I didn't want to take her away or do something private away from [her three sons]," Blake later explained on "The Bobby Bones Show." "I felt like it was important for the kids to be a part of [it]." Ariana Grande took to Instagram on Dec. 20 to reveal that she and real estate agent Dalton Gomez, who started dating early in 2020, are engaged to be married. The pop star showed off her beautiful diamond-and-pearl engagement ring in a slideshow of photos with Dalton that she captioned, "forever n then some." A source told People magazine, "They couldn't be happier, they're just so excited. This is a happy time for them, both sets of parents are thrilled."

On Dec. 28, Ray Liotta took to Instagram to reveal that he and Jacy Nittolo got engaged over the holidays. "Christmas wishes do come true," he wrote alongside a photo with Jacy. "I asked the love of my life to marry me, and thank God she said yes!!!"

Matthew Perry is planning to wed. The "Friends" star shared his happy news with People magazine on Thanksgiving Day, telling the outlet, "I decided to get engaged. Luckily, I happened to be dating the greatest woman on the face of the planet at this time." The lucky lady? Literary manager Molly Hurwitz, whom he's been dating since 2018.

On Sept. 25, Lily Collins announced on social media that she and director Charlie McDowell were engaged. "I've been waiting my lifetime for you and I can't wait to spend our lifetime together…," the actress captioned a series of Instagram photos revealing her ring. Charlie posted a photo of his ring-wearing bride-to-be as well. "In a time of uncertainty and darkness you have illuminated my life. I will forever cherish my adventure with you," he wrote. The engagement took place during a road trip to the Sedona desert.
Country music star Jake Owen revealed on his Instagram Story on Nov. 30 that he and Erica Hartlein are planning to wed. He shared a selfie with his longtime love, their 1-year-old daughter, Paris, and Erica's new engagement ring and on Dec. 4 posted a slideshow with more pics from his proposal — which took place in the same Christmas tree lot where they picked out their first holiday evergreen as a couple five years earlier — as well as the Chick-fil-A takeout aftermath. "The Cosby Show" alum Keshia Knight Pulliam and "For Better or For Worse" actor Brad James got engaged in Atlanta in early December, People magazine reported on Dec. 16. "Keisha and Brad are excited to find their happily ever after," her publicist said. Keshia and Brad first sparked romance rumors in July 2019.
"The Bachelorette" season 16 lead Clare Crawley and contestant Dale Moss got engaged just two weeks into their relationship on the 16th season of the ABC reality show, which was filmed over the summer. The engagement aired on Nov. 5. "This is the happiest time in my life. Everything [since the proposal] has been even more reaffirming of why I chose him. … It was one of those cliché things. When you know, you know. Period," Clare told People magazine.

Jeannie Mai and Jeezy got engaged at his home in Los Angeles on March 27, People magazine revealed on April 6. The rapper had planned to propose during an April vacation in Vietnam, but instead, because of travel restrictions sparked by the novel coronavirus pandemic, he came up with a new plan and proposed at home. People magazine broke the news on July 15 that Beverly Johnson is engaged to Brian Maillian. "This is the first time I've dated someone so close to my age! We know the same songs and we've lived through a lot of the same things," said the then-67-year-old supermodel of the then-70-year-old financier. "Finding the love of my life at this point in my life has been amazing," the bride-to-be, who's been married twice before, shared.
Pamela Anderson and longtime pal Jon Peters — whom she dated in the '80s (pictured) — tied the knot on Jan. 20 … the same day he popped the question after just a few days of texting with the actress while she was in India on a "spiritual cleanse" that left her heart feeling "open."
