Wonderwall.com is taking a look back at the stars who found love, suffered heartbreak or experienced some other major event in their love lives in late November 2019, starting with this shocker… Justin Timberlake made headlines when he was caught on camera appearing touchy-feely with "Raising Dion" star Alisha Wainwright — who's playing his love interest in the upcoming sports drama "Palmer" — during a night out in New Orleans on Nov. 21. In photos published by the Sun, the pair can be seen holding hands under a table while drinking on the balcony at a bar. In another shot, the actress is pictured resting her hand on JT's knee. Justin, who's been married to Jessica Biel since 2012, did not appear to be wearing his wedding ring. According to a People magazine source, however, the purported PDA was "completely innocent." Explained the source, "It's a balcony with a group of people and it was definitely nothing happening. … He's [in New Orleans] shooting 'Palmer.' They're starring in the movie together and they're cool and everybody was just hanging out. … [It] may look a way, but literally it was nothing. It was some friends, members of the team, crew and people like that. They all know each other and were hanging. Like come on, they're on an open balcony in New Orleans and he's famous. It was nothing." An Us Weekly source echoed the "just friends" line: "Several cast members were there and it was just a cast gathering," said the insider. "Nothing remotely romantic is going on with Justin and Alisha. The whole cast is shooting out there and like to hang out together. They were very much in public and nothing inappropriate was happening." Added a second Us Weekly source of Justin and Alisha, "They are like brother and sister. … They are definitely not hooking up. She has been dating an actor who lives in L.A." Alisha's rep also released a statement addressing the scandal: "There is no validity to this speculation. They are currently working on a project together. Members of the cast and crew were all together," the spokesperson told multiple media outlets. E! News reported on Nov. 25 that, according to a source, Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel are "downplaying everything and trying to laugh it off as nothing." The source also acknowledged, however, that the public hand-holding "was definitely inappropriate and something that would make any wife uncomfortable." Added the insider, "He had too much to drink and got carried away." It doesn't spell disaster for the couple, though: "[They are] going to move on from this," said the source. Echoed a second insider, "Their marriage will survive. He feels guilty and will make it up to her. … She is very good to him and he knows how lucky he is. He says it was not a big deal, they were all hanging out together and that's the end of the story."

On Nov. 22, TMZ broke the news that Justin Hartley filed to divorce his wife of just two years, Chrishell Stause. According to the webloid, the "This Is Us" star cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split and filed his paperwork without a lawyer — indicating that, as TMZ puts it, his decision to end the marriage "came out of the blue" and that "something seems to have happened" between him and the soap actress-turned-realtor. Oddly, Justin listed the date of separation as July 8 — even though he and Chrishell have been photographed looking happy together several times since then, including at the 2019 Emmys in September and at a Golden Globes event on Nov. 14. "Entertainment Tonight" reported that, according to a source, the former couple's friends are "completely shocked by Justin filing for divorce." Said the insider, "[They have] always been incredible with no signs of things being on the rocks. Friends are speculating this was an impulse on Justin's side due to something that happened and are hopeful the couple can work things out."

Is there something going on between Tyler Cameron and Kylie Jenner's BFF Stassie Karanikolaou? It sure seems that way! On Nov. 25, the duo were seen hanging out with her pal Kendall Jenner and his former "The Bachelorette" co-stars Peter Weber and Dylan Barbour at the Los Angeles Rams football game before hitting up a few nightclubs in West Hollywood. (They were photographed hopping into the backseat of the same waiting car after branching off from the rest of the crew.) A few days earlier, the male model was caught on camera looking super-cozy with a blonde mystery woman while dancing at another West Hollywood nightclub. At the time, TMZ speculated that it was Stassie, who shared photos of herself wearing a similar outfit earlier in the evening. According to the webloid, witnesses said Tyler's lady friend "definitely looked like" Stassie. The duo reportedly arrived at the club together "and were pretty much inseparable the whole time until they left."
On the Nov. 25 episode of the "Today" show, Hoda Kotb announced that her partner of six years, Joel Schiffman, recently popped the question: "I have to tell you something. A friend of mine — a friend of ours — asked me to let you guys in on a secret," she teased. "Her [name is] Hoda Kotb and she's engaged!" Joel popped the question following dinner on the beach during a recent vacation, Hoda explained. "He said some beautiful things, and then he got down on one knee. And he said, 'Will you be my wife?'" she recalled. "I was totally shocked. I was really shocked. … He's good. He had a good poker face," she added. The official Instagram account for the "Today" show later shared two photos of the newly engaged couple looking ecstatic while showing off Hoda's new engagement bling in the moments following the proposal.
In other engagement news… Tinsley Mortimer's off-and-on love, Scott Kluth, proposed near a group of Christmas carolers by the steps of the Chicago Water Tower on Nov. 24. "Scott's apartment is close to where the carolers were," a source told Page Six of the proposal. "They were walking to dinner and they saw these carolers, and they broke into Christina Perri's 'A Thousand Years,' which is their song. It took Tinsley a few seconds to figure out what was going on, but then Scott got down on one knee. He'd organized the whole thing with the carolers in advance." The reality star "was totally surprised," added the insider. "Her friends sort of knew something was coming, but it really did take her by surprise. Scott asked her permission, so their families knew, but it was a surprise to her friends."
So much for those breakup rumors from earlier in the month! Miley Cyrus and Cody Simpson proved they're definitely still an item by presenting a united front during her 27th birthday celebrations on Nov. 23. The Australian singer-songwriter took to Instagram to wish his girlfriend a happy b-day in the caption of a sweet video of them goofing off together. "Happy birthday baby. Thanks for being you," he captioned the clip. He also shared a selfie of his "b'day angel" on his Instagram Story and was on hand as Miley celebrated with friends and family, including mom Tish Cyrus and sister Brandi Cyrus. "But not everyone was singing Miley's praises during her birthday week… Chris Hemsworth's wife, Elsa Pataky, was once so close to the former child star, they got matching tattoos. But it's safe to say the Spanish actress is no longer a fan of her former sister-in-law. During a Nov. 20 interview with multiple Spanish media outlets that HOLA! translated and published on Nov. 21, Elsa had this to say of how her brother-in-law, Liam Hemsworth, is handling his split from Miley: "Well, dedicating 10 years of your life to a relationship, how can you be, right? He's dealing. But he is doing well," she said. "He's a strong guy who deserves the best. I think he deserves much more."
Cue this week's round of Kylie Jenner–Drake romance rumors! Us Weekly reported on Nov. 25 that, according to a source, the chart-topper "has always had a thing for Kylie and it's mutual." Said the source of the A-list duo, "They hang out here and there and have been more recently than in the past because Kylie is technically single right now and the two of them live so close to each other. … They have known each other and been friends for a very long time and there has always been a spark there, but their situation is complicated and so is Kylie's with Travis [Scott]." Continued the insider, "Drake and Kylie don't want to jeopardize their friendship by crossing any major boundaries. … Drake doesn't have any intention of taking on a fatherly role with Stormi and he wants to have fun with Kylie with no strings attached and continue to have a friendship and be supportive of one another." The source adds that whatever is going on with Kylie and Drake right now, it "isn't anything serious." As for Travis…
Us Weekly reported on Nov. 26 that, according to a source, rapper Travis Scott "still very much loves" Kylie Jenner in the wake of their recent breakup. "[He] feels that their relationship was too fast too soon," said the source. "He loves her, but he wanted to be able to live his life and travel and be with other people and not have to worry about always going back to his family."
Pete Davidson and Kaia Gerber are getting serious. On Nov. 23, the new couple were photographed packing on the PDA while hanging out poolside at a hotel in Miami. Later that night, they were caught on camera holding hands as they made their way into a wedding, which the "Saturday Night Live" star reportedly attended as the model's date. Two days earlier, Pete's interview for the cover of Paper magazine's Break the Internet issue debuted: "My love language, when I'm in a relationship, is I treat the person I'm with like a princess," he said. "I try and go as above and beyond as possible, because that's what you're supposed to do? If you're in a relationship with someone, you're just supposed to make that person feel as special as possible. But sometimes when you put so much on someone, it overwhelms them, and then they don't know if they could come close to that … or if they can keep up with it. So it's very off-putting to some. Sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn't, and then it sometimes makes me feel bad about myself because I'm like, 'I did all this stuff and … you didn't care at all!' I have learned that anything you do, it just has to be 'cause you wanna do it. … No expectations. Otherwise you're gonna be resentful. It's something I had to learn in a past relationship, which sucked to learn through that person, but it makes you better. I used to get really upset that this person didn't 'match' my intensity or how much I show by actions, you know? I'm not really good at accepting just words — 'cause people could say [stuff] all the time. And this person was very word-heavy, so because of how insane I am, and how untrustworthy and scared I am, I couldn't only take that." He went on to share what he's learned about dating as a celebrity: "I think when you first get in a relationship and you're on television, you don't realize that when you post a photo of you and your girlfriend, you're pretty much announcing to the world your relationship. … You forget that you have to approach it differently, which is really difficult for both [people in the relationship], because the second [the public] knows you're together, it's already against you. You're losing. Because now they know you're together, if you're not [seen together], they know something went wrong. As opposed to like… people date. People date and are friends. … So now I'm just as private as possible. I'm as discreet as can be. I know now not to do PDA. I'm a very PDA [person], though. I'm a lovey person." When asked specifically to comment on his ex-fiancée, Ariana Grande, Pete replied, "I hope she's well. I hope she's very happy. And that's pretty much it."
Jack Osbourne debuted his new girlfriend, Aree Gearhart, at the 2019 American Music Awards on Nov. 24. The duo were photographed holding hands while sitting in the audience, where they were joined by the reality star's sister, Kelly Osbourne. Later, Jack took to Instagram to share photos of them hanging out during the AMAs with Kelly, Post Malone and members of Green Day. It was a nasty week for Ray J and his heavily pregnant wife, Princess Love. The trouble started when Princess publicly accused the rapper of stranding her and their daughter , Melody, in Las Vegas and blocking her phone number after they got into a verbal altercation following the 2019 BET Soul Train Awards on Nov. 17. "A man will have a whole wife, kid and baby on the way and start an argument with you… just to go to his other hotel room to party with escorts and strippers," she wrote on Instagram. On Nov. 20, she hinted at a permanent split, cryptically tweeting, "Time to let go…" The following day, Ray J took to Instagram to deny his wife's allegations and to apologize "for everything that's happening" between them. Just hours later, she responded on Instagram Live. In a lengthy video, she alleged that about two weeks ago, she discovered that her husband had "an extra phone" and "had been giving his number out" and "entertaining some women." Said Princess, who's implied in the past that Ray J was unfaithful, "I told him, 'Just be honest with me. If you're honest with me then we can get through it.' And he pretty much made it seem like he did it because we had been arguing a lot lately. And so I'm like, 'OK, well, we have another baby on the way. I just want to be on the same page. Let's just put it behind us one last time and let's just move forward." She then shared her side of the story regarding what happened between them in Sin City: She claims she agreed to join him in Vegas for the Soul Train Awards — even though she didn't want to go — upon his request. While they were there, he expressed interest in moving to Vegas. When she said no and sarcastically told him that he could move to Vegas but she was staying in Los Angeles, "he got really mad," accused her of wanting "to live in two different places" and left for the evening. When he hadn't returned yet by the following morning, she confronted him on the phone and he allegedly accused her of being "selfish" and only thinking about herself. "What made me mad is because every time we get into an argument, he starts talking about or alluding to getting a divorce," she said. "Why do you gotta take it there? So I said, 'You know what? With the way you just get up and leave and disappear … with the way you move, I'm liable to be alone at any given moment.' And so he said, 'Well, I'm preparing to be alone too.' … I said, 'OK, well, we can just be separated then.' And so he's like, 'Not before I file [for divorce] first.'" She went on to say that the conversation got ugly and disrespectful, which prompted Ray J to block her. "I don't want to be married anymore — period," she concluded. Since making that proclamation, however, things between the duo appear to have improved. On Nov. 26, Ray took to his Instagram Story to share video of Princess posing in an angel-themed pregnancy photo shoot. In the background of the clips, he could be heard sharing encouragement to his wife and the photographer. The following day, TMZ reported that Ray "has made a serious attempt to reconcile" and "wants desperately to make things work" but that Princess is "done with the marriage and heavily considering ending things." Earlier in the day, the webloid reported that the pair were spending time together and "trying to work through their drama" because they both "realized they let their emotions get the best of them and acted out of spite — but they feel divorce is not the answer or an option, and they're looking into couples therapy."

It was a big week for Megan Thee Stallion, who was linked to both Trey Songz and Tristan Thompson. The romance rumors kicked off after the rising rap star attended the New York Knicks and Cleveland Cavaliers basketball game at Madison Square Garden in New York City on Nov. 18, prompting a blog report claiming that Khloe Kardashian's former love, who plays for the Cavaliers, invited her to the game. Two days later, she cleared up the rumors on Twitter: "I wish y'all would stop making [things] up I don't even know [Tristan]," she tweeted. "They literally made up a whole LIE I was at Knicks game with my manager and my friend EJ. … If I ain't claiming him he ain't mine …SIMPLE." Later on Nov. 20, Megan was front and center during Trigga's birthday party, prompting the second round of romance rumors, which she denied on Twitter on Nov. 21, saying she and Trey didn't "hit" it. "Why y'all want me to be a 'hoe' so bad ? Lol I've only dated ONE person y'all know about 🤷🏽♀️ all that other [stuff] is RUMORS/LIES … I ain't addressing [anything] else bye," she added in a subsequent tweet.

"No words to describe how full my heart is after this weekend. I married the love of my life, my soulmate, twin flame and very best friend. We have been blessed with incredible families, friends, and complete strangers who have affirmed us in more ways than we could ever imagine. I know I'm not alone when i say just how stunning, beautiful and special @sierra_dawn_ truly is. We are both so thankful for all the support and kindness in our celebration of our marriage and union. Jordin Sparks' husband, Dana Isaiah, made headlines when he took to Instagram on Nov. 17 to share a cozy-looking photo of himself and a female friend hanging out at a restaurant with the blonde beauty's arm wrapped around his shoulders. "Not very many people can… 1). Get me out the house past 10:30 2). Get me to smile this big 3). Have me talking about high school 🤣🙅🏽♂️ Shoutout to a real one," he wrote in the caption. He spent the rest of the week defending his marriage — as well as his relationship with his childhood pal — to angry fans in the comments section who accused him of disrespecting his missus by posting the chummy pic. "My wife can hang with her guy friends with or without her ring 🤷🏽♂️ i trust her and also it's just an overpriced piece of jewelry that world says you need. And just FYI I'm married whether it's on my finger or on the counter at home. I didn't wear a ring the first 3 months of our marriage," he replied to a follower who implied he and his pal are having an affair. Eventually, Jordin chimed in: "Y'all. 🙄 Here's a message: if your significant other is making you cut off your really good, stand up, been there since forever friends, male or female…GET OUT. (Not talking about the friends that are toxic/frenemies, that's a problem and should be addressed.) That's controlling/toxic and people are NOT objects you own. Again, people are NOT OBJECTS YOU OWN. Friends are super important for your well-being especially those that knew you before certain huge life changes happen. It's HEALTHY. I hope you all find someone that treats you like my husband and his friends do. They are truly the best," she wrote in the comments section.

According to the source, the model "wasn't mad" about "Lose You to Love Me," Selena's new song purportedly inspired by her toxic relationship with Justin, and only wants her former rival "to be happy and in a good place." Added the insider, "Hailey thinks Selena is talented. By liking photos of Selena, whether it be a glam shot or ones that her friends post on Instagram, Hailey wants to show that there are no hard feelings. It's her way of trying to make peace and show her support for Selena in a low-key way, yet public way."

He'll hold onto homes in Malibu, New York and Los Angeles, along with nine cars, while she's walking away from the marriage with a Ford Escape, her clothes and jewelry, more than $1.7M in equalization payments and more than $242K for her share of a brokerage account.
During a Nov. 21 chat with Us Weekly, Jhene Aiko confirmed that she and her ex-boyfriend, Big Sean, are just friends and collaborators. "We're just so close," she said of their working relationship, adding that in spite of their late 2018 split, it's "really easy" for them to work together because they're "a lot alike." Continued the singer, "We're constantly just feeding off each other or giving each other little ideas. … Sometimes we listen to each other. Sometimes we're just like, 'Ah, that's a good idea, but I think I'm going to stick to this.' So I think it's just, we've been friends for so long … that it's just easy for us to work together."
During an interview with Vanity Fair that was conducted in mid-October and hit the Internet on Nov. 25, Billie Eilish said she's currently single. "For the first time in my life, I don't feel the need to be with anyone. For the first time in my life, I don't have my eyes on anyone," she said. "I'm not in the mood. I don't have enough stamina for it right now — and I'm totally fine with that." In spite of that, she added that she's "open to" potentially meeting someone.
During an interview with The Guardian that hit the Internet on Nov. 25, Dennis Quaid opened up about the nearly 40-year age-gap between himself and his new fiancée, doctoral student Laura Savoie. "I didn't go out looking for an age gap or someone really younger than me. I met her at a business event and then the relationship developed," he said. "You have no control over who you fall in love with. I don't fall in love easy. But I can't let what a few people think control all that. I've been married three times and this is the final one, I know it is. I feel like I have a real partner in life." He also said that the age difference "really doesn't bother us" and called the public scrutiny of their relationship "really a laugh" and "wonderful, actually." The actor went on to hint that he and his bride-to-be won't wait long to wed: "I think you have to get married within a year of asking," he said.
Kaitlynn Carter opened up about her very public back-to-back breakups from Brody Jenner and Miley Cyrus while answering fan questions on her Instagram Story on Nov. 22. "Honestly I'd say things DID work out with us," she wrote of Brody. "Not romantically, but we are better friends now than ever and if there's one thing I feel super proud of lately it's how we handled our split. So grateful for him and his unconditional support." But she didn't always see the silver lining to the splits: "I was not OK or thriving AT ALL for a while," wrote the reality star. "For me staying busy did help and at the end of the day, I still had to work/attend events so I had to keep it moving on social media but when I was alone I was very sad and in my head about all of it. … There's really no way around it. You just have to go through it." She went on to say that she made it through by leaning on her friends, "not trying to date" anyone new, finding a creative outlet to express herself, exercising and meditating, enjoying music, practicing understanding and compassion and resisting the urge to post "emotional stuff" on social media. As for the dating thing… "I know that dating before I'm ready would've made things so much worse cause I would've just been trying to replace someone else and ended up disappointed," she wrote. "I think it's sooooo key to take as much time as you can to get comfortable completely on your own so that when you do date someone new you're not dragging baggage into that relationship and also you aren't compromising on what you want out of loneliness/panic."
During a Nov. 21 chat with Us Weekly, Lala Kent and her fiancé, Randall Emmett, discussed the public perception of their relationship: "I get it — from afar, we don't make much sense, but then people that know us as a couple, they're like, 'They are perfect for each other,'" said the reality star. "They make assumptions," added her beau, who's set to join her on the upcoming season of "Vanderpump Rules." Said the film producer of his new gig, "It was nice for us to just have some of our moments [on camera], and even though it was completely foreign and uncomfortable [for me] on every level, I'm with my partner and my best friend so she made it OK and bearable. … The best part is it will be nice to open up a little bit and show people how we are and take away the mystique. So I'm petrified but excited that people get to see us." As for their upcoming nuptials, the couple confirmed that their wedding will not be televised. "We're boring. We're boring with that stuff," she said. "That's a day I don't want to open up for people to judge or criticize. The rest of my life is a free-for-all." Chimed in Randall, "We made the decision for us — some things I think should just be family, friends and obviously there will be pictures. That day we will keep to ourselves."
In other "Vanderpump Rules" love news… Scheana Shay gushed about her new boyfriend, Brock Davies, during a Nov. 21 chat with Us Weekly: "He's gorgeous," she said. "He's so good to look at, but he is the nicest person I've ever met and treats me with respect, the way I deserve, so that's the best part about him." An added bonus? "He cooks for me and he is an amazing chef," she said. The reality star went on to say that her beau had no idea who she was when they met: "So that was also another great thing about him is he just got to know me with no preconceived notions," she said. "A ton of people now are like, 'Ew, you're with her?' So he's now getting that, and he's like, 'I don't understand it,' but, whatever. We're happy. That's all that matters." The "Vanderpump Rules" star added that her family has already met Brock and "they love him" — which is great news considering he'll be joining them for Thanksgiving.
On the Nov. 24 episode of "Sunday TODAY with Willie Geist," Kristen Bell made it clear that it wasn't exactly love at first sight when she first met her now-husband, Dax Shepard, at a birthday dinner for "Forgetting Sarah Marshall" producer Shauna Robertson. "I had just gotten out of a long-term relationship like two months prior, and in retrospect, I realize he had just gotten out of a long relationship. … The only thing that I remember is that he talked so much. I was like, 'This guy can talk!'" she recalled. "I didn't know who he was. I'm like, 'Maybe is that one of the guys from 'Jackass' or something?' … He remembers, 'You were telling a really intense story about a deal you had gotten at Target,' and I was like, 'That sounds like it's on brand.' And then we left. There were no sparks whatsoever. None." Two weeks later, they met again at a hockey game and "started to flirt." The following day, he texted her. Dished the actress, "I get a text that says, 'Hi, my name is Dax. I violated your privacy and got your number from Shauna. How do you feel about that?' And I was like, 'Excuse me? You sound stimulating.' … He's so bold, and that was my kind of person. I was like, 'OK, starting it off with a really good joke that makes me feel, like, butterflies." Added the "Frozen" star, "I fell in love with him way before he fell in love with me."
During an interview with The Cut that hit the Internet on Nov. 25, Kim Kardashian West opened up about her husband, Kanye West, and what she's learned about their relationship over the years: "The one consistent thing is our relationship has never stopped being fun," she said. "And it's OK to not understand each other. It's OK to not have the same exact feelings all the time. It's just about figuring out how do we grow from that? Or what's the lesson from that? And giving each other space and time to figure that out."
While discussing her role in "Marriage Story" during an interview with Vanity Fair that hit the Internet on Nov. 26, Scarlett Johansson opened up about her first two marriages: "I had some kind of shared experience with the character — or with any person going through a divorce, really. … I understood the bittersweetness of it somehow, in a way. All those kind of in-between feelings that the character has. I understood them because I had gone through them myself," she said of her role the divorce drama. She then opened up about her first marriage to Ryan Reynolds: "The first time I got married I was 23 years old. … I didn't really have an understanding of marriage. Maybe I kind of romanticized it, I think, in a way. It's a different part of my life now. I feel like I'm in a place in my life, I feel I'm able to make more active choices. I'm more present, I think, than I've been before." Of her second marriage to Romain Dauriac, with whom she shares daughter Rose, she said, "The idea of building a family, making a family, and having that work, I like that idea. I think that would be wonderful. I've always wanted that. I wanted that also in my marriage to my daughter's father as well. It just wasn't the right person."
