Danielle Staub and Marty Caffrey are calling it quits
Danielle Staub and Marty Caffrey seem to be on the fast track to a divorce. Less than four months after they said "I do," multiple sources confirm to People Marty has filed for divorce from the "Real Housewives of New York City" star. Although Danielle's rep said in a statement to People that "Danielle has not received any filing, and we cannot comment on something we have not received," a source close to Marty tells the magazine that Marty's initial willingness to work things out came to an during the last few weeks. The couple wed in May after nearly two years of dating but by July, the two were already having problems. At the time, Danielle's rep explained that while the reality star was "having some difficulties with her marriage right now," she was also "hoping everything will work out." This month, however, Danielle got a restraining order against Marty, who then got a temporary restraining order against Danielle after a domestic dispute at their home. Both orders were later dropped. Despite the claim Danielle has not seen a divorce filing, Radar cites court documents stating Danielle has been "angry since Thursday after receiving a letter from his attorney indicating he was filing for a divorce."

Are wedding bells in the works for Taylor Swift and Joe Alwyn?
Taylor Swift's been busy raking in the dough and setting records with her Reputation Tour, but a recent report suggests her personal life could be getting busier soon, too. On the heels of a dinner date with her boyfriend, Joe Alwyn, at the steak restaurant Hawksmoor in London this week, Celebitchy predicts the low-key couple could get engaged sometime around Taylor's birthday in December, pointing out that the singer is still wearing a necklace emblazoned with Joe's first initial — and may have even gotten her own place in London. Joe has reportedly been traveling with Taylor as much as possible during her tour, which wraps up in late November in Japan. Last December, the pair spent the holidays together.

Jennifer Lopez auctions off 'Shades of Blue' wardrobe for Puerto Rico recovery efforts
With the anniversary of Hurricane Maria around the corner next month, Jennifer Lopez is looking to help residents still struggling to remedy damage from the storm in Puerto Rico. In an auction posted to Screenbid, J.Lo, along with the Hispanic Federation and the UNIDOS Disaster Relief and Recovery Program, are selling pieces from the star's personal wardrobe that she wore on "Shades of Blue" before the series came to an end. TMZ reports that while most of the items — including a pair of Jennifer's camel pants, a silk blouse, an olive jacket and her black boots, will start with $50 opening bids — each piece is likely to sell for thousands of dollars. Both Jennifer and her boyfriend, Alex Rodriguez, have made sizable donations toward recovering efforts in Puerto Rico, where Jen's family is from, since the September 2017 storm.
Jennifer Lawrence, other nude photo hacking victims, want jail time, not monetary restitution for hacker
The man who hacked into private iCloud accounts of celebrities including Jennifer Lawrence, Kate Upton and Kirsten Dunst is currently awaiting sentencing after pleading guilty to one count of unauthorized access to a protected computer to obtain information. The Blast reports prosecutors are pushing for major jail time for George Garofano. In documents filed recently in his criminal case, prosecutors ask for a 10-16 month prison sentence with community service to follow. Though they have asked for a $100 "mandatory special assessment," the lawyers say none of the 240 victims involved have asked that he cough up any money for leaking their private nude photos. "Although Mr. Garofano engaged in the offense by hiding behind a computer, his actions essentially amounted to breaking into 240 homes, searching through his victims' closets and drawers, and stealing their personal belongings," prosecutors say in the documents. An attorney for Garofano, meanwhile, points out that four people were charged in the scandal and that Garofano deserves a less harsh sentence as he was not the ringleader.
Ouch! Ariana Grande's 'snatched' ponytail is basically a facelift device
When Ariana Grande debuted a new, natural look on the cover of British Vogue this year, fans went bananas about the fact that she'd ditched her go-to high ponytail in favor of wearing her down. Her long, flowing tresses were down rather than ponytail-ed at the MTV Video Music Awards this week, too — and maybe now we know why. In a recent chat with Popsugar, Ariana's hair stylist, Chris Appleton, explained the seemingly painful intricacies involved in the singer's favorite style. "With ponytails, it's all about the placement. The higher you go, the fiercer it looks. The lower you go, the more professional or serious it looks," he said (via Page Six). "It can change the whole shape of your face." Oh yeah — and he meant that literally. "It can snatch your face upward and lift your eyes, or it can pull your eyes down," he explained. In other words, Ariana's ponytail gives her a facelift. Though it sounds kind of horrific, the stylist assures Popsugar it's worth it: "If you have never been snatched, you have not lived." We'll keep that in mind.
Did Thom Filicia bar Justin Bieber from renting his home?
Justin Bieber may have missed out on a prime vacation opportunity because of his penchant for having folks in his midst sign non-disclosure agreements. That's according to a Page Six source who says Justin and his fiancee, Hailey Baldwin, were hoping to rent a luxury lakeside home in the Finger Lakes region of New York state belonging to "Queer Eye for the Straight Guy" star Thom Filicia. "Justin wanted to rent the home for a week, but wanted Thom to sign [an NDA]," says the insider. "Thom told him to take a hike." In the past, reports have surfaced suggesting Justin's party guests are generally asked to sign NDAs in which they agree to be penalized with fees up to $5 million for sharing information about their experience there. Other reports have claimed he asked women he dated to sign similar contracts. Thom's rep, however, says the "Queer Eye" star simply wanted to use the home himself that week. "Thom is good friends with the Baldwins and would have loved to have Justin and Hailey stay at his home. However, he was just coming off of a 16-week shooting schedule for a new design show that he's launching on Bravo with [fellow 'Queer Eye' alum] Carson Kressley this October, and had planned to be in Skaneateles over that time," the rep said. "When he found out that Justin had a second option to stay at, Thom felt like they would be accommodated … so [he] decided not to change his plans. Overall, Thom says that Justin and Hailey were lovely to have in Skaneateles, and he hopes they enjoyed the town as much as the town enjoyed them." Justin and Hailey, meanwhile, will soon have a mansion of their own to cozy up in, thanks to Justin's reported $5 million purchase of a 101-acre home in his native Ontario, Canada.
Liam Payne felt like he had to go through Cheryl Cole split twice because of public announcement
On Liam Payne's debut EP, "First Time," the One Direction alum uses his new bachelordom as fodder for lyrics about exploring new romance. In real life — though he's been spotted getting close to models including Cairo Dwek and Winnie Harlow — Liam sounds like he's still working through some aspects of his split from Cheryl Cole. Speaking to Vodafone's Kat Shoob this week, he said he's "all right," but admitted he has "a lot of stuff I've still got to sort out with my life," according to Us Weekly. He went on to say it was the most public breakup he's ever had. "That bit of it is difficult," he said. "You break up, and then it was like a couple of days or a couple of weeks before we actually put the announcement out, and that's the bit when it really hits home, I guess. At the same point, it's like breaking up twice. You already did this once, and now I'm having to go through all of that again because I have to tell people I don't even really know." Liam cautioned: "Sometimes people need to remember, behind all those statements and things, there are actually people who are going through the same sort of stuff that you go through. Whether they're famous, rich — or whatever they are — it doesn't really matter." Liam and Cheryl, who announced they'd called it quits on July 1, share a 1-year-old son, Bear.
Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott are reportedly in couples therapy
After multiple police interventions and other odd events earlier this year, Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott are reportedly in couples counseling in the hopes of repairing their relationship. "Tori and Dean are very much in love and have dedicated themselves to improving their marriage. They built a family together and plan on raising their kids as a team," a source tells ET. "They realized things got completely out of hand when their blowout fights became very public. As painful as that period has been in their life, it was also very eye-opening for them." The chatty source goes on to say the couple "see Tori's experience as a nervous breakthrough rather than a nervous breakdown, because it led them back to the right path and a healthier life together." The insider adds that counseling has really helped. "They realized that most of their stress stemmed from their money issues. They're now working closely with an accountant to help fix their financial situation. They've since made some big changes," the source reveals. It seems Tori had been feeling overwhelmed with her five children, Liam, 11, Stella, 10, Hattie, 6, Finn, 5, and Beau, 1, and is now taking steps to lessen the pressure. "She never gave herself a break. Now she's balancing everything with the help of some extra childcare. Having full-time help is expensive, but taking care of five children on your own is close to impossible," says the snitch. Her team is reportedly urging the reality star to reduce the focus on her personal life and instead, consider finding a scripted TV opportunity.
