Now that the 2020 awards season is over, Wonderwall.com is rounding up the best and worst dressed stars of the run. First up? This stunning look from Jennifer Aniston! She looked incredible in this slinky, silky Christian Dior dress that featured an asymmetrical neckline and a mermaid-style skirt that subtly flared out at the knees. Though Billie Eilish was the night's big winner at the Grammy Awards, her fashion choice didn't top any charts. Although the music star's custom black-and-green Gucci suit stayed true to her very unique personal style, we couldn't get behind the funky wide-legged ensemble that also included a seriously sequined turtleneck, fingerless gloves and a sheer face mask.

Jodie Turner-Smith turned up at the BAFTAs in this glorious golden Gucci gown. The star's halter-style dress featured a subtle all-over sparkle and showed off her baby bump to perfection.

Dakota Fanning's lilac confection gave us fairy princess vibes on the red carpet at the Golden Globes. The star's Dior design featured sweet puffy short sleeves, braided detailing and a full pleated skirt.

Scarlett Johansson's uninspiring silver pick at the Academy Awards was one of the most disappointing dresses of awards season . Her Oscar de la Renta frock featured a sheer netted corset with strategically placed fringe and random dangling threads that gave the gown a messy feel.

Margot Robbie brought the glamour at the Academy Awards in this vintage Chanel number. The navy blue look — which is actually from the '90s — featured a strapless silhouette and standalone cuff sleeves with bow details and their own trains. But the most fabulous element of the gown? That stunning jewel pendant at the center.

At the Academy Awards, Saoirse Ronan stood out in this intricate Gucci number. We loved the multicolored facets of the frock and everything about that structured silhouette — from the plunging neckline to the soft golden ruffled layer that served as sort of a peplum detail plus the full periwinkle skirt.

Florence Pugh's Dries Van Noten ensemble at the BAFTAs was a miss in our book. The star's getup — a collaboration between the designer and Christian Lacroix — appeared to be comprised of a simple black minidress underneath a gargantuan fuchsia cape-like design comprised of frills. From the messy ties down the center to the insanely dramatic train, we just couldn't get behind this loud fashion decision.

A high-low silhouette that worked this award season? Ella Balinska's floral Giambattista Valli number at the BAFTAs. The romantic frock, which featured an all-over pink flowered design and plenty of lovely ruffling, was actually a minidress covered with a matching cape detail that flowed into a dramatic train. The only element we weren't wild about? The way she styled it with black heels, which felt like a sharp contrast to the pink-and-white gown.

Nicole Kidman embraced winter white in this J. Mendel jumpsuit at the Producers Guild Awards in Los Angeles on Jan. 18. The off-the-shoulder number featured pleating, ruffled sleeves and cool straight-leg pants all complemented perfectly by those embellished heels.

Jennifer Lopez arrived at the Golden Globes in a shockingly bad fashion choice! The star opted to wear this disastrous Valentino gown comprised of a distracting amount of green and gold fabric up top and a seriously dramatic full white skirt on the bottom.

Lizzo didn't disappoint on the Grammy Awards red carpet! Her angelic white Atelier Versace confection featured a slinky silhouette embroidered with sparkling crystals all topped off with an ultra-glam white fur stole.

Kate Beckinsale's outfit at the Producers Guild Awards landed her on many a worst dressed list. The star's ridiculous, costume-like Zuhair Murad design — a skin-tight flared jumpsuit — ended up being one of the most unfortunate looks of the night.

Cynthia Erivo's gown at the Critics' Choice Awards was a real stunner. The Fendi frock featured sheer fabric at the neckline embellished with geometric shapes then, from the shoulders down, the dress converted to a stunning mosaic print comprised of pale yellow, peach and shades of gray.

One of the most beautiful gowns at the Golden Globes was worn by Zoe Kravitz. She sported this adorable Saint Laurent design — a black-and-white confection that featured an off-the-shoulder neckline and a smaller dot-print bodice juxtaposed against a bigger-spotted skirt.

We loved the shade of Ava DuVernay's powder blue gown at the Directors Guild Awards, but we were too distracted by all the wrinkles on the satin to focus on much more.

Renee Zellweger wowed in pink at the BAFTAs. We were delightfully surprised by this pastel moment she served up on the red carpet. The star's baby pink Prada number featured an off-the-shoulder neckline and the perfect balance between sweet and structured with the interesting sleeve shape and column-style gown. Our only complaints? We wish she would have branched out with her heels and not gone so matchy-matchy.

Saoirse Ronan surprised us in this Erdem frock with short sleeves and a tiered skirt in a coral floral print at the Critics' Choice Awards. Though it was a surprising and bold move, it wasn't one of our favorite looks from the stylish star. (Though we did love her bright red lip!)

Joey King really upped her glam at the SAG Awards in a phenomenal Jason Wu gown. Its corset-style bodice and slinky skirt were all embellished with Swarovski crystals and studs to give it a subtle shimmering effect.

Sometimes the wrong outerwear can ruin your whole look. Case in point? The dull black blazer Charlize Theron threw on over her slinky Celine gown at the Critics' Choice Awards. Though the sparkly frock showed plenty of promise — just check out that neckline and slit! — it was impossible to get the full effect because of the bulky blazer.

Ariana Grande had a serious Cinderella moment in this frothy Giambattista Valli confection at the Grammy Awards. Her pale gray gown featured layer upon layer of fluffy tulle and was accessorized perfectly with matching evening gloves.

We weren't wild about Taylor Swift's bold Etro Couture Golden Globes gown, which featured a busy floral print. Though there was a break in the curtain-like fabric via a cut-out at the waist, with this much bulk plus a dramatic train, there was no saving this fashion miss.

Too many prints! Greta Gerwig's Independent Spirit Awards dress featured a mix of way too much for our taste — from blue and white stripes to floral prints in shades of pink, yellow and green to stripes of solid black. The midi-length skirt also felt like an odd choice considering the formal top half, and it didn't mesh well with those chunky heels.

Constance Wu rocked this gorgeous green Etro gown at the Producers Guild Awards. The subtle paisley print on the emerald green silk chiffon dress was a nice touch, as was the edition of turquoise jewelry to bring in another pretty shade.

We had a lot of questions about Margot Robbie's Chanel selection at the SAG Awards. The star arrived in this halter-style design in a navy plaid fabric, which featured a chain and ribbon-adorned belt and a ruffled, tiered skirt — a strangely casual pick for such a big night. But it was her accessories that felt the most out of place…

The top of Margot Robbie's dress included various mismatched necklaces that were seemingly sewn onto the fabric. This haphazard mixing of chunky gold chains, pearls, beads and delicate silver strands were a real sartorial conundrum.

Olivia Wilde arrived at the Critics' Choice Awards in this darling Valentino design. The fiery orange hue competed with some other stellar shades on the red carpet, while the puffed sleeves and sweet pleated midi-length skirt kept things interesting. Extra points for her silver Jimmy Choo sandal selection.

Michelle Williams arrived at the Golden Globes in this disappointing orange Louis Vuitton gown, which lost us starting at the neckline. From the odd blue detail and the low-slung off-the-shoulder bow on the right side to yet another bow detail on the left, this gown was a big miss.

We're used to Zoe Kravitz wowing us on the red carpet, so we were underwhelmed by her BAFTAs choice. The star arrived in this simple gold Saint Laurent gown that featured long sleeves and a fitted skirt.

Lil Nas X made a serious splash on the Grammy Awards red carpet in this standout hot pink head-to-toe Versace ensemble. The rapper's bright leather suit featured studs, crystals and a foulard detail along the wrists to bring in the fashion house's signature baroque print. He topped it with a matching Medusa-embellished cowboy hat, delivering a serious fashion moment.

We loved Mindy Kaling in this bold marigold hue! The star opted for a vibrant Dolce & Gabbana column gown with one shoulder and asymmetrical pleating at this year's Academy Awards.

Though it certainly wasn't boring and we appreciated the fashion risk, we couldn't fully get behind the bold Valentino frock that Kristen Wiig wore to the Academy Awards. The ruby red gown featured sheer fabric along the sides that gave way to a dramatic structured ruffle down to the floor.

We appreciated Renee Zellweger's departure from her signature shade of late — black — but that doesn't mean we liked this navy Maison Margiela number she wore to the SAG Awards. The strapless frock featured folded fabric along the top half and a fitted skirt that gave way to a knee-high center slit. She stuck with her classic black when it came time to add shoes, pairing the gown with pointy-toe Jimmy Choo pumps — an underwhelming ensemble overall.

Eva Longoria scored a fashion hit at the Producers Guild Awards on Jan. 18 in this bold gold gown. The Teresa Helbig frock featured a plunging neckline, sheer, shimmering sleeves and just the right amount of ruffles for a glamorous awards show ensemble.

It was dual-colored Valentino for Jennifer Lopez at the Independent Spirit Awards. And though it certainly wasn't our favorite look on the star, when compared to her previous awards season fashion choices, we were pleasantly surprised by the silver turtleneck and fuchsia ballgown skirt pairing.

Sienna Miller made the miss list in this mess of a Gucci dress at the Golden Globes. The halter-style frock featured three different hues of fabric all haphazardly arranged into one of the most questionable getups of the night.

Over awards season, Laura Dern had some polarizing fashion picks, but this Valentino dress she wore to the Independent Spirit Awards might take the cake! The star's long-sleeved dress featured a funky print that oddly included monkeys.

At the Grammys, Rosalia donned this show-stopping red leather number by Alexander Wang, which had an interested triple belt detail and ended in asymmetrical fringe. She accessorized with pretty jewels and some insanely impressive sparkly nail art.

Director Catherine Hardwicke certainly stood out at the Directors Guild Awards in this incredibly bold white-and-blue-printed suit. She paired it with some funky platform square-toed kicks and though we were impressed by all her fashion risks, the crazy combo still landed among the misses that night.

Lili Reinhart embraced the black-and-white trend at the SAG Awards and delivered a fashion win in this stunning Miu Miu selection. The pretty dual-colored confection started out with thin black straps and a plunging neckline divinely bordered in delicate pearls and jewels before giving way to a subtly pleated full white skirt with ruffled detailing at the base.

Billy Porter arrived at the Grammy Awards in this wild custom Baja East look that turned heads and made headlines. The glittering teal jumpsuit was topped with a cropped three-quarter-length jacket and featured silver fringe from the knees down. On anyone else, this might have been shocking, but with Billy's fashion track record, this look was actually tame. The most interesting feature? The Sarah Sokol Millinery hat that featured chandelier fringe that opened and closed with the press of a button on his stylist's remote control!

Nicole Kidman was a vision in red Versace at the Golden Globes. The star dazzled in this strapless gown with a thigh-high slit and dramatic train.

Pick a lane, Rachel Brosnahan! The busy Michael Kors gown the actress wore to the Producers Guild Awards featured both sequins and feathers, a spaghetti strap and a full sleeve plus an asymmetrical skirt — a very indecisive feel.

Awkwafina had a marigold moment in Elie Saab at the Critics' Choice Awards. The star's long-sleeved confection featured a subtle keyhole cut-out at the neckline, a belted waist, dramatic sleeves and a pleated skirt with a hint of a train for maximum glam.

Florence Pugh has delivered some polarizing picks this awards season, so we weren't shocked she selected a funky frock for the Academy Awards. Though we appreciated the bold teal shade, we weren't crazy about the Louis Vuitton dress's tiered ruffles and high-low hemline. The dyed-to-match overly strappy heels didn't help matters either.

Sarah Hyland arrived at the SAG Awards in this bizarre high-low gown by Philosophy Di Lorenzo Serafini, and while it certainly grabbed attention, we're not quite sure it was the right kind. The disastrously dramatic lavender frock — with its plunging-to-the navel neckline, super-short skirt in the front and extravagant train trailing behind — earned Sarah a spot on numerous worst dressed lists.

Perfect in purple! Charlize Theron continued her streak of surprises on the red carpet at the BAFTAs, standing out in this strapless custom Dior design. The frock featured a structured bodice, a thin black belt and a subtly pleated skirt.

Brad Pitt certainly cleaned up nice at the Golden Globes! The A-lister donned this dapper Brioni tux with a black bow tie — a classic look.

Choosing vintage isn't always a fabulous fashion move. Just look at the dull Armani Prive ballgown — a piece from the designer's first Prive collection in 2005 — that Nicole Kidman wore to the Critics' Choice Awards. Its unique roots were the only thing interesting about the look. The strapless black dress featuring a solid bodice and a subtle lace-covered skirt was a snooze-worthy pick from the typically stylish star.

We loved the sleek Alexander Wang slip dress that Dua Lipa wore to the Grammy Awards. The star's '90s throwback proved that sometimes simple is best.

Charlize Theron had an interesting look at the Producers Guild Awards. Her black-and-white Givenchy dress featured white spaghetti straps and a neckline that flowed into a black off-the-shoulder swathe of fabric, and though it was certainly unique, it felt a little too haphazard for our taste.

After having baby No. 2, Anne Hathaway made her return to the red carpet in style at the Critics' Choice Awards in this glimmering gold Versace gown! The actress donned a sleek and sparkly number that featured a plunging neckline, oversized three-quarter-length sleeves and a tapered skirt.

Shailene Woodley delivered a miss in this custom Balmain design at the Golden Globes. The funky frock featured a thin halter-style neckline ending in a circular design before giving way to a purple-and-black sequined gown.

Elisabeth Moss wowed in this sweet red-and-pink Monique Lhuillier gown at the SAG Awards. Its long, draped sleeves and full pleated skirt proved romantic while the red detailing at the waist gave us some serious Valentine's Day vibes.

This awards season, we've seen plenty of red and pink gowns, and very few in the clashing color palette have worked. Unfortunately for Laura Dern, the Valentino gown she wore to the BAFTAs wasn't one of them. The star's sleeveless getup featured some overdone embellishments along the bodice and an otherwise simple and straightforward skirt that felt like a disconnect.

Though we appreciated her nod to the Valentine's holiday, we could have done without Rachel Brosnahan's tacky lip-covered skirt at the Independent Spirit Awards. The star's pink-and-red skirt was paired with a burgundy leather crop top — a shockingly strange combination by Brandon Maxwell. She then completed her look with deep red velvet sandals by Chloe Gosselin.

We're used to Lupita Nyong'o wowing us in the fashion department, but this brown Michael Kors number she wore to the Critics' Choice Awards really let us down. From the halter-style bodice to the pleated skirt, we weren't crazy about the oddly casual cut or the shiny fabric — though we did appreciate the way she paired it with gold accessories.

Penelope Cruz donned this disappointing Chanel dress with a high-low hemline at the Academy Awards. We felt like we'd seen the star in this type of frock many times before, plus the halter-style neckline paired with a big floral detail felt very dated.

We loved the black-and-white Chanel confection that Lucy Boynton wore to the Academy Awards. From the Peter Pan collar to the subtle gingham print on the puffy sleeves, the dress featured some fabulous details.

Margaret Qualley wowed in Chanel at the Independent Spirit Awards. The actress arrived in this stunning white gown that featured an ombre-like cascade of color from pale pink to blue down the skirt. She smartly paired it with matching blue Roger Vivier shoes.
