Keanu Reeves, Sandra Bullock secretly had crushes on each other circa 'Speed'
The world came THIS close to a Sandra Bullock – Keanu Reeves romance. Last year, Sandra admitted to Ellen DeGeneres her crush on Keanu when they were shooting 1994's "Speed" was so intense she had trouble doing scenes with him without melting. So naturally, when Ellen had Keanu on her show this week to talk about John Wick, she made sure to play the clip of Sandra admitting her crush. "Did you know that she had a crush on you?" Ellen asked, according to the Daily Mail. "No. She obviously didn't know that I had a crush on her, either," Keanu said in reply. "I can't believe you both had crushes on each other… and you were so scared," Ellen marveled. "We were working!" Keanu insisted. He then switched gears to share how much he respects his former costar. "She's such a wonderful person, such a wonderful actress," he told Ellen, who joked, "I believe she's in a relationship now, the window closed." Sandra, who's been dating Bryan Randall since 2015, told Ellen last year that she thought Keanu wasn't really into her. "It was hard… it was really hard for me to be serious. He would look at me and I'd be like …," she said with a nervous giggle. When Ellen asked if they ever explored a romance, Sandra said, "Never dated him. There was just something about about me I guess …. he didn't like," adding, "But I think we're probably friends for that long … because we didn't …"
Why Priyanka Chopra won't ask Sophie Turner about the 'GoT' ending
Speaking of missed opportunities … When Sophie Turner married Joe Jonas in Las Vegas earlier this month, Priyanka Chopra, who recently tied the knot with Nick Jonas, got a new sister-in-law. As she told Page Six at the Cannes Film Festival this week, though, she never leveraged that connection the way the rest of the pop culture-loving world might have. Asked if she'd tried to squeeze anything about the upcoming "Game of Thrones" finale out of Sophie, Priyanka said she had not — and apparently, will not before the last episode airs this weekend. "I'm an actor, I understand the stress around it," Priyanka said of the famously well-guarded secret that is the "GoT" storyline. "I've never asked," she added, "because I wouldn't want to put her in that position." Cool. Can you send us Sophie's number, though? We just have one quick question …

Halle Berry dishes on one of the worst films she's made
It's impressive John Corden gets anyone to appear on "The Late Late Show" given the specter of a guest having to play "Spill Your Guts or Fill Your Guts." But on Thursday, May 16, he once again forced major A-listers to reveal major secrets — and eat majorly gross food items. In this case, the lucky players were "John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum," stars Halle Berry and Anjelica Huston. Faced with a choice between spilling which movie she realized was going to be bad while she was filming it — or eating beetle nachos — Halle went with option A, according to E! News. "Which one? There's so many!" she quipped. "I'm sorry, everybody who worked on this movie. I kind of knew that a movie I did called … 'The Rich Man's Wife' was not going — I'm sorry, Amy Holden, she was the director, and I'm not trying to bash my female directors, I'm not — but I kind knew it wasn't going to be the greatest cinematic experience for the people." The poorly received 1996 thriller tanked, both review and box-office wise. "You go into these movies always with the best intention, nobody wants to make a bad movie," she said. "We think everything is a good idea at the time, we say, 'yes.' And then sometimes you get on the set and you realize, 'What was I, high, when I agreed to do this? Was I smoking crack?'" When Anjelica asked which former costar Halle would never work with again, though, she wouldn't name names. Saying only that there are "two people on the list" — one, she called "super duper famous" and "not too tall," while she described the other as having had his or her 15 minutes already and noting the person has been to jail since then. Since she wouldn't reveal their names, yum yum — she ate turkey testicles. Asked about her romance with Jack Nicholson, by the way, Anjelica simply went for the bull penis alternative. Shudder.

Johnny Galecki admits he had sex in his 'Big Bang Theory' dressing room
D'oh! Turns out Leonard Hofstadter engaged in a little extra-curricular biological activity on the set of "The Big Bang Theory" — and it wasn't with Penny. During a cast-wide appearance on "The Late Show With Stephen Colbert" after the finale aired on Thursday, May 16, Stephen asked questions the actors had anonymously given him to ask one another. One of the questions was whether anyone ever had sex in their dressing room. First, Kaley laughed, according to Us Weekly. Looking at her ex, Johnny Galecki, who played her husband on the show, she hollered, "You must've!" Simon Helberg said he thought Johnny had, too, so … Johnny raised his hand. "There's one honest person," Stephen joked. After Kaley noted, "And that did not include me. Just FYI!" Simon cracked, "We all used Johnny's dressing room."
Kanye West discusses his bipolar disorder with Dave Letterman
Since he revealed he was diagnosed with bipolar disorder, Kanye West's spoken only a few times in depth about how the the it affects his life, seemingly preferring to use it as inspiration for his music and other creative ventures. The multi-hyphenate appears on David Letterman's new season of "My Next Guest Needs No Introduction," though, and given Dave's habit of direct questioning, the interview could show a new side of Kanye and the disorder he struggles with. A new trailer for the series released this week features a short clip of Kanye telling the former late night host. "When you're bipolar you have the potential to ramp up and it can take you to a point where you start acting erratic — as TMZ would put it," according to the Daily Mail. The two presumably discuss the topic further from there. Another segment shows Dave visiting Kanye at his clothing line warehouse. That bit's a little lighter, from the looks of things. "If Velcro had been invented first," Dave asks, "would there be zippers?" Without missing a beat, Kanye astutely responds: "You know it's a really…. it's really a deep question." Other guests on the latest editions of the show include Ellen DeGeneres, Tiffany Haddish — wearing, you guessed it, her $4,000 Alexander McQueen gown — and Melinda Gates.
Jennifer Garner's friend, former costar Victor Garber thinks John Miller is 'adorable'
When Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck got married in Turks and Caicos, Jen's "Alias" costar, Victor Garber, served as the officiant. Now, he's happy to celebrate a new love in his longtime friend's life. "Yes, I have [met him]!" Victor said of Jen's boyfriend of one year John Miller, according to Us Weekly. "I think he's adorable." He went on to say the two are doing "great" in their relationship, in part because of Jen's care not to rush anything. "What's wonderful is they're taking their time and they are just enjoying each other's company. Her priority is her children, that's it. She's focused on that. She's remarkable," he said. "We're very close, and I'm so proud of her," he added. "She's been through a lot the last few years and she's come through, I think, just magnificently. … She is an amazing person and we've remained very, very close, which is not always the case in this business."

Christina Anstead and her husband, Ant Anstead are clearly still giddy about the prospect of welcoming their first child together. This week, the expectant couple, who've posted a number of pics of Christina's bump since announcing their stork news, shared a cute photo of Christina posing while showing off her side profile next to the world's most appropriate road sign. "Out on a stroll and well…… we thought it was FUNNY 😂😂🤗😍 @christinaanstead is growing!" Cardi B defends her parenting skills
Some online trolls apparently fail to recall what Cardi B does with her shoe when she feels she's being shaded about her parenting. (Hint: You might wanna duck — or ask Nicki Minaj.) On Thursday, May 16, the rapper found herself on the defensive again with regard to her ability to care for Kulture, the daughter she shares with her husband, Offset. "Don't tell me how to be a f—— parent," she asserted on Instagram Live (via The Blast). "'Oh, we care about your child's safety.' B—-, we f—— too …I'm a first-time mom. Securing my daughter's future." She added, "I take care of my kid, all the time. I'm in a million-dollar meeting today with my f—— kid." The rant also included a threat to the hater Cardi described as "thirsty to create a negative scenario," that she'll "violate" the person's "life" if they don't get out of her business.
Victoria Beckham indulges in 'full moon water' during spa retreat
Hey, Gwyneth Paltrow: Victoria Beckham just might buy into your whole "negative energy can hurt water's feelings" mantra (it's a thing). Seems the erstwhile Posh Spice recently spent a week detoxing at luxury health retreat Lanserhof Tegernsee in Germany. "Thank u @healingholidays and everyone who sent me their top tips on staying balanced," she wrote on Instagram during her trip, adding a teasing dig at David Beckham for being "jealous" he didn't join her. She also shared a photo of the "full moon" water she was drinking while she was there. According to Page Six, the stuff comes from St. Leonhards Quellen, a German brand that advertises having been "bottled on full moon day directly at the source of Bad Leonhardspfunzen, Stephanskirchen." The company's website explains the power of full moon water this way: "The great physicist Max Planck has found out: Everything resonates in this universe – and in different frequencies. Bio-resonance pioneer Paul Schmidt has compiled these frequencies measured in Hertz for the human body, its organs and mental and emotional states … With modern bio-resonance equipment, our waters are regularly examined for their Hertz frequencies and compared with the so-called 'control plan of the human body' by Paul Schmidt." The site adds that "the biophysical water quality changes depending on the moon phase," so … Now we're clear on that. The company also warns that, "the views presented here go far beyond the current state of science and that classical medicine has neither accepted nor recognized the effect of bioenergetic oscillation."
Khloe Kardashian weighs in on Caitlyn Jenner's partner, Sophia Hutchins
Khloe Kardashian is a fan of Caitlyn Jenner's partner, Sophia Hutchins — in spite of the strained relationship Khloe has with Caitlyn. Speaking to Laura Wasser on her podcast "Divorce Sucks!" (via E! News), Khloe was asked if Caitlyn is dating a woman. "Yes, I believe that she is a transgendered woman as well. She's really, really sweet too," Khloe replied. "She's really sweet. She's younger but like, she's not bothering anyone. She's super sweet." Sophia, 23, serves as the executive director of the transgender rights group, the Caitlyn Jenner Foundation. They were first linked romantically in 2017 and now live together in Malibu, although Caitlyn has said she "wouldn't describe it as a romantic relationship." Sophia has repeatedly referred to Caitlyn as her partner, but often cites their business relationship as being part of that. "We see the world so similarly and we both are such a good match for each because we challenge each other," she said on a podcast at one point. "She challenges me in so many ways, has allowed me to grow in so many ways and I hope I challenge her to grow and I think because we share so many of the same passions and views, it's just a great match, a great partnership."
