Khloe Kardashian appears to have removed a designer's dress from her website after being accused of selling a loaner
Fashion designer Christian Cowan has accused Khloe Kardashian of trying to make some cash off a blue dress he loaned her. "@KhloeKardashian why are my runway samples I loaned you being sold on your website?" the designer asked in an Instagram Story post on Sunday, July 19, according to TooFab. "We've emailed 3 times and had no response." As of Monday morning, the dress was still listed for sale for $1,300 on Kardashian Kloset, which bills itself as, "a luxury designer clothing resale site that brings the fashionable and fun clothing from the famous Kardashian-Jenner family closets to yours." The Cowan piece was described as an "electric blue round neck short sleeve form fitting midi dress with back zipper and black and blue crystal, with front slide slit." By Monday afternoon, however, the dress appeared to have been removed from the site, with the original link yielding a 404 error message. Both Page Six and Us Weekly reported the dress was a gift to Khoe from her stylist that she was never asked to return. Other celebs Cowan's worked with include Ariana Grande, Lisa Rinna and Lizzo.

Halle Berry teases new romance with mystery man pic
"Well well. Happy Sunday indeed." That's how one of many curious fans reacted to the four-lounging-feet "Sunday funday" pic Halle Berry shared on Instagram over the weekend. The image showed what appear to be Halle's happy toes nuzzled up against those of a male companion, although she never identified the lucky guy. The silhouette of a wine bottle could be seen in the background. While one user suggested the male feet in question could belong to Halle's trainer and another made a Jada Pinkett Smith affair-themed crack about the mystery man being Halle's "entanglement," most commenters simply encouraged the star. "Lucky man," wrote one admiring fan. Quipped another: "Get it girl …" Halle, 53, dated British music producer Alex Da Kid back in 2017, but has otherwise kept her romantic relationships under wraps since her divorce from Olivier Martinez was finalized in 2016. Speaking to E! News in 2017, a source said Halle's "been more cautious about who she chooses to bring around the children and bring into her life" since she and Olivier called it quits.
Kanye West claims he asked JAY-Z to be his running mate
Over the weekend, Kanye West headed to South Carolina, where he staged the first campaign rally of his 2020 White House bid. Like most aspects of his presidential campaign, the rally was controversial, thanks to comments 'Ye made about the abortion he and Kim Kardashian West once considered and his apparent belief that "Harriet Tubman never the freed slaves." Turns out he managed to squeeze in at least one more out-there comment during his trip. While chatting with local radio DJ Kris Kaylin, the rapper said that despite having already tapped a potential vice president for his so-called "Birthday Party" ticket, he's ready to rethink that call if JAY-Z wants to be his V.P. instead. "I reached out to Jay to possibly be my vice president, my running mate," he said in the interview, which was posted to YouTube on Saturday. "We have Michelle Tidball, who is a Christian pastor out of Wyoming, who is my running mate. But she would be open to taking another position if we found another running mate." Kanye, who is rumored to be in the throes of a manic episode related to his bipolar disorder, did at least acknowledge that he and Jay no longer really speak. The former collaborators and tour mates have fought in recent years over Jay's streaming service Tidal and various personal matters.

Alicia Silverstone remembers 'adorable' Brittany Murphy's 'Clueless' audition, working with 'loveable' Paul Rudd and more
Amy Heckerling's "Clueless" turned 25 on Sunday, a milestone that inspired Vogue to take a deep dive into Alicia Silverstone's memory bank and reflect on everything from her character Cher Horowitz's seemingly endless array of outfits — there were actually 64 costume changes, Alicia recalls with no small amount of horror — to the impressions her co-stars left on her. Asked about Brittany Murphy, who passed away unexpectedly in 2009, Alicia, 43, gushed that she was "perfect" for the role of Tai. "I just remember thinking she was so great for the part. I can't remember how many girls came in to audition for Tai that day and I don't know if I saw a few girls for it or just her, but I remember Brittany being really adorable … She's so good at the little accent because she had one already, but I think she just pushed it to new heights," Alicia shared. "I found her so wonderful and I said to [director] Amy [Heckerling] right away 'I think she's the one! She was the best one you guys,' hoping they would agree," she continued. "She was like 'Uh yeah duh. Of course she was the best, she's the one.'" Alicia also recalled Brittany's mom being on the set regularly. "I brought my mom around a little bit and we would all spend time together," she said. Asked which cast member was most like their character, Alicia went with Paul Rudd. "He's just a good guy who's smart and lovable and all those good things that make up Josh. Brittany Murphy was not like Tai. I don't know Stacey Dash well enough to say for certain whether she's like Dionne, but I'm guessing not much," she said. As for Alicia's take on her own character? "I found Cher on the page to be materialistic and unappealing. And really annoying, to be honest," she admitted. "But I realized that was just me judging her. Once I started working on her I found all the heart and all the love."
Priyanka Chopra gushes about Nick Jonas on the anniversary of their engagement
Looks like Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas are far from done with the smitten phase of their relationship. Priyanka turned 38 on Saturday, but she had another anniversary in mind when she hopped on Instagram Sunday to share a cute selfie with her husband. "To the greatest joy of my life," she gushed in the caption. "2 years ago on this day you asked me to marry you! I may have been speechless then but I say yes every moment of everyday since. In the most unprecedented time you made this weekend so incredibly memorable. Thank you for thinking of me all the time. I am the luckiest girl in the world! I love you @nickjonas." No slouch in the online love proclamation department himself, Nick replied with this short but uber-sweet comment: "Thank you for saying yes. I love you beautiful. ❤️." Nick, 27, and Priyanka tied the knot in Jodhpur, India, at the end of 2018.
More 'Avengers' stars reach out to boy who saved his sister from dog attack
Bridger Walker, the 6-year-old boy who recently got 90 stitches after saving his little sister from a dog attack, is attracting more attention from big-screen superheroes for his real life act of heroism. Following Chris Evans' video message promise to send Bridger a Captain America shield last week, it seems Robert Downey Jr. and Tom Holland ponied up video posts and gifts of their own for Bridger. "Bridger, you're a rockstar," RDJ says in a clip posted by Bridger's aunt, Nicole Noel Walker (via EW). "I hear [Captain America] sent a shield your way. I'm gonna do one better, you call me on your next birthday. I got something special for you. By the way, that's a promise. A promise beats a shield." Another clip showed Bridger, clad in a Spidey costume, on a video call with Tom. "If you ever want to come to set and hang out, and see the 'Spider-Man' suit up close, and hang out with us, you're always welcome," Tom told Bridger, adding: "I want to say you are so brave, mate. We are all so proud of you, and your little sister is so lucky to have someone like you."
Keke Palmer responds to 'GMA' firing rumor: 'Do not believe this lie'
Keke Palmer's vocal support of the Black Lives Matter movement has nothing to do with her losing her spot on the third hour of "Good Morning America." The 26-year-old "Hustlers" actress clarified that point on social media over the weekend, telling followers not to believe rumors about why she's out at "GMA." "I want to speak on this simply because I hate the narrative that if you speak your mind as a [Black] person that you will in some way be punished," she explained. "I have seen this going around and at first I ignored but in this climate I realized this is a dangerous message to send to our generation and the generation coming up." She continued: "If anything, my speaking out showed the corporations I work with how important my voice is and anyone that has a POV." She went on to explain she "was never signed to 'SSK' ['GMA's' 'Strahan, Sara and Keke' block] as one would a seasonal show. This business is dynamic and instead of thinking of me as a 'series regular' … see me as a brand that works with the corporation Disney/ABC News and this particular show I was on is no longer." She noted her "relationship" with the network is now poised to "evolve." "I hate talking about business because it can seem a bit weird and gets quite technical lol. But when I see such fear mongering comments I want to speak out so that no one ever feels or thinks that speaking out will cost them their job!" In closing, Keke assured fans, "walking in my truth has always made my blessings OVERFLOW and connect to those that are like minded and not with those that are not," and warned of the firing rumor. "Do not believe this lie." Keke joined "GMA" in August, according to People, and her third-hour role was terminated as the pandemic grew increasingly serious.
Tamar Braxton's condition has improved as she continues to recover from a possible suicide attempt
Singer Tamar Braxton is "alert and responsive" after having been transferred to a new hospital, The Blast reported on Monday. Tamar, 43, was found unresponsive last Thursday after police responded to a call about a possible overdose and suicide attempt in downtown Los Angeles. According to the webloid, she's now awake and "talking to doctors about her situation and the days leading up to the hospitalization." Page Six previously reported Tamar told executives at WeTV, which produces "Braxton Family Values," that she was "suicidal" because of the "disarray" her family has found themselves in as a result of editing choices made for the show. The negativity among her relatives, she wrote in her letter, "… [is] all happening because your show ['Braxton Family Values'] has chosen to show the absolute worst side of a strong, independent and successful African American family; a show that I created to showcase a strong Black Family as a beacon of hope for all the young black girls and boys out there; instead you coached and cajoled us into finding the worst in each other." The hospital she was moved to was chosen for its mental health specialists in areas including "depression, anxiety, and sexual assault trauma," according to The Blast. A source told the outlet Tamar has received lots of support from fans since the incident last week.
Savannah Guthrie is undergoing another eye surgery
Ouch. Savannah Guthrie is still experiencing vision problems from the injury she sustained last year when her young son lobbed a toy at her head. She initially had retinal surgery. Now, as she told her co-hosts on Monday's edition of "Today," she hopes one more surgery will do the trick. "Remember when my retina was detached because Charley threw the train at my eye?" she asked the other hosts (via People). "Well, guys it's not over. So apparently after you have that retina reattachment surgery, it's very common to get cataracts, so that happened to me. So I'm actually going to leave in 20 minutes and have cataract surgery." Carson Daly jokingly asked if she was "gonna do it live on the air," prompting Savannah to laugh. "Umm no, because they are slicing my eye, so I didn't think our viewers wanted to see that," she said. "But anyway, it's been a long time, I'm super excited. I feel like it's Christmas morning because if they remove this cataract I'll really be able to see and I have had a hard time seeing." Savannah described the "big blurry spot" she's been dealing with as a result of the cataract. "Once they remove that blur, I think it will be a lot better," she said, adding that the surgery should take less than an hour, followed by a brief recovery period. As of Monday, she expects to be back in the studio by the end of the week.
August Alsina releases new track, 'Entanglements,' after Jada Pinkett Smith comment
In a recent interview with Vulture, singer August Alsina said he went public with his 2017 affair with Jada Pinkett Smith in part because rumors about their romance had affected his ability to earn a living. Now, he's doubling down on that claim with the release of a new track inspired by Jada and, apparently, by the buzz she created with her use of the word "entanglement" to describe their brief relationship. Guess what it's called … Yep, on Sautrday, the 27-year-old released "Entanglements," a new song featuring Rick Ross. "Girl I know that we don't call it a relationship, but you're still f—— with me," he sings, according to EW. "Entanglements, is when you tangled in them sheets / Entanglements, is when you're tangled up with me." EW reads other lyrics to refer to Jada and Will, who were separated temporarily when she and August hooked up. At one point, he reportedly calls Jada "cold-hearted" for her approach to the romance and implies that Will will always be jealous.
