Demi Lovato already knows just what she wants to wear when she ties the knot with Max Ehrich. "I have my image for what I would want it to [look like] if I got to do a big celebration. I don't wanna give it away but it's definitely not a white dress," the singer recently told Popcrush. She went on to say that while she's "started looking at dresses," she's not even sure how the couple's celebration will pan out because of the pandemic. Still, she's definitely thinking through her options. "On one hand, I would love to elope because my life is so public and I want to keep it sacred between me and him," she explained. "On the other hand, I want my friends and family to be there for a celebration, but I can't do that until the pandemic's over 'cause it's not safe. It's like, do we do that [elope] in the meantime and do that [a big wedding ceremony] later? It's all this planning." Demi and Max announced their engagement in July, five months after they began dating.

Chris Hemsworth crashes morning show to deliver the weather

Hot … with a chance of Thor? Chris Hemsworth confused the anchors and viewers of Australia's morning program, "The Today Show," recently when he appeared out of nowhere to take over a weather report. According to Collider, the star was doing conservation work in Scone, known as "The Horse Capital" of Australia, at the same time meteorologist Lauren Phillips reporting the weather from a field. She'd apparently told the anchors back in the studio she'd be doing a segment on horses. Instead, Chris wandered up behind her. "I'm in the horse capital of Australia, but I was yet to find a horse, so I thought I should open it up to one of the horse studs," she joked. As Chris took the mic out of her hand, he offered, "I heard you are looking for some horses." Lauren then said she gets teased for mispronouncing things and asked if Chris wanted to help her deliver the weather. "Let's mispronounce all of these," he quipped. After offering his help, Chris cracked one more joke when Lauren said the segment was meant to be about a "rogue horse." "I am a bit like a rogue horse," Chris mused. "I'm going to escape here at some point and you will have to lasso me."

It's happening! After technical difficulties delayed a charity fundraiser table reading of "Fast Times at Ridgemont High," Dane Cook posted a photo of the video chat event on Instagram Monday. And as Dane promised a few weeks back, it involved a reunion of former spouses, Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston. The promo post also featured Matthew McConaughey, Jimmy Kimmel, Julia Roberts, John Legend, Morgan Freeman, Henry Golding, Shia LaBeouf, Ray Liotta, and original "Fast Times" star, Sean Penn, gathered virtually to read the comedy classic. According to Dane, the reading airs Sept. 17 on Facebook and TikTok, with proceeds for access going to support CORE (Community Organized Relief Effort) and the REFORM Alliance.

Will Smith and Airbnb offer stays in the 'Fresh Prince of Bel-Air' house

"Ready for the freshest staycation ever?" That's what Will Smith is asking Los Angeles County residents as he opens the doors of the white mansion where his "Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" character and family lived for five separate, one-night stays in October. Over the weekend, the star announced he's teamed up with Airbnb to rent out the entire wing of the home where his onscreen Aunt and Uncle, Vivian and Phil, welcomed him back in 1990. Although inside scenes from the show were filmed on sets, the special Airbnb stays will take place in a wing of the Brentwood, Los Angeles-area house that was used for exterior shots of the Banks' family home. "If this place looks familiar that's because it's just as fly as it was when I first rolled up the driveway," Will jokes in the pad's Airbnb description (via People). "I'm back. And this time, I'm handing you the keys so you'll have my wing of the mansion all to yourself — but my sneaker collection is off limits, aight?" he adds. The wing's been decked out with, "bold graffiti art, posh interiors, timeless family portraits, and Philly cheesesteaks served on silver platters," according to a press release from Airbnb. The site also assures users the house will be cleaned per CDC guidelines to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Only L.A. residents — groups of up to two people who share a household — are allowed to book the offer, also for reasons related to minimize the potential spread of the coronavirus. Each one-night stay is just $30 — a reference to this month's 30th anniversary of the show — and participants may start requesting to book on Sept. 29. Airbnb has also vowed to make a "one-time donation" to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Philadelphia as part of the online event. In honor of the anniversary, Will is currently working on a Banks family reunion special that's expected to air on HBO Max around Thanksgiving, as well as a "dramatic reboot" of the show that looks more closely at Will's "complicated journey from the streets of West Philadelphia to the gated mansions of Bel-Air," according to Billboard. The reboot will appear on NBC's new Peacock platform.

Megan Fox Machine Gun Kelly's 'Midnight in the Switchgrass' shuts down due to positive COVID-19 cases

Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly have a little more time to cultivate their new romance this summer, thanks to a second filming interruption on their upcoming movie, "Midnight in the Switchgrass." A rep for The Pimienta Film Co. tells TMZ that production was halted in July after two asymptomatic people involved with the film tested positive for the coronavirus. They were reportedly quarantined immediately and filming on the set in Puerto Rico was stopped. Strict safety protocols had already been put in place, according to the spokesperson. TMZ reports that when production resumes in Santa Barbara "in the next few weeks," director Randall Emmett plans to enforce even stricter safety measures. Megan and her beau met on the set of the film earlier this year, before production stopped the first time amid global, COVID-19 lockdowns.

Ahead of the release of her new SKIMS maternity collection, Kim Kardashian West spent some time on Twitter over the weekend explaining why the backlash against her "solutionwear" is unfounded. The star had previously teased the new line, which debuts Wednesday, and was met with opposition from critics who complained society should embrace, not hide, the additional curves most women develop during pregnancy. As Kim told Twitter followers Sunday, however, the SKIMS line is about giving pregnant women "support" when their bodies are carrying extra weight. "To anyone who has an issue with maternity solutionwear, and if you haven't been pregnant before you may not know the struggle of what it's like carrying all of this weight the way I did along with millions of strong women," Kim wrote in one of a series of tweets. "The belly part doesn't slim your belly, it's actually sheer and a thinner layered material compared to the rest of the garment. It is designed to help prevent lower back pain from the additional weight carried by pregnant women," she continued. "The compression on the leggings helps with pain relief caused by swelling. It is also worn after you have given birth and provides the comfort and support that most women need after delivery especially if you are recovering from a cesarean." Kim went on to say she created the line in part because of her own experience as well as because people were asking her for maternity pieces. Later, Kim's expectant pal Chrissy Teigen was among those who came to her defense, posting on her Instagram Story about how pregnancy shapewear can be especially helpful for pregnant women who, like her, are on bed rest. Besides, she added, "If you don't like it, don't wear it."

John Cusack weighs in on Hulu's High Fidelity' reboot

Following the success (and surprising cancellation) of Hulu's "High Fidelity" reboot, the original film's star, John Cusack, has stayed mostly silent on the series. In fact, as he recently told The New York Times, he didn't even watch the show, which starred Zoe Kravitz, the daughter of John's "High Fidelity" castmate, Lisa Bonet. But he does have one takeaway from the reboot's reception — and that's that Rob, played originally by John and more recently by Zoe, should never have been a likable dude. The Times reporter noted that comparing the two versions of the story showed how differently audiences and critics viewed Rob now versus in 2000, when the movie came out. "… Rob, was now understood as way less sympathetic than when the film came out 20 years ago," the reporter explained, "even as an example of toxic masculinity." In other words, a guy who spends his days moping around his record shop while obsessively counting down the exes who did him wrong is not exactly a superhero. "I'm glad that people have changed their view of Rob," John said, calling the character an unprintable word. "If somebody was writing that Rob was a passive-aggressive womanizer, I'd be like, 'Alright, somebody got it,'" the actor explained. "I wanted to reveal the flaws of the character." John, whose acting career has taken a backseat to political activism in recent years, also explained why we haven't seen much from between 2015's "Map To the Stars" and his upcoming Amazon thriller, "Utopia." "I believe that there comes a time when silence is acquiescent to what's happening," he said. "If your government is abducting children and driving around with unmarked cars sweeping up protesters, I don't know if you should be worried about your career."

Bindi Irwin shares a pregnancy update

As newlyweds Bindi Irwin and Chandler Powell excitedly await the arrival of their first child, Bindi, 22, shared an update on her baby-to-be is making over the weekend — in animal terms, of course. Alongside a photo of the pair holding a couple of adorable cute baby marsupials in their arms, the conservationist wrote: "The animal joeys we care for are excited to meet our human joey. ❤️," using an Australian slang word for baby. "Baby Wildlife Warrior is about about the size of a hummingbird now!" she continued. "We can't wait to teach our little one about the importance of protecting our planet and the beauty of the wildlife and wild places we love so much. Thank you for your kindness and support on this magical journey." The Wildlife Warriors is the conservationist organization Bindi's parents, Terri and the late Steve Irwin, set up in 2002. In the comments, Chandler wrote, "Our little Wildlife Warrior is going to be so loved." In another post on her Instagram Story, Bindi gushed, "@chandlerpowell I love you and our baby beyond description." The couple married in March and announced they were expecting in August.

"Star Wars" hero Mark Hamill and "Harry Potter" star Tom Felton have joined "X-Men" producer Tom DeSanto in his superhero-focused #HeroesWearMasks campaign, Page Six reports. Created for the CDC, the campaign aims to catch the attention of kids as they head back to school amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. "We want to prevent that one kid getting sick and bringing it back to a parent or grandparent," Tom told the outlet. "This is something that makes you strong," Tom added of mask wearing, which has been shown to help prevent infection with the potentially deadly disease for both the wearer and those around them. As Tom put it, "Wear a mask because you care about your fellow human beings and keeping them safe. That's what heroes do."

A recent Instagram upload accident saw Chris Evans accidentally posting a photo from his phone of a certain male body part that he didn't mean to share on Instagram. The gaffe evidently gave Insta users hours of entertainment — it also kept meme-makers pretty busy for much of the weekend. As of Monday, Chris had yet to publicly address the leak. Some of the star's friends and even his family, however, couldn't resist posting about it. Chris ' "Avengers" costar, Mark Ruffalo, pointed out that the mistake was really NBD, given the daily actions of another famous American social media lover. "@ChrisEvans Bro, while Trump is in office there is NOTHING you could possibly do to embarrass yourself," Mark tweeted (via Page Six), adding with no small amount of sarcasm, "See… silver lining." Chris' brother weighed in, too, jokingly posting that he'd been off social media and wanted to know if he'd missed anything. Chrissy Teigen, meanwhile, tried to reassure Chris that if his phone is anything like hers and lots of other people's, it's likely full of shots from WhatsApp conversations. "I'd say 80 percent of my roll is WhatsApp nonsense between friends," she posted.
