Is that a ring on John Cena's girlfriend's finger?

Are congrats in order for John Cena and his significant other Shay Shariatzadeh? The actor and wrestling star's fans sure seem to think so. Rumors John popped the to Shay surfaced online this week after a fan Instagram account called @JohnCenaCrews shared a photo of John in San Diego, California. Shay is in the background and can be seen wearing a large rock on her left ring finger. Although neither of the two have confirmed anything, E! News has since cited two sources who claim to have seen Shay's new sparkler, telling the outlet it appears to be an engagement ring. A number of posts on John's social media are fueling the engagement rumors, as well, including one that reads, "Stone Cold Sweethearts – Say Yes." The "Fast and Furious 9" star split from fellow wrestler Nikki Bella split for good in 2018. He and Shay, a technology exec, were first linked romantically in March.

Sharon Osbourne goes platinum-white after decades of being a redhead

Like Jane Fonda before her , Sharon Osbourne has decided she's tired of all the work involved in coloring her hair constantly, so she's getting back to basics. On Monday, Feb. 17, "The Talk" host popped up on colorist Jack Martin's Instagram with a completely new look. According to Jack, who also transformed Jane's hair before the 2020 Oscars, Sharon's hair has long been "100 percent white," which she was dyeing weekly to maintain the trademark dark red color we associate her with. The colorist went on to say Sharon's once-week color routine has been in place for a whopping 18 years: "… she wanted to do this transformation long time ago," he said, "but every time she attempts it ends up with a disaster." To reduce the time she spends coloring her locks, Jacks said they opted to go platinum — a shade very close to Sharon's naturally white hair — thereby allowing the roots to grow in a bit before she'll even need a touch-up.

Constance Wu made $600 in one night while working as a stripper to prep for 'Hustlers'

Constance Wu might have a solid backup plan if she opts out of Hollywood. As she told kelly Clarkson on her talk show on Monday, Feb. 17, the "Hustlers" star worked undercover as a stripper to prepare for her role in the super buzzy film. It went well for her, too — the actress said she made $600 in one night, according to Page Six. "I went undercover. I gave lap dances to strangers," Constance revealed when asked about the prep involved with playing Destiny, a young dancer who was mentored by Jennifer Lopez's character, Ramona. Kelly initially didn't believe her guest and jokingly accused her of fibbing. "I'm not lying," said Constance, adding that she raked in $600 the first time she danced. She also said she wore fake neck tats and used hairpieces. "You can't duplicate it," Constance mused. "… the first time you walk into a club and say, 'Hey, I would like to have a job here' and then you go work that night."

Back in 2018, photos surfaced that showed Justin Bieber sitting down outside beside his wife, Hailey Bieber, with his head in his hands. She was clearly trying to soothe her husband. In the latest episode from his new YouTube documentary series, "Justin Bieber: Seasons," the singer, who has since revealed he struggles with anxiety and depression, explains what was going on internally at the time. "I remember just struggling," he says (via Page Six). "I remember feeling, like, emotionally just overwhelmed and talking to her, not knowing how to communicate certain things and just feeling kind of frustrated. There has been a lot of things that have happened in my life and this was a point in my life where I was just like, so overwhelmed … being a normal person and crying." Justin also admitted how hard it to be that vulnerable as a celebrity, which left him feeling like it wasn't OK for him to get upset even though everyone gets overwhelmed sometimes. "When I look at things on the internet and people are like, 'Justin's upset, why is he upset?' It's like, they don't give me permission to be upset," Justin says in the series. " … People are like, 'Is he OK, is he having a mental breakdown?' and I'm just emotional and, you know, I think that's OK." Justin also shares with fans one of the methods he's been using to recalibrate when he gets down. It's called "Havening," and as Justin's health coach Buzz Mingin explains in the show, it's basically a psychosensory technique that actually raises the feel-good chemicals in your brain on demand." At that point, Hailey adds that it's just a form of "self-soothing." not unlike thumb sucking for children.

Duchess Kate admits the post-childbirth hospital photo op tradition is 'slightly terrifying'

For the past few months, Duchess Kate's been encouraging U.K. residents to weigh in on her survey about early childhood development. And though she's discussed her own experiences as a mother of three, she rarely gets as personal about them as she did on a recent edition of the "Happy Mum, Happy Baby" podcast, where she addressed the tradition in which new royal mothers pose for photos with their husband and new baby outside the hospital shortly after giving birth. "It was slightly terrifying, I'm not going to lie," said Kate, who, like her husband Prince William's mother Princess Diana, consented to the photo op after the birth of each of her children, starting with Prince George in 2013. "Everyone had been so supportive and both William and I were really conscious that this was something that everyone was excited about, and we're hugely grateful for the support that the public has shown us and actually for us to be able to share that joy and appreciation with the public I felt was really important," Kate continued, according to Time. "It was coupled with a newborn baby, and inexperienced parents, and the uncertainty of what that held, so there were all sorts of mixed emotions." Given the pain and depleting energy involved in childbirth, not to mention the body scrutiny royals have found themselves facing when posing for the post-labor pics, the tradition has been widely criticized. William's brother, Prince Harry, and his wife Meghan Markle chose not to put Meghan through the experience. Instead, they welcomed their son Archie in private. "Any woman, especially when they're pregnant, you're really vulnerable, and so that was made really challenging," Meghan said in the ITV documentary she and Harry starred in. "And then when you have a newborn, you know. And especially as a woman, it's a lot," she added. "So you add this on top of just trying to be a new mom or trying to be a newlywed…"

Rumors suggesting Denise Richards hooked up with her "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" costar Brandi Glanville recently sparked another round of whisper-down-the-lane regarding Denise's marriage to Aaron Phypers. Demi Lovato opens up about her eating disorder

Demi Lovato is now realizing her eating disorder was central to so many more of the issues she's struggled with in recent years, Speaking to Ashley Graham on the model's "Pretty Big Deal" podcast on Tuesday, Feb. 18, the singer opened up about her body image and the destructive behaviors it's fueled. "I'm tired of running myself into the ground with workouts and extreme dieting," she says in a clip from the segment (via ET). "I thought the past few years was recovery from an eating disorder when it actually was just completely falling into it." She continued: "I think when you have certain people around you that are telling you certain things that you should look a certain way, it makes it harder. I was in that situation, and I was just running myself into the ground. I honestly think that's kind of what led to everything happening over the past year was just me thinking I found recovery when I didn't, and then living this kind of lie and trying to tell the world I was happy with myself when I really wasn't."

Harrison Ford opens up about his 'boring' new clean eating plan

At 77, Harrison Ford is still easy on the eyes, as they say, a detail Ellen DeGeneres pointed out when "The Call of the Wild" star appeared on her show this week."You look good, you look really good," Ellen said, showing the audience a photo of the star riding a bike. "What did I look like before?" he quipped in reply, according to People. Not missing a beat, Ellen went with it: "Really bad, the difference is amazing," she joked. "You changed your diet or something I read, what are you doing now?" she asked. Harrison joked he does "practically nothing" other than play some tennis, ride his bike and eat "vegetables and fish" only, having cut out meat and dairy. He admitted the diet is "really boring," but said he made the change because he learned how devastating the meat production industry is for the planet as well as for his own body.

Deliberations begin in Harvey Weinstein sex crimes trail

Seven men and five women began deliberating on Harvey Weinstein's future in New York City on Tuesday, Feb. 18. Page Six reports the jury in the former producer's sex assault trial were given "detailed legal instructions" on how to arrive at their verdict after Weinstein's defense team was silenced with a gag order because of his head counsel's op-ed over the weekend urging jurors to acquit her client. The charges against Weinstein stem from incidents with two women. He has maintained all relations were consensual.
