Katy Perry talks staying positive as major life plans remain in flux
One more milestone may be biting the dust for Katy Perry. The singer chatted with fans during a Facebook Live session ahead of the Sunday, May 3, edition of "American Idol," and one woman, in particular, seemed to strike a chord with the star. The fan said she was supposed to get married in June and was having trouble finding reasons for optimism, given the coronavirus crisis. She wondered how Katy — who is pregnant and was supposed to marry Orlando Bloom this year in Japan — is staying positive right now. "It's OK to feel all the feelings," offered (via ET) the singer. Explaining that she, too, has "had to reschedule many plans" because of the pandemic, Katy said she's trying to focus on gratitude. As for the baby girl she and Orlando are expecting, the "Idol" judge isn't getting ahead of herself. "I know not everyone does a babymoon or a baby shower, but I'm not sure I'm gonna be able to do any of that," she admitted. "I'm just taking it one day at a time. But I'll be grateful. I mean, I'm grateful now, but there's a lot going on," she continued. "Some days, you know, you lose perspective. Like, I was showering, and I was like, 'Gotta be grateful, gotta be grateful, no matter what you're going through you gotta be grateful. I know that there's probably a lot of people going through a lot of intense things right now." Katy and Orlando got engaged on Valentine's Day 2019. They've reportedly pushed the wedding date to 2021.

Kate Beckinsale thinks Goody Grace is 'the perfect quarantine boyfriend'
Kate Beckinsale is on lockdown with the ideal guy for the occasion. That's according to a People source who says the 46-year-old star and her new boyfriend , 22-year-old singer-songwriter Goody Grace, "are still quarantined together at her home" in California. "She finds him very mature, smart and creative," the insider adds. "He entertains her with music, they cook and watch movies. She thinks he is the perfect quarantine boyfriend." The outlet previously reported Kate and Goody began dating around "the beginning of the year." And while the actress's tendency to date much younger guys has garnered criticism from the occasional troll, her reliably witty clapbacks prove she could care less about age gaps … just like so many of her male peers.

Matthew Knowles' granddaughter Blue Ivy Carter, 8, reminds him of Beyonce at that age
Beyonce's dad Matthew Knowles sees a lot of his own daughters in Bey and JAY-Z's little girls, now 8 and 2. "Blue Ivy is just so incredible and reminds me of Beyoncé so much," Matthew, 68, recently told Us Weekly of the power couple's eldest child. Asked about 2-year-old twins Rumi and Sir, Matthew joked, "Sir, he just wants his world to himself." But he said Rumi reminds him of Bey's sister, Solange Knowles. He also wouldn't be surprised if Blue Ivy takes after her parents and pursues a career in music someday. "I think we all see that in her. Just like I saw it in Solange and Beyoncé when they were growing up," Matthew said. "I just want them to find their passions and put in the work ethic and they'll be successful." If she wants to be onstage at some point, Blue's got quite the head start — she made her first pop-culture splash in early 2016 when she appeared in her mom's "Formation" video at the ripe, old age of 3.

"A sign that says, 'No snakes allowed!' that keeps them out," he says. "No dogs allowed, no locusts allowed, no munchkins allowed, nothing — whatever you don't want in there, in your hotel, put the sign up that says what's not allowed." Noted. The website also features some amazing promotional copy: "Is Gary Busey a real judge? Absolutely not. Does Gary Busey know anything about animal law? Probably not. But if there's one thing Gary Busey is thirsty for it's PET JUSTICE!" According to a press release excerpted by Rolling Stone, the show will feature Gary ruling on "a veritable menagerie of animals including monkeys, goats, birds, dogs, meerkats, turtles, robot raccoons and more." "Gary Busey: Pet Judge" premieres May 25 on Amazon Prime and other streaming services … so you have plenty of time to rewatch "Point Break" and prepare.

Carole Baskin weighs in on her pranked 'Jimmy Fallon' interview

TMZ reports YouTube pranksters Archie Manners and Josh Pieters, known for convincing celebs to give interviews to late-night hosts when it's actually just Archie and Josh on the other end of the call, talked Carole into a chat by pretending to be producers working with Jimmy Fallon. They promised not to talk about the "Tiger King" doc or mention here husband and finally got her to say yes to a video chat, which they conducted via old clips of Fallon interviewing people. It wasn't long before their prank was revealed, of course, and it turns out Baskin is now well aware of the joke. "I was suspicious as we were doing it because the questions appeared taped. But had no idea it would turn out to be such a fun prank," she tells TMZ. "It gave us a very welcome good laugh. Will Duchess Meghan relaunch her lifestyle blog now that she's in L.A.?
Shortly before she married Prince Harry, Meghan Markle said goodbye to The Tig, her popular lifestyle blog. Now that she and Harry have left most of their royal duties behind and moved across the pond with their young son, at least one loyal expert believes Meghan may be relaunching the project, which featured stories on home, travel, cooking and wellness, not unlike Gwyneth Paltrow's GOOP. In a recent appearance on the "Royally Obsessed" podcast (via The Mirror), royal expert Myka Meier predicted the duchess seems poised to debut "a Goop, like a new version of The Tig." "I have a friend with a little bit of insider knowledge, and I think she's already working on something," Myka added. "I think we will be seeing something very interesting and creative with masterminds from all over the world coming together to bring something really inspiring together, coming soon. She now can talk politics … I think she'll be very vocal in the next race." Meghan and Harry have already announced plans to kick off a new charity organization, Archewell, at some point after the pandemic is more under control.
