Wonderwall.com is taking a look back at the stars who found love, suffered heartbreak or experienced some other major event in their love lives in November 2019, starting with Kristen Stewart… On the Nov. 5 episode of Howard Stern's SiriusXM's show, the former "Twilight" star said she "can't f—— wait" to propose to her girlfriend of just a few months, screenwriter Dylan Meyer. After replying with a firm "yes" when the shock jock asked if she's "in love right now," the actress said that she "absolutely" will propose and that she's already told her girlfriend that she wants to marry her someday, though she's not sure when exactly she'll pop the question. "I want to be somewhat reasonable about it, but I think good things happen fast," she said. As for how she might propose, "I can't say right now because she'll find out. … I have this really cool thing that I'm gonna do that I wanna tell you but I just can't," said K.Stew, adding that she has "a couple of plans" for how to propose that would be "just the coolest things to do" and "pretty undeniable." She also dished on how she and Dylan fell in love: They met six years ago on a movie set and then reconnected this year at a mutual friend's birthday party. "Literally like the day that I met her, all bets were off," said Kristen. "I was like, 'Where have you been and how have I not known you?' She's been living in L.A. alongside my life somehow but not ever converging." Two weeks into their relationship, while hanging out at a bar with Dylan's friends, Kristen told the writer, whom she described as "brilliant," that she loves her. "The first time I told her I loved her, I was just like … 'Oh man, I'm so f—— in love with you.' Like, done. It wasn't like a thing. And it also was like so obvious. … It's sick." She also said that both she and Dylan are "scumbags" who "felt like trolls as kids" and are "so similar but different." At an earlier point in the interview, she said that marriage "never" appealed to her before, but now it does: "When you know, you know," she said. "There is nothing like feeling sure about [something] because we don't know anything, and that is the only thing you can feel like you know is if you're in love with someone." She explained that the aspect of marriage that "means a lot" to her is the recognition from friends and family that the relationship is serious. Also on the Nov. 5 episode of Howard Stern's SiriusXM's show, Kristen Stewart opened up about former love Robert Pattinson, saying that at a point in their relationship, she "wanted to" marry him. "I'm not a super-duper traditionalist, but at the same time … every relationship I've ever been in, I thought that was it," she said. "I've never casually [dated] — maybe one or two [people]. … I've never really been the most casual person." She went on to say that she and Rob deprived themselves of "so many experiences" through their efforts to hide their relationship from the paparazzi and "keep it ours." Said the actress, "We didn't walk down the street holding hands because we were like, 'We don't wanna give it to 'em.' But then, we didn't get to walk down the street holding hands, and it sucked." She added that it's "so weird" speaking openly about her ex because she never really allowed herself to "just say what happened" before. "I was so self-conscious about seeming like an attention-seeker," she said. "We were together for years. That was my first [love]. … He's the best." She added of falling for him on set: "There was nothing I could do."

And finally, Kristen Stewart addressed her headline-making 2012 affair with her then-married "Snow White and the Huntsman" director Rupert Sanders, telling Howard Stern on the Nov. 5 episode of his SiriusXM show that they never slept together. Why didn't she make that clear at the time? "Well, who's going to believe me? It doesn't even matter," she said. "It looked like… You know, you make out with a dude in public, it definitely looks like you [slept together]." She also said that the fling "wasn't innocent" but that she wasn't in love with Rupert.

Keanu Reeves and longtime pal and business partner Alexandra Grant — the artist who created the visuals for his two books — made headlines when they were photographed holding hands while posing together at the LACMA Art + Film Gala in Los Angeles on Nov. 2. (They also held hands at an event in Malibu in June.) A few days later, People magazine reported that, according to a source, the duo "started dating earlier this year but have wanted to keep it quiet." Added the insider, "Keanu wants to openly share his life with her. … He is extremely happy and grateful to have Alex in his life." Us Weekly, however, reported on Nov. 5 that according to their sources, Keanu and Alexandra "have been dating for years … since at least summer of 2017" and their relationship "wasn't a secret."
Another week, another round of rumors about the nature of Kylie Jenner relationship with Drake! People magazine reported on Nov. 6 that, according to one source, the pair are spending time together "romantically." Other sources, however, maintain they're "just friends." Said one insider, "He and Kylie have been spending time together recently. … They've been friends for a long time and Drake is very close to the family." Us Weekly, meanwhile, reported that according to one of their sources, "Kylie and Drake's friendship did take a romantic turn recently." Added the insider, "At his Halloween party, they were affectionate and clearly there together. They've been seeing each other romantically." Another Us Weekly source, however, said they're not an item. TMZ's sources echoed the "just friends" line. According to the webloid, "they are not spending any romantic time together," and while they have been seen together a lot lately, it's "simply because they are pals." TMZ adds that Kylie "isn't seeing anyone at all and has no desire to do so … she's happy for now just being a mom."
Reba McEntire told Us Weekly on Oct. 30 that she and former oil geologist Anthony "Skeeter" Lasuzzo "broke up in May" and "will not be spending [the holidays] together." Said the singer-actress, "We still talk and we're friends, but just decided to go our separate ways." The duo met in August 2017. On Nov. 5, Closer reported that the duo called it quits because their ways of life — she has a "busy schedule" while "he's retired" — "just didn't mesh very well."
The Mail on Sunday reported on Nov. 2 that Michelle Dockery has been dating Phoebe Waller-Bridge's brother, creative director Jasper Waller-Bridge, "for the past three months." The duo reportedly met through mutual friends. "It was all taken slowly and in a considered manner but they are really enjoying being together," said a source. "Michelle has been travelling a lot to promote the 'Downton [Abbey]' movie but they have been in constant contact. Their friends and families are very happy for them. It is just so lovely. Jasper is a bit younger than Michelle but he has dated other older women in the past and it appears to be working for both of them. Michelle remains a very down-to-earth woman, dating an A-lister has never been her thing." Jasper is six years younger than the actress, who lost partner John Dineen to cancer in 2015.
Ian Ziering took to Instagram on Oct. 31 to announce that that he and Erin Ludwig — with whom he shares two daughters — are calling it quits after nine years of marriage. "It is with a heavy heart that I tell you Erin and I are splitting up. With our hectic work schedules we could not be busier, and over the last few years have grown apart. She is one of the most incredible women I have ever met and the best mom to our kids," he wrote, adding that they intend "to continue to get along, protect and raise our daughters, and be examples of successful co-parents." Erin, meanwhile, confirmed the breakup news on her own Instagram page: "After 9 1/2 years of marriage Ian asked for a divorce. After having asked multiple times I knew it was time to give up. Knowing that I am not the person to make him happy makes the situation feel more peaceful. The girls and I are doing great and finding gratitude and love in our new life together and rebuilding," she captioned a photo of herself. On Nov. 4, Us Weekly reported that, according to a source, the "Beverly Hills, 90210" star "initiated" the breakup. The insider added that Erin moved out of the home they once shared after Ian "asked her to." On Nov. 5, she officially filed for divorce.
Pete Davidson and Kaia Gerber further fueled romance rumors by stepping out for dinner in Malibu on Nov. 5. The duo, who have so far claimed to be just friends, arrived at Nobu together in the "Saturday Night Live" star's car. (See photos here.) Then on Nov. 6, the model raised eyebrows when she donned a gold necklace featuring the letter P at the annual Women's Guild Cedar Sinai Luncheon, which she attended with mom Cindy Crawford. The P, however, could also stand for Presley — as in Presley Gerber, Kaia's brother to whom she is extremely close.
Nina Dobrev and her boyfriend of about a year, Grant Mellon, recently called it quits, E! News reported on Nov. 5. "Nina hasn't brought him around to any of her events in over a month and hasn't mentioned Grant," said one source. "She has been partying and hanging out with friends without him. He has been shooting a Netflix film outside of Los Angeles and they haven't been hanging out together. Nina seems to be doing fine but none of their friends have seen or talked to Grant." A second source said that "Nina hasn't mentioned a breakup" but also "hasn't spoken about Grant in several weeks." Added the second insider, "She seems to be quite happy and has recently been out socializing with friends, each time without Grant."
Anna Faris sparked rumors that she and her boyfriend of two years, Michael Barrett, are engaged when she stepped out in Los Angeles on Nov. 3 wearing a massive diamond ring with an otherwise casual ensemble: jeans and a gray T-shirt with a black baseball cap and a hoodie tied around her waist. According to TMZ, which published the photos, the actress is "not really the ring-wearing type of gal." The webloid "checked a bunch of older pics" and determined that "a ring on her left ring finger seems to be a strong sign she's now engaged."
Jenelle Evans took to Instagram on Oct. 31 to announce that she filed to divorce David Eason after two years of an extremely volatile marriage. "With time away from 'Teen Mom,' I've started to look at my life differently and I know I need to make changes. I'm starting that now," she wrote. "The kids and I have moved away from David. Nobody gets into a marriage expecting it to end but I know that's what is best for me, and for my kids. Today I've filed papers to start that process." The same day she filed divorce papers, the mother of three also filed a request for a restraining order against David, alleging that since they tied the knot, he's been "abusive and violent" towards her. According to Us Weekly, she alleges that David has accused her of cheating on him and threatened her with harm. An Us Weekly source, meanwhile, described the breakup as "a long time coming." Said the insider, "Things have been bad even when they looked good on the surface."
Page Six reported on Nov. 1 that Tinsley Mortimer's back-on boyfriend, Scott Kluth, "has bought an engagement ring for her." According to the New York Post's gossip column, the reality star recently bailed on shooting "The Real Housewives of New York City" after Scott asked her to join him in Chicago. Page Six's sources say "this isn't a storyline for the show" and that Tinsley is "ready to put her personal life ahead of her responsibilities for the Bravo show." Her co-stars are reportedly speculating that she'll quit to be with him full-time.
Bachelor Nation's Demi Burnett and Kristian Haggerty took to Instagram on Oct. 31 to share identical statements announcing that they're calling it quits. "What has always been at the forefront of our relationship is love and care for one another. Our priority is doing what is best for us. With a heavy heart full of love for one another we have decided it is best for us to take a step back from our relationship. We ultimately want what is best for us in the long run and for us right now, that means being apart and growing individually," they wrote. "Two people can love one another in different ways and for us right now that is apart. But we remain committed to encouraging each other, supporting each other and continuing forward in a way best for us." Kristian — who accepted a marriage proposal from Demi on the finale of Season 6 of "Bachelor in Paradise" earlier this year — later took to her Instagram Story to say that her ex "will always have a piece of my heart." Replied Demi, "Same." The duo first sparked split rumors in early October.
In early November, Braunwyn Windham-Burke revealed on an episode of Bravo's "After Show" that she once cheated on her husband, Sean Burke. "We fought for our family … because Sean and I almost got divorced," she said. "We've been through infidelity. We have gone down this road, and Sean and I came back stronger." She went on to say that when they separated and she thought the marriage was over, she took their kids and moved to Hawaii. "I told Sean I was done. I just didn't want to be a single mom anymore. He traveled 25 days of the month," she said, adding that during their separation, "he was with someone else too." The star of "The Real Housewives of Orange County" characterized her affair as "very PG" and like a "holding hands on a surfboard kind of thing." Said the mother of seven, "It was someone that listened to me. We surfed together. We would go for walks. I wasn't ready for anything more, but it was just nice to have someone listen." After a few months, Sean "flew out to Hawaii and he got down on one knee and re-proposed to me," she said. "He was the president of a very successful company, and he sold his shares and he walked away. And he became a stay-at-home dad for like eight years. He said, 'I would rather choose you guys than my work.' … That's when I decided to give it another chance, but no, [we didn't immediately snap back]. It was years of work. … But we put in the work, and then we came out better for it. We acknowledged where we were, how we got there and what we wanted. I mean, for us — just us, no one else — it was the best thing that ever happened."
TMZ reported on Nov. 5 that Anthony Mackie quietly divorced his childhood sweetheart, Sheletta Chapital, sometime last year after filing for divorce in late 2017. According to the webloid's sources, the split was amicable. The duo are reportedly sharing custody of their four kids.
Olivia Munn and Comcast heir Tucker Roberts finally went Instagram official on Nov. 2 — nearly a year after they were first linked. "Happy Halloween from Judy & Jesse Gemstone," the actress captioned a slideshow of photos of herself and her beau dressed up as characters from HBO's "The Righteous Gemstones" at a Halloween party.
According to TMZ, Ron Perlman filed to divorce his wife of nearly four decades, fashion and jewelry designer Opal Stone, on Nov. 5. The former "Sons of Anarchy" star reportedly listed their date of separation as May 10 and indicated that he'll pay spousal support to his former missus. On May 15, he was photographed kissing actress Allison Dunbar, who appeared on his Crackle series "StartUp." According to InTouch weekly, Ron and Allison were seen lunching in Los Angeles on Nov. 3. "They definitely seem like an item," said a spy, adding that the pair were "very touchy-feely." It's unclear when exactly they became an item. In early 2018, Allison posted a photo of herself and Ron hanging out with his adult daughter with Opal, Blake Perlman. "The Perlmans and the Dunbars. Two dynasties collide over the avocado salad. Love my new friends a lot," she wrote in the caption.
Radar Online reported on Oct. 31 that Rosie O'Donnell and Elizabeth Rooney recently called it quits. One source told the webloid that the actress hasn't mentioned the police officer "in a while." Elizabeth, meanwhile, has deleted all traces of Rosie from her Instagram account. She also no longer follows her former love, who proposed in late 2018.
Solange Knowles took to Instagram on Nov. 1 to announce that she and her second husband, music video director Alan Ferguson, are calling it quits after five years of marriage. "11 years ago i met a phenomenal man who changed every existence of my life. early this year we separated and parted ways," she captioned a slideshow of photos of herself. Later, she took to her Instagram Story to subtly shoot down rumors that she had an affair with her manager, John Bogaard. The singer shared an old photo of herself and John, thanked him for "bein the best co-manager for 5 yrs" and apologized that "the internetsss are so unkind n b lying." John, meanwhile, has a serious girlfriend of several years.
Us Weekly reported on Nov. 6 that, according to its royals sources, Prince Harry's relationship with Duchess Meghan is in a better place now that their baby boy is a little more settled. "After the birth, they were absolutely exhausted," said an insider. "There were times they'd bicker over the smallest things because they were so tired. But now that Archie's sleeping through the night, there's less strain on the marriage. They can finally enjoy some 'couple time' in the evening and feel more rested."
Jack Matthews and Analyse "Sis" Talavera, who started dating while shooting Season 21 of "Big Brother" earlier this year, took to Instagram on Nov. 5 to announce that they've called it quits: "Sis and I have decided to take a break, no hard feelings, no bad blood but with absolute LOVE in our hearts," Jack captioned a photo of them together. "You brought me a joy like no other girl ever could at a time I needed it most. You brought out the best in me by simply being you. Your love has lifted me to the greatest heights imaginable. You've taught me so much over this summer and we've created beautiful memories that I will never forget. I'm glad that we were able to be there for each other and we'll always be friends and partners forever." Sis, meanwhile, wrote on her Instagram Story that she was "so thankful" for meeting Jack but that they'd "both decided that it's best we go our separate ways and remain great friends." She explained that "living in two different states and trying to do long distance has been really hard" and that they're "at two different stages in our lives right now."
On the Nov. 4 episode of "The Wendy Williams Show," Irv Gotti cleared up longstanding rumors that he had an affair with Ashanti during his marriage to Deb Lorenzo. "Ashanti is not a homewrecker, guys. Ashanti had nothing to do with me and Deb," said the record exec, adding that his ex-wife caught him with another woman while they were "separated" but that Ashanti "wasn't even in the picture" at the time. As for Ashanti, "We don't speak," he said. The Murder Inc. co-founder has said that his beef with his former paramour stems from her turning her back on the label: "She's this princess that I created and then Murder wasn't good for the image anymore," he said in 2013.
People magazine reported on Nov. 6 that, according to a source, off-and-on couple Meg Ryan and John Mellencamp, who recently called off their engagement, had "a volatile relationship from the beginning" of their relationship. "They love each other, but there are disagreements which can become issues," said the source, adding that the rocker likes to be alone and "doesn't mean to be gruff, but it can happen, and it's hard to be around." A second source said that the pair make a "great couple" but both have "independent streaks that can clash" as they live "full lives separate from each other." Added the second insider, "They fight and make up and fight and make up. … Some people thrive on that." Yet another source told People that John "didn't want to get married again." Said the third insider, "He loves [Meg], but marriage never seemed to be a part of it. … It's unclear how important a marriage was to Meg. But they spent a lot of time together, and it's too bad they split. They really got along so well together." The duo announced their engagement in late 2018.
During an interview with Us Weekly that hit the Internet on Nov. 4, Meghan King Edmonds said that despite estranged husband Jim Edmonds's late October statement announcing that he hopes to "make it right" between them after filing for divorce earlier in the week, she has no intention of reconciling. "When he gave the 'nice' interview a few days ago, he was completely speaking for me," she said, adding that they haven't talked and that him publicly implying that they're working through their differences is "not fair" to her. "He is not my mouthpiece, and I believe the facade he presented is false and manipulative to the public while using and taking advantage of me," she said. "I have endured prolific controlling by Jim and it isn't slowing down. … I'm sick of the abuse and I won't engage anymore — and I don't have to." The former star of "The Real Housewives of Orange County" felt blindsided when her husband filed for divorce, she said: "Divorce had been discussed as something that could be possible but I truly thought he could change and work through his demons. … Divorce never really crossed my mind. I had to find a divorce lawyer in a matter of hours. He filed so quickly that it seems to me (and others) it had been ready to go and he just was waiting for an event to happen so he could pull the trigger." The mother of three also clarified the terms of their prenuptial agreement: "I did sign a prenup but it doesn't pertain to child support or custody," she said. As for Jim's claims that their children's nanny, Carly Wilson, is like a daughter to him, "My husband has seven children so I don't understand why or how he'd see a hired childcare provider as an additional child," she said. "To call her a daughter flagrantly crosses the lines of a professional relationship with respectable boundaries. I understand that to bring a nanny into our home is to embrace them as a member of our family in some ways, but the 'daughter' reference is still perplexing." (Interestingly, Meghan raved about Carly in a late 2018 blog post, writing that she was like "a God-send," a "real-life angel" and "like a daughter to us who is also a friend, a nanny, a confidant, a teacher and … like a second mother to our three babies.") She then claimed that she "only ever privately alleged" that Carly and Jim "had an inappropriate relationship" and that if anyone is to blame for the scandal blowing up, it's Jim, Carly and Jim's oldest daughter Hayley (who's close friends with Carly) for publicly addressing the affair rumors. She continued by questioning if it was "kind" of Carly to "secretly hang out with your boss's husband at a bar until 1:30 a.m. and then delete all texts between the two of you." Meghan then called Hayley's public criticism "just plain sad" and alleged that she actually had a good relationship with Hayley's late mother, who was Jim's first wife. Meghan also explained her tense relationship with Jim's mother: "Jim's mom has her own set of demons and when Jim sexted on me I emotionally unloaded on her for not nurturing her baby son so many years ago," she said. "There are many reasons for me arriving at this conclusion. I blamed his mom for part of Jim's demons that led to his cheating on me. It wasn't fair of me to do." She concluded by saying that she "wanted to work things out really badly" after Jim's sexting scandal. "I had ignored his bad behavior and swept it under the rug for so long but after he sexted, it became impossible for me to continue to do so," she said. "Instead of taking accountability, becoming transparent and making sacrifices to heal the hurt he caused me, he went the exact opposite direction and instead became a victim."
During an interview with Oprah Winfrey for the cover of the December 2019 issue of ELLE magazine, which hit the Internet on Nov. 6, Lady Gaga addressed rumors that she and Bradley Cooper fell in love while making and promoting "A Star Is Born." The romance rumors hit a fever pitch in February when the duo teamed up for an incredibly romantic duet of "Shallow" during the 2019 Oscars. Said Gaga of the much-talked-about performance, "I mean, we made a love story. For me, as a performer and as an actress, of course we wanted people to believe that we were in love. And we wanted people to feel that love at the Oscars. We wanted it to go right through the lens of that camera and to every television that it was being watched on. And we worked hard on it, we worked for days. We mapped the whole thing out — it was orchestrated as a performance. … In truth, when we talked about it, we went, 'Well, I guess we did a good job!'" Chimed in Oprah, who vacationed with Bradley earlier this year, "We were talking about all the rumors about you guys last year. He said if they had been true, he never would have been able to look you in the eye sitting at that piano. … He said his Catholic guilt would have never let him be able to look you in the eye at that piano."
Us Weekly reported on Nov. 6 that, according to a source, Justin Theroux "makes it a priority to stay in touch" with his ex-wife, Jennifer Aniston. The insider added that the duo "have stayed friends and leaned on each other when necessary" but aren't considering a reconciliation. "She is just doing her thing and is very happy," said the source, who also said that there are currently "no romantic feelings" between Jen and her first ex-husband, Brad Pitt. (The duo sparked reconciliation rumors earlier this year.) Last week, Us Weekly reported that, according to a different source, the actress is "not dating and not really looking either" but "wouldn't rule it out" if she met someone. "At this point in her life, she feels like she's been there, done that," the source continued. "She is very happy being single and living her life exactly as she wants to."
During a Nov. 1 interview with Us Weekly, Tarek El Moussa said that he and his girlfriend of less than a year, Heather Rae Young, have "definitely talked about" getting engaged. "But we're just kinda rolling with things right now," he said, adding that they're currently gearing up for a week-long European vacation scheduled to kick off "in a few weeks."
In a Nov. 4 essay about her sexuality for ELLE magazine, Kaitlynn Carter opened up about falling in love with her ex-girlfriend, Miley Cyrus. "This past July, I went on vacation with a female friend; the next thing I knew, I was in love with her," she wrote, adding that as they both tried "to move past our respective break-ups," her "first and only romance with a woman was born." Wrote the reality star, "I didn't have to think about a thing or overanalyze. It just happened and it felt exactly right. Reflecting back on our three-year friendship, I realized I'd always been drawn to her in a way I wasn't with other friends, but until that trip it had never crossed my mind to think of her in a romantic sense." She went on to thank the "short-lived" romance for helping her have a better understanding of herself and her sexuality. "Although the relationship with my friend was often referenced in the media as merely a 'summer fling' or a 'same-sex affair,' it was so much more than that," she added. In early November, Miley stans noticed that the singer-actress unfollowed Kaitlynn on Instagram. (She also reportedly unfollowed estranged husband Liam Hemsworth.)
In the same ELLE magazine essay, Kaitlynn Carter wrote about falling in love with Brody Jenner. "The legitimacy of [our] marriage has become a matter of public debate, but for he and I, it was very real," she wrote. "He was quite possibly the most beautiful man on the planet, with a heart of gold and a tireless sense of adventure. I was drawn to his spirit. 'You'll never be bored!' my mom offered, as I wondered early on whether or not he was the right partner for me. Of course, she was right: I was never bored. He became my best friend, and together we had all the fun the world had to offer. Eventually though, after years of constant 'excitement,' we found we'd done as much growing apart as we'd done growing up. I began to spend a lot of time traveling on my own or with friends, quietly mourning what I knew in my heart would soon be the end of my marriage." The duo announced in August that they'd called it quits.
On the Nov. 6 episode of the "Bachelor Happy Hour" podcast, Bachelor Nation's Tayshia Adams said that "there were other factors" besides distance that contributed to her breakup from John Paul Jones. "I think communication is a really big deal," she said. "I learned from a previous relationship that I'm very much so over-communicative, but that's all I can do. What he can do is listen to that and try to navigate that relationship with that information I'm giving him. If you're choosing to have that stuff go in one ear and out the other, that's on you." She added that it was "fair to say" they were on different pages in terms of life experience: "I told him, I'm like honestly, 'I just want you to experience a little more life. I feel like you just need to live a little bit and learn a little bit because I feel like I can only do so much,'" she recalled. As for the distance, Tayshia said they "tried to make it work" and "relied on FaceTime" during their relationship. "At this point in my life, I need someone to be with me. I want to be in the same city," she said. She also confirmed that JPJ moved to Los Angeles to pursue his acting career and not to be closer to her: "He moved here because he wanted to be an actor and because he is getting auditions and it was easier for them to attend those as opposed to flying out. That's why he moved here and he knew that story since the very beginning," she said. After the podcast aired, JPJ unfollowed Tayshia on Instagram. Said an Us Weekly source, "John is not thrilled about Tayshia publicly airing her grievances on a podcast." Said a second insider, "JPJ broke up with Tayshia. … He saw her one time after his move to Los Angeles on Friday, October 25. JPJ did not make the move to L.A. for Tayshia. On the Nov. 4 episode of his "Armchair Expert" podcast, Dax Shepard and Kate Hudson dished on their past romance, which he described as a "very, very fun … very memorable, very wonderful, fun experience." The actress, meanwhile, said they were "super-compatible" and "laughed [their butts] off" together, but ultimately, things didn't work out because they were "in different places in our life." (Kate had already welcomed her first child with ex-husband Chris Robinson and was in the midst of a career boom when she and Dax took their friendship to the next level in 2007.) Said Dax to his former love, "I felt very 'less than' around you quite often. … I think I was just in the point where I was not gonna get hired for movies anymore — I had a bunch that didn't work — and I'm like, 'I don't … know what's next,' and you were at that time making the most you ever made and having the most opportunity. … I'm following this person around as they do things I wish I were doing. It was a rough period anyways and then I felt all kinds of inadequacy in that position." Chimed in Kate, "Honestly, I wasn't giving Dax what he needed, and I was making choices that were not relationship-focused." She added that she "was not ready" and "wasn't prepared" for how serious the relationship got. "It was so much fun — it got hot fast. … [It] was a lot fast," she said.
Jenni Farley opened up about her divorce from Roger Mathews on the Oct. 31 episode of "Jersey Shore: Family Vacation," which was shot months ago. "I'm going through it with the divorce," she said during a confessional. "When you get divorced, you're supposed to be celebrating and start a new chapter, but it's really heartbreaking. And it's stressful — the up and down battles of figuring out custody issues. I just don't know when it gets better. … It's more than exhausting — it can mentally break someone. I just want peace." After the episode aired, Roger released a statement to Us Weekly: "You don't spend almost a decade of your life with only one person then just never care about them again. You can act like you do but you're probably lying," he said, adding that "hatred spawns from love." The father of two went on to say that he'll "always love" his ex as the mother of his children and that he's "happy" for her and has "no malice toward her." But he acknowledged that things between them haven't always been so positive: "We went down that road . It got us nowhere but hurting our children," he said. He then expressed hope that their relationship will improve with time: "I could easily be Jenni's friend, as there is no chance of reconciliation for us, and I hope we continue to co-parent in a positive environment for our children," he said. "People break up. It happens. Kids only get to enjoy their childhood once and I have no intentions of dampening that in any way." As for JWoww's relationship with Zack Clayton Carpinello, "She's met a terrific guy who I've met several times," said Roger. "I hope they can learn the communication skills we were lacking."
In early September, Hayden Panettiere sparked rumors that she and Brian Hickerson had called it quits when she was photographed holding hands with his brother, pastor Zach Hickerson. At the time, there were conflicting reports about the nature of Hayden's relationship with Zach in the wake of Brian's legal issues. (He was charged with battery after getting into a physical altercation with the actress, though the domestic violence case was ultimately dismissed when she refused to testify.) On Nov. 5, Hayden made it clear that she and Brian are still an item when they were seen traveling through a Los Angeles airport together. (See photos here.) The following day, Us Weekly reported that, according to a source, "Brian's family is extremely concerned for his safety when he is with Hayden" because they are "very toxic for each other."
"Harry Potter" and "The Vampire Diaries" actress Scarlett Byrne and Playboy heir Cooper Hefner tied the knot at the County Clerk's Office in Ventura, California, on Nov. 4. "Scarlett and I have made it officially legal and the two of us could not be happier. Cheers to a life full of love, happiness, adventure, and great purpose, Mrs. Hefner. I very much look forward to planning our wedding celebrations in the months ahead. I love you, Scarlett," the groom, who proposed back in August 2015, captioned a series of photos of himself and his bride on Twitter. Added the actress on Instagram, "Cooper and I are excited to share that we legally married. We are looking forward to planning our wedding in the coming months where we will celebrate further with our friends and family. I love you Cooper. "The Bachloer" creator Mike Fleiss and wife Laura Kaeppeler have reconciled following an extremely dramatic episode in their marriage, they announced on Twitter on Nov. 3. "Happy to report that @FleissLaura and I have reconciled. I love my wife and am grateful for this opportunity to work on our marriage," tweeted the super-producer, who filed for divorce in July. Laura, meanwhile, created a Twitter account for the explicit purpose of announcing their reconciliation, which comes as a huge surprise considering they settled their divorce in July and were reportedly still bad-mouthing each other in legal documents in August. Tweeted the former beauty queen, "Over the summer, my husband and I went through a challenging time, as all marriages do. There was an emotionally charged incident in which we fought over a phone and both exhibited immature and irresponsible behavior. This situation led to making rash decisions we both regret… However, I would like to correct the erroneous reporting that my husband intentionally tried to attack and hurt me. That is untrue. We both take full responsibility for our actions and have worked very hard to repair the damage to our relationship and family… and are working together with the help of a marriage counselor to rebuild what we lost. I love @fleissmeister and our kids very much. We appreciate your support at this time."
The third Property Brother, J.D. Scott, married makeup artist Annalee Belle in a Halloween-themed ceremony at a private residence in Las Vegas on Oct. 31. The groom's brothers, twin HGTV stars Jonathan Scott and Drew Scott, served as groomsmen — and sported "Mortal Kombat" costumes for the occasion. Jonathan was joined by his new girlfriend, Zooey Deschanel, who donned a Catwoman costume during the nuptials — to which the bride arrived on a black Belgian horse named Xena. According to People magazine, "the décor included a '50s candy shoppe, absinthe fountain lounge, photo trailer, concession stands and synchronized swimmers." The happy couple reportedly served movie-concession snacks at the reception.
According to People magazine, Chrissy Teigen's father, Ron Teigen Sr., filed to divorce her mother, Vilailuck "Pepper" Teigen, in Los Angeles on Nov. 5. (Us Weekly notes that Ron cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split and listed the date of separation as January 2017.) Karen Valby, who interviewed Chrissy and husband John Legend for their recent Vanity Fair cover story, tweeted that Chrissy and Pepper "talked about the coming split" during the interview. The journalist added that Chrissy said when her parents told her they were calling it quits, she tried to make a joke, telling them, "Two Christmases!'" Opined the writer, "A marriage that was long more of a friendship is coming to an end. Life goes on." Pepper and Ron have lived separately for years. In early 2018, Chrissy told Us Weekly that her mother lives with her, John and their two children, while her father lives 10 minutes away and "comes by every day."
Miley Cyrus's younger brother, model-musician Braison Cyrus, married visual merchandiser Stella McBride at the Cyrus family's farm in Tennessee on Nov. 3. "Yesterday was the best day of my life. Thank you so much to all my friends and family for coming out and making our day so special. @stellamcyrus you're the love of my life and I'm so happy we took this next step of our life together," the groom captioned a slideshow of photos on Instagram. The bride shared a slideshow of her own, writing in the caption, "11.03.19 the best day of my life. To laugh and cry with all of my favorite people, while marrying the love of my life, far exceeded any of my dreams about this day. It really was perfect. I love you @braisonccyrus." Miley's new boyfriend, Cody Simpson, attended the nuptials as her plus-one.
On the Nov. 3 episode of "Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen," Kenya Moore said that her breakup from Marc Daly was "mutual" but that "there's always hope" they'll reconcile. She also clarified that they haven't filed for divorce yet. "[Our issues] haven't been worked through, and I think that's always what I was asking for and it just never happened," she said, adding later that their issues have nothing to do with her career in reality television — though she admitted that she didn't appear on Season 11 of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" because she chose her marriage and family over her career. "It didn't work out so well for me," she said. The reality star went on to say that she and her estranged husband "haven't worked through things that popped up early on in our relationship and … got exacerbated by everything else." She also explained why they don't have a prenuptial agreement: "We're both successful," she said. "I owned my home outright prior to marriage. And for, you know, what I know not being a lawyer, I think that's protected. That's my biggest asset. And, you know, Marc's successful, so I just didn't think that, you know, things would ever get to a point where he would come after money. And so he hasn't yet." Finally, Kenya said she's "not dating" because she's "still married" and "will not date until I'm divorced."
On the Nov. 6 episode of Us Weekly's "Hot Hollywood" podcast, Alexis Bellino revealed that her ex-husband, Jim Bellino, got a new girlfriend shortly after they called it quits, which led to difficulties in their uncoupling: "[She] was causing some issues between us. Now that she's out of the picture, things are a lot better," said the former "The Real Housewives of Orange County" star. "And we've really worked on just trying to be good friends and be healthy for the kids. … It's still a little bit rocky, here and there. … It was very, very unhealthy when the divorce first happened. We were both really broken." Alexis, who is currently appearing on "Marriage Boot Camp: Family Edition" with her mother, added that originally, the reality show's producers wanted Jim to co-star on the WEtv series with her: "I was willing to go, Jim was not," she said. "It takes two to tango. … In hindsight, Jim and I should have gone." One reality show she won't appear on anytime soon? The one that made her a star. "[My boyfriend] is going to be in my life for good," she said. "I don't want to bring that into our relationship." Alexis and Andy Bohn have been an item since at least early 2019.
During an interview with Us Weekly that hit the Internet on Nov. 2, Cynthia Bailey confirmed that Bravo cameras will roll when she and her fiancé, Mike Hill, tie the knot. "My fans have been on my journey for 10 years," she said. "They've seen me get married [to ex-husband to Peter Thomas] on the show. They've seen all my ups and downs in my last marriage, and they have seen me get divorced on the show. They've seen me date on the show. … It would be totally unfair for them not to see my happily ever after. I want to share it with them because I'm in a great place and I'm happy, and they've seen me not always so happy." The couple have set a wedding date and a location, though they've yet to pin down an exact venue. "At least I know what state it's going to be in, so we're excited about that," she said. "We're still in the beginning stages of planning everything, but you can rest assured it will be a wedding to remember, no matter how big or small it is." Cynthia called her relationship with Mike a "blessing" and noted how lucky they are to have "found each other." She added that their nuptials will be different from her first wedding because "this is just a different time" for her.
During an Oct. 29 interview with Us Weekly, Dean McDermott said he thought wife Tori Spelling would "have a knee-jerk reaction" and "run for the hills" when she found out that he cheated on her in 2013. "I could totally understand why," he said. "But she was like, 'I just can't turn off the love for you. I love you. You hurt me. I'm angry, but I love you. I can't turn that off.'" He then shared his advice for couples in similar situations: "Don't have a knee-jerk reaction," he said. "I understand the knee-jerk reaction. I totally understand it, but look at your relationship outside of the kids, if you have them. … Just stop and breathe and look at the relationship and how much you mean to each other. And if that's not there, then go your separate ways. But if there's that flame, that kindred spirit, that connection, if it's still there, hash it out, work it out. It's not the end."
On the Nov. 6 episode of the "Reality Life with Kate Casey" podcast, former "Newlyweds: Nick & Jessica" producer Sue Kolinsky dished on the dynamic between former spouses Nick Lachey and Jessica Simpson: "They really were polar opposites," she said. "He knew how to do laundry; she didn't know how to do laundry. She was much younger than him — kind of bratty, a bratty little rich girl — and he was a blue-collar guy. He loved sports; he liked building things. Their families were very different." According to the Emmy nominee, Jessica's dad, Joe Simpson, "wasn't that crazy about her being with Nick" and "thought that the age difference was gonna be a big deal" because Nick "was going to want to start a family sooner than Jessica was gonna want to do that." Said the TV veteran, "[Joe] didn't want her to kind of take a backseat and take a break from her career to be a mom at a very, very young age. Look, her father was very forthcoming in his actions of what he thought about Nick. … Here was Nick in the middle of his in-laws, who were not that crazy about him." According to Sue, the couple often vacationed with Jessica's family, and Joe used to invite her ex-boyfriend, trainer Mike Alexander, to join them. "[It] was bizarro," she said. "He was a gym instructor, so I think he was still kind of working with Jessica in that capacity. And, you know, he was a handsome guy. It was like, how uncomfortable is this for Nick?"
During a Nov. 3 interview with Us Weekly, Adam Devine dished on his proposal to longtime love Chloe Bridges: "I don't get that nervous about things that often and I was shaking in my boots," he said. "I was a child when I asked her. But she said yes and it all went well. … I don't know why I was that nervous. I knew she was going to say yes." He was so nervous, in fact, that he switched up his proposal plan last minute: "We have this little tiny boat called the Duffy and I asked her to drive it for a second," he recalled. "And I never really have her do that. And so she's like, 'This is weird.' And then I turned around and just stared at her for a minute. … And then I just dropped to my knee and did it. But the plan was to do it in the evening, like at sunset, like on the beach and have it be beautiful. But then I just got too nervous. … And all morning I just kept petting her and being like, 'Today's going to be the best day of our lives.' And she was like, 'Alright. OK, Adam.' But I'm kinda like that anyways. Some days I'll just wake up and I'm like, 'Today's going to be awesome.' But that day, I said it like 35 times." The funnyman has "known for a while" that Chloe is "the one," he said. "It was just about getting my lazy [butt] to a jewelry store. That was the hardest part," he added. "I was like, 'I gotta go find every ring!' But, yeah, I've known for a while." He then called wedding planning "so daunting." Joked the "Workaholics" alum, "It took me years to get into a jewelry store. How long is it going to take me to plan an entire wedding? So, good luck!"
Miranda Lambert dished on her relationship with her new husband, NYPD officer Brendan McLoughlin, on the Nov. 3 episode of "Sunday TODAY with Willie Geist." Said the country star, "When you truly find someone that loves you for who you are, and that you genuinely are smiling, it's like a smile from the inside. You know what I mean? It's a light that kind of clicks on, that you really didn't know was off. … He's pretty laid-back and friendly and sweet and just very go-with-the-flow kind of guy, which is great for this life because you kind of have to go with the flow. I'm glad to share it with him and that he's open to it. It definitely feels good to be singing a few love songs. Let's not get crazy. I don't want to get too happy, where I can't write a sad song."
During an Oct. 28 interview with Us Weekly, Star Jones said that she's "so happy" with her new husband, Ricardo Lugo. "I am giggling! My friends all say they've never seen me so happy and the best thing they ever say is, 'Don't you screw this up!' And I promise that I won't," she said, adding that the Chicago lawyer is "a wonderful man" and "kind and gentle."
