Wonderwall.com is taking a look back at the stars who found love, suffered heartbreak or experienced some other major event in their love lives this week, starting with the news that broke our hearts: On April 10 — two days before Khloe Kardashian welcomed their daughter — DailyMail.com published exclusive video that appears to show Tristan Thompson kissing another woman during a night out at PH-D Lounge in New York City on April 7. "I was there and he was on the table right next to us with a group of friends and some girl who he was obviously making out with all night," a witness told the website. "They were holding each other and it was so obvious. They were there when I got there and they were part of a big group of friends. They were talking and being around each other all night. He was texting and talking on the phone and she was obviously looking over his shoulder. Everybody knew who he was. We talked about it and everybody watched them make out several times." Just hours after that video hit the Internet, The Shade Room published photos and video that show the NBA star arriving at his hotel with the same woman, who's since been identified as Instagram model Lani Blair. According to the website, the basketball player and his lady friend, who works as a bartender at a New York City strip club, left PH-D Lounge together, went back to his hotel for four hours, headed out to Soho House to keep the party going and then returned to his hotel for a second time around 5 a.m. Lani reportedly left three hours later with a large tote (presumably an overnight bag) in hand. (On April 11, Radar Online reported that Tristan has frequented the strip club where Lani has worked for the past six months — implying that they've known each other for a while.) But that's not all! On the same day that the first two rounds of evidence of his infidelity hit the Internet, TMZ published video from October 2017 that shows Tristan kissing one girl, whom TMZ identified as a woman named Marie, and motorboating a second during a night of partying at a hookah lounge outside Washington D.C. (According to TMZ, Marie thought Tristan and Khloe's relationship was casual and had no idea that the reality TV star was pregnant. When she found out that they'd been together for a year, she reportedly "cut off the fling.") Us Weekly added to the media storm, reporting that Tristan's infidelity issues are no secret: "None of his friends are surprised by this and they all know he cheats," a source told the tabloid. "Most of his friends and people in his circle also cheat and don't think there's anything wrong with it." Keep reading to get the scoop on how Khloe is handling the news…

Page Six reported on April 11 that Khloe Kardashian was "devastated" and "went ballistic" when she found out that boyfriend Tristan Thompson had been unfaithful. Said a source, "She is not only hurt, she is humiliated and worried for their child. How could he do this, and so publicly, when their baby daughter could arrive within a week?" (She gave birth the day after the Page Six report hit the Internet.) Added another Page Six source, "The truth is that he has a bad reputation, [the Kardashians] had warned Khloe about him, he's done this before. But she didn't want to hear it, she loves him." X17online reported that in the wake of the news, Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian West and Kourtney Kardashian rushed to be with Khloe, who immediately started the process of moving out of the Cleveland home she shares with Tristan — and in which they planned to raise their daughter. "Khloe is devastated and humiliated," said a source. "She's trying to keep it together for the sake of the baby's health, but she's done with him. She has changed her birth plan and no longer will allow Tristan to be in the room when she gives birth. Immediately after, she plans on leaving Cleveland and never returning." (Ultimately, Tristan was on hand when Khloe gave birth on April 12.) Another source added that the entire Kardashian clan is "freaking out" and rushing to make arrangements for Khloe to move back to the Los Angeles area: "Kris has been working on coordinating a private jet with a medical staff to get Khloe and the baby safely from Cleveland to L.A. She's also talking to their lawyers about Khloe filing for sole custody of the child. She's in absolute disbelief that Tristan has done this to her daughter, and now she's out for blood." But according to an E! News source, Khloe "begged to come back to L.A. and tried to find any way to make it work but her doctor wouldn't let her." Said the insider, "She just wants to be with her family and leave as soon as possible. Kris is there and completely supporting her." The E! source added that Khloe's "entire world has been turned upside down" and that "she cried hysterically all night" after learning that her beau had been unfaithful. "She will obviously never be able to trust Tristan again or look at him the same way," continued the source. "Her world is shattered. She is in complete disbelief that this is happening. The family absolutely believes it's in Khloe's best interest to end the relationship but will support her either way. … At this point in time, Khloe doesn't want to speak with Tristan. And the family is keeping them apart until she goes into labor." But that's not where the story ends…

On April 12, "Entertainment Tonight" reported that Tristan Thompson — whom the home crowd booed during his April 11 basketball game against the New York Knicks at Cleveland's Quicken Loans Arena — was "lucky to be there" when Khloe Kardashian gave birth to their daughter. Kris Jenner, Kourtney Kardashian, Kim Kardashian West and bestie Malika Haqq were on hand and reportedly tried to keep things "as zen as possible" as Khloe delivered her baby girl. "Kris has barely left her side and right now she knows Khloe needs to focus on the baby," said the "ET" source, who added that the basketball player has been "apologetic and begging for forgiveness," while the reality TV star is desperate to believe he's actually innocent. "Tristan is the man Khloe loves, and wants to spend her life with, so these videos have caused conflicting emotions for her," said the insider. Meanwhile, a People magazine source gave some insight into the new mom's conflicted emotional state: "It's just an emotional rollercoaster. The first reaction was that this was a set-up: that the girl in the club totally threw herself at him, made sure it was caught on tape, tipped off [photographers] to catch her going into the hotel, and then basically made sure they caught her leaving," said a source, who added that "everyone wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt: that he was set up, that the girl never even went into his room, that you can't tell what's really happening behind that hoodie in the club footage, that the girl leaned in to whisper something but knew her pal was filming and so she made it seem as much as possible like a kiss." Continued the insider, "Khloe and frankly everyone else wanted to believe that maybe, somehow, that was the case." This is reportedly the line Tristan stuck to as the first wave of cheating rumors hit the Internet: "Basically, I think it's what Tristan has been telling her: 'Babe, you know how groupies are, you know how they try to hang on me and follow me around and this isn't what it looks like,'" said the People source. Another source told People that Khloe will "try to make this work" with Tristan. "She tried forever to make it work with Lamar [Odom]. She's having a child with Tristan, and she's going to try to rebuild this," said the insider. "Khloe could probably convince herself to get over the fact that he maybe, kind of, sort of, hooked up with some groupie while out on the road. But being so indiscreet about it and letting it get splashed all over the place and having it humiliate her? That's actually even worse." In the hours following their daughter's birth, a source told People, "[Tristan] has practice today, but will spend as much time at the hospital as possible. … Everyone is focused on what's best for their baby girl. Khloe is being the bigger person and letting Tristan bond with their baby." By the end of the day, the story had shifted yet again…

On April 12, a few hours after the news broke that Khloe Kardashian delivered her daughter with Tristan Thompson, DailyMail.com published photos showing the basketball star spending time with a Khloe look-alike who's since been identified as a Dior sales associate named Tania. According to the website, Tristan and Tania have been seen together multiple times over the past five months, dining and partying together at nightclubs, as well as staying at the same hotel in New York City on multiple occasions. They were first seen together in November but haven't been seen together again since March 24, when they left a NYC nightclub in the same car. In spite of the implication that Tristan and Tania have been having an affair, a source told People magazine as part of an April 12 report that Khloe has "basically already forgiven" Tristan for allegedly cheating on her. "Khloe is feeling nothing but happiness right now. She is head over heels in love with her little girl — she is just consumed with love. Absolutely nothing else matters," said the source, who added that Khloe "is in a bubble of love and peace and happiness right now, and everything that happened with Tristan is less about 'cheating' and more like, it was just a random drunken hookup that meant nothing and was kissing at most and didn't lead to anything else and was the fault of stupid groupies trying to trap him, and everybody just needs to move on." Added the source, "She loves this baby so much, and this baby is one half Tristan, and she loves Tristan. All is forgiven, all is right with the world. For this precise moment, anyway. … We'll see what the next few weeks bring. But right now? It's nothing but peace and love and joy. And if anyone has a problem with her and Tristan and their baby all being happy together? Honestly, she just does not care at all."
Is there a new woman in Brad Pitt's life? On April 5, "Page Six TV" reported that the A-lister has been getting close to MIT professor Neri Oxman, an award-winning architect and artist whom he met through an MIT architecture project. But they're not dating … yet. "Brad and Neri instantly hit it off because they share the same passion for architecture, design and art. This is best described as a professional friendship," said a source. "Their friendship has not turned into romance … as both are cautious and this is, again, more of a professional friendship, but Brad is very interested in spending more time with Neri, she is fascinating." A second source echoed that the pair are "just friends" and called the multi-talented beauty "very impressive." Neri was previously married to Argentine composer Osvaldo Golijov, and according to Page Six, has been dating billionaire activist investor Bill Ackman for seven months. But that didn't stop Us Weekly from reporting on April 10 that Brad and Neri have been quietly dating since the fall of 2017. "Brad's absolutely smitten by her," said a source, who added that the duo's "chemistry is off the charts." Continued the insider, "They got romantically involved almost right away. … He's been going to great lengths to make sure he's not spotted by prying eyes." The Us Weekly source also claimed that the duo "have traveled together internationally on several occasions," including a trip to a design conference in South Africa in February. According to the insider, the logline that Brad and Neri are just professional acquaintances is a cover-up: "They are very much a couple," said the source.
According to Woman's Day Australia, Katie Holmes and Joshua Jackson reconnected during a recent "Dawson's Creek" reunion. "There's always been a connection between Katie and Josh, and it's an open secret they really dated for a while. That's why they made such a great pairing on the show," a source told the Australian outlet. "That hasn't gone away. It was so much fun for all the cast to get together again, and it brought back a lot of happy memories. It seems like it also reminded them of some old feelings. When they were on set for the [reunion], the chemistry between Katie and Josh was insane." Continued the insider, "Katie's relationship [with Jamie Foxx] has been plagued with rumors that Jamie has been flirting with other women and getting close to his baby mama [Kristin Grannis] again. … Josh is single now and he's enjoyed playing the field for a while. He's ready to find someone he could have a real relationship and settle down with." Added the source, "When Katie and Josh dated in the past, they were so young and the timing wasn't right. That didn't change the way they felt about each other, though. … There's always been something there and now it seems like they might actually give this a shot." The insider also claimed that Katie and Josh reconnected following her split from Tom Cruise: "They've stayed in touch ever since," said the source. "It seems like Josh is the one Katie always goes back to, especially when she's going through a rocky patch in her love life. They've been good friends to each other over the years and genuinely care about each other. … So much has happened since they were on 'Dawson's Creek,' and it goes without saying they're not the same people they were back then. But having that experience together really bonded them and there's no doubt they'll always be close. … Josh is a bigger part of Katie's life these days than most people realize." The source said the actor has even met Katie's daughter, Suri. "Now, the word is Katie and Josh would both like to see where their friendship could go romantically. … The fact Josh was the first guy Katie ever loved means she'll always carry a torch for him. It's the same for Josh — Katie is the one that got away. … But now it seems like they could finally get their chance to make this work." Sadly for "Dawson's Creek" stans, Gossip Cop reported on April 11 that reps for the former co-stars shot down the Woman's Day report.
During an April 9 appearance on Australia's "The Kyle and Jackie O Show," Bethenny Frankel revealed that she once dated Meghan Markle's ex-husband, TV producer Trevor Engelson. "I met this guy as a romantic interest," she said. "I met him in Chicago and we were supposed to go out, and I ended up seeing him one time and he'd been texting me. He's a producer in L.A. He told me that he was married before. He's divorced [now]. He was married to this girl named Meghan Markle from the TV show 'Suits.' I said, 'Oh, okay.' So six months later, I'm like, 'Holy s—, your ex is going to be a princess! Is that crazy?'" Bethenny and Trevor, who was married to Meghan from 2011 to 2013, are developing a TV show about business women together. The reality TV star added that they never slept together or hooked up. "He lives in Los Angeles, and I live in New York," she said, adding that Trevor "looks a little like my ex, which scares me." Continued Bethenny, "We bypassed the romantics and went into the business."

According to TMZ, the former "Dancing With the Stars" host asked for joint legal and physical custody of their two children (she also has two children from a previous relationship) and listed their date of separation as Jan. 23, 2018. She's also reportedly left the issue of spousal support to be determined at a later date. On April 9, Brooke took to her blog to address the breakup: "Although I believe this is a positive change, I am deeply saddened because I loved being married. It took me a long time to differentiate between giving up and letting go, and even longer to recognize when it was time to do so," she wrote. "We are still a family full of love, simply redefining our dynamics. I believe this is a necessary decision for my entire family unit. There was nothing sensational that caused this divorce and nothing scandalous will surface, please believe that we are just finding new ways to remain a loving family. Big life decisions are hardest when made for the right reasons. It is sometimes painful to be strong and embrace change. I believe in letting go of ideas and dreams when the time is right. I am in that space right now as a woman and a mother, listening to my heart. I am approaching this with gratitude and unconditional love."
On April 6, Jennie Garth's husband of nearly three years, David Abrams, filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split. Rumors that the duo were headed for a split first kicked off in late 2017.

"She hasn't made dating a priority. … Jen wants to make sure that when she finally does decide she is ready for romance that her next man is in it for the long run." Continued the insider, "Men are last on Jen's list. First comes her children, then her career and then a man."

The following day, Radar Online reported that the duo are "back on" and "hooking up again and talking more." "I'm single and I was out there in London having a good time," he told Us Weekly on April 5. "That's one of the benefits of being single — you get to meet great people. She's a great girl. She's cool. I mean, we had a good time," continued Pauly, who added that he plans to keep in touch with Sophie. He also dished on his "Jersey Shore: Family Vacation" dating style: "I am looking for that person to share my life with so I was very selective out there," he said. "I wasn't bringing home a different girl every single night like you might think. I was trying to find her out there, you know? … Sometimes you have to bring home the wrong ones to find the right one."

We grew to respect each other fiercely and know that will remain unchanged for the rest of our lives," he captioned a photo of them together with two baby elephants. "Sometimes life takes you on unexpected paths and those paths aren't always in the same direction. There's no drama or negativity; no jealousy or hate. Not even sadness or sorrow. Our memories are filled with joy and we will continue to advocate for each other as friends wherever we go." Jacinta, meanwhile, reportedly took to her private Instagram account to address her breakup from the "Property Brothers" star: "An abundance of love for J has been a beautiful and rewarding time of my life. However, life is funny and sometimes chapters change and this one has. We have deep love and respect for one another but have gone separate ways," she captioned a photo of her ex. "We do understand however, having a public engagement on TV kind of changes that. It's with a heavy heart that we have mutually decided to end our relationship. We think the world of eachother, and we were both hoping we could make this work. I'm sorry that this may not be what you want to hear, but it's our truth. Just know there are no negative feelings here, we are simply two people who believed in love, and were open enough to give it a chance. We still care for each other very deeply (That is why no hate or disrespectful comments will be tolerated about the other.) They are both going to continue to be friendly and are on good terms, but their romantic relationship has ended." Dean confirmed the breakup news on the April 10 episode of his iHeartRadio podcast, "Help! I Suck at Dating with Dean Unglert." Said the reality TV star while discussing the one thing he needs most from a relationship, "I want to feel loved. … The worst part about all of this is that Lesley did feel that way about me regardless of everything. I know that she did love me." Continued Dean, "I got the one thing that I wanted but it still didn't end up working out, which is one of the worst things to come to the realization of. … I've been meditating more and I'm going to start going to therapy this week." He added that he "needs to come to terms with a lot of issues" and called his ex "an incredible girlfriend."

"Last year there was definitely some misconceptions that were out about our relationship, and at the time, I was writing the book ['Every Day I'm Hustling'], and it was before we made peace and I just wanted to clarify," she said during an April 10 appearance on Wendy Williams' talk show. "[The] misconceptions [were] sexually things that happened. So we just made sure that we let everybody know why it's went on for such a long time. I did not write this book to get into another feud with him. We're good and we always will be good." When Wendy asked if the rapper called the actress bad in bed, Vivica fired back, "Absolutely not! Nor did I say that about him." The "Independence Day" star further clarified that she said sex with 50 was "PG-13 compared to what he was saying." Continued Vivica, "I was very attracted to him — still am." She also called her ex "a rock-star gentleman" and said that back when they were an item, she was "very much in love with him." She also didn't rule out the possibility of a reconciliation: "We would start as friends. We can start as friends and who knows? Never say never," said Vivica. "I think that the reason why it's haunted me for such a long time is I found out later that he wanted to propose to me. … I always felt like, 'Gosh, if I coulda just done better.' I didn't know." Would she have said yes to his proposal? "Of course, I loved him, yeah," said Vivica, who concluded the interview by telling Wendy that she's currently "happily single." It didn't take long for 50 to catch wind of the interview — and he was not pleased. "After much thought and consideration we have mutually decided to separate as a couple," they said in a statement. Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi is defending her marriage to Jionni LaValle (again). "I'm still proudly wearing my ring," she told Us Weekly on April 4. "I love him to death. I think people worry because we never take pictures together and post on Instagram. He hates pictures, he hates this fame life. He likes to be quiet and reserved, which humbles me. So, I think if I don't take pictures with him or I don't share my life with him, people are like, 'Are you still with your husband?' I don't need to share with the world what me and my husband are going through. We are totally fine. We don't post our life on social media, but I love him to death and he's my best friend and he's just a little shy so leave him alone." The reality TV star added that she and her husband even hope to add to their brood soon.

At first, Amy didn't realize Chris was interested in her, which resulted in her making some very inappropriate jokes about other men, as well as her gastrointestinal issues, in his presence. But they hit it off and got engaged when Chris woke her up with a ring — while she was in bed wearing ear plugs and a face mask. According to Amy, he said, "I got you something," before producing the sparkler. They spent less than a week planning their wedding before the actress texted her friends and family, saying, "I'm getting married on Tuesday. Hope you can come."
During an April 10 appearance on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," Emily Ratajkowski dished on her surprise courthouse wedding with Sebastian Bear-McClard in February 2018. "I guess I didn't really know what I always wanted to do, which is maybe why it was so untraditional," she said. "I wore a mustard-yellow suit and a black hat, which was all part of my plan to not be noticed." The model-actress went on to detail how her producer husband proposed: "He proposed to me at Minetta Tavern [in New York City], and he didn't have a ring, so I was like, 'Mmm, nah,'" she said. "And then he took the paperclip that the bill was paid with and made me a ring, which I actually thought was really romantic, and then we made our actual rings. … We walked into Chinatown and bought an ounce of gold. He was like, 'We'll melt down the gold to make the rings.' I was like, 'I just don't see us melting down gold. Like, that just seems kind of difficult.' But then he ended up going to some store in Midtown and met this nice man … This is the night before our wedding, by the way. … And this very nice Israeli man was like, 'I know how to do that!' So we came into his studio after-hours and we actually hammered them out — the whole thing — used a little blowtorch. They were supposed to be temporary rings, but now I'm very attached and I really don't want to get rid of it. I just feel like making it yourself — could it be more personal, really?"

"What Chris and I try to do is to communicate openly," she said. "We reiterate that there aren't rules to this. We have a lot of love and friendship, and our big goal is to protect [our son] Jack. I cherish my family, my close friends, my child — that makes the rest of it worth it." The actress added that she hasn't given up on love after two failed marriages: "I love love! Like all of us, I need a sense of human connection and intimacy," she said. "At the end of a workday I feel exposed and kind of raw. I want to be with someone I can confess to, and who can confess to me."

Jessica Biel dished on the secret to her happy marriage with Justin Timberlake during an interview with People magazine that hit the Internet on April 10. "Communication, communication, communication," she said. "The ability to be really honest about how you're feeling and what your needs are. Just be able to communicate really honestly with your partner. That's worked for us so far. I would never want to speak on anyone else's relationship, but that's what we do." Noted!
During an interview for the cover of the May 2018 issue of Marie Claire, Sophie Turner dished on her engagement to Joe Jonas: "I'm still like, 'Holy s—! I'm engaged,'" she said before clarifying that being engaged is far from her biggest achievement. "There's this weird misconception that being married is the greatest thing that'll ever happen to you. But I've always found that my career is something I work for, and when I achieve something, there's a sense that this is the greatest thing I'll do in my life," said the actress. "It's lovely to be engaged. Not like I achieved anything, but I found my person, like I'd find a house that I love and want to stay in forever. There's a sense of peace that comes with finding your person. But there's a drive that comes with your career."
