Wonderwall.com is taking a look back at the stars who found love, suffered heartbreak or experienced some other major event in their love lives in September 2020, starting with this shocking news… Just days after their son turned 1, "Flip or Flop" star Christina Anstead took to Instagram on Sept. 18 to announce that she and "Wheeler Dealers" host Ant Anstead had "made the difficult decision to separate" after less than two years of marriage. On Sept. 22, People magazine reported that the couple, who both came into the relationship with two kids from a previous marriage, were having trouble navigating things with their blended families. "After the baby, they started having conflicts," the source said. "Their marriage was struggling." On Sept. 6, Katie Holmes was snapped sharing a smooch with Emilio Vitolo while sitting in his lap at a restaurant in New York City, confirming recent reports that they're an item. (See photos here.) Since then, they've been photographed packing on the PDA several times — in spite of a Sept. 9 DailyMail.com report that the 33-year-old chef was allegedly in the midst a two-year relationship with another woman when he started seeing the 41-year-old actress. He reportedly dumped his live-in fiancée, 24-year-old Rachel Emmons, via text when he found out that photos of him and Katie canoodling were set to hit the Internet. A source described the fashion designer as "traumatized" by the alleged infidelity.

In mid-July Halle Berry hinted there was a new man in her life when she posted a photo of her feet alongside a pair of male feet. On Sept. 17, she seemingly identified the owner of those feet, sharing a photo of herself wearing a Van Hunt T-shirt, which she captioned, "Now ya know." Tellingly, she added two emojis to her post: a simple heart emoji and a foot emoji. Back on Aug. 30, the singer posted a photo of Halle pecking him on the cheek. "Kisses land softly," he wrote in the caption.
Zac Efron was snapped holding hands with Vanessa Valladares during a lunch date in Australia's Byron Bay on Sept. 4, confirming recent rumors they're an item. (See photos here.) According to Daily Mail Australia, the duo met in July while the aspiring model was working as a waitress. Since then, she's reportedly quit her job and moved in with the actor at his rental home in Belongil Beach, where he's said to be eyeing a permanent move.
On Sept. 15, Cardi B filed to divorce Offset in Atlanta, noting in her legal paperwork that the marriage is "irretrievably broken" and that "there are no prospects for a reconciliation." According to People magazine, she recently discovered that the Migos rapper strayed from the marriage … again. The power couple, who secretly tied the knot in 2017, briefly split in late 2018 amid a cheating scandal, only to reconcile in early 2019. "Offset has pretty much cheated the entire time [they've been together], but Cardi looked the other way because of [their daughter]," said a People source. An Us Weekly source added that although Cari initially forgave "all of his infidelities," eventually there were just "too many women coming forward" with cheating allegations. Days after her filing, Cardi spoke out about why she was done. "I have not shed one tear," she said on Instagram. "The reason for my divorce is not because of none of that [stuff] that ever happened before. It's not because of cheating." The truth, she said, is that she "just got tired of … arguing. I got tired of not seeing things eye to eye. … Nothing crazy out of this world happened, sometimes people really do grow apart."
Taraji P. Henson spent September celebrating her 50th birthday … and fueling rumors that she and her fiancé, Kelvin Hayden, recently called it quits. The "Empire" actress, who turned 50 on Sept. 11, took to Instagram to chronicle her extravagant birthday festivities in Mexico. Noticeably absent? Kelvin … and her engagement ring. The former professional football player also failed to publicly acknowledge the birthday girl on her big day. In fact, he hasn't posted about Taraji on Instagram since Valentine's Day. The duo pushed their plans to tie the knot several times this year. In late March, Taraji said they were considering a July wedding.
On Sept. 11, Cassie Randolph filed for a restraining order against Colton Underwood. Later that day, a Colton-friendly source told Us Weekly that he was "completely blindsided" by his ex's decision to take legal action against him because they hadn't spoken "in a month." The source acknowledged that the breakup "was really hard" for Colton because he "was absolutely in love with Cassie" and "it was clear she did not feel the same way about him." The source also alleged that Cassie initially attempted to "reinforce" the narrative that she and Colton were on good terms following their breakup because she was "very nervous about losing her fanbase." And finally, the insider alleged that the blonde beauty has been "in touch with her ex," Caelan Tiongson, the entire time she's known Colton … and recently started seeing him again.
On Sept. 4, Page Six reported that Pamela Anderson and her full-time bodyguard of nearly two years, Dan Hayhurst, took their relationship to the next level sometime earlier this year. Things between the duo are said to be "serious."
The Sun reported on Sept. 4 that, according to a source, Cara Delevingne and Halsey have been casually "hooking up" and "having a laugh together." Curiously, their exes are also dating: The British model split from Ashley Benson earlier this year, while the singer's off-and-on romance with G-Eazy came to an end in late 2018 — the "Pretty Little Liars" alum and the rapper were first linked in May.

On Sept. 3, Charles Dance debuted his relationship with Alessandra Masi: The 73-year-old "Game of Thrones" alum and the 53-year-old Italian film producer were snapped kissing in the ocean off the coast of Venice, Italy, while in town for the 2020 Venice International Film Festival. Earlier this summer, Elle Macpherson sparked rumors that she and her boyfriend of several years, controversial former doctor Andrew Wakefield, were engaged when she was seen wearing an eye-catching sparkler on her ring finger. On Sept. 2, Us Weekly reported that although Kylie Jenner and on-and-off love Travis Scott have been "shaky for a while now," they "definitely still have a physical attraction to one another" and haven't ruled out an eventual reconciliation … just not right now. "Neither of them is fully committed or attached to one another romantically at this time, and Kylie is definitely crushing on a few other guys as of late," said a source.
During an interview with DailyMailTV that debuted online on Sept. 16, Brandi Glanville alleged that Denise Richards aggressively pursued her. She also claimed that she and the "Starship Troopers" actress first hooked up much earlier than initially believed: in the bathroom at a restaurant in Malibu during a dinner arranged by their mutual agent in September 2018 — just 10 days after Denise and Aaron Phypers tied the knot. Here are some more of Brandi's wildest allegations: The first night they kissed, Denise told her, "Oh my God, I always wanted to [hook up with] you." When they hung out again two months later — this time with Aaron in tow — the newlyweds asked Brandi if she could help them "get other women to come into their marriage and into their bed." When Brandi met up with Denise in Northern California in April 2019, she ended up making out with Denise's co-star and ex Patrick Muldoon "to put off having to make out with Denise." Brandi was under the impression that "Aaron was 1 million percent aware" that she and Denise "made out the first night we met because we talked about it" in front of him. Ultimately, Brandi came to the conclusion "that Aaron wouldn't care less" about her hookup with Denise, but it was "her way of having something over me and making sure I never talk about it to anyone else." Meanwhile, a Denise-friendly source told Us Weekly that Brandi Glanville's version of events "never happened."
On Sept. 1, Greece's former King Constantine II and Queen Anne-Marie released a statement announcing that their youngest child, Prince Philippos of Greece and Denmark, is engaged to Nina Nastassja Flohr. According to the statement, he popped the question on the island of Ithaca in Greece earlier this summer.
On Sept. 10, former Bachelor Nation villain Chad Johnson was caught on camera making out with realtor Jen Harley — "Jersey Shore" star Ronnie Ortiz-Magro's off-and-on love of several years — at a restaurant in Las Vegas. According to TMZ, which published photos and video of the PDA fest, the duo actually met through Ronnie, who's friendly with Chad, and then "hit it off recently at a lunch." Jen's rep later released a statement to TMZ insisting that she's "not dating Chad or anyone for that matter" … and that she only kissed him because she was "extremely intoxicated." She also accused Chad of setting her up so he could sell the photos to TMZ. Chad, meanwhile, called her allegations "crazy ridiculous."
On Sept. 19, "Dear White People" star Ashley Blaine Featherson took to Instagram to announce that she and her boyfriend of several year, Darroll Jenkins, are engaged.
Russian model Natalia Vodianova took to Instagram on Sept. 21 to reveal that she married her partner of more than a decade, Berluti CEO Antoine Arnault, at a registry office in Paris.
