Less than a year after tying the knot, "The Hills" alum Audrina Patridge has filed to divorce Corey Bohan, alleging both emotional and physical abuse. The reality TV star was granted a temporary restraining order against the BMX athlete on Sept. 18. In court documents, Audrina claims that not only has Corey been both emotionally abusive via name-calling and harassment, but she says he's also been physically violent, even once pushing her while she was holding their 15-month-old daughter, Kirra. She also claims he's suicidal and says she's worried that Corey, an Australian citizen, will abduct their baby, saying he "might obtain a passport to her and take her to Australia without my consent." Further, she also alleges that Corey isn't respecting the court one iota, claiming that he showed up at her door one day after the restraining order was granted so he could plant cameras to keep tabs on her.

Cheating and extortion scandal
Kevin Hart found himself on the wrong end of a cheating scandal this week after he all but admitted that he was unfaithful to his pregnant second wife, Eniko Parrish. "I made a bad error in judgement and put myself in an environment where only bad things can happen, and they did," he said in a Sept. 16 Instagram apology in which he also admitted that he was "wrong." Details were made public the next day when TMZ revealed someone — or several someones — had allegedly tried to extort Kevin out of $10 million to keep the news from seeing the light of day. A video and images of Kevin's alleged sexual encounter, which apparently happened in August in Las Vegas, were described in a TMZ report on Sept. 17. "At the end of the day, I gotta do better," Kevin said, "but I'm also not going to allow a person to have financial gain off of my mistakes, and in this particular situation, that's what was attempted." Days later, the woman on the tape came forward to confirm she "was involved" with Kevin in August and insist she had nothing to do with making the tape or the extortion plot. Kevin's wife is reportedly standing by him. Still, the comedian is remorseful. "Kevin's not doing too well," a source told People on Sept. 20. "He's really embarrassed that all of his personal business is out there for everyone to see."

Abuse accusation
Ryan Phillippe's ex-girlfriend has accused him of domestic violence, it was revealed on Sept. 18. He has denied her charges, and, according to TMZ, has claimed she was the aggressor. He also reportedly plans to sue her for defamation. Elsie Hewitt, a model who dated Ryan earlier this year, alleges that she was assaulted on July 4 at his home. In court documents obtained by The Blast, she said Ryan "hit," "kicked," "punched" and "threw [Hewitt] down flight of stairs causing visible injuries to legs back, arms, shoulder and face." Ryan's camp released this statement: "As a staunch advocate for the health, well-being and equality of women, Ryan is completely devastated that these false allegations have been made and circulated. Domestic violence is an incredibly serious issue and fabricated and proven false claims should not be used to unjustly slander the falsely accused. The claims are false." The Los Angeles city attorney has declined to file charges following an investigation.
Brain tumor diagnosis
Kate Walsh has revealed that she quietly had a brain tumor removed in 2015. Doctors caught the tumor early. In an interview with Today on Sept. 18, the former "Private Practice" star said she was exhausted in 2015 and her symptoms weren't getting better. Suddenly, she couldn't finish thoughts or words. "It was subtle, then it got pretty apparent pretty quick," she said. After an MRI, she was told that she had a "pretty sizable" brain tumor in her front left lobe. It turned out to be benign, but that wasn't discovered until after the surgery. Before her brain tumor, she said, "The words 'brain tumor' were not even in my consciousness." She's now a paid spokeswoman for Cigna health insurance.
Splitsville
Didn't see this one coming! After nearly 10 years together, Rachel Bilson and Hayden Christensen have split. "She's full-time back in L.A. He's in Toronto," a source told Us Weekly. "They've been on the outs for a couple of months… They are completely, officially done." The couple shares daughter Briar Rose, who turns 3 in October.
Host vs. politicians
Jimmy Kimmel was both the attacker and the attacked this week thanks to his unapologetic views on health care. On Sept. 19, the late night host — whose son was born with a rare congenital heart condition that required life-saving surgery — called out U.S. Senator Bill Cassidy from Louisiana. Jimmy said the politician claimed he would oppose a healthcare plan that "allowed insurance companies to turn people with pre-existing conditions away," as well as "any healthcare plan that had an annual or lifetime cap on how much they would pay out for medical care." The senator even previously said he wouldn't support a bill that didn't pass "the Jimmy Kimmel test." This week, Washington Republicans once again came up with a bill to repeal and replace Obamacare, but Jimmy said the new bill, supported by the senator, didn't pass "the Jimmy Kimmel test." "Unfortunately — and puzzlingly — he proposed a bill that would allow states to do all the things he said he would not let them do," Jimmy said. "He made a total about-face, which means he either doesn't understand his own bill, or he lied to me. It's as simple as that." The next day, the senator said Jimmy "doesn't understand" the bill. Jimmy, naturally, had something to say about that, listing off several things that he does and doesn't understand. President Trump, while not naming Jimmy, tweeted his support for the senator, saying, "he doesn't lie." Lindsay Graham, who co-sponsored the bill, called Jimmy "garbage." Fair to say that Jimmy never thought he'd be a lightning rod when it came to the American health care system.
Expecting
Aaron Paul and his wife, Lauren, are adding to their household. The actor announced on Instagram that they are expecting their first child. "Hey everyone. Look what I did," he captioned a photo of Lauren showing her small baby bump on Sept. 19. "Words can't express how excited I am that this little one has entered our lives. Just thought it was time I would share this beautiful news with all of you. ❤️👶." A few hours later, Lauren shared an ultrasound photo next to childhood pics of herself and Aaron. Congrats!
Toxic relationship
Rosie O' Donnell is accusing her estranged daughter, Chelsea Alliegro, of trying to profit off of Rosie's ex-wife's recent suicide. "Michelle's death = money 4 Chelsea," Rosie tweeted on Sept. 19 after Chelsea gave an interview to the Daily Mail in which she bashed her mother, lauded Michelle Rounds and revealed she's pregnant. "It's very exciting and I'm looking forward to it. But Rosie will not be in my child's life — and no, I do not feel sad about that to be honest," Chelsea told the Daily Mail. "Rosie and I don't have a relationship anymore. I don't think it can ever be mended. I really don't think there is any hope for our relationship." After the interview, Rosie took to Twitter to blast the Daily Mail reporter and her daughter, posting countless videos and captions. She asked Chelsea, "what will u do with no tabloids to call no one to blame but u." Rosie has insinuated in the past that Chelsea is being paid to speak to the media. On Sept. 19, Rosie even tweeted, "did they pay u again – how much this time?"
Neighbor dispute
Kathy Griffin got a restraining order against her next-door neighbor on Sept. 21 after he declared "war" on her. The order followed a verbally volatile incident over the weekend that stemmed from a noise complaint around 9 p.m. Kathy's neighbor, KB Homes CEO Jeffrey Mezger, went nuclear on her and her boyfriend, Randy Bick, after they called police to complain, screaming obscenities and profanity at Kathy and Randy, all of which was captured on security cameras. "I've done enough to be a nice neighbor," he yells at one point, adding that "war's happening." According to CNN, KB Homes announced on Sept. 21 they were cutting Jeffrey's bonus by 25 percent because of the tirade.
Engaged
Kellan Lutz is headed to the altar. The actor is engaged to his girlfriend of over a year, Brittany Gonzales, according to a Sept. 21 report from Us Weekly. A source told the mag that the couple was recently heard discussing their nuptials. "A woman sitting outside having breakfast shouted Kellan's name and he walked over to her with Brittany. She was congratulating them and asked them if they were getting married in New York or L.A.," the source said. "They walked into the restaurant and when Brittany opened the door I could see her large engagement ring!" Kellan has been coy about his romance, but in late 2016, he gushed about Brittany, saying, "I now know what true love looks like! I knew it the moment I saw her. She is the love of my life."
