Kylie Jenner has no written custody agreement in place with Travis Scott after split
Like her sisters, Kourtney Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian, Kylie Jenner is venturing into single mom territory without a custody agreement in place with Travis Scott. The couple are reportedly taking time apart after two years together and multiple outlets have reported they'll share custody of their daughter, Stormi Webster. According to TMZ, the plan is not set in stone. Similarly, when Kourtney split from Scott Disick, they decided toshare custody of their three kids, but never put that in writing. Ditto Kourtney and Tristan Thompson when it came to making post-split arrangements for the care of their daughter, True Thompson. Most states are prone to giving unwed moms "100 percent" custody of children born out of wedlock, according to Wikipedia. Should the father of a child born out of wedlock want a written agreement, the responsibility falls to him to go to court and pursue such an arrangement. A source tells Us Weekly that as Kylie and Travis figure out what's next for them, custody of Stormi "is not a point of contention." Travis still plans to be "very involved in Stormi's life," according to a second insider.
Angelina Jolie to reunite with Maddox Jolie-Pitt in Japan: 'I'm two days away from my hug'
Like so many other parents of first-year college students this fall, Angelina Jolie got a case of the eyeball waterworks when she dropped off her son at school back in August. At the time, she told Us Weekly and other reporters that she was "excited" and "so proud" of Maddox Jolie-Pitt as he embarked on his new life at Yonsei University in South Korea. But she still clearly misses him like crazy. At this week's "Maleficent: Mistress of Evil" premiere, which Angelina attended with the five kids who remain in her proverbial nest, she admitted to Us Weekly that she already has a meetup planned with her eldest. "He's flying to meet me in Japan," she said. "I am two days away from my hug. He's great. I know he is solid, he's fine, but I need it."

Seth Rogen's mom is tweeting about sex with his dad again
What's worse than a grown man's mom trolling him on Twitter? Said grown man being famous — causing all of Twitter to troll him about his mom. It's a predicament with which Seth Rogen is quite familiar, unfortunately for him. This week, the actor found himself tagged a zillion times on the social media platform after his mother, Sandy Rogen, tweeted about Seth's father: "Husband has a cold. Husband says kisses during sex dont have germs." The Twitterverse responded immediately with gifs of Seth looking utterly grossed out and gentle suggestions that the actor avoid looking at his mother's Twitter feed, a la, "Dear Seth, Today is not the day to check in on Moms Twitter," (via JustJared). Sandy, by the way, seems to stay quite busy in the boudoir. Back in 2017, she tweeted, "Falling asleep after sex is like shavasana after yoga.!" According to Mashable, the post was retweeted thousands of times, usually with Seth getting a helpful tag. Seth, in turn, tweeted "Jesus f—— Christ mom," in response. Said Sandy: "It's just an observation of life !" to which her son could only muster up: "Whateverrrrrrrr mom mm!"

Is Lori Loughlin already shopping a 'prison tell-all'?
As Lori Loughlin and her husband, Mossimo Giannulli began their tenure in court over allegations they paid someone off to the tune of $500,000 to get their daughters into USC, Lori was fired from "Fuller House." That left the show's writers scrambling to find a way to explain Aunt Becky's disappearing act. Now, Radar claims Aunt Becky herself wants to try her hand at writing. According to the less-than-reliable gossip outlet, Lori has been "pitching a prison tell-all book" and that the site says will "show what it's like behind bars for a fallen Hollywood star." Says an anonymous Radar source: "She's talking to agents about turning her prison experience into a cash-grabbing book and movie … They've assured her it will make millions." Jezebel astutely notes this could be a chance for the public to find out why (seriously, why …?!) Lori didn't accept a plea deal when she had the chance. The website also concurs that "of course it would" be a boon, financially — and we might add, Lori and Mossimo could probably use a windfall right about now, between the combined burdens of that $500k, two USC tuitions and mounting legal fees. They face up to 40 years each in prison for their participation in what's turned out to be a nationwide college admissions scandal.
Amy Schumer compares post-baby bod notes with Jessica Simpson, gets a perfect response
This one goes out to all of you (read: all of us) who have ever read about a celebrity weight loss transformation — and promptly rolled your eyes, sucked in your belly and returned to your usual non-starvation diet … Jessica Simpson recently revealed she's lost 100 pounds since welcoming her daughter, Birdie Mae, in March. Jessica had a difficult pregnancy, complete with loads of swelling and other forms of pre-baby discomfort. Amy Schumer, who welcomed a "royal baby" of her own in May, also had a tough time of it, having endured months of extreme nausea (and worse) during her pregnancy. She apparently heard about Jessica's three-digit weight loss and thought she'd share an update on her own post-baby body situation. "Ok Simpson!" she captioned a beach snap that showed her standing beside her sister in a two-piece. "Well ive lost 10 pounds and 100 dollars to my sister playing poker. #norush #givememymoneybackkim." Cue this perfectly reassuring — and equally hilarious — response from Jess: "You're hot. Size only matters when it comes to men 😜." If we may quote one of the many subsequent, appreciative commenters, "mic drop."

Shay Mitchell reveals her concern about needing a c-section in the latest 'Almost Ready'
Last month on her YouTube series, "Almost Ready," Shay Mitchell argued with her boyfriend Matte Babel about her fear of having a natural childbirth. Matte strongly objected to the idea of Shay getting an epidural at the time. But on the Wednesday, Oct. 2, edition of the series, Shay faced a much more invasive medical intervention. In the episode, Shay is seen nearly panicking over the prospect of having a C-section because her daughter is in a breech position. "I can't even talk about this. It's actually gonna make me upset. Even if it doesn't happen today, I don't want to have to do that," she tells Matte, who proceeds to try to comfort his girlfriend (via People). "I know, but they're gonna spin her today," he says. "Placenta's out of the way, you have lots of fluid and the baby's sitting high. There's no question she's gonna turn today." She goes on to admit the operation isn't the only thing that has her shaken up. "It's not just the surgery, it's the recovery time," she says. "I cannot be bedridden for however long it's gonna be. I really don't want that. If I'm in bed, I'm gonna go nuts. You'll be able to live your life still and I'll be f—— stuck after the baby's born. You can't even lift them sometimes because it hurts so much." Matte calmly assures her, "Baby, she's gonna turn today." But what finally seems to calm Shay down is not Matte's words — but a fleeting moment of WWBeyD. "I think Beyoncé had a c-section," the "Pretty Little Liars" alum says. "That's the only thing that's making me feel better, to be honest."
Laverne Cox invites 'gentlemen' to slide into her DMS following split from Kyle Draper
Gorgeous, much? Nearly four months after calling time on her relationship with Kyle Draper, Laverne Cox is ready to move on. Over the weekend, the "Orange Is the New Black" star shared a video announcing she's currently single and more than ready to mingle. While swaying to the sound of "When in Rome" in a red backless swimsuit, Laverne clutches a jacket in front of her in the clip. "Single lady here," she captioned the post. "It's ok to slide into my DM's gentlemen. Don't be scared. Just be respectful. Los Angeles area preferred. Talk soon. ❤❤❤🙏🤞 #TransIsBeautiful." Laverne and Kyle split in June after two years together. "We know our relationship meant so much to so many people, especially trans folks, giving them hope that this kind of love is possible for them as well," Laverne said on social media at the time. "That hope, the hope for love has not waned for me in the face of this breakup but rather is fortified." Kyle shared her whole message as well.
Rami Malek and Lucy Boynton celebrate the final season of 'Mr. Robot'
"Bohemian Rhapsody" stars Rami Malek and Lucy Boynton fell in love on the set of the Oscar-winning Freddie Mercury biopic, so it's no surprise the couple has the art of the red-carpet date down to a science. Their appearance at the "Mr. Robot" Season 4 premiere on Tuesday, Oct. 1, served as the latest example of the pair's ability to combine work and pleasure in the cutest way. At some point between their shared snuggles and smiles for the cameras and conversations with Rami's "Mr. Robot" colleagues, the 38-year-old actor checked in with ET, telling a reporter the event was "a tremendously emotional experience," since this season will be the show's last. "It has been [emotional] since we began shooting this fourth season, and I know that it will be at the end of this night. It's a moment in my life that is profound and prolific," Rami said. He also dished a little bit on the finale, promising "a very fulfilling and cathartic ending." Asked about the possibility of a spin-off movie or other follow-up, he told ET: "If I may be so bold as to say, I think we nailed it."
Phoebe Waller-Bridge mulls revisiting 'Fleabag' at 50
There may be some good news on the horizon for "Fleabag" fans who aren't ready to say "goodbye" to Phoebe Waller-Bridge's raunchy, four-time Emmy Award-winning dramedy. Phoebe — who starred in, wrote and produced the series — stopped by "Late Night with Seth Meyers" on Tuesday, Oct. 1, to chat about her upcoming hosting gig on "Saturday Night Live," among many other projects. She also told Seth she'd consider coming back to "Fleabag" at some point in the future — like when the character is 50. "I feel like she would have had more life then, and God knows what she would have got up to," Phoebe said, according to the New York Post. "Actually, seeing a character like that in a later stage of life I think is exciting. But for now, she has been through enough! We gotta let her go!"
'Game of Thrones' director agrees with fans that Season 8 felt 'rushed'
Fans aren't the only ones who thought the final season of "Game of Thrones" could have benefited from a more careful pace. Director Neil Marshall, who was two key episodes (Season 2's "Blackwater" and Season 4's "The Watchers on the Wall), also found the end of the award-winning series to be a bit "rushed." "Ultimately all the characters ended up where they were meant to be, but I think some of them got there in a bit of a rush," he recently told The Sun. "I agree that it was a bit of a rush. It felt like things weren't set up well enough. But they all ended up where they were meant to be, though, I got that." And maybe the rushing was something that happened from the beginning but simply didn't interfere with the overall movement of the plot prior to the last season. Because as Neil told The Sun, his work on "Blackwater" was a twelfth-hour job, of sorts. "I think the 'Blackwater' was kind of a crazy episode because I was put in at the last minute. The original director had to step away and I was given like week's notice," Neil said. "It was the most insane week of my life trying to plan that whole thing in a week and pull it off. But we did it and we did some amazing stuff in it." Despite Season 8's divided opinion from viewers, "Game of Thrones" took home the 2019 Emmy Award for best drama after setting a record for the most nods from any show in a single year. The cast also got a well-deserved standing ovation when they took the stage en masse as presenters that night.
