Wonderwall.com is taking a look back at the stars who found love, suffered heartbreak or experienced some other major event in their love lives this week, starting with one of our favorite Hollywood power couples: On April 2, Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan announced that they are calling it quits after almost nine years of marriage. "We have lovingly chosen to separate as a couple," they said in a joint statement to People.com. "We fell deeply in love so many years ago and have had a magical journey together. Absolutely nothing has changed about how much we love one another, but love is a beautiful adventure that is taking us on different paths for now. There are no secrets nor salacious events at the root of our decision — just two best-friends realizing it's time to take some space and help each other live the most joyous, fulfilled lives as possible. We are still a family and will always be loving dedicated parents to Everly. We won't be commenting beyond this, and we thank you all in advance for respecting our family's privacy." Page Six reported that "spending more time apart because of the pressure of work" was to blame for the shocking split. "Channing has been working non-stop, with four movies announced for 2018 alone. It is hard on a marriage to be apart so much, especially when you have a young child. Plus Jenna is in pre-production for the movie, 'Berlin, I Love You,'" said a source. "Both Channing and Jenna are devoted to their daughter and have worked hard to spend as much happy family time together, despite the problems in their relationship that the distance has seemed to magnify." The Page Six source also noted that the former couple disagreed on their views of the Hollywood lifestyle, which Jenna embraced but Channing shunned. On April 3, another Page Six source chimed in, alleging that the dancer-actress is "troubled" by Channing's success. "He was turning down jobs because of her, and they were fighting a lot," said the source. "He has been filming the 'Lego Movie' sequel and has at least four other acting projects in development, and that isn't even his focus. He's moving toward producing and directing." Added the insider, "Jenna always said they had to put work into their marriage to keep it alive, and while Channing is a great dad to their daughter, [Jenna] felt like he stopped wanting to work as hard on them as a married couple. This has been a long time coming. They fell out of love." The source also noted that the duo have been separated for months, with Jenna living in Beverly Hills and Channing "living like a dude at their ranch" in Ojai, California. The following day, People magazine reported that the "Baywatch" co-stars have been seeing each other "on and off since their time working together on the movie last year, but they are not officially dating." The duo were first linked in mid-2017, but in May, Alexandra shot down the romance rumors to E! News: "We work together closely; he's my love interest in ['Baywatch']. I understand why people would go crazy over something like that, but Zac and I are very good friends," she said before joking, "We would have very blue-eyed children, wouldn't we?" The duo interact frequently on Instagram, liking and commenting on each other's posts and sharing photos of themselves together. On March 16, Zac wished the actress a happy birthday in the caption of a photo of her sitting on his lap: "Happy birthday to one of the the most real, down to 🌎, stunning, intelligent, creative, loving, and most rare Pokémon ever created #alexdaddario," he wrote.

Thank you to all my friends and family for supporting me at the moment. Every little ounce of love helps. Thank you. I never thought I'd see the day — really." Reports that the couple of around a decade were headed for a split first kicked off in late March.

He pulled a Taylor Swift! The Weeknd seemingly addressed his relationships with Selena Gomez and Bella Hadid on "My Dear Melancholy," the surprise six-track EP he dropped on March 30. In the song "Call Out My Name," he alludes to the singer-actress, whom he started dating during a break from her off-and-on relationship with Justin Bieber. "We found each other / I helped you out of a broken place / You gave me comfort / But falling for you was my mistake," he sings. "I said I didn't feel nothing baby, but I lied / I almost cut a piece of myself for your life." (Seems like a reference to her life-saving kidney transplant, right?) He then sings, "Guess I was just another pit stop / Till you made up your mind / You just wasted my time." (That line seems to be about Selena's rekindled romance with the Biebs, which kicked off last fall, not long after her breakup from The Weeknd.) In another track, "Wasted Times," The Weeknd sings about cheating on his love with another woman. "You were equestrian, so ride it like a champion," he sings. (Bella is an avid equestrian.)
The Daily Star reported on April 2 that Chloe Green and "Hot Felon" Jeremy Meeks are planning a shotgun wedding. "The wedding invites are out and the wedding is in early April at a hush-hush location in Miami. There will be a lot of rich and famous faces there," a source told the British tabloid. "But it is being kept very much under the carpet as Chloe — like many brides — is a bit embarrassed about the fact people may think she is only getting married as she is pregnant. … She hates the phrase 'shotgun wedding,' but that is what it is as she wants to add some respectability to her pregnancy and does not want to give birth unmarried." According to the Daily Star, the Topshop heiress's family is "stunned" and "saddened" by how quickly her relationship with the ex-con-turned-model is moving. "A lot of Chloe's relatives behind closed doors are saying they are disgusted with the way she is getting married so quickly," said a source.

Former "The Bachelor" star Arie Luyendyk Jr. and his fiancée, Lauren Burnham, hope to tie the knot on TV. "It's going to happen before the end of the year, if not sooner," a source told E! News of the couple's upcoming nuptials. "They are still waiting to get confirmation from ABC for the TV special … and are heavily pushing for this. … Nothing has been locked in yet until they get the green light from ABC." Added the insider, "Lauren and Arie are moving fast. They want everything to happen quickly and show the world how real their love is." The duo are reportedly living in Arizona where they're "settling into more of a normal, real life situation together." They are completely in love and are really excited about their future."

"Ace of Cakes" chef Duff Goldman took to Instagram on April 3 to reveal that he'd proposed to girlfriend Johnna Colbry with a ring made of butcher's twine. "I woke up yesterday and it felt like any other day. Sun was shining, birds was chirping. I made some coffee, ate a little breakfast, and got in the shower. I was shaving my head when like a mule kick to the heart I realized that I am absolutely in love with Johnna ( @letushear ) and I can't imagine living another day without her in my life," he captioned a photo of their hands showing off the impromptu engagement ring. "She is kind, funny, smart, beautiful, cool, wise, and sexy. She's a tempest of feeling. I didn't plan this out, it just happened and it was so glaringly obvious that I couldn't have stopped it if I wanted to. I asked her to marry me. She said yes. I cannot imagine a state of happiness that is more intense than whatever I'm feeling right now. My heart just might burst. I love you muffin. I love every scar. I love the way you smell. I'm sorry I didn't have a real ring. I hope you don't mind butcher's twine, I am a chef, after all."
Paris Hilton and her fiance, Chris Zylka, will sign a prenup — even if they don't need one, according to the entrepreneur, who is reportedly worth $300 million. (The actor is worth a measly $4 million.) "Well, any gentleman that's about to marry a very wealthy and well-established businesswoman wouldn't be gentleman to bring up a prenup in the first place, so yes, of course we're going to have one," Chris told a TMZ cameraman as he and Paris walked through an airport, adding that the prenup was "something that was supposed to stay private." Chimed in the bride-to-be, "We don't need [a prenup] because we're going to be together forever."

Kaley Cuoco dished on her first marriage (to former professional tennis player Ryan Sweeting, pictured) and walking down the aisle for the second time (with fiance Karl Cook) in a cover story interview for the May 2018 issue of Cosmopolitan, which hit the Internet on April 3. "I honestly thought I wouldn't get married again," she said. "My ex ruined that word for me. I married someone the first time who completely changed. The person I ended up with was not the person I originally met. And that wasn't my fault — that was his. I knew how much I had to give and how much I wanted to receive. I knew I just had to be patient. … I had to go through a lot of things, but it brought me to Karl."
He slid into the DMs! During a cover story interview for the May 2018 issue of Attitude magazine, Ricky Martin revealed that he met his husband, Jwan Yosef, on Instagram. "I contacted him and we talked for six months. We were just sending messages, talking about life and existential issues. Nothing sexy, nothing sexual. It's not that he was sending me sexy pictures and vice versa, I swear," said the singer-actor, who added that when he finally met Jwan in person, he thought, "I am marrying this guy." Added Ricky, "Apparently he said exactly the same thing. Obviously he only told me this later on, you have to keep it to yourself at first! But I lost my breath when I saw him. Six months' build-up and it was very romantic."
Cardi B let loose on her fiance, Migos rapper Offset — who got caught cheating on her late last year — in her latest single, "Be Careful," which dropped on March 29. In the profanity-laden track, Cardi raps, "I wanna get married, like the Currys, Steph and Ayesha s— / But we more like Belly; Tommy and Keisha s— / Gave you TLC, you wanna creep and s— / Poured out my whole heart to a piece of s— / Man, I thought you would've learned your lesson / 'Bout liking pictures, not returnin' texts / I guess it's fine, man, I get the message / You still stutter after certain questions / You keep in contact with certain exes / Do you, though / Trust me, n—-, it's cool, though / Said that you was workin', but you're out here chasin' c— / And p—-, chillin' poolside, livin' two lives / I could've did what you did to me to you a few times." Page Six reported on April 4 that Rudy Giuliani and his third wife, Judith, are divorcing after 15 years of marriage. "It is with great sadness I can confirm that Judith and I are divorcing. We hope to do this as amicably as possible, and hope that people will respect the privacy of our children at this time," said the former mayor of New York City. But according to Page Six, Judith filed a contested divorce proceeding in Manhattan Supreme Court, which means she is likely gearing up for a fight over the assets she and her ex share. Added Rudy to Page Six, "In these divorce situations, you cannot place blame, it is 50/50, there are problems on both sides. We will have to divide our properties in New York and Palm Beach."
