Wonderwall.com is taking a look back at the stars who found love, suffered heartbreak or experienced some other major event in their love lives in late February 2020, starting with this scandalous coupling… In mid-February, there were whispers that Peter Weber has been secretly dating "The Bachelor" producer Julie LaPlaca since they wrapped shooting season 24 late last year. At the time, Bachelor Nation expert Reality Steve tweeted of the rumor, "It's garbage, there is absolutely nothing to this, it makes zero sense." He added that "people are desperately grasping at straws" because the ending of Peter's season hasn't been spoiled online yet. On Feb. 19, Peter was caught on camera dancing and sharing a bottle of wine with Julia and his mother, Barbara, at a winery in California — lending credence to the romance rumors. (Page Six published the brief clip.) During an interview with "Access" that popped up on YouTube on Feb. 25, longtime "The Bachelor" host Chris Harrison did little to quell the rumors. "It's an intimate relationship," he said of Peter's connection to the producer. "You spend that much time together, we all get close. … Sometimes those lines get blurred." On Feb. 26, however, Us Weekly reported that, according to a source, "there really is no truth" to the rumors. "They were friends, but nothing romantic has ever happened between them," said the insider, adding that Peter and Julie "act like colleagues and friends around each other." During an interview with Charlamagne Tha God that popped up on YouTube on Feb. 24, Pete Davidson opened up about his relationship with Ariana Grande, saying that it's a "punch in the gut" when people refer to him as simply her former fiancé and that he knew they were over when her ex-boyfriend, Mac Miller, died suddenly in September 2018. "I said, like, 'I'll be here until you don't want me to be here,'" he told Charlamagne of how he supported the superstar while she was mourning Mac. "I pretty much knew it was over around after that. That was really horrible and I can't imagine what that's like. … All I do know is that she really loved him and she wasn't putting on a show or anything." During the interview, Pete also dished on making jokes at Ariana's expense in his Feb. 25 Netflix comedy special, "Alive from New York." He told Charlamagne that he hopes "people feel the same way about my jokes" as they do about her songs addressing their relationship. "I think genuinely being hurtful is off limits," he said. "I wanna be cool with everybody, but, you know, stand-up's part of my life. That [relationship] was a highly publicized thing. I feel like she got her fair run and her fair stab at it [in her music]. I don't have social media and I don't have an outlet really to express my feelings, so stand-up's just how I do it." In his special, Pete says he felt it was fair for him to publicly discuss his relationship with Ariana after she told Vogue in mid-2019 that he was "an amazing distraction" from a difficult time in her life and described their romance as "frivolous and fun and insane and highly unrealistic." Gripes the funnyman, "She said [that] on the cover of Vogue magazine. … Can you imagine if I did that? My career would be over tomorrow. If I spray-painted myself brown and hopped on the cover of Vogue magazine and just started s—ing on my ex?"

During his headline-making interview with Charlamagne Tha God, Pete Davidson also opened up about his other famous former loves. "She's very young," he said of recent girlfriend Kaia Gerber, adding that he was "going through a lot" during their relationship and that they split before he went to rehab. "She should be having fun. She shouldn't have to worry about some dude that just has issues. She should be enjoying her work. … It just wasn't the right place or the right time at all." He then called the teen model "beautiful" and "smarter" than him. He also gushed that another ex-girlfriend, actress Margaret Qualley, has a "beautiful soul" and is a "great girl," though he didn't shed any light on their whirlwind romance. As for his "legendary" romance with former flame Kate Beckinsale, Pete called the actress "one of the funniest people I've ever met" and said that she was "understanding" of his mental health issues. He added that his "uncles freaked out" when they started dating and that they split when he went into another treatment program. "I must have a pattern," he quipped, adding that he "wasn't right yet" when he started seeing the "superstar," who "had a lot of acting and work to do." Another "one of the funniest people" he's ever met? His former girlfriend of two years Cazzie David. While Pete's penchant for getting involved in high-profile romances may make it seems as though he's a player, he insisted to Charlamagne that he's "only been with" the women with whom he's been seen publicly. "I've only been with like five, six people," he said. "They were like, at least three to six months. … I'm not just like, running through stuff." He added that his past romances have helped him "grow a lot as a person." Said Pete: "I've learned a lot from the awesome chicks that I've been with, and they're all cool. … You become a better version of yourself because you learn a little something from everybody." He went on to say that he can be "a lot" to deal with in relationships. "I cry a lot. I get into deep conversations. I care about your [stuff]," he said. "I like to meet your family. I like to know who you are. And some families are like, 'Who the f— are you?' So I'm a lot for certain people. It was just how I was raised." Continued the comedian, "I love love. … That's how I grew up. … I didn't have a man around the house [after my father died], so I was just like, 'When am I going to find my Princess Charming?' That's all I've ever wanted. … I love being in a relationship. I love doing stuff and Netflixing and hanging out, going out to dinner. I love that [stuff]. It makes me really happy. Also it's an escape from life when you have like, a partner. It's fun. … It's nice to have a lady around." He concluded by saying he's "not dating for a while — unless I meet the love of my life."

Wendy Williams sparked rumors that she and longtime pal William Selby are a couple when she took to Instagram on Feb. 22 to share a photo of them looking cozy while sitting together in a recording studio. The previous evening, the paparazzi caught the duo stepping out for dinner in New York City. But on the Feb. 24 episode of her eponymous talk show, Wendy made it clear that although she's teased their relationship in the past, she and the jeweler are just friends. She went on to say that although she likes Will "a whole lot," they are "not a couple." Said the former radio star, "I do not have a boyfriend. That's it. If I did, I wouldn't have been out with Will."
During the second part of his emotional interview with Diane Sawyer, which aired on the Feb. 21 episode of "Good Morning America," Ben Affleck insisted that in spite of recent reports to the contrary, he's not looking for love on a dating app. "I am not on any [dating] websites. … I am on no dating [apps] — no Tinder, Grindr, Bumble, Humble. I am not on any of them," he said. "I don't have any judgment about people who are — great. I know people who are on them — they have a fun time. But not me." Still, he "would love to have a relationship that was deeply meaningful" and to which he "could be deeply committed," he said. Later in the interview, the actor opened up about his regrets concerning his relationship with his ex-wife, Jennifer Garner, and how their divorce affected their family: "There are things that I would love to go back and change. I have regrets. I have made plenty of mistakes — some big, some small," he said. "I wish I could go back in time and change all kinds of things, but I can't." A day earlier, when the first part of the interview aired on "GMA," Ben shed some light on his recent revelation that his divorce is the biggest regret of his life: "I never thought that I was gonna get divorced. I didn't want to get divorced. I didn't want to be a divorced person. I really didn't want to be a split family with my children," he said. "And it upset me because it meant I wasn't who I thought I was. And that was so painful and so disappointing in myself." He added, "Divorce is very painful and alcoholism is very painful. They just are." Ben also shared a letter publicly thanking Jen "for being thoughtful, considerate, responsible and a great mom and person."
Meanwhile, Us Weekly reported on Feb. 26 that, according to a source, Jennifer Garner's boyfriend, businessman John Miller, is becoming "uncomfortable" with Ben Affleck's recent interviews about their relationship. "John is empathetic to Ben's struggles with sobriety, but he worries about how Jennifer has once again become the focus," said the source. "The spotlight on Jennifer is intense and Ben needs to consider her feelings before speaking so publicly." Another issue? "John believes Ben would remarry Jennifer if she wanted to get back together," said the insider. "John wants to marry Jennifer but knows she isn't ready yet."
On Feb. 22, Joe Giudice took to Instagram to reflect on the moment he knew his marriage to Teresa Giudice was over. The father of four shared a clip from season 10 of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" that shows Teresa refusing to share a bed with him during her late-2019 visit to Italy, where he's been living since October as he waits out his deportation appeal. It was the first time in four years that the longtime couple had the opportunity to sleep under the same roof due to his prison sentence. "My 'AHA moment!'" he captioned the clip. "That was my moment of insight. I felt rejected. This is the first time while filming a scene I had severe anxiety and grief. I was [locked] up for four years, any human would have a psychological impact of prison life. This was the moment I knew deep in my heart she was being difficult with me for a reason. My wife has never said no to sleeping with me. I had to walk away. I don't have resentment against her (her emotions are justified)." He added that the moment "should have been private." The episode depicted the awkwardness between Teresa and Joe as they realized they had different expectations for their sleeping arrangements while she was in Italy with their four daughters. "Well, I mean, were you expecting to sleep with me?" the reality star asked her estranged husband. "I mean, we got 20 years in our marriage," he replied. Responded Teresa, "Alright, Joe, listen, we haven't been together in almost four years, so it's, like, kinda weird, right? I don't know. I mean, it's been a long time, you know? You need to, like, slow it down." He then got up to leave, telling her on his way out, "Listen, by the end of this trip, things could change. Who the hell knows?" But things only got worse…
The season 10 finale of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" that aired on Feb. 26 showed not only tension over sleeping arrangements but the conversation that Teresa Giudice and Joe Giudice had about ending their 20-year marriage while she was visiting him in Italy with their daughters in November 2019. "I know Joe is trying to be sweet to me. I think Joe wants to be a couple again," Teresa told the camera. "But I haven't been happy with Joe for a long time." Teresa finally approached Joe, telling him "I just want to have this conversation before we leave and just wanted you to know how I feel. And I want you to tell me how you feel. … How do you see us? Like, with this whole situation. You live here and I live in America." Joe responded, "Well, you get in a plane and we meet places, that's all. And we have fun. And that's what we do, you make things work." Teresa said she wanted her partner with her "every single day" and made it clear to Joe that their issues involved far more than his deportation. "The past five years have been really dark. You've said a lot of hurtful things to me, you wished you never married me and all this other stuff. It just makes me think about a lot of things," Teresa explained. "You marry somebody, they're supposed to protect you and then… it's just like, I don't know, I trusted you and then you made s— happen." Joe tried to downplay his decisions that led to both he and Teresa serving prison time in a federal fraud case, calling it a "bogus crime." (Teresa said in a confessional: "It's so infuriating to me. After four years of us both doing time, he still does not take responsibility for what he's done. He hasn't changed.") Joe finally seemed to accept where things were going. "I guess that's it," he told Teresa, who insisted to him, "Never in a million years would I ever want to hurt you. I hope you know that, right? … No matter what, I want you to be happy endlessly." The conversation ended with a hug. Teresa later told the camera, "The past five years we've been through a lot. Of course, I put everyone else's needs before mine. Hopefully now, since this chapter's closed, I can start thinking about what makes Teresa happy."
On Feb. 20, the Ladysmith Chemainus Chronicle published comments from both Pamela Anderson and Jon Peters (pictured together in 1989) disputing reports that he dropped $200K to pay her bills when she agreed to marry him in January. (When they split in early February following less than two weeks of non-legally-binding marriage, the movie producer alleged that he paid off Pam's debts and "bought her a completely new wardrobe.") "I don't need anyone to pay my bills," the former "Baywatch" beauty told the Canadian newspaper, adding that she makes a substantial amount of cash renting out her home in Malibu. "That more than covers all my bills and expenses," she said. "I have contracts and other work. I put that money into [the home I'm renovating in Canada]. I believe it's best to put my money in property. He doesn't agree. I would politely listen and say I'd think about it. He still looked at me like that naive little girl sitting at the bar. 'Teeth and a halo' he tells people." She did admit, however, that after she and Jon split, he wrote her a check for $100K and said "no hard feelings." Jon, meanwhile, denied the previous quotes attributed to him regarding Pam's finances. "I haven't spoken to the press — nobody," he claimed. "I've loved this kid since she was 20 years old. I still love her. We're friends. We'll always be friends. I helped her in a way that she needed, but it's between her and I. I think she's great, and that's all I got to say." On Feb. 19, Pam addressed the split on Instagram: "It's been an eventful few weeks for me personally – But there are more important things to care about in the world – Than this tabloid kind of 'love affair' A man I've known for over 30 years. I considered him a close friend. Someone I could count on. Eccentric ?- oh yes. That was part of the fun. Still hurts to be- #bamboozled," she captioned a photo of herself. The following day, Us Weekly reported that Jon — who previously claimed he called off an engagement with another woman to marry Pamela — is engaged to Julia Bernheim. It's unclear whether or not she's the same woman to whom he was engaged before his ill-fated romance with the model-actress.
A week after Amanda Bynes celebrated Valentine's Day by announcing that she's engaged to her boyfriend, Paul Michael, TMZ reported that it's unlikely the couple will actually tie the knot because her mother, who serves as her conservator, will not give her consent for the former child star to wed. According to the webloid, Amanda's mom "doesn't approve of her daughter's engagement" and "feels it's not in her best interest to be married." Her family is also reportedly under the impression that Paul "doesn't have a job" and "might be a rebound" because the aspiring fashion designer had a different boyfriend "right before him." TMZ also notes that the engagement ring Paul gave Amanda cost $49 on Amazon and that the former "She's the Man" star "is telling those around her the ring is NOT a real diamond and she's fine with a fake." Both TMZ and "Entertainment Tonight" reported that the Bynes clan has yet to meet Paul, while "ET" noted that Paul and Amanda aren't living together. Since she introduced her beau on Instagram, the former Nickelodeon star has returned to the social media platform several times to gush about him. "Myloveispaul," she captioned one slideshow of photos. "I'm so lucky. As you can see, he's drop-dead gorgeous. And he's also the best person on the face of the earth," she said in a video. Then in a Feb. 21 video, Amanda revealed that she's asking a judge to review her conservatorship so that she can start seeing an affordable therapist who takes her insurance rather than seeking help from an expensive treatment center … and purportedly so she can marry Paul.
Us Weekly reported on Feb. 20 that, according to a source, Bella Hadid "isn't dating anyone at the moment" because she's "so busy traveling and working nonstop" and staying "mostly focused on her career." According to the insider, the model "still has feelings for The Weeknd and there's always a possibility that they will get back together down the line, but for right now, she's single." The off-and-on couple of several years sparked reconciliation rumors in October.
Page Six reported on Feb. 25 that Adrien Brody's rumored romance with Marchesa designer Georgina Chapman, who divorced Harvey Weinstein in 2017, is still going strong. According to the New York Post's gossip column, although the mother of two and the Oscar-winning actor had "met and socialized," they really hit it off when they reconnected in April 2019. Georgina had reportedly "sworn off dating" following her divorce from the scandalized movie mogul, but Adrien "has been a big source of support to her."
On Feb. 26, The Sun reported that, according to a source, things between Liam Payne and his much younger girlfriend, Maya Henry, have been "rocky" recently, prompting the duo "to call it a day." A source told the British tabloid that the singer "was extremely busy at the end of last year," and once things finally quieted down for him, he and the model "were both able to re-evaluate exactly what they want." Said the insider, "They decided to go their separate ways but he isn't moping and wants to put it behind him. He has been telling people he is single and is looking to the future." Later that day, however, MailOnline reported that, according to one of their sources, Liam and Maya, who haven't been seen together publicly since December, are "definitely still a couple and are very happy together." Said that insider, "Both have been taking time off social media lately and enjoying each other's company away from the spotlight."
During an interview with Cosmopolitan U.K. that was conducted late last year and hit the Internet on Feb. 25, Paris Hilton described herself as single. "It feels good to not have someone controlling me," she said. "With dating certain people, [there's the risk of] not trusting them and the fear [that] if I go out of town, they might do something to embarrass me. I feel lucky now to not have that fear because I'm independent." The day of the interview, the former reality star reportedly rushed off to "a dinner for Diddy's 50th birthday." On Dec. 14, the music mogul — who turned 50 on Nov. 4 — hosted a celeb-stuffed b-day bash, during which Paris was photographed with her new boyfriend, Carter Reum. They're now said to be "extremely serious." Paris also told Cosmo that calling off her engagement to Chris Zylka was "the best decision I've ever made in my life." Explained the blonde beauty, "I just don't think [he] was the right person and I feel like I'm an incredible woman and I deserve someone so amazing. It just didn't feel right. I've worked way too hard to just give my life to someone. They have to be perfect."
On the Feb. 25 episode of the "Shut Up Evan" podcast, Rose McGowan opened up about her new love — a woman named Sienna — while discussing the complexities of her sexual orientation. "I'm in a relationship with this great young woman named Sienna right now, and she identifies as a lesbian," Rose said, adding that she's found "a lot of comfort and happiness" in her new relationship following her split from former partner Rain Dove, who identifies as non-binary. "It was hard going out with somebody that was non-binary because then you're like, 'What am I like in real life?' You're not a girlfriend. I would say 'girlfriend' because I didn't know what else to say," said the actress. "I had no idea what to like. What are you at that point? Like I think we just need a new dictionary. … [Nomenclature] is so binary." Rose demurred when asked to elaborate on her split from Rain, saying simply, "People come to you when you're down and they might not be the right people."
Love connection? Vanessa Hudgens reportedly hit it off with actor Dharon E. Jones at the afterparty following the opening night performance of the new Broadway production of "West Side Story" — in which he stars — in New York City on Feb. 20. According to Page Six, the duo were "dirty dancing" together at the bash. "[They] weren't exactly shy about their bumping and grinding — eventually winding up on a raised platform doing their best go-go moves for a cheering crowd," said a spy, adding that it appeared the pair exchanged phone numbers later in the evening.
Us Weekly reported on Feb. 21 that, according to a source, Scott Disick and Sofia Richie — who recently faced split rumors — "are great together," "have a lot of fun together" and "could very well get engaged." Said the insider, "Scott has become such a better man through being in a mature relationship with her. … [He's] the 'same old Scott' in certain ways, but he's definitely grown up a lot and embraced being more responsible in all areas of his life." Said a second source, "Sofia and Scott like to do their own thing and be private. Scott can be grouchy at times, but Sofia doesn't really mind and likes to take care of him. … He is supportive of her, but likes to show it in his own way. Often times if Sofia has a project that she is celebrating, they will do their own private dinner to celebrate as a couple without a ton of people around."
Us Weekly reported on Feb. 21 that, according to a source, Matthew Perry and his girlfriend, Molly Hurwitz, "have a wonderful relationship" with "so much love and respect on both sides." According to the insider, the talent agent keeps the actor "healthy and grounded," and "nobody can remember seeing Matthew this happy before." A second source said that the pair "try not to get photographed together" and would rather spend their time together "in his private cinema watching films and eating home-cooked meals than going out." The second insider also said that the "Friends" star's pals — especially former on-screen love Courteney Cox — have "wanted to see him settle down for a long time" and "hope him and Molly go the distance." Continued the source, "She's brought him to a place where he's positive and confident. … He's got a spring in his step that wasn't there before." The source added that although Molly currently "has her own apartment," she's been "spending more and more time" at Matthew's place recently — and they could make the arrangement permanent sometime soon.
Brody Jenner and Kaitlynn Carter sparked reconciliation rumors when they traveled to Bali together for a wedding in late February. The blonde beauty took to her Instagram Story on Feb. 24 to share a video of herself and her ex sitting next to each other on a plane to Los Angeles from the same Indonesian island where they purportedly tied the knot in June 2018.
Maddie & Tae singer Taylor Dye married Josh Kerr at Ruby in Nashville on Feb. 21. "My person for life. I am madly in love with you @joshkerrmusic," the country star captioned a wedding photo on Instagram. The duo announced their engagement in September.
Bachelor Nation's Demi Burnett took to Instagram on Feb. 22 to debut her relationship with Slater Davis. "The present I never knew I needed," she captioned a photo of herself kissing the singer. She later posted a slideshow of photos of them kissing as she straddled him while hanging out by a pool. On Feb. 23, the "Bachelor in Paradise" alum revealed on Instagram Live that she met her beau through former co-star Katie Morton, who's known him for a few years.
On Feb. 22, a "Southern Charm" fan account captioned a photo of former couple Kathryn Dennis and Thomas Ravenel, "When you get good news that 'Southern Charm' has finally started filming, but bad news that these two are officially back together." The mother of two took to the comments section to set the record straight: "Not true," she wrote. The duo sparked reconciliation rumors — which Thomas denied in January — when they started spending more time together recently for the sake of their kids.
On Feb. 20, Diddy took to his Instagram Story to share a photo of himself and Lauren London that was taken earlier this year. Even though he called the actress his sister in the caption, fans started speculating that the duo are more than friends. Lauren quickly took to Instagram to shut down the rumors, captioning a photo of her late partner, Nipsey Hussle, "Still His!" She added on her Instagram Story, "Forever and even after Call me Lady Hussle."
TMZ reported on Feb. 21 that after just a month of dating, Josie Canseco and Logan Paul have already called it quits. They reportedly split in mid-February when the blonde model ghosted the YouTube star. According to the webloid's sources, Josie told friends that Logan "just wasn't the one for her" and that she "worries he simply used her for publicity."
Lucky Blue Smith took to Instagram on Feb. 21 to reveal that he married fellow model Nara Pellman on the beach in Santa Barbara, California. "I married my best friend today," he captioned a video of himself passionately kissing his new missus. The duo just implied they were engaged in early January when the 21-year-old male model posted a PDA-packed photo on Instagram in which Nara could be seen sporting a diamond sparkler on her ring finger.
Brittany Snow and her fiancé, Tyler Stanaland, had a joint bachelor and bachelorette party in Palm Springs, California, the weekend of Feb. 21. Guests included the bride-to-be's "Pitch Perfect" co-stars Anna Kendrick, Anna Camp, Kelley Jakle and Chrissie Fit. Earlier this month, the actress told Us Weekly that they decided to have a joint bash because she would miss Tyler too much if they had their parties separately. The realtor added, "I just want to celebrate with my best friend." Brittany also dished on their upcoming wedding: "[Our goal is to celebrate] one common thing, and that's our love, and so we're just really aiming to throw the best party ever," she said, adding that Tyler is her "Prince Charming come to life."
Dylan Barbour and Hannah Godwin are also one step closer to tying the knot: The duo hosted their engagement party in Beverly Hills on Feb. 23. Guests included former "The Bachelorette" star Hannah Brown and her ex-fiancé, Jed Wyatt, and his new girlfriend, Ellen Decker, as well as fellow Bachelor Nation stars Katie Morton, Demi Burnett and Mike Johnson.
Travis Mills took to Instagram on Feb. 20 to release a lengthy statement addressing his recent split from Madelaine Petsch: "I've had to accept there's no possible way to capture a love of this scale or its significance to me, in a few paragraphs," he captioned a photo of himself and the "Riverdale" star in happier times. "Our relationship has been in the public eye for the last 3 years. What's ironic about my most public relationship is that behind the scenes it was the most non-superficial & grounding experience in my life. During a Feb. 22 interview with Us Weekly, Tom Schwartz said "there were times early on" in his relationship with Katie Maloney that he "didn't think it was going to last." Said the "Vanderpump Rules" star, "I think we both had moments early on, but, man, I'm just so happy we made it. … We've been through so much, and arguably at so many points in our relationship, you could say, 'They probably should've broken up or gone their separate ways. But we got through it. We were stubborn. We put the work in and now I can say, without a doubt, I'm happier than I've ever been. I think we both are." The duo have been together for a decade and tied the knot in 2016.
During an interview with Us Weekly that hit the Internet on Feb. 20, Catelynn Lowell said that she and Tyler Baltierra "are stronger now" following their 2018 separation. "Whenever you go through things as a couple and come out on the other side, you are always stronger," she said, adding that she planned their September 2019 vow renewal ceremony in Hawaii in honor of their fifth wedding anniversary because they had such a tough time the previous year. "It was like a new beginning and recommitting," she said. "We are in a really great place. … We are going on 14 years together and we plan on a lifetime," she added.
What could've been! On the Feb. 25 episode of his eponymous radio show, Nick Cannon and Tamron Hall opened up about the time he tried to shoot his shot with her by sending her an Alaïa scarf … which someone stole. "I was shooting my shot. … She was single," he said. Replied the former "Today" host, "I was single at the time, and I would have taken his shot — just being honest." She went on to say that she DMed him to say thank you for the gift — which she wasn't able to track down — but he never replied. "That was rude," she joked. "It was real awkward," chimed in Nick, adding that he didn't see her DM until "like a year later."
On Feb. 23, Annalise Mishler took to her Instagram Story to accuse her boyfriend, "Bad" Chad Johnson, of punching a hole in her wall during a drunken rage after she confronted him when she saw that he'd received "a bunch" of notifications from Hinge — the same dating app through which they met. "Of course I confronted him about that, and he went crazy," she said. "Like, how dare I have the audacity [to accuse him of cheating]?" She also shared videos in which the former Bachelor Nation star can be heard yelling at her from outside her apartment. From there, things escalated. According to People magazine, police arrested Chad in Los Angeles on Feb. 24 for robbery with domestic violence enhancement charges. (The robbery charge stems from the fact that he allegedly snatched the blonde beauty's phone during their altercation.) During a Feb. 24 Instagram Live, Annalise said that she and Chad have actually broken up more times than she can count. "We probably had six big blowouts like this, and, yeah, we do get back together and he does apologize and says he'll change and everything. But that is the cycle," she said. In a Feb. 26 Instagram video, Chad claimed that he started drinking because he was "devastated" when he and Annalise split over the weekend. "It was like losing my best friend," he said, adding that they briefly reconciled until she realized he'd been drinking. (He claims he joined a dating app before their short-lived reunion.) "I still love her very much," he said. He then denied reports that he got physical with her. "I have never laid hands on a woman anytime in my entire life," he said.
