Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani have been together for nearly five years, and it seems like everyone has been waiting for them to get engaged! On Oct. 27, it finally happened. The couple announced Blake put a ring on it. In an Instagram announcement, Blake thanked his lady love for "saving my 2020… And the rest of my life" He added, "I love you. I heard a YES!"
