WHAT ANYONE THINKS🤔' HER: 'NAW NOPE 😝‼️' ❤️WINNIE & WIZ❤️," he wrote in the caption, which many media outlets interpreted as a confirmation that the duo, who were seen together several times throughout July, are an item. "2 Broke Girls" star Beth Behrs and "Mad Men" alum Michael Gladis tied the knot at the Moose Creek Ranch in Victor, Idaho, on July 21. "I do, we did. Best day of my life," the actress tweeted a few days later.
Tinashe is not hooking up with Kevin Durant, she told a videographer for The Blast on July 19. When a cameraman asked the singer about the rumors — which kicked off after she and the Golden State Warriors small forward were seen leaving a club at the same time earlier in the week — she erupted in laughter before exclaiming, "What!" Continued Tinashe, "Come on. … I've never even met Kevin Durant. Never met him. Fake news. Fake news!"

John-David Duggar and Abbie Grace Burnett got engaged just a month after announcing that they'd started courting. "We fell in love very quickly," the Arkansas constable and part-time officer with the Tontitown Police Department told Us Weekly of his Oklahoma-based bride-to-be in a story published on July 25.
R&B singer Tank married longtime love Zena Foster at the First Congregational Church of Los Angeles on July 22. Among the 200 guests in attendance were Jamie Foxx, who served as a groomsman, singer J. Valentine, who served as the best man, Michael B. Jordan, Kelly Rowland, LeToya Luckett, Claudia Jordan, Kim Burrell, Elise Neal and more. The bride and groom — who met 18 years ago and took a lengthy break in their relationship before reconnecting four years ago — have two children together: daughter Zoey, 10, who served as a bridesmaid, and son Zion, 3, who was the ring bearer. According to People magazine, the couple had their first dance to a song they wrote together, "Our Song," during a reception at Alexandria Ballrooms in L.A. "This day represents the beginning of forever," Tank told People of his wedding. "To find the person you lost once before and having the opportunity to make sure that doesn't happen again is everything."
Page Six reported on July 24 that CNN host Fareed Zakaria's wife of 21 years, jewelry designer Paula Throckmorton Zakaria, "quietly filed for the uncontested split last week" and cited "irretrievable breakdown" of the marriage as the reason for the breakup. The duo, who briefly separated in 2011, have three children ranging in age from 10 to 19.
ESPN stars Jalen Rose and Molly Qerim quietly tied the knot in New York City before honeymooning in Turks and Caicos, Page Six reported on July 19. Shortly after the news broke, the newlyweds took to Instagram to share photos of themselves on their wedding day. "Just Married. #Blessed," the former NBA star captioned a shot of himself in a white suit and his missus in an off-the-shoulder wedding dress. It's unclear when exactly the uber-private pair, who first confirmed their romance in mid-2016, actually said "I do."
Scotty McCreery's "This Is It" music video, which features footage from his June 16 wedding to Gabi Dugal, hit the Internet on July 25. "I hope fans see how fun of a wedding it was," he told The Knot, which exclusively published the clip. "The music video is very documentary-style. … There are moments when you see me all emotional, and Gabi smiling and showing all 32 of her teeth." The newlyweds also opened up to The Knot about their relationship: "One of the things I love most about Gabi is how independent and hardworking she is. She's got dreams and aspirations — as do I — and she supports me and mine and I try to support her in reverse," said the country singer. "With Scotty, he hasn't changed with the fame. … If anything, it's made him more normal," said his wife.
During an interview with NBC's "Megyn Kelly Today" that aired on July 23, Dennis Quaid opened up about his marriage with Meg Ryan, which he described as the "most successful relationship" of his life. Mila Kunis dished on her relationship with Ashton Kutcher on the July 23 episode of Dax Shepard's "Armchair Expert" podcast. After Dax asked Mila about the backlash she faced when she first started dating Ashton in the wake of his split from Demi Moore, she responded, "I don't have social media, so there probably was [backlash], and I was just shielded from it by him. … I guess I didn't realize what [any repercussions] would be, but I was like, 'This is either going to go one way or the other.'" So people believe in the rumors. … People had a weird perception of who he was based on [cheating] rumors that he didn't correct. Mila Kunis also opened up about her relationship with Macaulay Culkin and their painful 2011 split after eight years of coupledom. "I had a horrible, horrible breakup," she told Dax Shepard on his "Armchair Expert" podcast. When the funnyman asked if she meant because the breakup was sad, the actress cryptically responded, "No, I f—– up. I was an a—— in my 20s, and I'll be the first to admit it. During an interview with W magazine that hit the Internet on July 23, Claire Danes opened up about her childhood crushes: "I had a crush on the kid from the show 'Mr. Belvedere.' And Ricky Schroder. And the Coreys: Corey Haim and Corey Feldman," she said. "There was a hotline, something like 1-900-Corey. I was in a crummy mood one day after school and I kept calling it. Stormy Daniel's husband, fellow adult-film actor Glendon Crain, reportedly filed for divorce last week after around three years of marriage. According to TMZ, Glen accused his estranged wife of committing adultery. He also obtained a restraining order against her to block her from using the home and two cars they share, to prevent her from cutting him off financially and to stop her from taking their 7-year-old daughter with her on her strip-club tour. (Glen claims their daughter would be "at risk for both physical and emotional harm" if she hit the road with her mom, who travels via bus with other adult performers, TMZ reports.) On July 23, Stormy's attorney, Michael Avenatti, took to Twitter to challenge some of Glen's assertions about his ex. "My client Stormy Daniels and her husband Glen have decided to end their marriage. A petition for divorce was filed last week, the accuracy of which is vehemently disputed. Stormy's daughter remains her number one priority. She kindly asks for privacy for the sake of her family," he tweeted. Stormy then tweeted, "I don't need or want privacy. I want truth. And it will come out. I'm not afraid."
Adult-film actress Kiara Mia dished on her relationship with 49ers quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo during a July 21 chat with TMZ: "Jimmy and I had an amazing dinner, and he treated me with so much respect and class. Honestly, we're friends. But on that note, let me tell you this much: I've never been a fan of football; I'm officially a fan of football. And I can promise the 49ers will make the Super Bowl and win because everything I touch turns to gold," she said. "He radiates just at, like, a whole different level," she added of the athlete.
